本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,特别涉及一种具有防烟油和冷凝液泄漏功能的电子烟。
电子烟作为一种低压的微电子雾化设备,可将具有烟草香味的烟油通过加热雾化成烟雾状,以供吸烟者使用。电子烟因其比传统香烟健康的优势,逐渐替代传统香烟,成为越来越多追求健康和追求时尚人士的选择。
目前,市场上电子烟一般由雾化器和机身对接组装而成,为实现与雾化器的连接固定,机身外壳一般采用延长设计以包裹雾化器,且雾化器与机身内的咪头开关共用一条气路,空气在气路中从下至上依次经过咪头开关、雾化器的雾化芯和出烟管。当用户在出烟管的出烟口处吸气时,空气在气路中快速流动而触发咪头开关,使得雾化芯工作加热烟油以与气路中的空气形成烟雾,供用户吸食。
然而,因为雾化器内外存在温差,其雾化芯在工作过程中会产生冷凝液,并且从油仓中导至雾化芯上的烟油,难以避免会存在少量泄漏的情况,此烟油和所产生的冷凝液会沿气路流动而泄漏至机身内,容易造成咪头开关及其它电子元件的损坏,影响电子烟的使用寿命。
根据本申请的各种实施例,提供一种具有防烟油和冷凝液泄漏功能的电子烟。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种具有防烟油和冷凝液泄漏功能的电子烟,该电子烟包括机身和与所述机身可拆卸连接的雾化器,所述雾化器包括第一壳体和位于所述第一壳体内且从上至下依次设置的出烟管、雾化装置和底座,所述底座上设有开口朝上的凹腔、贯穿所述凹腔底部的进气孔和封盖住所述凹腔的钢网,所述钢网上设有若干透气孔;所述机身包括第二壳体和位于所述第二壳体内的咪头开关以及安装支架,所述安装支架上用于与所述底座对接的一端设有与所述进气孔连通的通气孔。

本发明所提出的电子烟作为一种电子产品,用于产生烟雾以供用户吸食。具体地,电子烟由机身100和雾化器200组成,雾化器200包括第一壳体210、出烟管220、雾化装置230和底座240,机身100包括第二壳体110、安装支架130和咪头开关120,其中,第二壳体110自安装支架130的通气孔4所在一端延伸设置以形成装配空间,雾化器200插装至此装配空间内以实现电子烟的组成,并且雾化器200与机身100为可拆卸连接,其可拆卸连接方式可为多种,比如磁吸、卡接等。

在一较佳实施例中,参照图2和图3,凹腔1底部构造有向上的凸起部241,进气孔2位于凸起部241处,凹腔1内设有吸油棉10。其中,该凸起部241的形状可为圆柱状或其它,在此不作限定,吸油棉10则与凹腔1适配,根据凹腔1的大小以及形状所设计。具体地,凹腔1内所设吸油棉10的作用在于吸收烟油和冷凝液,凸起部241的作用主要在于防止凹腔1中所产生的烟油和冷凝液过多,在吸油棉10吸满之后从进气孔2溢出,提高防泄漏效果。其中,凸起部241与位于其上方的钢网250隔开布置,凸起部241的高度根据钢网250的位置确定,在此不作限定,根据实际情况设置。
在一较佳实施例中,参照图3,通气孔4内设有与之相适配的导气管20。其中,导气管20为五金件,装配于通气孔4内,具体地,导气管20的孔径可为0.5mm,当然,此仅为示例性的,并非限制性的。因烟油具有一定的表面张力,所设导气管20可供气体进出,其作用在于阻油,可防止烟油从通气孔4处进入机身100内,进一步加强对机身100内电子器件的保护作用。
在一较佳实施例中,参照图4,安装支架130上设有连接通气孔4和咪头开关120的气流槽5,气流槽5的两相对槽壁上设有若干个呈阶梯式错位排布的阻挡部111。具体地,气流槽5中所设若干个阻挡部111,不会影响气体的流动,但有助于阻挡冷凝液经气流槽5流至咪头开关120上,进一步延长电子烟的使用寿命。
