本实用新型涉及纱线生产设备领域,尤其涉及一种倍捻机纱线磨毛装置。
背景技术
倍捻机是一种纺织机械设备,其中,无边倍捻机通过锭子旋转驱动纱线转动实现加捻,所产生的纱线风格款式多样,满足了市场对不同风格纱线品种的需要。
虽然倍捻机纱线的风格款式较多,但是倍捻机不能进行纱线的磨毛,无法满足部分市场的需要,还需要另外购置设备进行纱线的磨毛加工,增加了生产的成本,需要改进。实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种倍捻机纱线磨毛装置,在倍捻机上进行加装,实现纱线的磨毛加工,降低生产的成本。
为达此目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种倍捻机纱线磨毛装置,包括:挑丝杆、瓷眼、砂轮、砂轮座和砂轮座安装件,所述瓷眼和砂轮座安装件间隔设置在挑丝杆上,所述砂轮座设置在砂轮座安装件一侧,所述砂轮设置在砂轮座中并与瓷眼位置相对应,所述砂轮座安装件上设置有向一侧延伸的瓷眼板,所述瓷眼板中设置有瓷环,所述砂轮位于瓷眼与瓷环之间。
其中,所述挑丝杆上设置有位于瓷眼出口的导丝轮。
其中,所述砂轮座上设置有与砂轮对应的安装孔,所述砂轮设置在安装孔中,所述砂轮座上设置有压盖进行砂轮的固定。
其中,所述砂轮与瓷眼相同心。
其中,所述砂轮座安装件一侧面内凹设置有与砂轮座对应的滑槽,另一侧面设置有与滑槽连通的腰孔,所述腰孔中设置有与砂轮座相连接的螺丝。
其中,所述瓷眼位于砂轮座安装件的前方。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1至图2并通过具体实施例来进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案。
一种倍捻机纱线磨毛装置,包括:挑丝杆7、瓷眼1、砂轮4、砂轮座5、砂轮座安装件6、扶持架12、第一夹持套11、第二夹持套10、芯轴8和压簧9,在本实施例中,所述第一夹持套11和第二夹持套10设置在扶持架12两侧并采用螺纹方式连接,加装在倍捻机上,无需另外购置设备,从而降低生产的成本,提升生产效率。
所述芯轴8设置在第一夹持套11中,且前端并延伸至第二夹持套10外侧,在本实施例中,所述芯轴8的外圆上径向设置有与挑丝杆7对应的插孔,所述挑丝杆7尾端贯穿插孔进行固定,形成悬臂结构。所述压簧9设置在第二夹持套10中进行芯轴8的弹性限位,弹性限制芯轴8的外移,允许挑丝杆7进行一定幅度的摆动。
如图1所示,所述瓷眼1和砂轮座安装件6间隔设置在挑丝杆7上,且所述瓷眼1位于砂轮座安装件6的前方,所述砂轮座5设置在砂轮座安装件6的前侧,所述砂轮4设置在砂轮座5中并与瓷眼1位置相对应,在本实施例中,所述砂轮4与瓷眼1相同心,磨毛后纱线通过瓷眼1导出。另外,所述挑丝杆7上设置有位于瓷眼1出口的导丝轮2,有利于纱线的定向导出。
所述砂轮座安装件6上设置有向一侧延伸的瓷眼板14,所述瓷眼板14中设置有瓷环13,所述砂轮4位于瓷眼1与瓷环13之间,砂轮4中设置有喇叭口结构,通过瓷环13将纱线导入砂轮4,形成纱线气圈,进行磨毛后再通过瓷眼1导出。
在本实施例中,所述砂轮座5上设置有与砂轮4对应的安装孔,所述砂轮设置在安装孔中,所述砂轮座5上设置有压盖3进行砂轮4的固定,拆装便利,方便进行砂轮4的更换。
如图1和图2所示,所述砂轮座安装件6一侧面内凹设置有与砂轮座5对应的滑槽,另一侧面设置有与滑槽连通的腰孔,所述腰孔中设置有与砂轮座相连接的螺丝,有利于砂轮座5的高度调节,从而进行砂轮的上下移动调节,控制纱线与砂轮的接触面大小,调节纱线的起毛程度,操作简便。
