Abstract
Trägervlies (2) für einen Tufting-Teppich zur Anwendung im Kraftfahrzeug, bestehend aus einem oder mehreren Vliesen, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass ein Spinnvlies (24) mit einem kardierten Nadelvlies (22) oder Airlayvlies verbunden ist oder das Trägervlies (2) ein einseitig oder beidseitig an-kalandriertes kardierten Nadelvlies oder Airlayvlies aufweist.
Description
Absorptives Trägervlies für Tufting-Teppich
Beschreibung
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Trägervlies (primary backing) für einen Tufting-Teppich zur Anwendung im Kraftfahrzeug, das aus einem oder mehreren Vliesen besteht.
Im Stand der Technik sind verschiedene Ausführungen von Nutzflächen von Kraftfahrzeugin nenraumverkleidungsteilen bekannt. Unter Kraftfahrzeuginnenraumverkleidungsteil wird hier insbesondere eine Kraftfahrzeug-Bodenverkleidung, eine Gepäckraumverkleidung oder ein Ladeboden verstanden. Als Nutzfläche weitverbreitet sind Teppich-Oberwaren vorzufinden, nämlich insbesondere Tufting-, Velours- und Flachnadelvlies-Teppiche.
Insbesondere bei VANs, SUVs, Pickups und leichten Nutzfahrzeugen sind im Stand der Technik auch Gummi, PUR-RIM, PVC und zunehmend TPO als Nutzfläche im Einsatz.
Bei Tufting-Teppichen werden im Stand der Technik insbesondere PA6.6, PA6, PP, rPA und PET, rPET sowie die bio-basierenden Polyamide (PA 5.10; PA 6.10) oder Wolle als Garn- /Filamentmaterial eingesetzt. Im Bereich der Velours- und Flachnadelvlies-Teppiche finden vorwiegend PET, PET/PP, PP, PA/PET und rPET als Fasermaterial Verwendung.
Der Tuftingträger (primary backing) bei den Tufting-Qualitäten besteht zumeist aus PET/PP, PET/coPET oder PET/PA (bico) sowie PET/PA+PP.
Die hier angewandten Fasereinbindungen umfassen bei Tufting-Teppich vorwiegend EVA sowie PE und bei den Velours- und Flachnadelvlies-Teppichen SBR-Latex oder Acrylat.
Weiterhin werden bei Velours- und Flachnadelvlies-Teppichen Folien, Vliese, Klebstoffe (hot melts), thermoplastische Kunststoffe (vorwiegend PE) sowie das in EP 1 598476 B1 be schriebene Thermo-Bonding-Verfahren eingesetzt. Des Weiteren finden zunehmend Binde fasern, EVA oder thermoplastische Dispersionen Anwendung.
Unter der Nutzfläche befinden sich Klebeschichten, Akustik-/Versteifungs-Vliese, Dicht- und Schwerfolien sowie Kontakt-/Folienvliese.
Die Beschichtung, meist als Klebeschicht für Untervliese, aber auch zur Versteifung, umfasst vorwiegend PE oder PP.
Klebstoffe (hot melts), thermoplastische Dispersionen und PE- sowie EVA/PE-Pulver finden Anwendung, um Einbindung und Beschichtung möglichst in Einem zu gewährleisten.
Die Unterschichten, wie Akustik- und/oder Versteifungsvliese, bestehen in der Regel aus PET- und Mischfaservliesen, oftmals mit einem BiCo-Faseranteil. Des Weiteren finden zu nehmend dreilagige Recycling-Sandwich-Vliese (DE 10 2016 203 348 A1) Anwendung.
Als Dicht- oder Dämmfolien finden PE/PA- und PE/PA/PE-Folien sowie Folienvliese PE/PA/PE+PET Anwendung. Je nach akustischen Anforderungen werden auch sogenannte Schwerfolien partiell oder vollflächig als Dämmfolien eingesetzt.
Zwischen Oberware (Nutzschicht plus Unterschichten) und Karosserieboden befindet sich üblicherweise eine Isolationsschicht, die insbesondere aus PUR-Schaum oder Vliesstruktu ren (Vliese oder Faser-Flock-(HMP)Verbunde) gebildet sein kann. Wird ein Schaum einge setzt, ist dieser mit der Oberware fest verbunden (angeschäumt). Vlies-/Faser-Flockstruktu- ren können mit der Oberware ebenfalls fest verbunden sein, wobei diese dann in der Regel verklebt sind. Es findet aber auch ein reines Übereinanderlegen ohne feste Verbindung An wendung.
