本公开涉及衣物处理设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种蒸汽发生器系统和衣物处理设备。
背景技术
相关技术中,衣物处理设备的蒸汽发生器通常采用设置在蒸汽发生器的壳体上的安全阀进行泄压,结构复杂,成本高,而且在利用安全阀泄压后,还要进一步地人工确认安全阀是否处于泄压位置。
发明内容
本公开旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本公开的一个目的在于提出一种蒸汽发生器系统,结构简单。
本公开还提出一种衣物处理设备,包括上述的蒸汽发生器系统。
根据本公开实施例的衣物处理设备的蒸汽发生器系统,包括:蒸汽发生器,所述蒸汽发生器包括壳体,所述壳体具有进水口和蒸汽出口;压力调节件,所述压力调节件包括连通管和压力调节部,所述压力调节部设在所述连通管的管壁上,所述压力调节部被构造成用于调节所述连通管的压力;其中,所述进水口和所述蒸汽出口中的其中一个与所述压力调节件的所述连通管连通,或者,所述进水口和所述蒸汽出口分别与不同的所述压力调节件的所述连通管连通。

在本公开的一些实施例中,如图4所示,第一定位部33被构造成凸筋,第二定位部被构造成为凹槽。由此,通过凸筋与凹槽的配合,只需一个插接的动作即可实现定位,安装简 单。当然,本公开不限于此,在另一些实施方式中,第一定位部33为凹槽,第二定位部为凸筋。
在本公开的一些实施例中,安装板3为一体成型件。由此,一体件的结构不仅可以保证安装板3的结构、性能稳定性,并且方便成型、制造简单,而且省去了多余的装配件以及连接工序,大大提高了安装板3的装配效率,保证安装板3连接的可靠性,再者,一体形成的结构的整体强度和稳定性较高,组装更方便,寿命更长。
在本公开的一些实施例中,凸筋与安装板3为一体成型件。由此,一体件的结构不仅可以保证凸筋与安装板3的结构、性能稳定性,并且方便成型、制造简单,而且省去了多余的装配件以及连接工序,大大提高了凸筋与安装板3的装配效率,保证凸筋与安装板3连接的可靠性,再者,一体形成的结构的整体强度和稳定性较高,组装更方便,寿命更长。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图10所示,蒸汽发生器组件1包括:防护壳12和蒸汽发生器11。具体而言,防护壳12上设有第一开孔(图未示出)和第二开孔(图未示出),蒸汽发生器11位于防护壳12内,蒸汽发生器11的壳体111具有进水口1112和蒸汽出口1113,进水口1112与第一开孔对应,蒸汽出口1113与第二开孔对应。由此,通过设置防护壳12,从而可以提高对蒸汽发生器11的防护作用。此外,第一开孔的设置可以用于避让进水口1112以便于进水口1112与管路的接通,第二开孔的设置可以用于避让蒸汽出口1113以便于蒸汽出口1113与管路的连通。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图10所示,防护壳12内设有保温隔热壳13,蒸汽发生器11位于保温隔热壳13内,保温隔热壳13上设有第一穿孔131和第二穿孔132,第一穿孔131、进水口1112与第一开孔对应,第二穿孔132、蒸汽出口1113与第二开孔对应。由此,通过设置保温隔热壳13,从而可以提高对蒸汽发生器11的保温作用。
在本公开的一些具体示例中,保温隔热壳13由两个半壳拼接而成。由此,结构简单,便于安装。
在本公开的一些实施方式中,保温隔热壳13为泡沫件。由此,成本低。
在本公开的一些实施例中,蒸汽发生器组件1与安装板3可拆卸地相连。由此,结构简单,便于拆装。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图10所示,壳体111上设有第一紧固孔11111,安装板3上设有第二紧固孔311,防护壳12上设有避让孔123,第一紧固孔11111、避让孔123和第二紧固孔311一一对应,衣物处理设备100包括紧固件,紧固件依次穿设于第一紧固孔11111、避让孔123和第二紧固孔311。由此,可以实现蒸汽发生器组件1与安装板3的可拆卸相连。
例如,安装板3上设有多个第二紧固孔311,壳体111的顶壁上设有多个螺钉柱1111, 每个螺钉柱1111形成有第一紧固孔11111,防护壳12上设有多个避让孔123,多个避让孔123间隔开设置,保温隔热壳13上设有多个避开孔,多个紧固件例如螺钉、多个第一紧固孔11111、多个第二紧固孔311、多个避开孔和多个避让孔123一一对应,紧固件依次穿过对应的第一紧固孔11111、避开孔、避让孔123和第二紧固孔311,从而实现蒸汽发生器组件1和安装板3的连接,有利于提高蒸汽发生器组件1与安装板3连接的可靠性。
