1.本公开提供的集尘件单体,通过在所述集尘单元上设置突兀单元,并使突兀单元沿宽度方向凸出于所述集尘单元设置;使得相邻两个集尘件单体在配合安装时,能够通过相对设置的两个突兀单元相接触,且能够使相邻两个所述集尘单元彼此平行且间隔设置,从而提供一种简易连接集尘件单体的方式,无需额外的支撑件即可实现集尘件单体的集尘单元的彼此间隔,达到组装容易、节省工时的效果,加大生产效率,同时减少额外部件,降低制作成本。
2.本公开提供的集尘件单体,通过在所述突兀单元上设置凸起部和/或 凹陷部,并通过与邻接设置的另一个所述突兀单元上的所述凹陷部和/或所述凸起部相抵接,从而起到快速组装的效果;当多个所述集尘件单体依序连接时,仅通过凸起部与凹陷部的嵌插式连接,即可将多个所述集尘件单体层层叠起,组成一个整体;组装简单,利用凹凸承插方式进行固定,便于通过凹凸结构进行定位,组装和拆卸简单,同时省去多余固定柱,减少成本。
3.本公开提供的集尘件单体,通过采用绝缘层至少部分的包裹所述突兀单元,从而使得相邻两个集尘件单体在连接后,能够在绝缘层的作用下,达到相邻两个集尘件单体彼此绝缘的目的,从而便于对不同的集尘件单体施加不同强度的电压。
4.本公开提供的集尘装置,首先将至少两个所述集尘件单体进行组装,随后采用框架对所述集尘件单体进行固定,通过在框架对应设置凸起部或凹陷部,从而与集尘件单体的突兀单元相抵接,实现了对集尘件单体的快速安装与拆卸,无需多余固定结构即可实现安装,简单方便,组装容易。
5.本实施例提供的集尘装置,采用集尘件单体沿长度方向的端部与所述框架间隔设置的形式,从而使得集尘件单体依靠突兀单元与框架进行固定,无固定柱,且集尘件单体悬浮于框架内,集尘件单体上下不与框架接触,解决了上下端部积灰带来的爬电等安全问题,结构简单,只要拆卸了外框紧固件即可将每块集尘件单体取下清洗。
6.本公开提供的空气净化器,通过设置如上述所述的集尘装置,能够实现对集尘件单体的快速安装与拆卸,从而方便对每块集尘件单体进行拆卸清洗,无需多余固定结构即可实现安装,简单方便,组装容易。

实施例一
结合图1-图6所示,本实施例提供的集尘件单体,包括:
集尘单元8,构造为所述集尘件单体的主体部分;
突兀单元7,与所述集尘单元8相连,并沿宽度方向凸出于所述集尘单元8设置;
所述突兀单元7适于在所述集尘件单体与邻接设置的另一个所述集尘件单体配合安装时,与另一个所述集尘件单体上对应设置的所述突兀单元7 相接触,并使对应的两个所述集尘单元8彼此平行且间隔设置。
本实施例提供的集尘件单体,通过在所述集尘单元8上设置突兀单元7,并使突兀单元7沿宽度方向凸出于所述集尘单元8设置;使得相邻两个集尘件单体在配合安装时,能够通过相对设置的两个突兀单元7相接触,且能够使相邻两个所述集尘单元8彼此平行且间隔设置,从而提供一种简易连接集尘件单体的方式,无需额外的支撑件即可实现集尘件单体的集尘单元8的彼此间隔,达到组装容易、节省工时的效果,加大生产效率,同时减少额外部件,降低制作成本。
在一些实施方式中,所述突兀单元7沿宽度方向凸出于所述集尘单元8设置,从而在成排设置的多个所述集尘件单体相互组合时,相邻两个所述集尘件单体的突兀单元7彼此抵接接触,而使得相邻两个所述集尘单元8彼此平行且间隔设置,在相邻两个所述集尘单元8之间形成间隙,方便气体流通。
在一些实施方式中,作为所述集尘件单体1的具体结构形式,可以包括板状、杆状、网状、螺旋状等结构形式。本实施例中,所述集尘件单体1优选采用板状的集尘板形式。
需要说明的是,所述集尘件单体的宽度方向是指如图1所示的左右方向,所述集尘件单体的长度方向是指如图1所示的上下方向。
在一些实施方式中,所述集尘单元8由导电材质制成。在本实施例中,所述集尘单元8的材料可以为金属材料,具体可以包括铝、铁、铜等任何能导电的金属材料,或其它起到导电作用的材料。
具体地,所述突兀单元7上形成有第一定位结构,所述第一定位结构 适于与邻接设置的另一个所述突兀单元7上的第二定位结构相抵接。
在一些实施方式中,所述集尘件单体可以包括两种形式,对应的突兀单元7也包括两种形式,其中,第一种形式的突兀单元7沿宽度方向的两侧均为凸起部,邻接设置的第二种形式所述突兀单元7沿宽度方向的两侧均为凹陷部,两种形式的集尘件单体交替设置,从而组装配合,形成完整的集尘装置。此时,所述第一定位结构为具有凸起部的第一种形式的突兀单元7,所述第二定位结构为具有凹陷部的第二种形式的突兀单元7。
在一些实施方式中,所述集尘件单体仅包括一种形式,对应的突兀单元7也包括一种形式,其中,所述第一定位结构为所述突兀单元7沿宽度方向的第一侧设置的凸起部5,对应的,所述第二定位结构为所述突兀单元7沿宽度方向的第二侧设置的凹陷部4;所述凸起部5和/或所述凹陷部4适于与邻接设置的另一个所述凹陷部4和/或所述凸起部5相抵接。