Insbesondere bei akustisch offenen, hochabsorptiven Bodenverkleidungssystemen liegt das Augenmerk bei den Akustik- und/oder Versteifungsvliesen; die strömungsoffen mit dem Tep pich (Nutzschicht) verklebt (kaschiert) sind.
Das sind in der Regel Polyethylenterephthalat (PET)- oder Mischfaser-Vliese -oft mit einem %-ualen Anteil von BiCo-Fasern- in einem Grammaturbereich von 250 bis 1800 g/m2. Zuneh mend finden hier auch Recycling-Sandwich-Vliese Anwendung.
Die allgemeinen Anforderungen an einen Tuftingträger sind in
H. Fuchs; W. Albrecht (Herausgeber), Vliesstoffe, 2. vollständig überarbeitete Auflage, 2012 Wiley-VCH Verlag & Co. KGaA, Weinheim beschrieben.
Die heute in praxi eingesetzten Tuftingträger in Tuftingteppichen für die Automobilindustrie sind zum einen Spinnvlies (spunbond nonwoven) 100 % Polyester und zum anderen Vlies auf Basis thermisch gebundener kontinuierlicher Zweikomponentenfilamente (nonwoven ba- sed on thermally bonded continuous bicomponent filaments) [Kern-Mantelfasern, PET Kern and PP Mantel]; im Grammaturbereich von 80 bis 140 g/m2. Siehe hierzu DE 2834438 C3, DE 196 09 586 C1 und DE 101 08 092 A1 .
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auch auf einen Teppich und insbesondere einen Tuf- ting - Teppich für Kraftfahrzeuge. Im Stand der Technik sind verschiedene Ausführungen von Nutzflächen von Kraftfahrzeuginnenraumverkleidungsteilen bekannt. Unter einem Kraft fahrzeuginnenraumverkleidungsteil wird hier insbesondere eine Kraftfahrzeug -Bodenverklei dung, eine Gepäckraumverkleidung oder ein Ladeboden verstanden. Als Nutzfläche weitver breitet sind Teppich-Oberwaren vorzufinden, nämlich insbesondere Tufting-, Velours- und Flachnadelvlies-Teppiche.
Aus Sicht des Tuftprozesses und späteren (Thermo-) Verformens sind die wesentlichen Ei genschaften das Tuftingträgers die Tuftbarkeit selbst, die erforderliche Eigensteifheit bei ge gebener Durchdringbarkeit durch die Tufting-Nadeln, eine hohe Zugfestigkeit und Reißfestig keit, isotrope Eigenschaftsverteilungen, eine hohe Dehnung, die Formstabilität und thermi sche Stabilität (geringes Schrumpfverhalten), die hohe Affinität zu Beschichtungen (EVA, SBR-Latex, Akrylat, LDPE-Pulver und diversen (thermoplastischen) Dispersionen und deren Mischungen) und die Thermo-Formbarkeit. Auch sollte der Träger den Anforderungen beim Waschen, Färben und Dämpfen standhalten.
Zur Beeinflussung der mechanischen und akustischen Eigenschaften des Bauteils (zum Bei spiel einer Bodenverkleidung oder einer Gepäckraumseitenverkleidung) durch den Tufting träger der Nutzschicht (insbesondere dessen Beitrag zur Stabilität und Schallabsorption), ge rade in Korrelation mit den Unterschichten des Bauteils kann hiermit eine Effizienzsteigerung in der akustischen Wirksamkeit zum einen erzielt werden; und den Rüstzeiten-Optimierun- gen bei der Verformung zum anderen, das letztlich eine Zykluszeitverkürzung und damit ein hergehend eine Kosteneinsparung bewirkt.
Die DE 10 2009 010 919 A1 offenbart ein Innenverkleidungsteil, das zumindest eine erste flächige Schicht aus einem Nadelvlies und eine hierin eingetuftete Tuftschicht sowie gegebe nenfalls eine Polanbindung auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der geöffneten Tuftpolschlin- gen aufweist. Es wird angeführt, dass das Nadelvlies in Vernadelungstechnik und Wasser strahltechnik hergestellt ist.
