Definitions

  • Embodiments disclosed in this document relate to a recruitment brokerage service.
  • the conventional recruitment brokerage service charged a fee based on the number of impressions and clicks on the job advertisement of the job seeker and the job seeker's resume. This charging method makes it easy to calculate the fee, but it does not reflect the contribution of the brokerage service in achieving the final goal of hiring the brokerage service.
  • the recruitment process includes several stages: confirming the job posting, applying for a job, passing the paperwork, and finally passing the job. Therefore, it is difficult to track the recruitment process on an intermediary service. In addition, since the commission of the brokerage service must be calculated based on the recruitment process, tracking the recruitment process is an important factor in the revenue model of the recruitment service.

Abstract
