Abstract
본 발명은 진행방향을 따라 소정 길이로 형성되는 관 형태로 형성되며, 내부의 공간이 커피 원두를 로스팅하기 위한 설정된 온도로 이루어지는 로스팅부; 상기 로스팅부의 전방에서부터 후방까지 관통하며, 상기 로스팅부의 내부에서 외부까지 회전 가능하게 설치되어, 동일한 궤적을 따라 반복 회전하는 이송부; 및 상기 로스팅부의 전방에서, 상기 이송부의 상측에 설치되어, 상기 이송부로 한 알 이상의 커피 원두가 지속적으로 낙하되도록 커피 원두를 공급하는 공급부;를 포함하여, 상기 이송부가 동일한 궤적을 따라 회전하여 상기 이송부가 상기 로스팅부 전방에서 내부로 인입되면, 상기 공급부에서 상기 이송부로 공급되는 한 알 이상의 커피 원두가 상기 로스팅부로 인입되어, 상기 이송부에 배열되는 복수의 커피 원두가 로스팅되는 커피 로스팅 장치를 제공할 수 있다. Description
본 발명은 커피 로스팅 장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 커피원두는 그 자체로는 아무런 맛도 향도 없지만, 이 원두를 고온에서 가열해서 볶는 작업인 로스팅(roasting) 과정을 거치면 원두의 세포 조직이 파괴되면서 여러 가지 성분들(지방성분, 당분, 유기산, 카페인 등)이 활성화되면서 맛과 향이 발생한다.
커피의 맛과 향을 결정하는 가장 중요한 작업은 커피원두를 얼마나 잘 로스팅 하는지 여부에 달려 있다. 이와 같은 로스팅 과정을 보다 상세하게는 설명하자면, 2000가지가 넘는 물질로 구성된 생두는 220~230℃의 온도에서 약 30분 정도 볶는 로스팅 과정을 통해서 700~850가지의 향미를 낼 수 있는 성분을 가진 원두가 되는 것이다. 로스팅 과정 중에 어떤 성분들은 강화되고, 또 어떤 성분들은 영향을 덜 받기도 하는데, 로스팅 방식에 따라 맛과 향이 대단히 달라질 수 있다.
로스팅 강도는 로스팅된 원두의 색으로 알 수 있는데, 라이트(light), 시나몬(cinnamon), 미디엄(medium), 하이(high), 시티(city), 풀 시티(full city), 프렌치(French), 이탈리언(Italian)의 8단계로 나누거나, 또는 로스팅하는 온도에 따라 강, 중, 약의 3단계로 나누기도 한다.
최근에는 소비자의 욕구와 소비문화가 변화하면서 신선하고 개인 취향에 맞는 커피를 마시고 싶어 하기 때문에 각 가정이나 소규모 커피 전문점에서도 커피를 즉석에서 로스팅하여 커피를 제조할 수 있도록 구성된 커피 로스터(로스팅장치)가 개발되고 있다.
종래 커피 로스팅장치는 하우징의 내부에 원통형의 드럼에 회전 가능한 교반 날이 결합되어 있고, 하우징 및 원통형의 드럼 하부에 설치된 열원에 의하여 원통형의 드럼에 수용된 커피콩을 로스팅하도록 구성되어 있다.
이러한 경우, 드럼 내부의 다량의 커피 원두를 한번에 로스팅 하기 때문에, 아무리 교반 날이 드럼 내부의 커피 원두가 섞이도록 회전된다고 하더라도, 다량의 커피 원두를 균일하게 로스팅할 수 없는 문제가 있다. 구체적으로, 열원이 설치된 드럼 하부에서 오랜 시간 위치되어 로스팅된 커피 원두의 경우 더욱 진한 색으로 로스팅되고, 열원이 설치된 드럼 하부와 먼 상부에서 오랜 시간 로스팅된 커피 원두의 경우는 보다 옅은 색으로 로스팅되어, 서로 다른 맛으로 로스팅된다. 이러한 경우, 커피 원두의 로스팅 상태 및 품질에 편차가 발생하게 되어, 개인 취향에 따라 원두를 공급할 수 없는 문제가 있다.