下面描述根据本公开实施例的蒸汽发生器11的具体结构。
衣物处理设备100包括蒸汽发生器组件1,蒸汽发生器组件1包括蒸汽发生器11,蒸汽发生器11可以包括:壳体111、隔板112和加热元件(未示出)。
具体而言,如图11-图12所示,壳体111具有进水口1112和蒸汽出口1113,隔板112设在壳体111内以将壳体111分隔成第一腔室a和第二腔室b,进水口1112与第一腔室a连通,蒸汽出口1113与第二腔室b连通,第一腔室a通过连通通道c与第二腔室b连通,加热元件设于壳体111以至少用于加热第一腔室a,这样,外部的水可以经过进水口1112进入到第一腔室a内,加热元件可以对进入到第一腔室a内的水进行加热,从而形成蒸汽,蒸汽可以经过连通通道c进入到第二腔室b内,进入到第二腔室b内的蒸汽可以进一步地在第二腔室b内流动并且从蒸汽出口1113排出,继而排向衣物处理设备100的内桶中,实现对衣物的微干洗。
具体而言,蒸汽出口1113的进口端所在的平面与连通通道c的出口端所在的平面具有夹角,也就是说,蒸汽出口1113的进口端所在的平面与连通通道c的出口端所在的平面不是平行的,而是互成一定角度(例如,该夹角的取值范围为30-150°之间,具体可以为75°、80°、85°、90°或95°)的。这样设置,有利于延长蒸汽在第二腔室b内的流通路径,并且蒸汽在由连通通道c流向蒸汽出口1113的过程中,气流会产生转折,在转折后由重力和惯性去除大颗粒水滴,从而确保从蒸汽出口1113排出的蒸汽的干度,防止蒸汽中携带的水从蒸汽出口1113喷出。
根据本公开实施例的衣物处理设备100的蒸汽发生器11,蒸汽出口1113的进口端所在的平面与连通通道c的出口端所在的平面具有夹角,这样设置,有利于延长蒸汽在第二腔室b内的流通路径,并且蒸汽在由连通通道c流向蒸汽出口1113的过程中,气流会产生转折,在转折后由重力和惯性去除大颗粒水滴,从而确保从蒸汽出口1113排出的蒸汽的干度,防止蒸汽中携带的水从蒸汽出口1113喷出。
在本公开的一些实施例中,参照图1所示,第一腔室a和第二腔室b在上下方向上排布,第一腔室a位于第二腔室b的下方,进水口1112位于第一腔室a的周壁或底壁。具体地, 隔板112水平设置在壳体111内以将壳体111分隔成位于上方的第二腔室b和位于下方的第一腔室a。这样设置,结构简单,便于隔板112的安装。
当然,本公开不限于此,在另一些实施方式中,隔板112还可以与水平方向呈预设角度,例如,隔板112与水平方向的夹角的取值范围为0~45°之间。具体地,隔板112与水平方向的夹角为10°、15°、20°、或25°。
在本公开的一些实施例中,蒸汽出口1113设在第二腔室b的周壁上。具体而言,如图11所示,隔板112水平设在壳体111内将壳体111分隔成位于上方的第二腔室b和位于下方的第一腔室a,连通通道c形成在隔板112上,蒸汽出口1113设在第二腔室b的周壁上,从而蒸汽出口1113的进气端所在的平面与连通通道c的出气端所在的平面是处于垂直的状态,这样蒸汽在从连通通道c流向蒸汽出口1113的过程中,会形成较大角度的转折,蒸汽在转折后由重力和惯性可以去除大颗粒的水滴,从而提升蒸汽的干度,防止蒸汽中携带的水从蒸汽出口1113喷出。
当然,本公开不限于此,在另一些实施方式中,壳体111的外周壁上设有连接部,连接部形成有连通通道,连通沟通到连通第一腔室a和第二腔室b。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图11所示,连通通道c为一个,连通通道c设在隔板112的长度方向的一端,蒸汽出口1113邻近隔板112的长度方向的另一端设置。具体而言,在水平面内,连通通道c和蒸汽出口1113分别位于隔板112的宽度方向的对称线的两侧。这样,有利于延长蒸汽从连通通道c流入蒸汽出口1113的路径,从而可以较大程度地在蒸汽转折后由重力和惯性去除大颗粒的水滴,提升蒸汽的干度,防止蒸汽中携带的水从蒸汽出口1113喷出。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图11所示,壳体111包括:底壳114和顶盖115。底壳114的顶部敞开,顶盖115可拆卸地盖设在底壳114的顶部。由此,通过将底壳114和顶盖115设置成可拆卸地相连,从而便于壳体111内的部件例如隔板112等的安装和更换。
