有益效果
本申请实施例提供的扩展坞的有益效果在于:
在使用时,首先,使两夹持结构在左右方向上的距离大于笔记本电脑在左右方向上的宽度,其次,将笔记本电脑的下侧面的后侧区域搭放在主体结构上后,然后使两夹持结构相向移动,直至两个两夹持结构将笔记本电脑夹持,与此同时,至少第一电连接件插入笔记本电脑侧面接口内,通过第一电连接件和第二电连接件,将笔记本电脑与主体结构电性导通,从而实现扩展坞的功能,且还由于两个夹持结构将笔记本电脑夹紧,这样该扩展坞与笔记本电脑成连接为一个整体,并且能够作为一个整体持续使用,减少了笔记本电脑与扩展坞插拔次数,延长笔记本电脑的使用寿命。
此外,笔记本电脑的下侧面的后侧区域搭放在主体结构,还有利于笔记本电脑的下侧面散热,从而提高笔记本电脑的散热效率。

为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本申请。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“长度”、“宽度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
为了说明本申请所提供的技术方案,以下结合具体附图及实施例进行详细说明。
本申请实施例提供一种扩展坞,主要适用于笔记本电脑。
请参阅图1至图3,该扩展坞包括主体结构100和两个夹持结构200。
主体结构100的下侧面能平置于一放置面上,主体结构100设有至少两个扩展接口110,主体结构100的上侧面用于供笔记本电脑的下侧面的后侧区域搭放。
两个夹持结构200均连接于主体结构100,并在左右方向上相对设置,至少一个夹持结构200能够相对于主体结构100在左右方向上滑动,两夹持结构200共同用于夹持笔记本电脑,至少一个夹持结构200至少设有一个导电结构210,导电结构210包括第一电连接件211和第二电连接件212,第一点连接件凸出于所连接的夹持结构200朝向另一夹持结构200的侧面,第一电连接件211在两夹持结构200夹紧笔记本电脑时与笔记本电脑的侧面接口相插接,各第二电连接件212用于与主体结构100电性连接。
具体地,本申请实施例的扩展坞,在使用时,首先,使两夹持结构200在左右方向上的距离大于笔记本电脑在左右方向上的宽度,如图6所示,其次,将笔记本电脑的下侧面的后侧区域搭放在主体结构100上后,然后使两夹持结构200相向移动,直至两个两夹持结构200将笔记本电脑夹持,如图7所示,与此同时,至少第一电连接件211插入笔记本电脑侧面接口内,通过第一电连接件211和第二电连接件212,将笔记本电脑与主体结构100电性导通,从而实现扩展坞的功能,且还由于两个夹持结构200将笔记本电脑夹紧,这样该扩展坞与笔记本电脑成连接为一个整体,并且能够作为一个整体持续使用,减少了笔记本电脑与扩展坞插拔次数,延长笔记本电脑的使用寿命。
此外,笔记本电脑的下侧面的后侧区域搭放在主体结构100,还有利于笔记本电脑的下侧面散热,从而提高笔记本电脑的散热效率。
在此需要说明的是,在两夹持结构200夹持笔记本电脑时,夹持结构200不会相对笔记本电脑在垂直于左右方向上移动,其中,当仅有一个夹持结构200设置有导电结构210时,两夹持结构200于朝向另一夹持结构200的侧面需均抵持到笔记本电脑的侧边,以限制笔记本电脑相对于夹持结构200在垂直于左右方向上移动,而当夹持结构200均设置有导电结构210,由于第一电连接件211插接记本电脑的侧面接口,通过第一电连接件211,已能限制笔记本电脑相对于夹持结构200在垂直于左右方向上移动,此情况下,两夹持结构200于朝向另一夹持结构200的侧面均可以不用抵持到笔记本电脑的侧边。
请参阅图1至图3,在本实施例中,两夹持结构200均能够相对于主体结构100在左右方向上滑动,如此,有利于扩大两夹持结构200在左右方向上的最大距离。
请参阅图1至图3,在本实施例中,主体结构100的上侧面朝前倾斜设置,且倾斜角度为6-15°,在具体使用过程中,由于笔记本电脑的下侧面的前侧区域会设有防滑脚垫,基于该倾斜角度,在具体使用过程中,通过适当摆放笔记本电脑,可让笔记本电脑的下侧面的前侧区域的防滑脚垫与放置面抵触,如此,在两个夹持结构200夹持笔记本电脑之前,可提高笔记本电脑搭放于主体结构100上的稳定性。
具体地,在本实施例中,主体结构100的上侧面朝前倾斜的角度为8°
请参阅图1至图3,在本实施例中,主体结构100的上侧面开设用于容置笔记本电脑的下侧面的后侧区域的防滑脚垫的容置槽101。在具体使用过程中,通过适当摆放笔记本电脑,可让笔记本电脑的下侧面的前侧区域的防滑脚垫放置于容置槽101,如此,在两个夹持结构200夹持笔记本电脑之前,容置槽101可起到一定的引导作用,引导使用者如何将笔记本搭放到主题结构上,从而提高笔记本电脑搭放于主体结构100上的效率,此外,在两个夹持结构200夹持笔记本电脑之前,容置槽101还可以限制笔记本电脑相对主体结构100移动,可提高笔记本电脑搭放于主体结构100上的稳定性。