本实施例提供的集尘件单体,通过在所述突兀单元7上设置凸起部5和/或凹陷部4,并通过与邻接设置的另一个所述突兀单元7上的所述凹陷部4和/或所述凸起部5相抵接,从而起到快速组装的效果;当多个所述集尘件单体依序连接时,仅通过凸起部5与凹陷部4的嵌插式连接,即可将多个所述集尘件单体层层叠起,组成一个整体;组装简单,利用凹凸承插方式进行固定,便于通过凹凸结构进行定位,组装和拆卸简单,同时省去多余固定柱,减少成本。
在一些实施方式中,所述凸起部5与凹陷部4作为可选的实现形式,可以采用如下配合形式,如:凸点与凹坑、销轴与销孔、圆台与圆槽、相互匹配的锯齿形等等,从而提高凸起部5与凹陷部4的结构多样性,根据 具体情形进行选择,上述结构形式均为本领域技术人员通过文字描述即可获知的,在此不再过多赘述。
在一些实施方式中,所述凸起部5与凹陷部4还可以采用过盈配合的形式,从而使得相邻两个所述突兀单元7在组装后能够有一定咬合力,避免散落,降低误操作概率,提高装配效率。
在一些实施方式中,所述集尘件单体上还设置有防呆结构,从而避免突兀单元7反装,提高装配效率。
具体地,所述集尘件单体包括至少两个所述突兀单元7。通过在所述集尘件单体上设置至少两个所述突兀单元7,从而保证多个所述集尘件单体彼此平行设置,且多个所述集尘件单体的所述集尘单元8彼此平行且间隔设置,避免相邻两个所述集尘件单体杂乱设置。
具体地,所述集尘单元8与所述突兀单元7一体成型。从而提高生产效率,减少集尘单元8与所述突兀单元7的装配步骤。
具体地,还包括:绝缘层6,所述绝缘层6至少部分的包裹所述突兀单元7设置,并适于使相抵接连接的两个所述集尘件单体相绝缘。
本实施例的集尘件单体优选用于静电集尘设备中,在一些情况下,当收尘区域带有偏转电场时,即对其中部分的集尘件单体施加电压,而对另一部分的集尘件单体进行接地,使得其中一些集尘件单体形成为偏转电极板,另一些集尘件单体形成为集尘接地极,集尘接地极板与偏转电极板间隔交错排列的形式,由于间隔存在不同的两极,故相邻两个电极之间需要施加不同的电压,此时,需要保证相邻两个电极彼此绝缘。对应到本实施例中,由于本实施例的集尘件单体,采用突兀单元7将多个集尘件单体依 序连接,因此需要对突兀单元7采用绝缘层进行包裹,从而达到相邻两个集尘件单体彼此绝缘的目的。
在一些实施方式中,相邻两个集尘件单体的至少其中一个上设置有所述绝缘层6,即可使得相邻两个集尘件单体彼此绝缘;在一些实施方式中,所述绝缘层6包裹所述突兀单元7的至少部分区域,使得相互配合的凸起部5或所述凹陷部4的至少其中一个上设置有绝缘层6,从而保证相邻两个集尘件单体彼此绝缘。
在一些实施方式中,绝缘部件可选用任一满足使用条件的硬性绝缘物,使集尘接地极板同一电极等电势,偏转电极板同一电极等电势。当通电时,偏转电极板与集尘接地极板间隔交错分开,使整个收集区域形成稳定平行电场。
本实施例提供的集尘件单体,通过采用绝缘层6至少部分的包裹所述突兀单元7,从而使得相邻两个集尘件单体在连接后,能够在绝缘层6的作用下,达到相邻两个集尘件单体彼此绝缘的目的,从而便于对不同的集尘件单体施加不同强度的电压。
实施例二
结合图1所示,本实施例提供一种集尘装置,包括:至少两个如上述实施例一所述的集尘件单体,以及
框架2,所述框架2适于对所述集尘件单体进行固定。
具体地,所述框架2至少部分区域与所述集尘件单体的突兀单元7相抵接,且对应所述突兀单元7的凸起部5或凹陷部4形成有凹陷部4或凸起部5。
本实施例提供的集尘装置,首先将至少两个所述集尘件单体进行组装,随后采用框架2对所述集尘件单体进行固定,通过在框架2对应设置凸起部5或凹陷部4,从而与集尘件单体的突兀单元7相抵接,实现了对集尘件单体的快速安装与拆卸,无需多余固定结构即可实现安装,简单方便,组装容易。
在一些实施方式中,本实施例中,所述框架2为四边形结构,其具体有四个边框彼此连接固定而成,相邻两个边框之间通过紧固件3进行固定,在一些实施方式中,所述紧固件3可以为螺钉、销钉等形式。
在一些实施方式中,所述框架2与所述集尘件单体的宽度方向上相对应的两个边上设置有凸起部5或凹陷部4,从而方便与突兀单元7进行抵接。
作为具体的拆装形式,当需要对集尘件单体进行固定时,将组合好的集尘件单体水平放置在桌面上,并与宽度方向上的框架2的边框相配合,将宽度方向上的框架2的凸起部5或凹陷部4与对应的突兀单元7进行抵接,从而实现定位,进而将长度方向上的框架2的边框通过紧固件3与宽度方向上的框架2的边框进行固定,实现框架2的组装,此时,集尘件单体被固定在所述框架2中。当需要清洗所述集尘装置或者更换集尘件单体时,将紧固件3拆下,进而拆开框架2,即可使得集尘件单体与框架2脱离,从而方便对每块集尘件单体进行拆卸清洗,简单方便,组装容易。
