下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。

下面结合图1-图12描述本申请的线束固定结构及电器箱体。
参考图1,本实施例提供一种线束固定结构,其中线束3用于穿出箱体11上的出线孔,该线束固定结构包括固定圈2。固定圈2用于套设于线束3。固定圈2设于线束3和出线孔111之间,起到线束3在出线孔111处的固定密封作用。参考图2,所述固定圈2的内部沿轴向设有贯穿的线束孔23。线束3从线束孔23中穿过。所述固定圈2的外壁沿轴向的中间部位设有一圈卡槽21,所述卡槽21用于与出线孔的侧边匹配插接。即固定圈2的外壁面上在沿轴向的中间部位具有一段截面尺寸较小的槽段,使得固定圈2的外壁面上在中间部位形成卡槽21,出线孔的侧边可对应插入固定圈2外壁上的卡槽21中,固定圈2的两端端部部位22卡在出线孔111的侧边的两侧,从而将固定圈2固定在出线孔111处,避免脱落。
参考图1和图2,所述出线孔的内壁设有定位块,所述卡槽21的槽底上设有与所述定位块对应的定位槽24。在固定圈2安装完成时,出线孔111的内壁与固定圈2上卡槽21的槽底贴合接触;且出线孔111内壁上的定位块对应插入固定圈2卡槽21上的定位槽24中。可更好的实现固定圈2的固定,进而实现线束更好的固定。
本实施例提供的一种线束固定结构,在线束和出线孔111之间设置固定圈2,可较好的实现线束在出线孔111处的固定和密封,实现线束的有序稳定放置;且固定圈2套设于线束可对线束起到防磨损保护作用;另外,固定圈2通过卡槽21和定位槽24与出线孔111匹配连接,可提高固定圈2固定的稳定性;采用该固定圈2固定线束,固定方式简单,固定牢靠。
进一步地,可在出线孔的内壁相对两侧设置两个定位块,在固定圈2卡槽21的槽底上对应设置两个定位槽24,进一步地提高固定圈2与出线孔111配合的牢固性和稳定性。
进一步地,固定圈2中间卡槽21部位的外径可略大于出线孔111的内径,使得出线孔111与固定圈2的卡槽21部位过盈配合,提高固定圈2设置的稳定性和牢固性。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,参考图2和图3,所述固定圈2沿轴向位于所述卡槽21两侧的端部部位22分别呈锥形结构,且所述端部部位22靠近端面的截面尺寸小于靠近卡槽21的截面尺寸。固定圈2沿轴 向分为两端的端部部位22以及中间的卡槽21部位。端部部位22的截面尺寸大于卡槽21部位的截面尺寸。设置端部部位22呈锥形结构,且端部部位22靠近端面的截面尺寸较小,可便于固定圈2的安装。
进一步地,在另一个实施例中,固定圈2沿轴向位于卡槽21两侧的端部部位22还可呈飞碟型结构,即端部部位22的截面尺寸从端面侧至卡槽21侧先逐渐增大,再逐渐减小,如图3所示。在其他实施例中,端部部位22的形状也可为其他,以端部部位22靠近端面的截面尺寸小于靠近卡槽21的截面尺寸便于在出线孔111处的安装为目的,具体不做限定。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,参考图2和图3,所述固定圈2沿轴向位于所述卡槽21两侧的端部部位22与所述定位槽24对应处分别设有导向槽25。端部部位22上的导向槽25与卡槽21部位上的定位槽24在轴向上对应,从而在安装固定圈2时,便于出线孔111内壁上的定位孔沿导向槽25滑入定位槽24中。
进一步地,参考图2和图3,固定圈2在定位槽24处的截面尺寸小于固定圈2在导向槽25处的截面尺寸;即定位槽24相对导向槽25呈凹陷状,使得在定位块插入定位槽24时,定位块不会轻易滑动至导向槽25中,提高固定圈2的稳定性和牢固性。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,参考图4,所述固定圈2沿周向分为两部分,所述固定圈2的两部分拼接连接。设置固定圈2沿周向由两部分拼接连接,可便于固定圈2与线束3的安装。
