Abstract

본 발명의 실시예에 따른 원격 상담 서비스 제공 방법은, 병원 단말의 적어도 하나 이상의 프로세서에 의하여 실행되는 상담자용 원격상담 애플리케이션이 피상담자와 상담자 간의 원격 상담 서비스를 제공하는 방법으로서, 상기 피상담자의 단말과 연동하여 원격 상담 프로세스를 실행하는 단계; 상기 피상담자의 신체 일부 상에 부착된 바이오 센서를 통해 상기 피상담자에 대한 생체 모니터링 정보를 획득하는 단계; 및 상기 획득된 생체 모니터링 정보를 포함하여 상기 원격 상담 프로세스에 따른 원격상담 화면을 출력하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 원격상담 화면을 출력하는 단계는, 상기 피상담자를 촬영한 영상인 피상담자 영상을 출력하는 단계와, 상기 원격 상담 프로세스에서 사용되는 디지털 콘텐츠인 상담 콘텐츠를 출력하는 단계와, 상기 생체 모니터링 정보를 출력하는 단계를 포함한다.
