Claims (10)
- 一种激振系统,包括:安装环(1),被构造为环形的;固定件(2),一端与所述安装环(1)固定连接;支座(3),可滑移地安装于所述固定件(2)的另一端;沿着所述安装环(1)的周向,布置有多个所述支座(3);导轨(4),连接相邻的两个所述支座(3),且所述导轨(4)与各个所述支座(3)的连接位置均可调节;以及喷嘴组件(5),安装于所述支座(3)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的激振系统,其中,所述导轨(4)设置有弧形槽(41),相邻两个所述支座(3)中的其中一个所述支座(3)连接位置可调节地安装于所述弧形槽(41)的一端,相邻两个所述支座(3)中的另一个所述支座(3)连接位置可调节地安装于所述弧形槽(41)的另一端。
- 根据权利要求1或者2所述的激振系统,其中,所述喷嘴组件(5)包括:安装座(51),安装于所述支座(3);以及喷嘴(52),可转动地安装于所述安装座(51),以调节所述喷嘴(52)的喷油角度。
- 根据权利要求3所述的激振系统,其中,每个所述安装座(51)可转动地安装有多个所述喷嘴(52)。
- 根据权利要求3或者4所述的激振系统,其中,所述安装座(51)包括供油腔(511);所述喷嘴组件(5)还包括:切换阀(53),设置于所述喷嘴(52)和所述安装座(51)的供油腔(511)之间,以控制所述喷嘴(52)和所述供油腔(511)之间油路的通、断。
- 根据权利要求5所述的激振系统,还包括:供油支路(6),与所述供油腔(511)流体连通。
- 根据权利要求5或者6所述的激振系统,其中,每个所述喷嘴(52)和所述供油腔(511)之间的油路上都设置有所述切换阀(53)。
- 根据权利要求1~7任一所述的激振系统,其中,各个所述支座(3)沿着所述安装环(1)的周向均匀布置。
- 一种用于测试航空发动机转子的试验设备,包括权利要求1~8任一所述的激振系统。
- 根据权利要求9所述的用于测试航空发动机转子的试验设备,还包括:试验腔(7),所述激振系统安装于所述试验腔(7)内部;转子系统(8),安装于所述试验腔(7)内部,且所述激振系统位于所述转子系统(8)的外侧;以及驱动部件(9),与所述转子系统(8)驱动连接,以驱动所述转子系统(8)转动。
