しかし、乳房再建手術は、感染症や皮膚の壊死を引き起こすなどのデメリットを有する。
すなわち、特許文献1に記載の人工乳房101は、表面側となる椀状の外皮部102と、底皮部(底面部)103とにより構成されている。
また、外皮部102と底皮部103との間に内部空間104が形成されており、人工乳房101は全体として中空の袋状体となっている。
また、底皮部103の中央付近には、外皮部102側に窪むように凹部106が形成されており、凹部106と外皮部102との間には、内部空間104が形成されている。
また、凹部106の中央部には内部空間104に空気の出し入れを行うことで内部空間104の空気圧を調整できるよう、針挿通弁107が形成されている。
また、薄膜層は透明であるので、違和感がない。
この場合、人体に対する人工乳房の接着力を向上できる。
本発明に係る人工乳首は、人間の乳首と比べて不自然になり難い。
図1は、本発明を適用した人工乳房の第1の実施形態を示す概略断面図である。
ここで、第1の層2は、シリコーンゴムと、粘度が互いに異なる少なくとも2種類の増粘剤との混合物を含んで構成されている。
また、第1の層2の内部には空洞2Aが形成されている。
また、このような構成である第1の層2の柔らかさは、このような増粘剤を含まないシリコーンゴム層の柔らかさよりも柔らかく、また、その柔らかさは少なくとも2年間は持続する。
また、このような増粘剤としては具体的には例えば、常温における粘度が100~2500mPa・sを有する増粘剤からなる群から選ばれる、粘度が互いに異なる少なくとも2種類の増粘剤が挙げられる。
ここで、第2の層3は、シリコーンゴムを含んで構成されている。
また、第2の層3は、第1の層2よりも外側に配置されており、第1の層2よりも硬い層である。
すなわち、第2の層3は、第1の層2全体を覆った状態で第1の層2の外側部分に積層されている。
ここで、外被層4は、第2の層3よりも外側に配置されている。すなわち、外被層4は、第2の層3の、第1の層2とは反対側であって湾曲した部分に積層されている。
また、第2の層3の湾曲した部分は、本発明の人工乳房1を人体の胸部に装着したときに表面側に位置することになる部分である。
また、着色層41は、第2の層3の、第1の層2とは反対側であって湾曲した部分に積層されている。
また、カバー層42は、着色層41よりも外側に配置されている。すなわち、カバー層42は、着色層41の、第2の層3とは反対側に積層されている。
また、反射抑制層43は、カバー層42よりも外側に配置されている。すなわち、反射抑制層43は、カバー層42の、着色層41とは反対側に積層されている。
そして、湾曲部分と平坦部分とが連接した部分を周縁部とする。
ここで、薄皮部5は、シリコーンゴムを含んで構成されており、透明と成るほど薄く、そして柔らかい部分である。
また、薄皮部5は、第2の層3よりも外側であって周縁部全体に設けられている。
従って、本発明の人工乳房1を人体の胸部に装着したときに、人間の肌の色を透過させることができる。
ここで、ポリエチレンシート層6は、空気や水分やリン物質などを遮断可能であり、透明である。
また、ポリエチレンシート層6の厚さは具体的には例えば10~20μmであるが、この厚さに限定されないことは勿論である。
ポリエチレンは薄膜層の材料の一例であり、物質を遮断可能であり透明であれば、薄膜層として他の材料を用いることができる。
また、ポリエチレンシート層6の一部は、薄皮部5にも積層されている。
ポリエチレンシート層6は、薄膜層の一例である。
この場合、ポリエチレンシート層などの薄膜層が第1の層全体を覆って配置された構成となるので、例えば第1の層の内部の空洞に液体を入れておいても、ポリエチレンシート層などの薄膜層によって、本発明の人工乳房の表面から内部の液体が外部へ滲み出ないようにすることができる。
ここで、粘着層7は、シリコーンゲルを含んで構成されており、最も外側に配置されたポリエチレンシート層6に着脱可能に配置される。
また、カバー層42を構成する材料とは異なる材料で構成された別のカバー層を介して、粘着層7をポリエチレンシート層6に着脱可能に積層することもできる。
ここで、貫通孔9は、第1の層2及び第2の層3を貫通していると共に、本発明の人工乳房1の外部と第1の層2の内部の空洞2Aとを連通している。