뿐만 아니라, 로스팅하기 위해 드럼으로 공급된 커피 원두의 양에 따라 매번 열원의 온도를 다르게 설정해야하기 때문에, 균일한 품질의 커피 원두를 로스팅하기 위한 생산 조건이 까다로운 문제도 있다.

본 발명은 종래의 로스팅 장비에서 발생하는 커피 원두의 로스팅 상태에 따른 편차를 없애고, 로스팅 장비 챔버 내부로 투입되는 커피 원두 양에 따라 달라지는 생산 조건과 커피 원두 로스팅 품질 편차를 개선하여, 투입되는 커피 원두의 양에 관계없이 동일한 조건으로 로스팅 가능하고, 보다 균일한 로스팅 상태의 품질을 얻을 수 있는 커피 로스팅 장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
또한, 로스팅 전체 공정이 자동화 가능하며, 커피 원두가 배열된 상태로 열을 가하는 로스팅부를 일정하게 통과하며 로스팅되기 때문에, 커피 원두의 로스팅 상태가 균일하게 생산되는 커피 로스팅 장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
또한, 커피 원두 로스팅 시, 샘플 생산과 양산 시 시스템 공정 방법이 동일하여, 테스트로 인한 로스율을 없앨 수 있는 커피 로스팅 장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 진행방향을 따라 소정 길이로 형성되는 관 형태로 형성되며, 내부의 공간이 커피 원두를 로스팅하기 위한 설정된 온도로 이루어지는 로스팅부; 상기 로스팅부의 전방에서부터 후방까지 관통하며, 상기 로스팅부의 내부에서 외부까지 회전 가능하게 설치되어, 동일한 궤적을 따라 반복 회전하는 이송부; 및 상기 로스팅부의 전방에서, 상기 이송부의 상측에 설치되어, 상기 이송부로 한 알 이상의 커피 원두가 지속적으로 낙하되도록 커피 원두를 공급하는 공급부;를 포함하여, 상기 이송부가 동일한 궤적을 따라 회전하여 상기 이송부가 상기 로스팅부 전방에서 내부로 인입되면, 상기 공급부에서 상기 이송부로 공급되는 한 알 이상의 커피 원두가 상기 로스팅부로 인입되어, 상기 이송부에 배열되는 복수의 커피 원두가 로스팅되는 커피 로스팅 장치를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 이송부의 후방 하측에 배치되어, 상기 이송부의 회전에 따라 낙하하는 상기 로스팅부에서 로스팅된 커피 원두가 수집되는 수집부;를 포함하는 커피 로스팅 장치를 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 로스팅부는 복수개의 구간으로 분리 형성되며, 복수의 상기 로스팅부는 각 구간별로 내부 공간의 온도 조절이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 커피 로스팅 장치를 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 복수개의 구간으로 분리 형성된 상기 로스팅부는 서로 소정 간격 이격 배치되고, 이격 배치된 복수의 상기 로스팅부 사이에 배치되어, 이격된 상기 로스팅부를 연결하는 연결배관;을 더 포함하는 커피 로스팅 장치를 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 연결배관에는, 내부로 질소와 산소가 혼합된 혼합가스를 공급하여 커피 원두의 겉 표면의 탄화를 방지하는 가스공급부; 및 내부의 매연과 미세먼지를 외부로 배출하는 배기관;이 더 설치되는 커피 로스팅 장치를 제공할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 의하면, 종래의 로스팅 장비에서 발생하는 커피 원두의 로스팅 상태에 따른 편차를 없애고, 로스팅 장비 챔버 내부로 투입되는 커피 원두 양에 따라 달라지는 생산 조건과 커피 원두 로스팅 품질 편차를 개선하여, 투입되는 커피 원두의 양에 관계없이 동일한 조건으로 로스팅 가능하고, 보다 균일한 로스팅 상태의 품질을 얻을 수 있다.
또한, 로스팅 전체 공정이 자동화 가능하며, 커피 원두가 배열된 상태로 열을 가하는 로스팅부를 일정하게 통과하며 로스팅되기 때문에, 커피 원두의 로스팅 상태가 균일하게 생산될 수 있다.
또한, 커피 원두 로스팅 시, 샘플 생산과 양산 시 시스템 공정 방법이 동일하여, 테스트로 인한 로스율을 없앨 수 있다.