在一较佳实施例中,参照图2和图5,雾化装置230包括设置在底座240上的雾化芯231和与底座240连接以固定雾化芯231的固定座232,固定座232与第一壳体210形成油仓6,固定座232上设有与出烟管220形成插装配合的插孔7和连通油仓6与雾化芯231的导油孔8。底座240两侧设有卡持槽位,固定座232对应设有与卡位相卡持的卡块。其中,出烟管220位于固定座232与第一壳体210形成的油仓6内,出烟管220的下端插装在固定座232的插孔7内,以实现安装定位。固定座232上所设导油孔8用于将油仓6内的烟油导至雾化芯231,雾化芯231加热烟油以生成烟雾,固定座232的两侧设有连通雾化芯231与插孔7的气流空间,可为雾化芯231处生成的烟雾提供流动路径,从而使烟雾到达插孔7处并进入出烟管220。
在一较佳实施例中,参照图2,固定座232上套设有与第一壳体210的内壁相抵持的密封套30,底座240上套设有与第一壳体210的内壁相抵持的第一密封圈40,安装支架130上套设有与第二壳体110的内壁相抵持的第二密封圈50。具体地,密封套30根据固定座232的外形而设计,所设密封套30可加强油仓6的密封性,避免油仓6内的烟油泄漏。第一密封圈40的作用在于实现底座240与第一壳体210的密封装配,进一步防止烟油泄漏外流,对于该第一密封圈40,底座240上设有环形凹槽以容置该第一密封圈40;第二密封圈50的作用在于实现安装支架130与第二壳体110的密封装配,进一步防止雾化器200泄漏的烟油进入机身100内,对于该第二密封圈50,安装支架130上设有环形凹槽以容置该第二密封圈50。其中,第二密封圈50可为间隔设置的多个,并且,作为优设,密封套30、第一密封圈40和第二密封圈50可采用硅胶材质制成。
在一较佳实施例中,参照图5和图6,固定座232和底座240的外侧壁上分别设有若干泄压积液槽9。具体的,固定座232和底座240的外侧壁上的若干泄压积液槽9分别错落设置且依次连通,所设泄压积液槽9的作用在于排掉油仓6内的气压,并堆积雾化烟油时产生的冷凝液,防止冷凝液泄漏。
在一较佳实施例中,参照图5,雾化芯231包括具有微孔的陶瓷块231a、设置在陶瓷块231a底部的加热片和套设在陶瓷块231a上的壳套231b,陶瓷块231a的顶部设有导油槽,壳套上设有连通导油孔8与导油槽的开口。
具体地,陶瓷块231a可为方形结构,并于底部两侧设置阶梯结构与壳套231b一同搭载在底座240上,固定座232罩设在壳套231b上;所设陶瓷块231a的结构内部具有用于储油和导油的微孔,加热片设置在陶瓷块231a的底部,为减少加热片处的冷凝液集聚以及降低糊芯概率,陶瓷块231a的底部可开设凹槽以容置加热片。
其中,油仓6内的烟油经导油孔8、开口和导油槽导入陶瓷块231a的微孔,陶瓷块231a进行储油和导油,用户在向出烟管220吸气时,气路中的空气流动触发咪头开关120,加热片随即通电发热以加热陶瓷块231a上所吸附的烟油,并将其雾化形成烟雾,烟雾从固定座232两侧的气流空间上升至固定座232的插孔7下方而进入出烟管220内,以供用户吸食。通过所设陶瓷块231a储油和导油,烟油不易泄露,即可减少沿气路泄露至咪头开关120等电子元件处的烟油量,避免咪头开关120等电子元件的受损,从而延长电子烟的使用寿命。
在一较佳实施例中,参照图2、图3和图5,机身100还包括设置在安装支架130上的主板140和与主板140电性连接的电池150,咪头开关120与主板140电性连接,主板140与加热片之间设有形成电性连接的接触电极60。
加热片的两端设有通电触点,接触电极60包括与通电触点抵接的第一电极61和与主板140通过导线连接的第二电极62,第一电极61和第二电极62分别穿设在底座240和安装支架130上且相对抵接。
本实施例中,主板140和咪头开关120均位于电池150上方,咪头开关120通过气路中的空气流动触发启动,向主板140发送信号,主板140通过接触电极60向加热片通电,加热片发热以加热烟油。其中,加热片的两端设有通电触点,参照图5,穿设在底座240上的第一电极61直接与通电触点抵接,即雾化芯231上无引脚设置,可简化加工工艺,有助于生产组装。而穿设在安装支架130上的第二电极62则与主板140通过导线连接,雾化器200与机身100组装时,接触电极60的第一电极61与第二电极62之间抵接通电即完成装配。