在本公开的一些实施例中,加热元件可以设在底壳114内。例如,加热元件一体地设在底壳114内。由此,一体件的结构不仅可以保证加热元件和底壳114的结构、性能稳定性,并且方便成型、制造简单,而且省去了多余的装配件以及连接工序,大大提高了加热元件和底壳114的装配效率,保证加热元件和底壳114的连接的可靠性,再者,一体件的结构的整体强度和稳定性较高,组装更方便,寿命更长。
在本公开的一些实施方式中,隔板112设在底壳114内,底壳114的内周壁上设有定位筋1141,顶盖115上设有止抵筋1151,隔板112支撑在定位筋1141的顶壁上且与止抵筋1151抵接。具体而言,例如,如图11-图12所示,底壳114的内周壁上设有多个定位筋1141, 多个定位筋1141在底壳114的周向上间隔开设置,顶盖115上设有多个止抵筋1151,多个止抵筋1151在底壳114的周向上间隔开设置,隔板112的下表面支撑在多个定位筋1141的上方,从而当底壳114与顶盖115连接时顶盖115上的止抵筋1151与隔板112的上表面抵接,以实现对隔板112的固定。这样设置,装配简单,并且顶盖115上止抵筋1151的设置还有利于提高顶盖115的结构强度,底壳114的内周壁的定位筋1141的设置还有利于提高底壳114的结构强度。
在本公开的一些实施方式中,底壳114与定位筋1141为一体件。由此,一体件的结构不仅可以保证底壳114与定位筋1141的结构、性能稳定性,并且方便成型、制造简单,而且省去了多余的装配件以及连接工序,大大提高了底壳114与定位筋1141的装配效率,保证底壳114与定位筋1141连接的可靠性,再者,一体形成的结构的整体强度和稳定性较高,组装更方便,寿命更长。
在本公开的一些实施方式中,顶盖115与止抵筋1151为一体件。由此,一体件的结构不仅可以保证顶盖115与止抵筋1151的结构、性能稳定性,并且方便成型、制造简单,而且省去了多余的装配件以及连接工序,大大提高了顶盖115与止抵筋1151的装配效率,保证顶盖115与止抵筋1151连接的可靠性,再者,一体形成的结构的整体强度和稳定性较高,组装更方便,寿命更长。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图12所示,顶盖115具有底部敞开的容纳腔d,顶盖115的敞开端的端面设有止抵筋1151,这样,容纳腔d、底壳114的位于隔板112的邻近容纳腔d的空间以及隔板112共同限定出第二腔室b,上述的蒸汽出口1113设在顶盖115的周壁上。这样设置不但结构简单,而且结构布局更加合理。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图11所示,蒸汽发生器11包括:滤网部件116,滤网部件116设在第二腔室b内,在气流的流动方向上,滤网部件116位于连通通道c和蒸汽出口1113之间。由此气流在第二腔室b内的流动过程中,必然会流经滤网部件116,滤网部件116的设置可以对蒸汽进行过滤,使得蒸汽中的水滴等顺着滤网部件116在重力作用下流动,从而过滤出小水珠,这样设置可以进一步地提高从蒸汽出口1113排出的气流的干度,防止蒸汽中携带的水从蒸汽出口1113喷出。
在本公开的一些实施例中,滤网部件116与蒸汽出口1113的进气端平行设置,或者滤网部件116与连通通道c的出气端平行设置。由此,结构简单,便于加工制造,并且便于提高过滤效果。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图12所示,蒸汽发生器11包括挡板117,挡板117设在壳体111内且正对蒸汽出口1113。由此,通过设置挡板117,当气流朝向蒸汽出口1113处 流动时,必然会撞击在挡板117上,进而从挡板117的邻近蒸汽出口1113的表面与壳体111的内壁之间的缝隙进入到蒸汽出口1113内,从而利用挡板117的遮挡再次过滤蒸汽中的水珠,保证干燥的蒸汽从蒸汽出口1113喷出。
在本公开的一些实施例中,挡板117可以设在上述的顶盖115上,并且挡板117与顶盖115可以为一体件。由此,一体件的结构不仅可以保证挡板117与顶盖115的结构、性能稳定性,并且方便成型、制造简单,而且省去了多余的装配件以及连接工序,大大提高了挡板117与顶盖115的装配效率,保证挡板117与顶盖115连接的可靠性,再者,一体件的结构的整体强度和稳定性较高,组装更方便,寿命更长。

下面描述根据本公开实施例的蒸汽发生器系统。