이하, 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 구체적인 실시형태를 설명하기로 한다. 그러나 이는 예시에 불과하며 본 발명은 이에 제한되지 않는다.
본 발명을 설명함에 있어서, 본 발명과 관련된 공지기술에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명을 생략하기로 한다. 그리고, 후술되는 용어들은 본 발명에서의 기능을 고려하여 정의된 용어들로써 이는 사용자, 운용자의 의도 또는 관례 등에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 그러므로 그 정의는 본 명세서 전반에 걸친 내용을 토대로 내려져야 할 것이다.
본 발명의 기술적 사상은 청구범위에 의해 결정되며, 이하의 실시예는 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 효율적으로 설명하기 위한 일 수단일 뿐이다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 커피 로스팅 장치(1)를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 커피 로스팅 장치(1)는 공급부(10), 로스팅부(20), 이송부(30) 및 수집부(40)를 포함할 수 있다.
공급부(10)는 로스팅부(20)의 전방에서, 이송부(30)의 상측에 위치되도록 설치될 수 있다. 공급부(10)는 한 알 이상의 커피 원두(b)가 지속적으로 낙하되도록 커피 원두를 이송부(30)로 공급할 수 있다. 일 예로, 공급부(10)는 커피 원두(b) 한 알씩 지속적으로 이송부(30)로 공급할 수 있다. 다만, 공급부(10)에서 커피 원두(b)가 한 알씩 공급되는 것에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 한 알 이상의 커피 원두(b)가 지속적으로 이송부(30)에 공급될 수 있다.
예를 들어, 공급부(10)는 호퍼(11)로 이루어지며, 하부로 갈수록 직경이 줄어드는 형태로 형성되어, 커피 원두가 배출되는 배출구의 크기는 커피 원두 하나의 긴 축의 길이 보다 크게 형성되되, 커피 원두 두개가 동시에 통과할 수 없는 크기로 형성될 수 있다. 따라서, 공급부(10)에 투입된 커피 원두는 점차 직경이 좁아지는 공급부(10) 하부로 이동되며, 배출구를 통해 한 알씩 낙하될 수 있다. 또는, 공급부(10)에서 1개~2개의 커피 원두(b)가 이송부(30)로 공급되거나, 2개~3개의 커피 원두(b)가 이송부(30)로 공급되도록 공급부(10)의 하부 직경이 형성될 수 있다.
이처럼, 공급부(10)의 하부 직경 크기는, 설계자에 의해, 공급부(10)에서 이송부(30)로 공급되는 한 알 이상의 커피 원두의 개수에 따라 결정될 수 있다.
로스팅부(20)는 진행방향을 따라 전방에서 후방까지 연장되는 형태로, 소정 길이로 형성되는 관 형태로 형성될 수 있다. 로스팅부(20)는 내부의 공간이 커피 원두를 로스팅하기 위한 설정된 온도로 이루어질 수 있다.
로스팅부(20)는 내관(21), 외관(22), 가열수단(23), 인입부(24) 및 인출부(25)를 포함할 수 있다.
내관(21)은 내부로 이송부(30)의 컨베이어 벨트(31)가 지나갈 수 있도록 내부 공간이 형성되는 관으로 이루어지며, 외관(22)은 내관(21)의 외측에서 소정 간격 이격되어 내관(21)과 고정될 수 있다.
내관(21)과 외관(22) 사이의 공간에 가열수단(23)이 배치되어, 내관(21) 내부의 공간으로 열기가 가해질 수 있다. 가열수단(23)은 열선 등의 히팅 수단으로 구성될 수 있다. 이처럼, 가열수단(23)에 의해 내관(21) 내부로 열이 가해짐으로써, 내관(21) 내부로 인입되는 커피 원두에 열처리를 통해 로스팅 할 수 있다.
인입부(24)는 결합 고정된 내관(21)과 외관(22)의 전방에 형성되는 개방된 영역으로써, 인입부(24)를 통해 컨베이어 벨트(31)가 내관(21) 내부의 공간으로 인입될 수 있다. 인출부(25)는 결합 고정된 내관(21)과 외관(22)의 후방에 형성되는 개방된 영역으로써, 인입부(24)를 통해 내관(21) 내부 공간으로 인입된 컨베이어 벨트(31)가 인출부(25)를 통해 내관(21) 외부 공간으로 인출될 수 있다.
