技术领域
本发明涉及电气技术领域,尤其涉及一种电气设备。
背景技术
一般电气设备的箱体上会装有电抗器、散热器、连接器、端子等外装器件,为保证电气设备箱体的密封性,器件与箱体之间设置有密封件,如图1所示,密封件一般是放置在器件安装槽内,当器件与箱体紧固安装后,密封件夹在器件的基面与箱体之间,使得器件与箱体具有一定的间隙,致使器件和箱体之间不能有效接触,从而无法实现导电接触的电磁屏蔽功能。随着技术的发展,为了实现器件与箱体之间兼具密封和导电接触的电磁屏蔽功能,如图2所示,一般会选用双峰密封件,其中一峰用于导电,另一峰用于密封,但是此种密封件工艺复杂,导电的一峰需要配有导电填充物,如碳、镍、银等一种或多种,成本高,而且导电的一峰经过长期使用有老化脆裂风险,脆裂的异物可能会导致电气设备的箱体内部的电气元件短路。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电气设备,电气设备上的密封件在保证箱体与器件密封安装的同时,也能够保证箱体与器件之间的电磁屏蔽功能,该结构工艺简单,节省成本,也能保证电气设备的稳定工作。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种电气设备,包括:
箱体;
器件,可拆卸固定在所述箱体上;以及
兼顾电磁屏蔽功能和密封功能的密封件,设置在所述箱体与所述器件之间,所述器件的基面能够与所述箱体的安装面相贴合。
作为优选方案,所述器件的基面与所述箱体的安装面中的一个上开设有安装槽,所述安装槽包括由上至下依次相连接的第一槽段以及第二槽段,所述第一槽段的宽度大于所述第二槽段的宽度,所述密封件设置在所述第二槽段内,所述密封件背离所述第二槽段的一面能够与所述第一槽段的上表面相齐平。

如图3所示,该电气设备主要包括箱体1、器件2以及密封件3,其中,箱体1对内部的电气元件起到一定的保护支撑作用,器件2为外装器件,可以为电抗器、散热器、连接器、端子等,器件2可拆卸固定在箱体1上,并与箱体1内部的电气元件电连接,从而实现器件2相应的功能,密封件3设置在箱体1与器件2之间,从而增强器件2与箱体1之间的安装密封性。具体而言,器件2上开设有第一安装孔,箱体1上开设有第二安装孔,紧固件依次穿过第一安装孔以及第二安装孔将器件2固定在箱体1上。需要说明的是,紧固件可以为螺钉连接,螺钉连接为可拆卸连接,当器件2发生故障或损坏时,便于将器件2从箱体1上拆卸下来进行维修,更换上新的器件2。此外,螺钉连接具有可靠性强,安装稳固的优点。
但是,如图1所示,现有的密封件3一般都是放置在器件2安装槽内,当器件2与箱体1紧固安装后,密封件3夹在器件2的基面与箱体1之间,使得 器件2与箱体1之间具有一定的间隙,致使器件2和箱体1之间不能有效地进行导电接触,从而无法实现导电接触的电磁屏蔽功能。
随着技术的发展,为了保证器件2与箱体1之间兼具密封和导电接触的电磁屏蔽功能,如图2所示,密封件3一般会选用双峰密封件,其中一峰用于导电,另一峰用于密封,但是此种密封件3工艺复杂,导电的一峰需要配有导电填充物,如碳、镍、银等一种或多种,成本高,而且导电的一峰经过长期使用有老化脆裂风险,脆裂的异物可能会导致箱体1内部的电气元件短路。
为了解决上述问题,如图3~图4所示,本实施例提供的电气设备的密封件3能够兼顾电磁屏蔽功能和密封功能,该密封件3设置在箱体1与器件2之间,当器件2与箱体1紧固安装后,密封件3受到挤压,使得器件2的基面能够与箱体1的安装面相贴合,使得密封件3在保证箱体1与器件2密封安装的同时,也能够保证箱体1与器件2之间导电接触的电磁屏蔽功能。该电气设备在使用密封件3保证密封性的情况下,无需在箱体1与器件2之间额外增加导电接触零部件,来保证箱体1与器件2之间导电接触的电磁屏蔽功能,从而降低了工艺难度,节省成本,也不会对箱体1内部的电气元件造成短路现象,保证电气设备的稳定工作。
在本实施例中,箱体1和器件2均为导体,从而保证实现箱体1和器件2进行导电接触,保证两者之间产生导电接触的电磁屏蔽功能。具体而言,箱体1和器件2的材料可以是金属件,如钣金件、压铸件、金属机加工件等,也可以是非金属件表面涂覆导电涂层,从而保证箱体1与器件2接触后各自均能够形成导体空腔。
