3)、本发明采用滑板爬楼梯,由于滑板的跨度更大,可以通过 提高或放低伸缩拉杆改变切入角度,即可满足各种坡度的阶梯;
4)、本发明中滑板等装置均可隐藏在箱体的后幅下部,处于常闭状态下时,滑板与箱体浑然一体,从外观上很难看出和普通拉杆箱的区别,更加美观;
5)、本发明中设置有搭配伸缩拉杆使用的肩跨带,当行李超重时将肩跨带索在拉杆的把手上,然后像包一样跨在肩上,用肩辅助拖着拉杆箱上、下楼梯。平路也可以跨在肩上拖着拉杆箱滑行,这种独特设计既省力又解放了我们双手,大大方便了人们出行。

为了更清楚地说明本发明,下面结合优选实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。本领域技术人员应当理解,下面所具体描述的内容是说明性的而非限制性的,不应以此限制本发明的保护范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、 “底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个构件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
实施例一
如图1至10所示,本实施例的一体式自开自闭爬楼梯拉杆箱,包括箱体1、伸缩拉杆2、万向轮3、滑板4、单向轮5、弹性装置6、减震装置7、限位连杆8、扭簧连杆9、第一连接杆10、第二连接杆11、第三连接杆12、第四连接杆13和内托18。箱体1的底部设置有万向轮3,滑板4的底部设置有单向轮5,所述伸缩拉杆2设置于箱体1的一侧。由于箱体1采用吸塑工艺,不能局部加厚,因此在箱体与伸缩拉杆之间安装内托,内托18的一侧与伸缩拉杆2的底托通过螺丝或铆钉连接固定连接,另一侧与箱体1的底部连接。左右两侧的限位连杆8通过第一连接杆10与内托18活动连接,通过第二连接杆11与滑板4活动连接,左右两侧的扭簧连杆9通过第三连接杆12与内托18活动连接,通过第四连接杆13与滑板4活动连接,第一连接 杆10、第二连接杆11、第三连接杆12和第四连接杆13均采用长滚花销钉,4个长滚花销钉作连接零件,把滑板4、限位连杆8、扭簧连杆9和内托18连接起来,使限位连杆8、内托18、扭簧连杆9和滑板4之间形成双摇杆结构,保证限位连杆8、扭簧连杆9能传递运动和转矩,减震装置7采用扭簧,也可以采用弹簧,扭簧套设于第三连接杆12的两端,所述弹性装置6采用拉簧,内托的中间位置设置挂钩,拉簧的一端与内托上的挂钩连接,另一端连接在第四连接杆13的中间,滑板4通过拉簧以及扭簧的弹力,带动单向轮5向上位移,直至限位连杆8的顶部抵接内托为止,使滑板4相对于箱体1处于闭合状态,此时所述单向轮5的底部水平线高于万向轮3的底部水平线;当所述滑板4受到外力作用下,所述滑板4带动单向轮5向下位移,直至扭簧连杆9的底部抵接内托为止,使滑板4相对于箱体1处于打开状态,此时单向轮5的底部水平线低于万向轮3的底部水平线,为了防止爬楼梯过程中挂到万向轮,而额外增加摩擦力,靠近单向轮的万向轮3底座可采用加宽偏轴方式或者万向轮整体前移方式,使万向轮的轮子远离单向轮,也就是说,爬楼梯时候只有单向轮参与活动,万向轮不参与,这样滑行起来就会更加顺畅平稳。
本实施例的一体式自开自闭爬楼梯拉杆箱中,所述滑板4的横截面呈“凵”字型,所述箱体1上开设有与滑板4的两侧相适配的槽口20,滑板4相对于箱体1处于常闭状态时,所述滑板4的两侧卡设于槽口20内且与箱体1之间形成容纳腔21,所述弹性装置6、减震装置7、限位连杆8、扭簧连杆9、内托18、第一连接杆10、第 二连接杆11、第三连接杆12和第四连接杆13均设置于容纳腔21内,处于常闭状态下时,滑板与箱体浑然一体,从外观上很难看出和普通拉杆箱的区别,更加美观。
