Abstract

La présente invention concerne : une enzyme qui transfère un groupe prényle à un résidu arginine ou à un résidu analogue d'arginine dans un peptide, ou à l'arginine ou à un analogue d'arginine, l'enzyme comprenant une séquence d'acides aminés représentée par SEQ ID NO : 1 ou une séquence mutante de celle-ci ; un peptide qui peut être utilisé en tant que substrat pour l'enzyme ; et un peptide prénylé.
