物品が例えばレンタル品等の場合、貸出と返却の2回の搬送を伴うが、貸出は店舗から搬出し、返却は一般ユーザから搬出する場合が多く、物品を返却する時点で貸出のときの梱包材(包材やその中身の緩衝材等)は、既に廃棄されていることがあり、梱包材を新たに調達した上で物品を収納して送り返すことになる。
また、発泡スチロールやエアパッキン等は、物品搬送後、使用済みとして廃棄されることが多く、環境面で良いものではない。

また、袋状体10自体が第1条件が満たされると自己膨張しかつ第2条件が満たされた場合には自己収縮する素材の可変体であってもよい。

このように収納部(例えば図1の収納部20等)の内部に膨張及び収縮する緩衝材を配置し、収納部(例えば図1の収納部20等)に収納した物体(例えばカメラA等)の形状に合わせて膨張させることで、今まで輸送先で廃棄していた緩衝材を繰り返し利用できるので、物体(例えばカメラA等)の輸送コストを低減することができる。
前記第1条件を満たした場合、前記可変体(例えば図1の袋状体10等)に流体(例えば図1の空気M等)を流入させる流体流入制御手段(例えば図1の逆止弁11等)、
を備える。
このように第1条件を満たした場合、可変体(例えば図1の袋状体10等)に流体(例えば図1の空気M等)を流入させることで、包装内で可変体が膨らみ、物体(例えばカメラA等)に圧力を加えて押さえ付けるので、輸送の際のガタツキを防止すると共に輸送中に発生する振動や不意に発生する衝撃から物体(例えばカメラA等)を保護することができる。
前記第2条件を満たした場合、前記可変体(例えば図1の袋状体10等)から流体(例えば図1の空気M等)を流出させる流体流出制御手段(例えば図1の逆止弁11等)、
を備える。
このように第2条件を満たした場合、可変体(例えば図1の袋状体10等)に流体(例えば図1の空気M等)を流出させることで、包装内で可変体(例えば図1の袋状体10等)が収縮して物体(例えばカメラA等)に対する所定圧力を除く、つまり押さえ付けをなくすので、包装を輸送した後に開梱したときに包装から物体(例えばカメラA等)を取り出し易くなる。
Claims (4)
- 第1条件を満たした場合、膨張して物体に所定圧力を加え、第2条件を満たした場合、収縮して前記物体に対する当該所定圧力を除く可変体、
を備える緩衝材。 - 開口を有し、前記物体を前記開口から収納可能な収納部と、
前記収納部に、前記開口を開閉可能に設けられた蓋と、
を有し、
請求項1に記載の前記緩衝材が前記収納部の内部に配置された包装。 - 前記第1条件が、前記蓋が閉められたことであり、
前記第1条件を満たした場合、前記可変体に流体を流入させる流体流入制御手段、
を備える請求項2に記載の包装。 - 前記第2条件が、前記蓋が開けられたことであり、
前記第2条件を満たした場合、前記可変体から前記流体を流出させる流体流出制御手段、
を備える請求項3に記載の包装。
