Abstract
Description
そして、下着を着用するときに補正パットが必要となるなど、日常生活にも支障が出て生活の質が低下してしまう。
しかし、乳房再建手術は、感染症や皮膚の壊死を引き起こすなどのデメリットを有する。
すなわち、特許文献1に記載の人工乳房101は、シリコーンゴムで形成された袋状部102と、袋状部102の内部に封入されたジェル材103とを備える。
また、人工乳房101は、乳房が切除された後の胸部における乳房欠損箇所100を補うように、医療用材料である粘着剤301を介して装着される。
その結果、第2の層と第3の層の間の境界線をぼやけさせて、第2の層と第3の層を一体化に近い状態にすることができ、本発明の人工乳房に触ったときの不自然さを低減できる。
また、薄膜層は透明であるので、違和感がない。
この場合、人体に対する人工乳房の接着力を向上できる。
この場合、本発明の人工乳房を、中空タイプの人工乳房のように空気を補充する必要がない、充填タイプの人工乳房とすることができる。
この場合、第1の層全体を、互いに違う層で覆った構成よりも、人工乳房の製作を行い易い。
本発明に係るシリコーンゴム体は、人間の肌と比べて不自然になり難い。
図1は、本発明を適用した人工乳房の第1の実施形態を示す概略断面図である。
ここで、第1の層2は、シリコーンゲルを隙間なく含んで構成されており、内部に空洞が形成された中空タイプの人工乳房とは異なる。
また、このような構成である第1の層2の柔らかさは、少なくとも2年間は持続する。
ここで、第2の層3は、シリコーンゴムを含んで構成されている。
また、第2の層3は、第1の層2よりも外側に部分的に配置されており、第1の層2よりも硬い層である。
すなわち、第2の層3は、第1の層2全体を覆ってはおらず、第1の層2の外側部分であって一方側に積層されている。
ここで、第3の層4は、シリコーンゴムを含んで構成されている。
また、第3の層4は、第1の層2及び第2の層3よりも外側に配置されており、第1の層2及び第2の層3よりも硬い層である。
すなわち、第3の層4は、第1の層2全体を覆った状態で、第1の層2の外側部分に直接積層されていると共に第2の層3を介して第1の層2の外側部分に積層されている。
その結果、第2の層3と第3の層4の間の境界線をぼやけさせて、第2の層3と第3の層4を一体化に近い状態にすることができ、本発明の人工乳房に触ったときの不自然さを低減できる。
ここで、第4の層5は、シリコーンゴムを含んで構成されている。
また、第4の層5は、第3の層4よりも外側に部分的に配置されており、第3の層4と略同じ硬さを有する層である。
すなわち、第4の層5は、第3の層4全体を覆ってはおらず、第3の層4の外側部分であって第3の層4の、第1の層2に接した側とは反対側に積層されている。
ここで、外被層6は、第3の層4よりも外側に配置されている。すなわち、外被層6は、第3の層4の外側部分であって第3の層4の、第2の層3に接した側とは反対側に積層されている。
また、着色層61は、第3の層4の外側部分であって、第2の層3に接した側とは反対側に積層されている。
また、カバー層62は、着色層61よりも外側に配置されている。すなわち、カバー層62は、着色層61の、第3の層4とは反対側に積層されている。
また、反射抑制層63は、カバー層62よりも外側に配置されている。すなわち、反射抑制層63は、カバー層62の、着色層61とは反対側に積層されている。
そして、湾曲部分と平坦部分とが連接した部分を周縁部とする。
ここで、薄皮部7は、シリコーンゴムを含んで構成されており、透明と成るほど薄く、そして柔らかい部分である。
また、薄皮部7は、第3の層4よりも外側であって周縁部全体に設けられている。
従って、本発明の人工乳房1を人体の胸部に装着したときに、人間の肌の色を透過させることができる。
また、図1に示す例では、薄皮部7は、第4の層5とは別体として第3の層4に取付けられているが、第4の層5と一体化して第3の層4に設けられていてもよい。
ここで、ポリエチレンシート層8は、空気や水分やリン物質などを遮断可能であり、透明である。
また、ポリエチレンシート層8の厚さは具体的には例えば10~20μmであるが、この厚さに限定されないことは勿論である。
ポリエチレンは薄膜層の材料の一例であり、物質を遮断可能であり透明であれば、薄膜層として他の材料を用いることができる。
また、ポリエチレンシート層8の一部は、薄皮部7にも積層されている。