请参阅图1至图3,在本实施例中,主体结构100呈长条状,并在左右方向上延伸设置。
在本实施例中,夹持结构200的后侧设有防滑凹槽。在驱动夹持结构200相对主体结构100在左右方向上滑动时,需要抓持夹持结构200,而基于此结构设计,可增加使用者抓持夹持结构200时,手指与夹持结构200之间的摩擦阻力,从而增加使用者的抓持稳定性。
当然,在其他实施例中,夹持结构200的前侧设置有防滑凹槽,或者,夹持结构200的前侧设置有防滑凸起,或者,夹持结构200的后侧设置有防滑凸起,或者,夹持结构200的前侧和后侧均设置有防滑凸起,或者,夹持结构200的前侧设置有防滑凹槽,而后侧均设置有防滑凸起,或者,夹持结构200的前侧设置有防滑凸起,而后侧均设置有防滑凹槽。
请参阅图2和图3,在本实施例中,各扩展接口110设置于主体结构100的后侧面,如此,便于使用者使用各扩展接口110。
在本实施例中,扩展接口110为下列其中之一:
USB接口、RJ-45接口、HDMI接口、SD插接口、VGA接口和DisplayPort接口。
其中,扩展接口110可以为三个、四个、五个或者五个以上。
在本实施例中,至少一个扩展接口110为USB接口,其中一个扩展接口110为RJ-45接口,其中一个扩展接口110为HDMI接口,其中一个扩展接口110为SD插接口。
其中,USB接口便于连接利用USB进行连接的外部设,RJ-45接口用于进行有线网络连接,HDMI接口用于进行视频输出,SD插接口用于插接SD卡,VGA接口和DisplayPort接口用于连接显示器。
请参阅图3,在本实施例中,主体结构100的下侧面设有底部防滑垫120,如此,在扩展坞置于放置面时,能够有效避免扩展坞相对放置面滑动。
请参阅图3,在本实施例中,扩展坞还包括设于主体结构100的上侧面设有顶部防滑垫130,顶部防滑垫130用于与笔记本电脑的下侧面的后侧区域抵接,如此,在笔记本电脑搭放于主体结构100时,能够有效避免笔记本电脑相对主体结构100滑动。
请参阅图1至图3,在本实施例中,顶部防滑垫130至少设有两个,且在左右方向上间隔设置。如此,可减少顶部防滑垫130的尺寸,从而降低制造成本。
在本实施例中,顶部防滑垫130设有两个,其中,为避免笔记本电脑在左右方向上侧倾,两顶部防滑垫130分别对应到笔记本电脑下侧面的后侧区域的左右两侧区域。
在其他实施中,顶部防滑垫130还可以设置有三个或三个以上。
在本实施例中,主体结构100的上侧面开设有用于安置顶部防滑垫130的安置槽,安置槽的形状与顶部防滑垫130的形状相同,且槽深小于顶部防滑垫130的厚度,如此,在将顶部防滑垫130安置到安置槽时,安置槽可以起到一定的定位,提高顶部防滑垫130的安装效率。
在本实施例中,顶部防滑垫130通过胶水的方式粘贴的到安置槽。
请参阅图3,在本实施例中,主体结构100内设置有PCB板140,各扩展接口110电连接于PCB板140,至少一个第二电连接件212与PCB电连接。如此,在装配过程中,各扩展接口110可随PCB板140一并装配。
进一步地,主体结构100内设置有用于对PCB板140散热的散热风扇150,如此,有利于避免PCB板140上的电子元器件在工作过程发生过热的情况。
进一步地,至少一个第二电连接件212与PCB插接配合,具体地,在本实施例中,第二电连接件212为USB接口。
请参阅图3,在本实施例中,主体结构100内设置有存储模块160,至少一个第二电连接件212与存储模块160电连接,基于此,该扩展坞还可以给笔记本电脑扩展存储容量,便于使用者将视听资料及软件等存储到存储模块160,而不用占用笔记本电脑的存储容量。
请参阅图3,在本实施例中,主体结构100包括结构壳体180,结构壳体180包括壳体主体181以及遮挡盖182,壳体主体181开设有容置腔以及将容置腔连通至外部并供存储模块160进出容置腔的进出口,存储模块160可拆卸地安装于壳体主体181,存储模块160与一个第二电连接件212插接配合并且电连接,遮挡盖182可拆卸连接于壳体主体181,并遮挡进出口,如此,在笔记本电脑不需要扩展存储容量时,可以从扩展坞上取下存储模块160,从而降低扩展坞的成本。
此外,该扩展坞支持所有支持SATA和M.2协议的储存模块160,如此,该扩展坞可根据电脑规格和用户需求配置不同规格容量。
请参阅图3,在本实施例中,壳体主体181呈筒状,结构壳体180还包括安装结构183,安装结构183可滑入壳体主体100,安装结构183供PCB板140、散热风扇150及各扩展结构安装,安装结构183下侧面开设有滑接槽22121,滑接槽22121的槽口与进出口对位设置,存储模块160可拆卸地安装于滑接槽22121,如此,在装配过程中,可先将PCB板140及各扩展结构安装于安装结构183,然后结构壳体从壳体主体181一筒口滑入到壳体主体181内,以提高装配效率。