本实施例的一体式自开自闭爬楼梯拉杆箱中,还包括肩跨带14,肩跨带14的一端依次穿过柔性材料制成的防护垫和日字扣15后形成用于肩部跨背的大闭合圆环,并通过双面铆钉固定,肩跨带14的另一端折叠并通过双面铆钉固定形成小闭合圆环,使用时,根据不同使用者的身高通过日字扣15调整肩跨带14的长度,将肩跨带14的大闭合圆环部分缠绕在伸缩拉杆2的顶部把手上并从小闭合圆环穿出,使得肩挎带14与伸缩连杆2临时活动连接,通过肩挎带14拖着拉杆箱进行上下爬楼,平路也可以像包一样跨在肩上拖着拉杆箱滑行,既省力又解放了双手。不用时,肩跨带14还可以从伸缩拉杆2上取下来,肩跨带14折叠后只有打火机般大,便于携带。但不仅限于此,肩挎带14的另一端可以直接绑在伸缩拉杆2的顶部上,或通过按扣、挂钩等方式与伸缩拉杆2活动连接。
本实施例的一体式自开自闭爬楼梯拉杆箱中,伸缩拉杆的顶盖上设置有能插入移动充电宝的空腔,移动充电宝用来给手机冲电。
本实施例的一体式自开自闭爬楼梯拉杆箱中,滑板4采用瓦楞结构。瓦楞结构是由许许多多的小拱形组成,小拱形能把受到的力向下、向左右方向分解传递,由于采用了瓦楞结构,提高了滑板4的抗弯曲和冲击能力,本实施中的滑板4厚度为2毫米左右,大大的减轻了滑板重量和成本,但不限于此,实际厚度可以根据客户需求进行调节。
本实施例的一体式自开自闭爬楼梯拉杆箱中,所述滑板4的左右两侧均设置有拱形凸块401。两个拱形凸块401比中间的小拱形略高,减少阻力,滑行起来更顺畅,还可以防止滑板4中间接触障碍物,避免刮花滑板4后,要整体更换滑板4,还可在滑板4两边的拱形凸块401上安装可拆卸耐磨条402,而无需更换整块滑板4,仅需更换可拆卸耐磨条402即可。滑板4设计成直通型或弧形。滑板4的材质可用四氟乙烯、upe、尼龙等耐磨又摩擦系数低的材质。
本实施例的一体式自开自闭爬楼梯拉杆箱中,所述滑板4的顶部设置有缓冲海绵17,爬楼梯的过程中,滑板4顶部会和箱体1相碰,缓冲海绵17隔在滑板与箱体之间起到缓冲减震的作用;内托18的底部也设置有缓冲海绵17,也是为了缓冲扭簧连杆9对内托18的冲击力,吸收动能、减少噪音。
使用方法:
爬楼梯时,利用重心和受力点的转移自动控制滑板4的开、合。拖着拉杆箱上楼梯时,拉杆箱受力点从单向轮5上,瞬间转移到了滑板4前端,在拉杆箱的重力冲击下,滑板4朝里朝下运动卸力(图4),这时滑板4的两侧边进入槽口20,只有滑板4的顶部缓冲海绵17和箱体1的后幅接触,缓冲海绵17压缩缓解冲击。爬完一个台阶,拉杆箱受力点又从滑板4前端,转移到单向轮5上,在拉杆箱的重力和向前的拉力下,滑板4自动打开,滑板4顶端开始接触第二级台阶(图5),往复循环。每爬一级台阶,滑板4就自动开合一次,类似玩跷 跷板,这种独特的减震方式,大大的缓解了台阶对拉杆箱的冲击力。下楼梯时,拉杆箱在前、人在后推着下楼,减震方式一样。
平地行走时,把拉杆箱直立起来,拉杆箱的受力点从单向轮5转移到四个万向轮3上,在拉簧和扭簧的作用力下,滑板4向上运动,回到常闭状态。这时拉杆箱就可以水平方向推着走(图7),也可以拉着走(图6)。在平路拉着走,滑板4是不会打开的,因为这时拉杆箱的受力点在单向轮5的底部,滑板4受到的是一个朝上的作用力,2个限位连杆8的顶部抵接内托18的顶部,滑板4也不会继续朝上运动,使滑板4相对于箱体1处于关闭状态。只有受力点在单向轮5的顶部以上,滑板4受到外力作用下,滑板4才会打开,也就是说地面必须要有高低差。比如遇到台阶、坑洞等复杂路况,滑板4就会自动打开,帮助人们快速越过障碍。
实施例二
如图11所示,本实施例与实施例一不同点在于,本发明中拱形凸块401上设计一个可插入滑条404的滑槽403,这样就可以定期抽出滑条404并进行更换,操作更加简便、效率。
显然,上述为本发明一体式自开自闭爬楼梯拉杆箱的实施例,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定,对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动,这里无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举,凡是属于本发明的技术方案所引伸出的显而易见 的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之列。

Claims (10)