이때, 내관(21)과 외관(22)의 전후 방향에 따른 총 길이는 이송부(30)에 의해 내관(21)의 전방에서 후방으로 이동되는 커피 원두가 로스팅될 수 있는 최소한의 시간동안 내관(21) 내부에 머무를 수 있는 길이로 형성될 수 있다.
다만, 내관(21) 및 외관(22)의 길이와 내관(21) 내부의 온도에 따라 이송부(30)의 이송 속도가 변경되어, 커피 원두가 로스팅될 수 있다. 일 예로, 동일한 온도 조건에서, 내관(21)의 길이가 짧게 형성되는 경우 이송부(30)의 이송 속도를 감속시켜 커피 원두가 내관(21) 내부에 위치되는 로스팅 시간을 늘릴 수 있다. 반대로, 내관(21)의 길이게 길게 형성되는 경우 이송부(30)의 이송 속도를 증가시켜 커피 원두가 내관(21) 내부에 위치되는 로스팅 시간을 기준 로스팅 시간에 맞출 수 있다.
이송부(30)는 로스팅부(20)의 전방에서부터 후방까지 관통하며, 로스팅부(20)의 내부에서 외부까지 회전 가능하게 설치되어, 동일한 궤적을 따라 반복 회전할 수 있다.
이송부(30)는 컨베이어 벨트(31) 및 회전부(32)를 포함할 수 있다.
컨베이어 벨트(31)는 로스팅부(20)의 전방에서부터 후방까지 관통하며, 로스팅부(20)의 내부에서 외부까지 회전 가능하게 설치되되, 양 단부가 이어지도록 형성되어, 동일한 궤적을 따라 무한궤도로 회전될 수 있다.
회전부(32)는 로스팅부(20)의 전방과 후방 각각에서 컨베이어벨트의 전방 단부 내측과 후방 단부 내측에 배치되어 구동부(미도시)로부터 구동력을 전달받아 회전될 수 있다. 이때, 회전부(32)가 회전되는 방향은, 컨베이어 벨트(31)가 진행방향을 따라 로스팅부(20)의 전방에서 후방으로 이동되도록 회전시킬 수 있다.
수집부(40)는 로스팅된 커피 원두가 배출되어 보관될 수 있다. 수집부(40)는 이송부(30)의 후방에 배치되어, 컨베이어 벨트(31)가 회전함에 따라, 컨베이어 벨트(31)의 상면에서 로스팅된 커피 원두가 하강되어 수집부(40) 내부로 낙하될 수 있다.
이하에서 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 커피 로스팅 장치(1)의 작동에 대해 설명하도록 한다.
로스팅부(20) 내부의 공간은 커피 원두를 로스팅하기 위한 적정 온도로 유지되기 위해, 로스팅부(20)의 가열수단(23)이 작동될 수 있다. 따라서, 로스팅부(20) 내부의 공간은 커피 원두를 로스팅할 수 있는 온도로 가열되는 상태이다. 이처럼 가열된 상태의 로스팅부(20)의 내부 공간을 이송부(30)의 컨베이어 벨트(31)가 지나가도록 회전될 수 있다.
컨베이어 벨트(31)가 회전되는 상태에서, 이송부(30)의 전방 상측에 배치된 공급부(10)에서 하나 이상의 커피 원두가 낙하된다. 이때, 컨베이어 벨트(31)는 전방에서 후방으로 계속해서 이동되고 있는 상태이기 때문에, 공급부(10)에서 한 알에서 세 알과 같이 소량의 커피 원두가 낙하되어 컨베이어 벨트(31) 상면에서 소정 간격 이격되며 개별적으로 배열될 수 있다.
컨베이어 벨트(31) 상면에서 커피 원두가 서로 붙어있지 않고 한 알씩 각각 개별적으로 배열된 상태에서, 컨베이어 벨트(31)가 계속해서 전방에서 후방으로 회전됨에 따라 커피 원두는 로스팅부(20)의 인입부(24)를 통해 로스팅부(20) 내부로 인입될 수 있다.
로스팅부(20) 내부로 인입된 커피 원두는 로스팅부(20) 내부에서 컨베이어 벨트(31)를 따라 이동되며, 로스팅부(20)의 열기에 의해 열처리되어 로스팅될 수 있다.
