Abstract
Provided is an inter-cooling radiator surface cleanliness sensing detection device equipped with a cleaning function, comprising: a cable guide rail, an upper guide rail, a lower guide rail, a truss, a horizontal walking mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a cleaning mechanism, a water supply mechanism, a photoelectric sensor and a control mechanism. The cable guide rail is used for binding various cables, solving the problem that a cable may get caught in a rotating device such as a roller. A plurality of photoelectric sensors are arranged on the truss in a staggered manner, and are capable of detecting whether the inter-cooling radiator needs to be cleaned and determining the cleaning effects. By means of providing an infrared ranging sensor, accurate moving and positioning of the device in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction are achieved. By providing various sensors such as an inclination sensor, a lifting rotation speed sensor, a turnover rotation speed sensor, a liquid level sensor, safe operation of the device is ensured, and the device can perform detection and cleaning automatically and intelligently.