如图5-图8所示,根据本公开实施例的蒸汽发生器系统,可以包括蒸汽发生器11和压力调节件5。
如图7-图8所示,压力调节件5包括连通管51和压力调节部,压力调节部设在连通管51的管壁上,压力调节部被构造成用于调节连通管51的压力,进水口1112和蒸汽出口1113中的其中一个与压力调节件5的连通管51连通,或者,进水口1112和蒸汽出口1113分别与不同的压力调节件5的连通管51连通。
具体而言,由于连通管51与蒸汽发生器11相连,通过调节连通管51的压力,从而可以实现对蒸汽发生器11的壳体111内的压力的调整,从而当蒸汽发生器11的壳体111内的压力异常例如当加热元件异常升温而导致的压力增大时,可以利用压力调节部对连通管51进行泄压,进而对蒸汽发生器11进行泄压,有利于提高蒸汽发生器11工作的可靠性,而且结构简单,无需在蒸汽发生器11上另外设置安全阀,可以简化蒸汽发生器11的结构,并且 省去了安全阀在发生异常压力动作之后需要再次检查蒸汽发生器11的安全的步骤。
根据本公开实施例的蒸汽发生器系统,由于连通管51与蒸汽发生器11相连,通过调节连通管51的压力,从而可以实现对蒸汽发生器11的壳体111内的压力的调整,从而当蒸汽发生器11的壳体111内的压力异常例如当加热元件异常升温而导致的压力增大时,可以利用压力调节部对连通管51进行泄压,进而对蒸汽发生器11进行泄压,有利于提高蒸汽发生器11工作的可靠性,而且结构简单,无需在蒸汽发生器11上另外设置安全阀,可以简化蒸汽发生器11的结构,并且省去了安全阀在发生异常压力动作之后需要再次检查蒸汽发生器11的安全的步骤。
在本公开的一些实施例中,压力调节部被构造成为贯穿连通管51的管壁的泄压孔52,泄压孔52的横截面积小于连通管51的横截面积。由此,不但结构简单,而且便于加工制造,同时有利于提高泄压效果。
在本公开的一些实施例中,泄压孔52的等效直径不大于1.5mm。例如,泄压孔52的等效直径为1.3mm、1.2mm、1.1mm、1mm、0.8mm、0.5mm或0.2mm。由此,通过使得泄压孔52的等效直径不大于1.5mm,既可以保证泄压效果,又可以保证连通管51与蒸汽发生器11之间的流体正常流动,防止因泄压孔52的尺寸过大,而导致连通管51的流体被用于泄压排出,而无法正常进入到蒸汽发生器11,或者蒸汽发生器11的流体经泄压孔52被用于泄压排出,而无法经过连通管51输送到内桶内。
在本公开的一些实施例中,蒸汽发生器系统包括:存放盒,泄压孔52适于连通至存放盒。从而从泄压孔52排出的流体可以被排放至存放盒内,避免水流到电器件上对电器件造成损坏。
在本公开的一些实施例中,存放盒为衣物处理剂盒4。由此,可以利用衣物处理设备100的原有的衣物处理剂盒4结构充当存放盒接收从泄压孔52排出的流体,无需另外设置存放盒,结构更加紧凑,而且有利于降低成本。
在本公开的一些实施例中,存放盒与压力调节件5为一体件。由此,一体件的结构不仅可以保证存放盒与压力调节件5的结构、性能稳定性,并且方便成型、制造简单,而且省去了多余的装配件以及连接工序,大大提高了存放盒与压力调节件5的装配效率,保证存放盒与压力调节件5连接的可靠性,再者,一体形成的结构的整体强度和稳定性较高,组装更方便,寿命更长。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图7所示,压力调节件5包括:连接管53,连接管53的一端与连通管51的外周壁相连,且连接管53环绕在泄压孔52的外周设置,连接管53的另一端插入存放盒。由此,不但结构简单,而且连接管53的设置便于对从泄压孔52排出的流 体起到导流的作用,保证泄压孔52流出的流体能够可靠地流入到存放盒内。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图7所示,连通管51的管壁的位于泄压孔52的内周壁和连接管53的内周壁之间的部分的壁厚m小于等于1mm。例如,连通管51的管壁的位于泄压孔52的内周壁和连接管53的内周壁之间的部分的壁厚m的取值为0.3mm、0.5mm、0.7mm或0.8mm。通过使得连通管51的管壁的位于泄压孔52的内周壁和连接管53的内周壁之间的部分的壁厚小于等于1mm,从而当蒸汽发生器11的壳体111内的压力异常大,并且连通管51持续有水进入到壳体111内时,连通管51内过大的压力会使得该位置处破开,从而便于连通管51内的水经过连接管53进入到存放盒内,较大程度地释放连通管51的压力,避免蒸汽发生器11的损坏。