优选的,本实施例中固定圈2可对称分为两部分。固定圈2的两部分的内壁分别为半圆结构,从而固定圈2的两部分的内壁拼接连接形成线束孔23。进一步地,固定圈2也可沿周向分为三部分或其他数量进行拼接连接,以能拼接形成固定圈2且便于固定圈2安装于线束3为目的,具体不做限定。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,参考图4,所述固定圈2的两部分之间设有匹配的安装柱27和安装孔26。即在固定圈2其中一部分的拼接面上设有安装柱27,在另一部分拼接面的对应处设有安装孔26。从而在固定圈2的两部分拼接时,安装柱27对应插入安装孔26中实现两部分的连接。
进一步地,安装柱27与安装孔26可过盈配合连接。即安装柱27的外径尺寸可略大于安装孔26的内径尺寸,提高固定圈2两部分拼接连接的牢固性。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,参考图5,所述固定圈2的其中一部分的拼接面上在所述线束孔23的一侧设有安装柱27,在所述线束孔23的另一侧交错设有安装孔26。即位于固定圈2该部分拼接面一侧的安装柱27和位于另一侧的安装孔26沿轴向交错设置。即在固定圈2任一部分的拼接面上既设有安装柱27,又设有安装孔26,安装柱27和安装孔26分布在两侧且上下交错分布。而在固定圈2另一部分的拼接面上相应设置匹配的安装孔26和安装柱27。
安装柱27和安装孔26的该分布结构有利于提高固定圈2两部分拼接连接的牢固性。进一步地,固定圈2任一部分的拼接面上安装柱27和安装孔26的具体设置数量和分布可灵活设置,以能实现牢固拼接形成固定圈2为目的,具体不做限定。
进一步地,参考图6、图7和图8,多个线束与多个固定圈2一一对应连接,多个线束一一对应穿过多个出线孔111,可实现线束的有序固定。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,参考图9,所述箱体11上设有贯穿的线束框112。线束框112为贯穿箱体11的开口结构。所述线束框112处设有匹配的开合板113。开合板113的尺寸形状与线束框112匹配,在开合板113关闭时箱体11的线束框112呈封闭状。所述开合板113的第一侧与所述线束框112的第一侧可转动连接。所述开合板113的第二侧与所述线束框112的第二侧之间构造有所述出线孔。
具体的,可在线束框112第二侧开设第一半包围孔,在开合板113的第二侧对应开设第二半包围孔,第一半包围孔和第二半包围孔拼接形成出线孔;即开合板113的第二侧和线束框112的第二侧可拼接形成出线孔。通过开合板113的转动,可实现线束框112的打开和关闭。进一步地,参考图1,线束框112第二侧的第一半包围孔的圆弧角可大于180°,即第一半包围孔的角度大于半圆孔。在安装固定圈2时,可先将固定圈2安装在第一半包围孔处,然后转动开合板113关闭完成安装。设置第一半包围孔的角度大于半圆孔,可提高固定圈2与第一半包围孔配合的牢固稳定性, 降低安装时固定圈2脱落的风险,便于安装。
参考图10,可打开开合板113,此时出线孔111呈半包围结构,可便于线束3的穿过以及固定圈2的安装。可在开合板113打开时穿过线束3且安装固定圈2,将固定圈2拼接套设在线束3上,且固定圈2上的定位槽24和卡槽21可与线束框112第二侧的出线孔111侧边匹配插接。然后再转动开合板113,使得开合板113第二侧的出线孔111侧边穿过固定圈2的端部部位22,将开合板113第二侧的出线孔111侧边上的定位块对应插入固定圈2的定位槽24中,关闭开合板113,完成线束的固定,如图12所示。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,参考图11,所述开合板113的第一侧与所述线束框112的第一侧一体连接,且所述开合板113的第一侧设有减薄区域1131。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,参考图11,所述减薄区域1131设有锯齿结构1132。可便于开合板113的转动,有利于提高结构使用寿命。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,本实施例中出线孔111还可直接为开设在箱体11上的开孔。这种结构不需要包含开合板,即开合板与线束框合为一体连接,只保留出线孔及其定位块。可利用固定圈2端部部位的锥形端部挤入出线孔111进行安装。在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,本实施例提供一种电器箱体11,该电器箱体11包括上述任一实施例所述的线束固定结构。