请参阅图4,在本实施例中,主体结构100在连接能够相对于其滑动的夹持结构200的侧面开设有滑接孔102;能够相对于主体结构100的夹持结构200包括滑接于滑接孔102的滑接部201以及外露部202;第一电连接件211设置于外露部202,可提高主体结构100与能够相对于主体结构100的夹持结构200之间的滑接可靠性。
结合前述结构,滑接孔102为安装结构183靠近能够相对于主体结构100的夹持结构200的筒段。
请参阅图4和图5,在本实施例中,主体结构100与能够相对于主体结构100的夹持结构200通过滑接结构220连接,具体地,滑接结构220包括轨道221、滑块222以及弹性件223,轨道221与主体结构100连接,滑块222与能够相对于主体结构100的夹持结构200连接,滑块222在滑轨在左右方向上滑动,轨道221设有第一连接点22101,滑块222设有第二连接点22201,弹性件223一端连接于第一连接点22101,而另一端则连接于第二连接点22201,弹性件223具有驱动第一连接点22101和第二连接点22201在左右方向相互远离的弹性恢复力,第二连接点22201在滑块222从左向右滑动的过程中能够随滑块222从第一位置移动至第二位置,其中,在左右方向上,第二连接点22201处于第一位置时位于第一连接点22101的左侧,而处于第二位置时位于第一连接点22101的右侧。
在具体使用过程中,当需要将滑块222从第一位置推动至第二位置时,将滑块222移动至第二连接点22201刚好从第一连接点22101的左侧移动至第一连接点22101的右侧时,此时,滑块222尚未移动至第二位置,基于弹性件223具有驱动第一连接点22101和第二连接点22201在左右方向相互远离的弹性恢复力,滑块222将在弹性件223的弹性恢复力的作用下移动至第二位置,使用者不需要继续推动滑块222,也即是使用者无需将滑块222完全将滑块222从第一位置推动至第二位置;而当需要将滑块222从第二位置推动至第一位置时,将滑块222移动至第二连接点22201刚好从第一连接点22101的右侧移动至第一连接点22101的左侧时,此时,滑块222尚未移动至第一位置,基于弹性件223具有驱动第一连接点22101和第二连接点22201在左右方向相互远离的弹性恢复力,滑块222将在弹性件223的弹性恢复力的作用下移动至第一位置,使用者不需要继续推动滑块222,也即是使用者无需将滑块222完全将滑块222从第二位置推动至第一位置。
由上可知,使用者无需将滑块222完全将滑块222从第一位置推动至第二位置,也无需将滑块222完全将滑块222从第二位置推动至第一位置,可提高滑接结构220的使用效率。
此外,基于此结构设计,由于弹性件223具有驱动第一连接点22101和第二连接点22201在左右方向相互远离的弹性恢复力,能够让滑块222处于第一位置和第二位置具备一定的自锁效果,需要一定的外力才能推动滑块222,防止因误触产生的外力而导致滑块222从第一位置或第二位置偏离。
请参阅图5,在本实施例中,第一连接点22101与弹性件223转动连接,且转动轴线垂直于左右方向;
第二连接点22201与弹性件223转动连接,且转动轴线垂直于左右方向;
其中,第一连接点22101与弹性件223之间的转动轴线与第二连接点22201与弹性件223之间的转动轴线平行。
如此,可避免弹性件223与第一连接点22101连接处发生材料疲劳而断裂的情况,且还可避免弹性件223与第二连接点22201连接处发生材料疲劳而断裂的情况。
请参阅图5,在本实施例中,第一连接点22101设置于滑块222在朝向滑轨的侧面且呈柱状,弹性件223的一端设有为开口环状且套接于第一连接点22101的第一转接结构2231,如此在制造过程中,可对弹性件223的一端进行弯曲形变形成第一转接结构2231,便于生产制造;
第二连接点22201设置于滑轨在朝向滑块222的侧面且呈柱状,弹性件223的另一端设有为环状或开口环状且套接于第二连接点22201的第二转接结构2232,如此在制造过程中,可对弹性件223的另一端进行弯曲形变形成第二转接结构2232,便于生产制造。
当然,在其他实施例中,第一转接结构2231和第二转接结构2232还可以为环状。
请参阅图5,在本实施例中,弹性件223位于轨道221和滑块222之间,弹性件223包括至少两条弧度不同的弹性条2233,各弹性条2233处于同一平面。基于此,首先,弹性条2233直接可以相互维持弧度,能够降低弹性条2233发生塑形形变的情况,保证弹性件223的弹性恢复力,其次,由于弹性条2233的结构特性,弹性件223所需占用的扁型空间的厚度较小,如此,能够减小滑接结构220的整体结构尺寸。