ここで、貫通孔9の大きさは、具体的には貫通孔9の貫通方向に対して略直交する方向の長さであり、具体的には例えば0.1~1mmである。なお、図1には、貫通孔9が便宜的に視認できる大きさで示されている。
例えば、乳首部2Bを貫通して貫通孔9を形成したり、第2の層3の、第1の層2と接する側にシリコーンゴムの塊を作って厚い部分と成し、この塊を貫通して貫通孔9を形成したりすることもできる。
しかし、本発明の人工乳房がカバー層を備えていれば、近似させた人間の肌の質感を維持し易いので好ましい。
しかし、本発明の人工乳房が反射抑制層を備えていれば、さらに人間の肌の質感に近似させることができるので好ましい。
特に、第1の層または第2の層に入り込んだ角質やリンなどの物質が粘着層へ移行して入り込んでしまうと、粘着層の粘着力が低下してしまうので、薄膜層によって粘着層の粘着力低下を抑制できる。
しかし、本発明の人工乳房が粘着層を備えていれば、人体に対する本発明の人工乳房の接着力を向上できるので好ましい。
なお、その他の点では、本発明の第2の実施形態の人工乳房は、本発明の第1の実施形態の人工乳房と同じである。
図3に示す本発明の人工乳首11は、本体層12を備える。
ここで、本体層12は、第1の本体構成層12Aと、第2の本体構成層12Bと、第3の本体構成層12Cとで構成されている。
また、第1の本体構成層12Aの一方側の一部には、突起した乳頭部12Aaが一体的に設けられている。
すなわち、第1の本体構成層12Aに使用されるシリコーンゴムとしては、具体的には例えば、常温における粘度が1500~6000mPa・sを有するシリコーンゴムが挙げられる。
すなわち、第1の本体構成層12Aに使用される増粘剤としては、具体的には例えば、常温における粘度が100~2500mPa・sを有する増粘剤からなる群から選ばれる、粘度が互いに異なる少なくとも2種類の増粘剤が挙げられる。
また、第2の本体構成層12Bは、第1の本体構成層12Aよりも外側に配置されており、第1の本体構成層12Aよりも硬い層である。
すなわち、第2の本体構成層12Bは、第1の本体構成層12Aの、乳頭部12Aaが設けられた一方側に積層されている。
また、第3の本体構成層12Cは、第1の本体構成層12Aよりも内側に配置されており、第1の本体構成層12Aよりも硬い層である。
ここで、粘着層15は、シリコーンゲルを含んで構成されており、本体層12の最も外側に配置された第3の本体構成層12Cに着脱可能に配置される。
また、本発明の人工乳首11を人工乳房に取付ける場合には、本発明の人工乳首11は粘着層15を備えないようにして、本発明の人工乳首11を半永久的に取付けるために接着剤などを使用するようにすることができる。
ここで、外被層13は、本体層12よりも外側に配置されている。すなわち、外被層13は、第2の本体構成層12Bの、第1の本体構成層12Aとは反対側に積層されている。
また、第2の本体構成層12Bの、外被層13が積層される部分は、本発明の人工乳首11を人工乳房に取付けたときに表面側に位置することになる部分である。
また、着色層131は、第2の本体構成層12Bの、第1の本体構成層12Aとは反対側に積層されている。
また、カバー層132は、着色層131よりも外側に配置されている。すなわち、カバー層132は、着色層131の、第2の本体構成層12Bとは反対側に積層されている。
ここで、薄皮部14は、第1の本体構成層12Aの縁部と、第2の本体構成層12Bの縁部と、第3の本体構成層12Cの縁部とで構成されており、透明または半透明と成るほど薄い部分である。
しかし、本発明の人工乳首が粘着層を備えていれば、人体に対する本発明の人工乳首の接着力を向上できるので好ましい。
図4に示すように、本発明の第1の実施形態の人工乳房1は、ポリエチレンシート層6と人間の胸部8との間に粘着層7を挟んだ状態で、胸部8に装着される。
第1のシリコーンゴム(ファクター2社製、商品名:VST-05)と硬化剤(ファクター2社製、商品名:VST-05-C)とを混ぜ合わせ、第1のシリコーンゴム混合物を得た。
そして、得られたシリコーンゲル材料混合物と、シリコーンゴム(ファクター2社製、商品名:VST-05)とを質量比10:1で混合して、シリコーン混合物を得た。
この時点の本発明の人工乳房1は、内部に空洞2Aが形成された第1の層2と、第1の層2全体を覆った状態で第1の層2の外側部分に積層された第2の層3とを備えている。