Die DE 20 2005 013 023 U1 beschreibt eine textile Verkleidung, mit einer Trägerschicht und darin mittels einer Tuftingmaschine eingearbeiteten, einen Velours-Flor bildenden Polgarn- Noppen, wobei die Trägerschicht aus einem Schmelzfasern enthaltenden Nadelfilz gebildet ist, dessen dem Velours-Flor zugewandte Oberseite veloursartig abstehende Fasern auf weist, wobei die Polgarn-Noppen in der Trägerschicht durch die Schmelzfasern fixiert sind.
Es wird darauf verwiesen, dass das Nadelvlies ein dilourisierter Nadelvlies ist.
Die DE 10 2004 046201 A1 und die DE 10 2004054 299 A1 offenbaren eine Trägerschicht aus Vliesware, die aus Polyester- und/oder Polypropylenfasern, auch in Verbindung mit Bi- komponenten - Schmelzklebefasern, hergestellt ist.
Die DE 10 2007 020 818 B3 beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Fierstellung eines verformbaren Tuftproduktes, wobei ein Meltblown-Vliesstoff auf einen verformbaren Polyester-Tuftingträger gelegt wird, und wobei der Meltblown-Vliesstoff und der Polyester-Tuftingträger gemeinsam getuftet werden.
Im Stand der Technik (den angeführten Patent-, Offenlegungs- beziehungsweise Gebrauchs musterschriften) werden keine Angaben, zu den Anforderungen an Tuftingträger vom Pro duktionsprozess sowie Endprodukt her, gemacht.
In praxi sind keine Nadelvlies- beziehungsweise velourisierte (dilourisierte) Nadelvlies-Träger vorzufinden.
Des Weiteren findet man in praxi auch keine 2-lagigen Träger, wie in US 6.808.786 B2 (CA 2 514 119 A1 , US 2004/0151870 A1 , EP 1 590 170 B1 ) beschrieben.
Hier werden insbesondere die Verbesserung der akustischen Eigenschaften durch die Kom bination eines ersten Rückens, gebildet aus gewebtem Vlies- oder spinngebundenem Mate rial, eines zweiten Rückens, gebildet aus wasserstrahlverfestigtem Mikrofilamentmaterial und
ein zwischen erstem Rücken und zweitem Rücken angeordnetes haftfähiges Textil zur Ther- moverbindung von erstem und zweitem Rücken, dargelegt. Das Herstellungsverfahren ist kompliziert und störanfällig; sowie sind die Prozesskosten und Trägerkosten selbst unwirt schaftlich hoch.
US 7.700.176 B2 geht auf einen porösen Tuftingteppich und seine Herstellung ein. Das Pol garn wird in einen Tuftingträger gebracht und rückseitig mit einem thermoplastischen Kunst stoff vollflächig fixiert und kaschiert. In einem nachfolgenden Prozessschritt wird die er wärmte und nahezu schmelzflüssige, kompakte thermoplastische Kunststoffschicht durch Anlegen einer Druckdifferenz (Vakuum und Überdruck auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten) senkrecht zur Teppichoberfläche von Luft durchströmt und dadurch mit Luftkanälen verse hen. Der Tuftingträger ist hier nicht selbst absorptiv wirksam, vielmehr ermöglichen die ein- gebrachten Strömungskanäle die akustische Anbindung einer weiteren unter dem Tuftingträ ger liegenden absorptiv wirkenden Schicht.
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung gegenüber dem vorgenannten Stand der Technik ist die Bereitstellung eines ein- oder mindestens zweilagigen Trägervlieses für Tuftingteppiche im Automobilbereich, das im Vergleich zu den heute in Anwendung befindlichen Trägervlie sen eine hohe absorptive akustische Wirksamkeit aufweist; und eine prozessfähige und wirt schaftliche Serienherstellung garantiert.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Gegenstände der unabhängigen Patentansprüche erreicht. Vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen und Weiterbildungen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
Ein erfindungsgemäßes Trägervlies insbesondere für einen Tufting-Teppich und insbeson dere zur Anwendung im Kraftfahrzeug, weist wenigstens ein und bevorzugt mehrere Vliese auf.