在一较佳实施例中,参照图2,机身100还包括充电接口160和与充电盒适配的充电电极170,充电接口160和充电电极170均与主板140电性连接。具体地,充电接口160和充电触头170设于机身100的底部,充电触头170为间隔布置的两个且分别位于充电接口160的左右两侧。即本电子烟具备两种充电形式,第一种为充电接口160连接充电器,并通过将充电器插接至电源上充电,第二种为将电子烟放置至充电盒上,充电座上自带电池150,使其充电电极170与充电座连接以进行充电。其中,充电接口160可为Type-C接口或micro USB接口,并且作为优设,充电接口160可设置为磁吸式充电接口。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (10)
- 一种具有防烟油和冷凝液泄漏功能的电子烟,其特征在于,包括机身和与所述机身可拆卸连接的雾化器,所述雾化器包括第一壳体和位于所述第一壳体内且从上至下依次设置的出烟管、雾化装置和底座,所述底座上设有开口朝上的凹腔、贯穿所述凹腔底部的进气孔和封盖住所述凹腔的钢网,所述钢网上设有若干透气孔;所述机身包括第二壳体和位于所述第二壳体内的咪头开关以及安装支架,所述安装支架上用于与所述底座对接的一端设有与所述进气孔连通的通气孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述凹腔底部构造有向上的凸起部,所述进气孔位于所述凸起部处,所述凹腔内设有吸油棉。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述通气孔内设有与之相适配的导气管。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述安装支架上设有连接所述通气孔和咪头开关的气流槽,所述气流槽的两相对槽壁上设有若干个呈阶梯式错位排布的阻挡部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化装置包括设置在所述底座上的雾化芯和与所述底座连接以固定所述雾化芯的固定座,所述固定座与第一壳体形成油仓,所述固定座上设有与所述出烟管形成插装配合的插孔和连通所述油仓与雾化芯的导油孔。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述固定座上套设有与所述第一壳体的内壁相抵持的密封套,所述底座上套设有与所述第一壳体的内壁相抵持的第一密封圈,所述安装支架上套设有与所述第二壳体的内壁相抵持的第二密封圈。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述固定座和所述底座的外侧壁上分别设有若干泄压积液槽。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化芯包括具有微孔的陶瓷块、设置在所述陶瓷块底部的加热片和套设在所述陶瓷块上的壳套,所述陶瓷块的顶部设有导油槽,所述壳套上设有连通所述导油孔与所述导油槽的开口。
- 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述机身还包括设置在所述安装支架上的主板和与所述主板电性连接的电池,所述咪头开关与所述主板电性连接,所述主板与所述加热片之间设有形成电性连接的接触电极;所述加热片的两端设有通电触点,所述接触电极包括与所述通电触点抵接的第一电极和与所述主板通过导线连接的第二电极,所述第一电极和第二电极分别穿设在所述底座和安装支架上且相对抵接。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述机身还包括充电接口和与充电盒适配的充电电极,所述充电接口和充电电极均与所述主板电性连接。