また、第1の層2の、空洞2Aとは反対側の湾曲した部分の一部には、突起した乳首部2Bが一体的に設けられている。
また、第2の層3を形成した直後の第2の層3の硬さをゴム硬度計「タイプAデュロメータ」で測定したところ、硬さは「31」であった。
着色料を塗布された本発明の人工乳房1を、室温~70℃の温度範囲で硬化して着色層41を形成した。
塗布後、本発明の人工乳房1を、室温~70℃の温度範囲で硬化してカバー層42を形成した。
塗布後、本発明の人工乳房1を、室温~70℃の温度範囲で硬化して反射抑制層43を形成した。
第1のシリコーンゴム(ファクター2社製、商品名:VST-05)と硬化剤(ファクター2社製、商品名:VST-05-C)とを混ぜ合わせ、第1のシリコーンゴム混合物を得た。
そして、得られたシリコーンゲル材料混合物と、シリコーンゴム(ファクター2社製、商品名:VST-05)とを質量比10:1で混合して、シリコーン混合物を得た。
この時点の本発明の人工乳首11は本体層12を備えており、本体層12は、第1の本体構成層12Aと、第2の本体構成層12Bと、第3の本体構成層12Cとで構成されている。
また、第2の本体構成層12Bは、第1の本体構成層12Aの、乳頭部12Aaが設けられた一方側に積層されている。
さらに、第3の本体構成層12Cは、第1の本体構成層12Aの乳頭部12Aaが設けられた一方側とは反対側に積層されている。
また、本体層12を形成して約2年後に、本体層12の硬さをゴム硬度計「タイプAデュロメータ」で再び測定したところ、硬さは「28」であり、柔らかさが持続していることを確認した。
着色料を塗布された本発明の人工乳首11を、室温~70℃の温度範囲で硬化して着色層131を形成した。
塗布後、本発明の人工乳首11を、室温~70℃の温度範囲で硬化してカバー層132を形成した。
塗布後、本発明の人工乳首11を、室温~70℃の温度範囲で硬化して反射抑制層133を形成した。

Claims (9)
- シリコーンゴムと粘度が互いに異なる少なくとも2種類の増粘剤との混合物を含んで構成され、内部に空洞が形成された第1の層と、
該第1の層よりも外側に配置されており、同第1の層よりも硬く、シリコーンゴムを含んで構成された第2の層とを備える
人工乳房。 - 前記第2の層よりも外側に配置されており、着色料を含んで構成された着色層と、
該着色層よりも外側に配置されており、同着色層の剥離を抑制可能なカバー層とを備える
請求項1に記載の人工乳房。 - 前記着色層は、乳首を表示した乳首領域を有し、同乳首領域は同着色層の他の領域と略同一面内に位置する
請求項2に記載の人工乳房。 - 前記カバー層よりも外側に配置されており、同カバー層または前記着色層の光の反射を抑制可能な反射抑制層を備える
請求項2に記載の人工乳房。 - 前記第2の層よりも外側に配置されており、物質を遮断可能であり、透明である薄膜層を備える
請求項1に記載の人工乳房。 - 最も外側に配置された層に着脱可能に配置されており、粘着性材料を含んで構成された粘着層を備える
請求項5に記載の人工乳房。 - 前記第1の層及び前記第2の層を貫通していると共に外部と前記空洞とを連通しており、かつ、同空洞内の気体または液体が外部へ漏れ難い大きさの貫通孔が同第1の層及び同第2の層に形成された
請求項1に記載の人工乳房。 - シリコーンゴムを含んで構成され、内部に空洞が形成されたシリコーンゴム層と、
該シリコーンゴム層の、前記空洞とは反対側の一部に設けられており、シリコーンゴムと粘度が互いに異なる少なくとも2種類の増粘剤との混合物を含んで構成された乳首部と、
前記シリコーンゴム層よりも外側及び前記乳首部よりも外側に配置されており、着色料を含んで構成された着色層と、
該着色層よりも外側に配置されており、同着色層の剥離を抑制可能なカバー層と、
該カバー層よりも外側に配置されており、同カバー層または前記着色層の光の反射を抑制可能な反射抑制層とを備える
人工乳房。 - シリコーンゴムと粘度が互いに異なる少なくとも2種類の増粘剤との混合物を含んで構成された本体層と、
該本体層よりも外側に配置されており、着色料を含んで構成された着色層と、
該着色層よりも外側に配置されており、同着色層の剥離を抑制可能なカバー層と、
該カバー層よりも外側に配置されており、同カバー層または前記着色層の光の反射を抑制可能な反射抑制層とを備える
人工乳首。