이후, 컨베이어 벨트(31)가 계속해서 회전함에 따라, 커피 원두는 순차적으로 로스팅부(20)의 인출부(25)를 통해 외부로 인출될 수 있다. 이처럼, 컨베이어 벨트(31)의 상면에 배열된 커피 원두는 컨베이어 벨트(31)가 계속해서 회전되어 로스팅부(20)의 인출부(25)를 통해 외부로 인출됨에 따라 로스팅이 종료될 수 있다.
이후, 컨베이어 벨트(31)가 회전되어 로스팅된 커피 원두가 놓여진 면이 하측으로 점차 이동됨에 따라 컨베이어 벨트(31)에 배열되었던 커피 원두는 낙하하게되어 수집부(40)로 배출될 수 있다.
이처럼, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 커피 로스팅 장치(1)는 많은 양의 커피 원두를 한번에 드럼에 투입하여 열을 가하는 시스템이 아니고, 한 알 이상의 커피 원두가 배열되어 로스팅부(20)를 통과하도록 함으로써, 로스팅하는 커피 원두의 양에 관계없이, 다량의 커피 원두도 균일하게 로스팅할 수 있다.
도 2는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 커피 로스팅 장치(1)를 나타낸 도면이고, 도 3은 도 2에 따른 연결배관(50)에 가스공급부(51)와 배기관(52)이 설치된 것을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 2 및 도 3을 참조하면, 로스팅부(20)는 복수개의 구간으로 분리 형성될 수 있다. 구체적으로, 로스팅부(20)는 제1 로스팅부(201), 제2 로스팅부(202), 제3 로스팅부(203) 및 제4 로스팅부(204)로 분리 형성될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 도 1에 도시된 로스팅부(20)의 길이보다 도 2 및 도 3에 도시된 로스팅부(20)의 길이가 짧게 형성되며, 이러한 로스팅부(20)는 복수개가 이격 배치될 수 있다.
제1 로스팅부(201), 제2 로스팅부(202), 제3 로스팅부(203) 및 제4 로스팅부(204)는 각 구간별로 내부 공간의 온도 조절이 가능하다. 즉, 제1 로스팅부(201), 제2 로스팅부(202), 제3 로스팅부(203) 및 제4 로스팅부(204)는 각각의 가열수단(23)을 제어하여, 로스팅 온도를 조절할 수 있다. 일 예로, 제1 로스팅부(201), 제2 로스팅부(202), 제3 로스팅부(203) 및 제4 로스팅부(204)는 순차적으로 내부 온도가 높아지도록 각각 설정될 수 있다.
서로 소정 간격 이격 배치된 제1 로스팅부(201), 제2 로스팅부(202), 제3 로스팅부(203) 및 제4 로스팅부(204) 사이에는, 인접한 로스팅부(20)를 연결하기 위한 연결배관(50)이 배치될 수 있다.
연결배관(50)은 서로 이격 배치된 제1 로스팅부(201), 제2 로스팅부(202), 제3 로스팅부(203) 및 제4 로스팅부(204) 사이에 연결되며, 내부로 커피 원두가 배열된 컨베이어 벨트(31)가 통과할 수 있다.
여기서, 도 3을 참조하면, 연결배관(50)에는 가스공급부(51), 배기관(52) 및 집진기(53)가 설치될 수 있다.
가스공급부(51)는 연결배관(50)에 연결되어, 연결배관(50)의 내부로 질소와 산소가 혼합된 혼합가스를 공급하여 커피 원두의 겉 표면의 탄화를 방지할 수 있다. 일 예로, 혼합가스는 N2H2(98%2%) Gas 일수 있다.
배기관(52)은 연결배관(50)에 연결되어, 연결배관(50) 내부의 매연과 미세먼지를 외부로 배출할 수 있다.
집진기(53)는 배기관(52)에 연결되어, 연결배관(50) 내부의 매연이나 미세먼지와 같은 연기를 강제로 흡입하여 배기관(52)을 통해 외부로 배출되도록 할 수 있다.