具体地,在所述框架2与所述突兀单元7抵接状态下,所述集尘件单体的集尘单元8沿宽度方向与所述框架2间隔设置。从而避免集尘件单体的集尘单元8沿宽度方向与所述框架2接触,使得集尘件单体仅通过突兀单元7与所述框架2接触,避免积灰,避免漏电情况发生。
具体地,所述集尘件单体沿长度方向的端部与所述框架2间隔设置。
本实施例提供的集尘装置,采用集尘件单体沿长度方向的端部与所述框架2间隔设置的形式,从而使得集尘件单体依靠突兀单元7与框架2进行固定,无固定柱,且集尘件单体悬浮于框架2内,集尘件单体上下不与框架2接触,解决了上下端部积灰带来的爬电等安全问题,结构简单,只要拆卸了外框紧固件即可将每块集尘件单体取下清洗。
实施例三
本实施例提供一种空气净化器,包括如上述实施例二所述的集尘装置。
本实施例提供的空气净化器,通过设置如上述所述的集尘装置,能够实现对集尘件单体的快速安装与拆卸,从而方便对每块集尘件单体进行拆卸清洗,无需多余固定结构即可实现安装,简单方便,组装容易。
通过在空气净化器设置集尘装置,可以使污染空气更多的与集尘装置中的集尘件单体进行接触,充分作用和去除污染物;使流经所述集尘装置的空气中的颗粒物带上电荷,并收集颗粒物及病菌残骸,从而大大提高杀菌消毒效率,达到高效杀菌的效果,净化空气。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本公开创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种集尘件单体,包括:
    集尘单元(8),构造为所述集尘件单体的主体部分;
    突兀单元(7),与所述集尘单元(8)相连,并沿宽度方向凸出于所述集尘单元(8)设置;
    所述突兀单元(7)适于在所述集尘件单体与邻接设置的另一个所述集尘件单体配合安装时,与另一个所述集尘件单体上对应设置的所述突兀单元(7)相接触,并使对应的两个所述集尘单元(8)彼此平行且间隔设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的集尘件单体,其中,所述突兀单元(7)上形成有第一定位结构,所述第一定位结构适于与邻接设置的另一个所述突兀单元(7)上的第二定位结构相抵接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的集尘件单体,其中,所述第一定位结构为所述突兀单元(7)沿宽度方向的第一侧设置的凸起部(5),对应的,所述第二定位结构为所述突兀单元(7)沿宽度方向的第二侧设置的凹陷部(4);
    所述凸起部(5)和/或所述凹陷部(4)适于与邻接设置的另一个所述凹陷部(4)和/或所述凸起部(5)相抵接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的集尘件单体,其中,所述集尘件单体包括至少两个所述突兀单元(7)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的集尘件单体,其中,所述集尘单元(8)与所述突兀单元(7)一体成型。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的集尘件单体,其中,还包括:绝缘层(6),所述绝缘层(6)至少部分的包裹所述突兀单元(7)设置,并适于使相抵接连接的两个所述集尘件单体相绝缘。
  7. 一种集尘装置,包括至少两个如上述权利要求1-6任意一项所述的集尘件单体,以及
    框架(2),所述框架(2)对所述集尘件单体进行固定。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的集尘装置,其中,所述框架(2)至少部分区域与所述集尘件单体的突兀单元(7)相抵接,且对应所述突兀单元(7)的凸起部(5)或凹陷部(4)形成有凹陷部(4)或凸起部(5)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的集尘装置,其中,在所述框架(2)与所述突兀单元(7)抵接状态下,所述集尘件单体的集尘单元(8)沿宽度方向与所述框架(2)间隔设置。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的集尘装置,其中,所述集尘件单体沿长度方向的端部与所述框架(2)间隔设置。
  11. 一种空气净化器,包括如上述权利要求7-10任意一项所述的集尘装置。