需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,箱体1的安装面和器件2的基面为导电 接触,只要能够保证箱体1与器件2的有限接触部分为导电接触即可。
现结合图3~图4对密封件3的具体放置形式进行说明,如图2~图3所示,器件2的基面上开设有安装槽21,安装槽21包括由上至下依次相连接的第一槽段211以及第二槽段212,第一槽段211的宽度大于第二槽段212的宽度,密封件3设置在第二槽段212内,当密封件3受到器件2与箱体1紧固安装后,密封件3受到挤压,使得密封件3背离第二槽段212的一面能够与第一槽段211的上表面相齐平,从而保证器件2的基面与箱体1的安装面相贴合。需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,还可以在箱体1的安装面中上开设有安装槽21。
优选地,密封件3可以为密封胶条,密封胶条的变形量比较大,便于在器件2与箱体1的挤压作用下,铺在第一槽段211上,保证密封件3背离第二槽段212的一面能够与第一槽段211的上表面相齐平。此外,密封胶条具有成本低、可靠性高以及可实现性好的优点。
优选地,密封胶条可以通过点胶方式固定在第二槽段212内,可以避免密封胶条从第二槽段212内脱落下来,提高密封胶条与第二槽段212固定的稳定性。在其他实施例中,密封胶条还可以通过背胶粘结固定的方式固定在第二槽段212内。
实施例二
本实施例提供的电气设备的结构与实施例一基本相同,本实施例提供的电气设备与实施例一的不同之处在于:密封件3的安装形式不同。
如图5~图6所示,器件2的基面上开设有台阶面22,台阶面22上开设有凹槽221,密封件3设置在凹槽221中,当密封件3受到器件2与箱体1紧 固安装后,密封件3受到挤压,使得密封件3能够铺在台阶面22上,以使密封件3背离凹槽221的一面与器件2的基面相齐平,从而保证器件2的基面与箱体1的安装面相贴合。需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,还可以在箱体1的安装面上开设有台阶面22,当密封件3受到器件2与箱体1紧固安装后,密封件3受到挤压,使得密封件3能够铺在台阶面22上,以使密封件3背离凹槽221的一面与箱体1的安装面相齐平。
优选地,密封件3可以通过点胶方式固定在凹槽221内,可以避免密封件3从凹槽221内脱落下来,提高密封件3与凹槽221固定的稳定性。在其他实施例中,密封件3还可以通过背胶粘结固定的方式固定在凹槽221内。
实施例三
本实施例提供的电气设备的结构与实施例一基本相同,本实施例提供的电气设备与实施例一的不同之处在于:密封件3的安装形式不同。
如图7~图8所示,器件2的基面上开设有台阶面22,密封件3设置在台阶面22上,当密封件3受到器件2与箱体1紧固安装后,密封件3受到挤压,使得密封件3能够铺在台阶面22上,以使密封件3背离台阶面22的一面与器件2的基面相齐平,从而保证器件2的基面与箱体1的安装面相贴合。需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,还可以在箱体1的安装面上开设有台阶面22,当密封件3受到器件2与箱体1紧固安装后,密封件3受到挤压,使得密封件3能够铺在台阶面22上,以使密封件3背离台阶面22的一面与箱体1的安装面相齐平。
优选地,密封件3可以通过点胶方式固定在台阶面22上,可以避免密封件3从台阶面22上脱落下来,提高密封件3与台阶面22固定的稳定性。在其 他实施例中,密封件3还可以通过背胶粘结固定的方式固定在台阶面22上。
实施例四
本实施例提供的电气设备的结构与实施例三基本相同,本实施例提供的电气设备与实施例三的不同之处在于:密封件3的安装位置不同。
如图9所示,器件2的基面上开设有台阶面22,密封件3设置在箱体1上,并且密封件3与台阶面22正对设置,当密封件3受到器件2与箱体1紧固安装后,密封件3受到挤压,使得密封件3能够铺在台阶面22上,密封件3两面分别与箱体1的安装面和器件2的基面相贴合,从而保证器件2的基面与箱体1的安装面相贴合。需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,还可以在箱体1的安装面上开设有台阶面22,密封件3设置在器件2上,并且密封件3与台阶面22正对设置。