도 4는 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 커피 로스팅 장치(1)를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4를 참조하면, 커피 로스팅 장치(1)는 배출부(60)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 배출부(60)는 복수의 로스팅부(20)가 구간별로 서로 다른 온도로 로스팅 하는 과정에서, 구간별로 원하는 정도까지의 로스팅이 완료되면 커피 원두가 더 이상 로스팅되지 않고 배출되도록 할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 제1 로스팅부(201), 제2 로스팅부(202), 제3 로스팅부(203) 및 제4 로스팅부(204)의 내부 온도는 점차 높아지는 온도로 설정된 상태이다. 즉, 제1 로스팅부(201)에서 제4 로스팅부(204)로 커피 원두가 공급되며 점차 높은 온도에 노출되어 로스팅될 수 있다. 이때, 배출부(60)는 제2 로스팅부(202)와 제3 로스팅부(203) 사이에 설치되고, 제3 로스팅부(203)와 제4 로스팅부(204) 사이에 설치될 수 있다. 이처럼, 제2 로스팅부(202)와 제3 로스팅부(203) 사이에 설치된 배출부(60)는 제2 로스팅부(202)의 온도까지 로스팅된 원두가 배출되도록 하여 제2 로스팅부(202)의 온도까지로 로스팅된 원두를 모을 수 있다. 마찬가지로, 제3 로스팅부(203)와 제4 로스팅부(204) 사이에 설치된 배출부(60)는 제3 로스팅부(203)의 온도까지 로스팅된 원두가 배출되도록 하여 제3 로스팅부(203)의 온도까지로 로스팅된 원두를 모을 수 있다.
배출부(60)는 하우징(61), 송풍장치(62) 및 수집드럼(63)을 포함할 수 있다.
하우징(61)은 제2 로스팅부(202) 또는 제3 로스팅부(203)의 후방에 배치된 연결배관(50)과 연결되도록 배치될 수 있다. 하우징(61) 내부로 컨베이어 벨트(31)가 지나갈 수 있다. 하우징(61)의 하면에는 소정길이로 개방구(611)가 형성될 수 있다. 개방구(611)에는 수집드럼(63)이 연결될 수 있다.
하우징(61)은 컨베이어 벨트(31)의 폭보다 크게 형성되어, 컨베이어 벨트(31)의 일 측에 송풍장치(62)가 설치될 수 있다.
송풍장치(62)는 하우징(61) 내부에서 컨베이어 벨트(31)의 일 측에 설치되어, 컨베이어 벨트(31) 측의 방향인 타 측 방향으로 소정의 바람을 공급할 수 있다. 송풍장치(62)가 타측으로 바람을 공급함에 따라, 컨베이어 벨트(31)의 상면에 배치된 커피 원두가 타측방향으로 이동되며 낙하하게 된다. 이렇게 낙하된 커피 원두는 개방구(611)를 통해 수집드럼(63)으로 낙하된다.
수집드럼(63)은 하우징(61)의 개방구(611)에 고정되어, 컨베이어 벨트(31)에서 낙하하는 커피 원두를 수집할 수 있다.
이러한 방식으로, 제2 로스팅부(202)를 통과하여 커피 원두가 제3 로스팅부(203)로 이동되는 과정에서, 제2 로스팅부(202)와 제3 로스팅부(203) 사이에 배치된 배출부(60)를 통과하면서 송풍장치(62)에 의해 수집드럼(63)으로 배출될 수 있다. 이때, 송풍장치(62)를 작동하지 않는 경우, 컨베이어 벨트(31) 상면의 커피 원두는 컨베이어 벨트(31)를 따라 다음 구간으로 이송되어, 제3 로스팅부(203)로 인입될 수 있다.
마찬가지로, 제3 로스팅부(203)를 통과하여 커피 원두가 제4 로스팅부(204)로 이동되는 과정에서, 제3 로스팅부(203)와 제4 로스팅부(204) 사이에 배치된 배출부(60)를 통과하면서 송풍장치(62)에 의해 수집드럼(63)으로 배출될 수 있다. 이때, 송풍장치(62)를 작동하지 않는 경우, 컨베이어 벨트(31) 상면의 커피 원두는 컨베이어 벨트(31)를 따라 다음 구간으로 이송되어, 제4 로스팅부(204)로 인입될 수 있다.
이처럼, 배출부(60)가 설치됨에 따라, 로스팅 정도에 따른 커피 원두를 수집할 수 있다.
