La solution selon l'invention porte sur une machine d'enregistrement 2 qui effectue un procédé consistant à obtenir un consentement d'un utilisateur concernant l'acquisition d'une image de visage au moment de l'enregistrement et de l'authentification et de l'acquisition d'informations de température corporelle au moment de l'authentification, et qui acquiert une image de visage de l'utilisateur pour l'enregistrement. Un serveur de gestion de visage 5 accumule des images de visage pour l'enregistrement. Une machine d'authentification de visage 1 acquiert une image de visage et des informations de température corporelle de l'utilisateur pour une authentification au moment de l'authentification, et effectue une mesure de température pour acquérir des informations de température corporelle de l'utilisateur au moment de l'authentification. Un serveur de mise en correspondance de visages 6 réalise une mise en correspondance de visages pour faire correspondre l'image de visage pour l'enregistrement avec l'image de visage pour l'authentification, et effectue une détermination de température corporelle pour déterminer si les informations de température corporelle sont anormales. En outre, le serveur de gestion de visages 5 gère des réglages associés aux conditions de traitement d'une unité de mesure de température corporelle et d'une unité de détermination de température corporelle selon l'actionnement de l'administrateur ou de l'utilisateur.