  1. 一体式自开自闭爬楼梯拉杆箱,其特征在于,包括箱体、万向轮、伸缩拉杆、滑板、单向轮、弹性装置、减震装置、限位连杆、扭簧连杆、内托、第一连接杆、第二连接杆、第三连接杆和第四连接杆,所述箱体的底部设置有万向轮,所述滑板的底部设置有单向轮,所述伸缩拉杆设置于箱体的一侧,所述内托分别与箱体和伸缩拉杆连接,左右两侧的所述限位连杆通过第一连接杆与内托活动连接,通过第二连接杆与滑板活动连接,左右两侧的所述扭簧连杆通过第三连接杆与内托活动连接,通过第四连接杆与滑板活动连接,所述限位连杆、内托、扭簧连杆和滑板之间形成双摇杆机构,所述弹性装置的一端与内托连接,另一端与第四连接杆连接,所述减震装置设置于滑板与内托之间,所述滑板通过弹性装置以及减震装置的弹力,带动单向轮向上位移,直至所述限位连杆的顶部抵接内托为止,使滑板相对于箱体处于常闭状态,此时所述单向轮的底部水平线高于万向轮的底部水平线;当所述滑板受到外力作用下,所述滑板带动单向轮向下位移,直至所述扭簧连杆的底部抵接内托为止,使滑板相对于箱体处于打开状态,此时所述单向轮的底部水平线低于万向轮的底部水平线。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一体式自开自闭爬楼梯拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述弹性装置为拉簧或橡皮筋。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一体式自开自闭爬楼梯拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述减震装置为扭簧,所述扭簧套设于第三连接杆的两端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一体式自开自闭爬楼梯拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述滑板的横截面呈“凵”字型,所述箱体上开设有与滑板 的两侧相适配的槽口,所述滑板的两侧卡设于槽口上且与箱体之间形成容纳腔,所述弹性装置、减震装置、限位连杆、扭簧连杆、内托、第一连接杆、第二连接杆、第三连接杆和第四连接杆均设置于容纳腔内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一体式自开自闭爬楼梯拉杆箱,其特征在于,还包括肩跨带,所述肩跨带的一端穿过日字扣后形成用于肩部跨背的大闭合圆环,另一端与伸缩拉杆的顶部连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一体式自开自闭爬楼梯拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述箱体或伸缩拉杆上设置有空腔,所述空腔内设置有移动充电宝。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一体式自开自闭爬楼梯拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述滑板采用瓦楞结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一体式自开自闭爬楼梯拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述滑板的左右两侧均设置有拱形凸块。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一体式自开自闭爬楼梯拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述拱形凸块上设置有可拆卸耐磨条,或所述拱形凸块上设置有滑槽,所述滑槽内设置有滑条。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任意一项所述的一体式自开自闭爬楼梯拉杆箱,其特征在于,所述滑板的顶部和内托的底部均设置有缓冲海绵或弹簧。