도 5는 본 발명의 공급부(10)의 다른 실시예를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 5를 참조하면, 공급부(10)는 커피 원두를 한 알씩 컨베이어 벨트(31)로 공급하기 위해 호퍼(11) 및 투입부(12)로 구성될 수 있다.
호퍼(11)는 수직부(111)와 경사부(112)로 이루어질 수 있다.
수직부(111)는 호퍼(11)의 상부로써, 다량의 커피 원두가 투입될 수 있는 부분이다.
경사부(112)는 수직부(111)의 하단에서 하방으로 연장 형성되되, 하방으로 갈수록 직경이 작아지도록 형성될 수 있다. 직경이 점차 좁아지는 경사부(112)의 하단의 개방된 부분은 커피 원두 1개 내지 3개 정도가 통과할 수 있는 크기로 형성될 수 있다.
투입부(12)는 호퍼(11)의 하단에 연결될 수 있다. 투입부(12)는 단면이 마름모 형상으로 호퍼(11)의 하단에 연결될 수 있다. 즉, 투입부(12)는 호퍼(11)의 하단에서 직경이 다시 커지는 형태로 연장된 후 다시 직경이 작아지는 형태로 연장될 수 있다. 이때, 투입부(12)의 하단에 형성되는 투입구(122)는 커피 원두 하나의 긴 축의 길이 보다 크게 형성되되, 커피 원두 두개가 동시에 통과할 수 없는 크기로 형성될 수 있다. 따라서, 투입구(122)를 통해 낙하하는 커피 원두는 투입구(122)를 통해 한 알씩 낙하될 수 있다.
투입부(12)의 내부에는 날개부(121)가 형성될 수 있다. 일 예로, 날개부(121)는 투입부(12)의 양 측 내측벽에서 중심부를 향해 돌출 형성되되, 양 측에서 돌출된 날개부(121)의 단부는 커피 원두 하나가 통과할 수 있을 만큼 서로 이격되도록 돌출 형성될 수 있다. 이러한 날개부(121)는 투입부(12)의 높이를 따라 복수개가 이격 형성될 수 있다.
여기서, 도 5a를 참조하면, 날개부(121)는 양 측 내측벽에서 서로 마주보며 동일한 길이로 돌출 형성되어, 양 측 날개부(121) 사이의 이격 거리와 투입구(122)가 동일 선상에 위치되도록 형성될 수 있다.
도 5b를 참조하면, 날개부(121)는 양 측 내측벽에서 서로 높이와 길이가 다르게 형성되되, 단부가 하방을 향하도록 경사지게 형성될 수 있다. 따라서, 양 측 날개부(121) 사이의 이격 거리가 좌측과 우측 번갈아가며 위치되도록 형성될 수 있다.
날개부(121)는 실리콘 등과 같은 플렉시블한 재질로 형성되어, 커피 원두가 호퍼(11)에서 하강됨에 따라, 커피 원두의 무게에 따라 하방으로 휘어지며 양 측의 날개부(121) 사이의 이격 거리가 증가되게 되고, 이에 따라 커피 원두가 낙하되도록 할 수 있다. 이처럼, 투입부(12)의 날개부(121)를 통해 커피 원두의 낙하 속도를 감소시키며 한 알씩 투입구(122)를 통해 탁하되도록 할 수 있다.
도 6은 본 발명의 수집부(40)의 다른 실시예를 나타낸 도면이다. 도 6a는 원두 식힘부(41)가 설치된 수집부(40)의 사시도이고, 도 6b는 원두 식힘부(41)가 설치된 수집부(40)의 단면이다.
도 6을 참조하면, 수집부(40)에는 원두 식힘부(41)가 더 설치될 수 있다.
원두 식힘부(41)는 로스팅부(20)를 통과하며 로스팅된 커피 원두가 수집부(40)로 배출될 때, 로스팅된 커피 원두가 가지고 있는 열기를 식혀, 커피 원두가 가지고 있는 열기에 의해 로스팅부(20)에서 로스팅된 상태보다 더 로스팅되거나, 열기를 가지고 있는 커피 원두가 수집부(40)에 가득 쌓이게되어, 다량의 커피 원두의 열기에 의해 커피 원두의 맛을 변질되는 것을 방지하기 위해, 로스팅부(20)에서 배출되어 수집부(40)로 낙하되는 커피 원두의 열기를 1차적으로 식힐 수 있다.