Erfindungsgemäß ist ein Spinnvlies mit einem - insbesondere kardierten - Nadelvlies oder Airlayvlies verbunden und/oder das Trägervlies weist ein einseitig oder beidseitig an-kaland- riertes und/oder kardiertes Nadelvlies oder Airlayvlies auf.
Es wird damit bevorzugt ein Trägervlies eines Tufting-Teppichs zur Anwendung im Kraftfahr zeug zur Verfügung gestellt, das eine hohe absorptive Wirkung aufweist; und das darüber
hinaus mechanisch-physikalische Eigenschaften aufweist, die einerseits einen prozessfähi gen Tuftingprozess ermöglichen; und andererseits ein formstabiles Bauteil in einem Thermo- verformungsprozess liefern.
Bei einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform sind das Spinnvlies einerseits und das Na delvlies oder Airlayvlies andererseits flächig miteinander verbunden. Bei einer weiteren be vorzugten Ausführungsform ist das Spinnvlies mit dem Nadelvlies (oder dem Airlayvlies) ver- nadelt. Auf diese Weise wird auch im Rahmen der Herstellung das Tuften erleichtert.
Es ist jedoch auch denkbar, dass das Spinnvlies oder das Airlayvlies sich aus wenigstens zwei Komponenten bzw. Schichten zusammensetzt.
Bevorzugt liegt das Spinnvlies in einem Flächengewichtsbereich von 50 bis 140 g/m2; und die Nadelvliese sowie Airlayvliese im Bereich von 80 bis 250 g/m2.
Bei einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform weist das Spinnvlies ein Flächengewicht auf, welches größer ist als 30 g/m2, bevorzugt größer als 40 g/m2 und besonders bevorzugt größer als 50 g/m2.
Bei einer weiteren Ausführungsform weist das Spinnvlies ein Flächengewicht auf, welches kleiner ist als 200 g/m2, bevorzugt kleiner als 180 g/m2 bevorzugt kleiner als 160 g/m2 und besonders bevorzugt kleiner als 140 g/m2.
Bei einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform weist das Nadelvlies oder das Airlayvlies ein Flächengewicht auf, welches größer ist als 40 g/m2, bevorzugt größer als 60 g/m2 und besonders bevorzugt größer als 80 g/m2.
Bei einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform weist das Nadelvlies ein Flächengewicht auf, welches kleiner ist als 350 g/m2, bevorzugt kleiner als 320 g/m2, bevorzugt kleiner als 280 g/m2 und besonders bevorzugt kleiner als 250 g/m2.
Bei einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist das Nadelvlies oder das Airlayvlies ein schichtig oder mehrschichtig aufgebaut.
Bei einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist das Spinnvlies mit dem Nadelvlies (22) oder Airlayvlies kaschiert.
Bei einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist das Nadelvlies oder Airlayvlies bzw. der Nadelvliesträger oder Airlayträger einseitig oder zweiseitig ankalandriert. Bei einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist das Nadelvlies oder Airlayvlies ein- oder mehrlagig, we nigstens zweilagig und besonders bevorzugt genau zweilagig ausgebildet.
Die Flächengewichte der ankalandrierten Trägervliese liegen bevorzugt im Bereich von 80 bis 350 g/m2.
Bei einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist das Spinnvlies, das Nadelvlies oder Air layvlies aus einem Material gefertigt oder enthält ein Material, welches aus einer Gruppe von Materialien ausgewählt ist, welche PET, PBT, PTT, PA, PP, PE, PLA oder Viskose, ihren Co- Polymeren oder Mischungen daraus enthält.
Dabei ist es möglich, dass das Spinnvlies, das Nadelvlies und/oder das Airlayvlies aus glei chen oder verschiedenen Materialien bestehen.
Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist das Nadelvlies oder das Airlayvlies mehrschichtig aufgebaut. Dabei können die Einzellagen eines mehrschichtig aufgebauten Nadelvlieses oder Airlayvlieses aus den gleichen oder verschiedenen Materialien bestehen oder solche Materialien aufweisen.
Es wird damit eine Teppicheinrichtung zur Verfügung gestellt, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass bereits der getuftete Teppich selbst eine hohe absorptive Wirkung aufweist; und damit der -bei den Verformungsprozessen zu insbes. einer Bodenverkleidung oder Gepäckraum seitenverkleidung- aufwendige Kaschierprozess der Nutzschicht (Tuftingteppich) mit einem Akustikuntervlies, inkl. der größtenteils erforderlichen Klebeschichten, entfallen kann; bzw. die Flächengewichte von Unterschichten, insbes. von Akustik-/Versteifungsvliesen verringert werden können.
