Abstract

本申请提供的一种配备清洗功能的间冷散热器表面洁净度传感探测装置,包括:线缆导轨、上导轨、下导轨、桁架、水平行走机构、升降机构、清洗机构、供水机构、光电传感器和控制机构,其中,所述线缆导轨用于收束各种线缆,解决了线缆可能卷入滚轮等旋转设备的问题。所述桁架上交错设置多个光电传感器,可以检测间冷散热器是否需要清洗及清洗的效果。通过设置红外测距传感器实现装置在水平方向和垂直方向的精确行走与定位;通过设置倾角传感器、升降转速传感器、翻转转速传感器、液位传感器等多种传感器保障了装置的安全运行,使装置可以自动化、智能化的检测和清洗。