在本公开的一些实施例中,衣物处理设备100包括进水阀54,例如进水阀54为电磁阀,进水阀54通过连通管51与进水口1112相连。由此,通过设置进水阀54,从而可以使得衣物处理设备100的进水更加的智能。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图8所示,进水阀54与连通管51之间、和/或连通管51与进水口1112之间通过柔性管55相连通。也就是说,进水阀54与连通管51之间可以通过柔性管55相连,连通管51与进水口1112之间可以通过柔性管55相连,或者进水阀54与连通管51之间以及连通管51与进水口1112之间均可以通过柔性管55相连,由于柔性管55可以自由弯折,柔性管55的设置可以不用占用更多的安装空间,从而使得蒸汽发生器系统的结构更加地紧凑。
在本公开的一些具体示例中,柔性管55可以为波纹管、橡胶管、硅胶管或塑料管。由此,成本低。
根据本公开实施例的衣物处理设备100,通过设置上述的蒸汽发生器系统,由于连通管51与蒸汽发生器11相连,通过调节连通管51的压力,从而可以实现对蒸汽发生器11的壳体111内的压力的调整,从而当蒸汽发生器11的壳体111内的压力异常例如当加热元件异常升温而导致的压力增大时,可以利用压力调节部对连通管51进行泄压,进而对蒸汽发生器11进行泄压,有利于提高蒸汽发生器11工作的可靠性,而且结构简单,无需在蒸汽发生器11上另外设置安全阀,可以简化蒸汽发生器11的结构,并且省去了安全阀在发生异常压力动作之后需要再次检查蒸汽发生器11的安全的步骤。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种衣物处理设备的蒸汽发生器系统,其中,包括:
    蒸汽发生器,所述蒸汽发生器包括壳体,所述壳体具有进水口和蒸汽出口;
    压力调节件,所述压力调节件包括连通管和压力调节部,所述压力调节部设在所述连通管的管壁上,所述压力调节部被构造成用于调节所述连通管的压力;
    其中,所述进水口和所述蒸汽出口中的其中一个与所述压力调节件的所述连通管连通,或者,所述进水口和所述蒸汽出口分别与不同的所述压力调节件的所述连通管连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备的蒸汽发生器系统,其中,所述压力调节部被构造成为贯穿所述连通管的管壁的泄压孔,所述泄压孔的横截面积小于所述连通管的横截面积。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理设备的蒸汽发生器系统,其中,所述泄压孔的等效直径不大于1.5mm。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理设备的蒸汽发生器系统,其中,包括:存放盒,所述泄压孔适于连通至所述存放盒。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理设备的蒸汽发生器系统,其中,所述存放盒为衣物处理剂盒。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理设备的蒸汽发生器系统,其中,所述存放盒与所述压力调节件为一体件。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理设备的蒸汽发生器系统,其中,所述压力调节件包括:连接管,所述连接管的一端与所述连通管的外周壁相连,且所述连接管环绕在所述泄压孔的外周设置,所述连接管的另一端插入所述存放盒。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的衣物处理设备的蒸汽发生器系统,其中,所述连通管的管壁的位于所述泄压孔的内周壁和所述连接管的内周壁之间的部分的壁厚m小于等于1mm。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的衣物处理设备的蒸汽发生器系统,其中,包括进水阀,所述进水阀通过所述连通管与所述进水口相连。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的衣物处理设备的蒸汽发生器系统,其中,所述进水阀与所述连通管之间、和/或所述连通管与所述进水口之间通过柔性管相连通。
  11. 一种衣物处理设备,其中,包括根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的蒸汽发生器系统。