Bevorzugt ist der Teppich ohne zusätzliche schallabsorbierende weitere Schichten ausgebil det.
Infolge der Integration des Akustikuntervlieses in den Tuftingträger, ergeben sich weitere Vorteile. Zusätzlich zur Absorption durch den Flor selbst [Flächengewicht, Faserquerschnitt, Hohl- oder Vollkernfaser, Faserdicke (Einzelfaser-/Garn-dtex)], erhält die Teppicheinrichtung durch den absorptiven Träger eine erhöhte akustisch absorptive Wirksamkeit.
Das allgemeine Verschleißverhalten der Nutzschicht wird vorteilhaft ebenfalls positiv beein flusst, da auch nach einer gebrauchsbedingten Abnutzung des Polgarns der Fasercharakter der Nutzschicht durch die Nadelvliesschicht das Tuftingträgermaterials weiterhin gegeben ist.
Bei einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist ein Spinnvlies mit einem Flächenge wicht von (etwa) 100 g/m2 vernadelt mit einem (etwa) 100 g/m2 PET-Nadelvlies.
Bei einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist ein (etwa) 100 g/m2 Spinnvlies mit ei nem (etwa) 140 g/m2 PET-Nadelvlies vernadelt.
Unter der etwa - Angabe wird dabei verstanden, dass die Flächengewichte um nicht mehr als 10 %, bevorzugt um nicht mehr als 5 % von den angegebenen Werten abweichen.
Diese vernadelten Trägervliese wurden im Vergleich zu einem heute in Anwendung befindli chen Trägervlies akustisch vermessen (Absorptionsgrad aO (Absorption bei senkrechten Schalleinfall), Impedanzrohrmessung gemäß ISO 10534-2 und ASTM E1050-98). In der un tenstehenden Fig. 3 ist deutlich die absorptive Wirksamkeit der vernadelten Trägervliese im Vergleich zum Spinnvlies-Träger zu sehen (der Schalleinfall erfolgte hier nadelvliesseitig).
Die vorliegende Erfindung ist weiterhin auf ein Kraftfahrzeug und insbesondere ein Straßen kraftfahrzeug und insbesondere einen PKW mit einem Teppich der oben beschriebenen Art mit einem Trägervlies der oben beschriebenen Art gerichtet.
Weitere Vorteile und Ausführungsformen ergeben sich aus den beigefügten Zeichnungen: Darin zeigen:

Fig. 1 zeigt ein Trägervlies 2 eines erfindungsgemäßen Teppichträgervliesaufbaus. Dieses Trägervlies 2 weist bei der in Fig. 1 gezeigten Ausführungsform ein Nadelvlies 22 und ein Spinnvlies 24 auf, die flächig aneinander liegen. Dabei bezieht sich das Bezugszeichen L auf die Längsrichtung des Trägerelements, das Bezugszeichen B auf die Breitenrichtung und das Bezugszeichen D auf die Dickenrichtung.
Das Spinnvlies 24 ist bei der in Fig. 1 gezeigten Ausführungsform mit dem Nadelvlies 22 ver- nadelt.
Fig. 2 zeigt eine schematische Darstellung eines Teppichaufbaus 1. Dieser setzt sich aus dem in Fig. 1 gezeigten Trägervlies 2 (22, 24) und weiteren möglichen Materialien/Schichten 4 zusammen. Dieser hier dargestellte Teppichaufbau 1 weist eine Einbindungsschicht 42 auf, die an der Unterseite des Spinnvlieses 24 angeordnet ist. Daneben weist der Tep pichaufbau 1 Garn 44 auf, das durch beziehungsweise in das Trägervlies 2 getuftet ist, und den Flor bildet.
Zusätzlich kann der in Fig. 2 gezeigte Teppichaufbau 1 noch weitere (nicht gezeigte) Schich ten aufweisen.
Fig. 3 zeigt ein Diagramm zur Veranschaulichung der (akustischen) Wirksamkeit der erfin dungsgemäßen Teppichvliese. Es wurde dabei der Absorptionsgrad aO (Absorption bei senk rechtem Schalleinfall) bestimmt. Insbesondere wurde eine Impedanzrohmessung gern. ISO 10534-2 und ASTM E1050-98 durchgeführt.