在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,本实施例提供一种电器箱体11中电脑板线束的固定结构,主要解决空调外机电器箱体11中电脑板线束固定不牢靠,线束杂乱、线束易磨损的问题。该线束的固定结构主要在线束和出线孔111之间设置固定圈2。如图4,线束固定圈2采用对称对开式结构,由一对的半固定圈2组成。整体上下左右对称,采用如橡胶之类的软性塑料制作,具备良好的弹性变形及密封性。左边固定圈2与右边固定圈2完全相同,二者结合形成一个线束固定圈2。
如图5,以一半固定圈2为例进行说明,中间中空,用于走线,上端和下端呈锥形,中间呈柱形,在固定圈2配合面的左下角开设安装柱27,右上角设置安装孔26。一对半固定圈2通过安装柱27与安装孔26进行的 过盈配合形成一个线束固定圈2。
如图8,线束固定圈2的中间线束孔23用于走线,线束孔23的直径略小于线的直径,依靠弹性变形固定走线,并起到密封作用。线束固定圈2抱紧走线后,通过定位槽24安装在箱体11出线孔111上,并与出线孔111上的定位块配合。参考图1,箱体11线束框112第二侧的第一半包围孔呈圆形,并开设缺口,缺口不得大于半圆,以便更牢靠地固定。安装时首先将线束固定圈2安装到线束3上,如图6;再将线束固定圈2固定到电器箱体11的线束固定圈2孔上,如图8;然后转动开合板113关闭,如图12,完成安装。
本实施例提供的电脑板线束的固定方式;线束固定圈2设计为对开式结构;采用该固定圈2固定线束,固定方式简单,固定牢靠,橡胶类软性塑料对线束能起一定的防磨损保护。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种线束固定结构,其中线束用于穿出箱体上的出线孔,其特征在于,包括固定圈,所述固定圈的内部沿轴向设有贯穿的线束孔,所述固定圈的外壁沿轴向的中间部位设有一圈卡槽,所述卡槽用于与出线孔的侧边匹配插接;所述出线孔的内壁设有定位块,所述卡槽的槽底上设有与所述定位块对应的定位槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的线束固定结构,其特征在于,所述固定圈沿轴向位于所述卡槽两侧的端部部位分别呈锥形结构,且所述端部部位靠近端面的截面尺寸小于靠近卡槽的截面尺寸。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的线束固定结构,其特征在于,所述固定圈沿轴向位于所述卡槽两侧的端部部位与所述定位槽对应处分别设有导向槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的线束固定结构,其特征在于,所述固定圈沿周向分为两部分,所述固定圈的两部分拼接连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的线束固定结构,其特征在于,所述固定圈的两部分之间设有匹配的安装柱和安装孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的线束固定结构,其特征在于,所述固定圈的其中一部分的拼接面上在所述线束孔的一侧设有安装柱,在所述线束孔的另一侧交错设有安装孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的线束固定结构,其特征在于,所述箱体上设有贯穿的线束框,所述线束框处设有匹配的开合板,所述开合板的第一侧与所述线束框的第一侧可转动连接,所述开合板的第二侧与所述线束框的第二侧之间构造有所述出线孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的线束固定结构,其特征在于,所述开合板的第一侧与所述线束框的第一侧一体连接,且所述开合板的第一侧设有减薄区域。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的线束固定结构,其特征在于,所述减薄区域设有锯齿结构。
  10. 一种电器箱体,其特征在于,包括上述权利要求1-9任一所述的线束固定结构。