优选地,密封件3可以通过点胶方式固定在箱体1上,可以避免密封件3从箱体1上脱落下来,提高密封件3与箱体1固定的稳定性。在其他实施例中,密封件3还可以通过背胶粘结固定的方式固定在箱体1上。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为了清楚说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电气设备,其特征在于,包括:
    箱体(1);
    器件(2),可拆卸固定在所述箱体(1)上;以及
    兼顾电磁屏蔽功能和密封功能的密封件(3),设置在所述箱体(1)与所述器件(2)之间,所述器件(2)的基面能够与所述箱体(1)的安装面相贴合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电气设备,其特征在于,所述器件(2)的基面与所述箱体(1)的安装面中的一个上开设有安装槽(21),所述安装槽(21)包括由上至下依次相连接的第一槽段(211)以及第二槽段(212),所述第一槽段(211)的宽度大于所述第二槽段(212)的宽度,所述密封件(3)设置在所述第二槽段(212)内,所述密封件(3)背离所述第二槽段(212)的一面能够与所述第一槽段(211)的上表面相齐平。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电气设备,其特征在于,所述密封件(3)通过点胶方式或背胶粘结固定的方式固定在所述第二槽段(212)内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电气设备,其特征在于,所述器件(2)的基面与所述箱体(1)的安装面中的一个上开设有台阶面(22),所述台阶面(22)上开设有凹槽(221),所述密封件(3)设置在所述凹槽(221)中,所述密封件(3)能够铺在所述台阶面(22)上,以使所述密封件(3)背离所述凹槽(221)的一面与所述器件(2)的基面或所述箱体(1)的安装面相齐平。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电气设备,其特征在于,所述密封件(3)通过 点胶方式或背胶粘结固定的方式固定在所述凹槽(221)内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电气设备,其特征在于,所述器件(2)的基面与所述箱体(1)的安装面中的一个上开设有台阶面(22),所述密封件(3)设置在所述台阶面(22)上或所述器件(2)的基面与所述箱体(1)的安装面中未开设有所述台阶面(22)并且与所述台阶面(22)正对的位置上,所述密封件(3)能够铺在所述台阶面(22)上,所述密封件(3)两面分别与所述箱体(1)的安装面和所述器件(2)的基面相贴合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电气设备,其特征在于,所述密封件(3)通过点胶方式或背胶粘结固定的方式固定在所述台阶面(22)上或所述器件(2)的基面与所述箱体(1)的安装面中未开设有所述台阶面(22)并且与所述台阶面(22)正对的位置上。
  8. 根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的电气设备,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)和所述器件(2)均为导体。
  9. 根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的电气设备,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的安装面和所述器件(2)的基面为导电接触。
  10. 根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的电气设备,其特征在于,所述密封件(3)为密封胶条。