Man erkennt, dass das Trägervlies das sich aus einem 245 g/cm2 Träger und Nadelvlies zu sammensetzt (Kurve K1) und desjenigen Trägervlieses, welches sich aus einem 192 g/cm2 Träger und einem Nadelvlies zusammensetzt (Kurve K2), eine wesentlich höhere Schallabsorption aufweist, als die bislang verwendeten 100 g/cm2 Träger (Kurve K3).
Die Anmelderin behält sich vor, sämtliche in den Anmeldungsunterlagen offenbarten Merk male als erfindungswesentlich zu beanspruchen, sofern sie einzeln oder in Kombination ge genüber dem Stand der Technik neu sind. Es wird weiterhin darauf hingewiesen, dass in den einzelnen Figuren auch Merkmale beschrieben wurden, welche für sich genommen vorteil haft sein können. Der Fachmann erkennt unmittelbar, dass ein bestimmtes in einer Figur be schriebenes Merkmal auch ohne die Übernahme weiterer Merkmale aus dieser Figur vorteil haft sein kann. Ferner erkennt der Fachmann, dass sich auch Vorteile durch eine Kombina tion mehrerer in einzelnen oder in unterschiedlichen Figuren gezeigter Merkmale ergeben können.
Claims
1. Trägervlies (2) für einen Tufting-Teppich zur Anwendung im Kraftfahrzeug, wel ches ein oder mehrere Vliese aufweist, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass ein Spinnvlies (24) mit einem kardierten Nadelvlies (22) oder Airlayvlies verbun den ist oder das Trägervlies (2) ein einseitig oder beidseitig an-kalandriertes kardierten Nadel vlies oder Airlayvlies aufweist.
2. Trägervlies (2) nach Anspruch 1 , gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass das Spinnvlies (24) mit dem Nadelvlies (22) oder Airlayvlies vernadelt ist.
3. Trägervlies (2) nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass das Spinnvlies (24) mit dem Nadelvlies (22) oder Airlayvlies kaschiert ist.
4. Trägervlies (2) nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass das Spinnvlies (24) ein Flächengewicht aufweist, welches größer ist als 30 g/m2, bevorzugt größer als 40 g/m2 und besonders bevorzugt größer als 50 g/m2 und/oder dass das Spinnvlies (24) ein Flächengewicht aufweist, welches kleiner ist als 200 g/m2, bevorzugt kleiner als 180 g/m2 bevorzugt kleiner als 160 g/m2 und besonders bevorzugt kleiner als 140 g/m2.
5. Trägervlies (2) nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass das Nadelvlies (22) oder Airlayvlies ein Flächengewicht aufweist, welches größer ist als 40g/m2, bevorzugt größer als 60 g/m2 und besonders bevorzugt größer als
80 g/m2 und/oder dass das Nadelvlies (22) oder Airlayvlies ein Flächengewicht aufweist, welches kleiner ist als 350 g/m2, bevorzugt kleiner als 320 g/m2, bevor zugt kleiner als 280 g/m2 und besonders bevorzugt kleiner als 250 g/m2.
6. Trägervlies (2) nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass das Nadelvlies (22) oder Airlayvlies einschichtig oder mehrschichtig aufgebaut sind.
7. Trägervlies (2) nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass das Spinnvlies (24), Nadelvlies (22) oder Airlayvlies aus PET, PBT, PTT, PA, PP, PE, PLA oder Viskose, ihren Co-Polymeren oder Mischungen daraus bestehen.
8. Trägervlies (2) nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass das Spinnvlies (24), Nadelvlies (22) oder Airlayvlies aus gleichen oder verschie denen Materialien bestehen.
9. Trägervlies (2) nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Einzellagen eines mehrschichtig aufgebauten Nadelvlieses (22) oder Air layvlieses aus den gleichen oder verschiedenen Materialien bestehen können.
10. Teppich, insbesondere Tufting - Teppich mit einem Trägervlies nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche.
11. Kraftfahrzeug mit einem Teppich nach dem vorangegangenen Anspruch und/oder mit einem Trägervlies nach wenigstens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche 1 10