ポリエチレンシート層8は、薄膜層の一例である。
この場合、ポリエチレンシート層などの薄膜層が、第1の層2全体を覆った状態となるので、ポリエチレンシート層などの薄膜層によって、第1の層2のシリコーンゲルが本発明の人工乳房の表面から外部へ滲み出ないようにすることができる。
ここで、粘着層9は、シリコーンゲルを含んで構成されており、最も外側に配置されたポリエチレンシート層8に着脱可能に配置される。
すなわち、粘着層9は、ポリエチレンシート層8にカバー層62を介して着脱可能に積層されるが、カバー層62を省略することもできる。
また、カバー層62を構成する材料とは異なる材料で構成された別のカバー層を介して、粘着層9をポリエチレンシート層8に着脱可能に積層することもできる。
しかし、本発明の人工乳房がカバー層を備えていれば、近似させた人間の肌の質感を維持し易いので好ましい。
しかし、本発明の人工乳房がカバー層を備えていれば、さらに人間の肌の質感に近似させることができるので好ましい。
特に、第1の層、第2の層または第3の層に入り込んだ角質やリンなどの物質が粘着層へ移行して入り込んでしまうと、粘着層の粘着力が低下してしまうので、薄膜層によって粘着層の粘着力低下を抑制できる。
しかし、本発明の人工乳房が粘着層を備えていれば、人体に対する本発明の人工乳房の接着力を向上できるので好ましい。
なお、その他の点では、本発明の第2の実施形態の人工乳房は、本発明の第1の実施形態の人工乳房と同じである。
図3に示すように、本発明の第1の実施形態の人工乳房1は、ポリエチレンシート層8と人間の胸部10との間に粘着層9を挟んだ状態で、胸部10に装着される。
第1のシリコーンゲル材料(冨田マテックス社製、商品名:GEL-GUM10(A))と第2のシリコーンゲル材料(冨田マテックス社製、商品名:GEL-GUM10(B))とを混ぜ合わせ、シリコーンゲル混合物を得た。
次に、本発明の人工乳房1の第2の層3を形成するために、第1の人工乳房形成用型に塗布された第2のシリコーンゴム混合物に、第1のシリコーンゴム混合物を塗布した。
また、第2の人工乳房形成用型に塗布された第2のシリコーンゴム混合物にも、ごく少量のシリコーンゲル混合物を塗布した。
そして、得られたシリコーンゲル材料混合物と、シリコーンゴム(ファクター2社製、商品名:VST-05)とを質量比10:1で混合して、シリコーン混合物を得た。
この時点の本発明の人工乳房1は、シリコーンゲルを隙間なく含んで構成された第1の層2と、第1の層2全体を覆ってはおらず、第1の層2の外側部分であって一方側に積層された第2の層3と、第1の層2全体を覆った状態で、第1の層2の外側部分に直接積層されていると共に第2の層3を介して第1の層2の外側部分に積層された第3の層4とを備えている。
ここで、針入度計は、超軟質ゴムよりもさらに軟らかいゲル状物質の硬さを測定する際に使用される計器である。また、針入度「55」は、木綿豆腐の針入度と略同じである。
また、第3の層4を形成した直後の第3の層4の硬さをゴム硬度計「タイプAデュロメータ」で測定したところ、硬さは「33」であり、第3の層4が第2の層3よりも硬いことを確認した。
理由として、第2の層3と第3の層4が一体化に近い状態になっていたからだと考えられる。
着色料を塗布された本発明の人工乳房1を、室温~70℃の温度範囲で硬化して着色層61を形成した。
塗布後、本発明の人工乳房1を、室温~70℃の温度範囲で硬化してカバー層62を形成した。
塗布後、本発明の人工乳房1を、室温~70℃の温度範囲で硬化して反射抑制層63を形成した。
その結果、第2の層と第3の層の間の境界線をぼやけさせて、第2の層と第3の層を一体化に近い状態にすることができ、本発明の人工乳房に触ったときの不自然さを低減できる。
その結果、本発明のシリコーンゴム体を、人体の様々な箇所に適用することができる。

- シリコーンゲルを含んで構成された第1の層と、
シリコーンゴムを含んで構成され、前記第1の層よりも外側に部分的に配置されており、同第1の層よりも硬い第2の層と、
シリコーンゴムを含んで構成され、前記第1の層及び前記第2の層よりも外側に配置されており、同第1の層及び同第2の層よりも硬い第3の層と、
シリコーンゴムを含んで構成され、該第3の層よりも外側に部分的に配置されており、同第3の層と略同じ硬さを有する第4の層とを備え、
前記第3の層のシリコーンゴムの硬化速度は、前記第2の層のシリコーンゴムの硬化速度よりも遅い