请参阅图5,在本实施例中,轨道221包括轨道本体2211,以及两条在垂直于作业方向上的方向上设置有相对设置的导向条2212,两导向条2212均开设有在左右方向上延伸的导向槽,其中,滑块222的两端分别滑接于两导向槽内,如此,防止滑块222相对于轨道221在垂直于左右方向上移动,使滑块222只能相对轨道221在左右方向上移动。
请参阅图5,在本实施例中,轨道221连接于滑接孔102的孔壁,并从滑接孔102延伸出,滑块222与能够相对于主体结构100的夹持结构200的滑接部201连接,主体结构100还包括挡板170,挡板170连接于滑接孔102的孔壁,并从滑接孔102延伸出,挡板170位于滑接部201和滑接结构220之间,以遮挡滑接结构220,避免滑接结构220外露。在实际生产制造过程中,为保证滑接结构220的可靠型,滑接结构220通常是金属材料,如不锈钢,挡板170、壳体主体181、滑接部201和外露部202则是采用塑料,而基于此结构设计,挡板170遮挡滑接结构220,可保证扩展坞外观的一致性。

Claims (14)

  1. 扩展坞,其特征在于,包括:
    主体结构,其下侧面能平置于一放置面上,所述主体结构设有至少两个扩展接口,所述主体结构的上侧面用于供笔记本电脑的下侧面的后侧区域搭放;
    两个夹持结构,均连接于所述主体结构,并在左右方向上相对设置,至少一个所述夹持结构能够相对于所述主体结构在左右方向上滑动,两所述夹持结构共同用于夹持笔记本电脑,至少一个所述夹持结构至少设有一个导电结构,所述导电结构包括第一电连接件和第二电连接件,所述第一点连接件凸出于所连接的所述夹持结构朝向另一所述夹持结构的侧面,所述第一电连接件在两所述夹持结构夹紧所述笔记本电脑时与所述笔记本电脑的侧面接口相插接,各所述第二电连接件用于与所述主体结构电性连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的扩展坞,其特征在于,两所述夹持结构均能够相对于所述主体结构在左右方向上滑动。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的扩展坞,其特征在于,所述主体结构的上侧面朝前倾斜设置,且倾斜角度为6-15°。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的扩展坞,其特征在于,所述主体结构的上侧面开设用于容置笔记本电脑的下侧面的后侧区域的防滑脚垫的容置槽。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的扩展坞,其特征在于,所述夹持结构的前侧和/或后侧设有防滑凹槽或防滑凸起。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的扩展坞,其特征在于,各所述扩展接口设置于所述主体结构的后侧面。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的扩展坞,其特征在于,所述扩展接口为下列其中之一:
    USB接口、RJ-45接口、HDMI接口、VGA接口和DisplayPort接口。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的扩展坞,其特征在于,所述主体结构的下侧面设有底部防滑垫。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的扩展坞,其特征在于,所述扩展坞还包括设于所述主体结构的上侧面设有顶部防滑垫,所述顶部防滑垫用于与笔记本电脑的下侧面的后侧区域抵接。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的扩展坞,其特征在于,所述主体结构内设置有PCB板,各所述扩展接口电连接于所述PCB板,至少一个所述第二电连接件与所述PCB电连接。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的扩展坞,其特征在于,所述主体结构内设置有用于对所述PCB板散热的散热风扇。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的扩展坞,其特征在于,至少一个所述第二电连接件与所述PCB板插接配合。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的扩展坞,其特征在于,所述主体结构内设置有存储模块,至少一个所述第二电连接件与所述存储模块电连接。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的扩展坞,其特征在于,所述主体结构在连接能够相对于其滑动的所述夹持结构的侧面开设有滑接孔;
    能够相对于所述主体结构的所述夹持结构包括滑接于所述滑接孔的滑接部以及外露部;
    所述第一电连接件设置于所述外露部。