구체적으로, 원두 식힘부(41)는 회전축(411), 회전판(412) 및 모터(413)를 포함할 수 있다.
회전축(411)은 수집부(40)의 중심부에 설치되되 수집부(40)의 상부에서 중심부 사이의 높이로 형성될 수 있다. 회전축(411)은 모터(413)에 의해 회전할 수 있다.
회전판(412)은 회전축(411)의 상단에 고정되어, 회전축(411)이 회전함에 따라 함께 회전할 수 있으며, 회전판(412)은 수집부(40)의 입구 직경보다 소정 길이 작은 직경으로 형성될 수 있다. 또한, 회전판(412)에는 쿨링판(4121)이 내장되어 있을 수 있다.
컨베이어 벨트(31)가 회전함에 따라, 로스팅부(20)에서 인출된 커피 원두가 컨베이어 벨트(31)에서 낙하하여 수집부(40)로 배출될 때, 수집부(40)의 회전판(412)으로 낙하될 수 있다. 회전판(412)에 내장된 쿨링판(4121)의 냉기에 의해 커피 원두가 1차적으로 식을 수 있다.
이때, 회전판(412)은 회전축(411)에 의해 회전되고 있는 상태이기 때문에, 원심력에 의해 회전판(412) 상면의 커피 원두는 점차 회전판(412) 외측으로 이동되며 회전판(412) 하측으로 낙하되어 수집부(40)의 바닥부로 낙하될 수 있다.
이처럼, 원두 식힘부(41)를 통해 로스팅된 커피 원두를 1차로 식혀서 수집할 수 있다.
이상에서 본 발명의 대표적인 실시예들을 상세하게 설명하였으나, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 상술한 실시예에 대하여 본 발명의 범주에서 벗어나지 않는 한도 내에서 다양한 변형이 가능함을 이해할 것이다. 그러므로 본 발명의 권리범위는 설명된 실시예에 국한되어 정해져서는 안 되며, 후술하는 특허 청구 범위뿐만 아니라 이 특허청구범위와 균등한 것들에 의해 정해져야 한다.

Claims (5)
- 진행방향을 따라 소정 길이로 형성되는 관 형태로 형성되며, 내부의 공간이 커피 원두를 로스팅하기 위한 설정된 온도로 이루어지는 로스팅부;상기 로스팅부의 전방에서부터 후방까지 관통하며, 상기 로스팅부의 내부에서 외부까지 회전 가능하게 설치되어, 동일한 궤적을 따라 반복 회전하는 이송부; 및상기 로스팅부의 전방에서, 상기 이송부의 상측에 설치되어, 상기 이송부로 한 알 이상의 커피 원두가 지속적으로 낙하되도록 커피 원두를 공급하는 공급부;를 포함하여,상기 이송부가 동일한 궤적을 따라 회전하여 상기 이송부가 상기 로스팅부 전방에서 내부로 인입되면, 상기 공급부에서 상기 이송부로 공급되는 한 알 이상의 커피 원두가 상기 로스팅부로 인입되어, 상기 이송부에 배열되는 복수의 커피 원두가 로스팅되는 커피 로스팅 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 이송부의 후방 하측에 배치되어, 상기 이송부의 회전에 따라 낙하하는 상기 로스팅부에서 로스팅된 커피 원두가 수집되는 수집부;를 포함하는 커피 로스팅 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 로스팅부는 복수개의 구간으로 분리 형성되며,복수의 상기 로스팅부는 각 구간별로 내부 공간의 온도 조절이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 커피 로스팅 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,복수개의 구간으로 분리 형성된 상기 로스팅부는 서로 소정 간격 이격 배치되고,이격 배치된 복수의 상기 로스팅부 사이에 배치되어, 이격된 상기 로스팅부를 연결하는 연결배관;을 더 포함하는 커피 로스팅 장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 연결배관에는,내부로 질소와 산소가 혼합된 혼합가스를 공급하여 커피 원두의 겉 표면의 탄화를 방지하는 가스공급부; 및내부의 매연과 미세먼지를 외부로 배출하는 배기관;이 더 설치되는 커피 로스팅 장치.
