S3:通过往复丝杆带动移动板进行移动,移动板带动喷涂料箱进行移动,喷涂料箱带动多个喷涂头进行移动,通过对碳化钨的旋转和对多个喷涂头的水平往复移动对碳化钨进行喷涂,喷涂效果好,喷涂范围大,而且喷涂效率高。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种碳化钨喷涂装置,具备以下有益效 果:
1、该碳化钨喷涂装置,通过先将碳化钨放置到两个夹持槽内,然后拧动四个紧固螺栓,四个紧固螺栓带动四个夹持板进行移动,四个限位块对四个夹持板进行限位,四个夹持板对碳化钨进行固定夹持;
2、该碳化钨喷涂装置,通过启动旋转电机,旋转电机的输出轴带动往复丝杆进行转动,往复丝杆带动第一链轮进行转动,第一链轮通过链条带动第二链轮进行转动,第二链轮带动第一转动柱进行转动,第一转动柱带动其中一个夹持座进行转动,夹持座带动碳化钨进行转动;
3、该碳化钨喷涂装置,通过往复丝杆带动移动板进行移动,移动板带动喷涂料箱进行移动,喷涂料箱带动多个喷涂头进行移动,通过对碳化钨的旋转和对多个喷涂头的水平往复移动对碳化钨进行喷涂,喷涂效果好,喷涂范围大,而且喷涂效率高;
本发明结构简单,操作方便,通过四个夹持板对碳化钨进行固定夹持,通过对碳化钨的旋转和对多个喷涂头的水平往复移动对碳化钨进行喷涂,喷涂效果好,喷涂范围大,而且喷涂效率高,防止了人工持喷枪对作业人员的人身安全造成威胁,同时影响作业人员的身体健康的情况出现,满足了使用者的需要。

请参阅图1-4,一种碳化钨喷涂装置,包括底座1,底座1的顶部固定连接有第一固定柱2和第二固定柱3,第一固定柱2和第二固定柱3的顶端固定连接有同一个固定板4,固定板4的底部开设有移动槽5,移动槽5内滑动连接有移动板6,移动板6上开设有限位孔7,限位孔7内滑动连接有限位杆8,且限位杆8的两端分别与相对应的移动槽5的一侧内壁固定连接,第一固定柱2靠近第二固定柱3的一侧开设有连接槽9,第二固定柱3上开设有连接孔10,且连接孔10和连接槽9内转动连接有同一个往复丝杆11,第二固定柱3远离第一固定柱2的一侧固定连接有旋转电机12,且往复丝杆11的一端贯穿移动板6并与移动板6螺纹连接,往复丝杆11的另一端延伸至第二固定柱3的外侧并与旋转电机12的输出轴固定连接,移动板6的底部固定连接有喷涂料箱13,喷涂料箱13的底部固定连接有喷涂头14,第一固定柱2靠近第二固定柱3的一侧开设有第一转动槽15,第一转动槽15内转动连接有第一转动柱16,第二固定柱3靠近第一固定柱2的一侧开设有第二转动槽17,第二转动槽17内转动连接有第二转动柱18,第一转动柱16和第二转动柱18相互靠近的一端均固定连接有夹持座19,两个夹持座19相互靠近的一侧均开设有夹持槽20,夹持槽20的顶部和底部均开设有螺纹孔21,两个螺纹孔21内均螺纹连接有紧固螺栓22,两个紧固螺栓22相互靠近的一端均延伸至夹持槽20 内并固定连接有夹持板23。
本发明中,夹持槽20的一侧内壁上开设有两个限位槽24,两个夹持板23的一端均固定连接有限位块25,且两个限位块25分别与相对应的限位槽24滑动连接。
本发明中,两个限位块25上均开设有定位孔26,两个定位孔26内均滑动连接有定位杆27,且定位杆27的顶端和底端分别与相对应的限位槽24的顶部内壁和底部内壁固定连接。
本发明中,往复丝杆11的外侧固定套设有第一链轮28,第一转动柱16的外侧固定套设有第二链轮29,第二链轮29上啮合有链条30,且第二链轮29通过链条30与第一链轮28传动连接。
本发明中,喷涂头14的数量为多个,且多个喷涂头14呈水平方向等距离分别在喷涂料箱13的底部。
本发明中,第一转动槽15内固定连接有第一轴承的外圈,且第一转动柱16与第一轴承的内圈固定连接。
本发明中,第二转动槽17内固定连接有第二轴承的外圈,且第二转动柱18与第二轴承的内圈固定连接。
一种碳化钨喷涂装置的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:通过先将碳化钨放置到两个夹持槽20内,然后拧动四个紧固螺栓22,四个紧固螺栓22带动四个夹持板23进行移动,四个限位块25对四个夹持板23进行限位,四个夹持板23对碳化钨进行固定夹持;
S2:通过启动旋转电机12,旋转电机12的输出轴带动往复丝杆11进行转动,往复丝杆11带动第一链轮28进行转动,第一链轮28通过链条30带动第二链轮29进行转动,第二链轮29带动第一转动柱16进行转动,第一转动柱16带动其中一个夹持座19进行转动,夹持座19带动碳化钨进行转动;
S3:通过往复丝杆11带动移动板6进行移动,移动板6带动喷涂料箱13 进行移动,喷涂料箱13带动多个喷涂头14进行移动,通过对碳化钨的旋转和对多个喷涂头14的水平往复移动对碳化钨进行喷涂,喷涂效果好,喷涂范围大,而且喷涂效率高。
综上所述,该碳化钨喷涂装置,使用时,先将碳化钨放置到两个夹持槽20内,然后拧动四个紧固螺栓22,四个紧固螺栓22带动四个夹持板23进行移动,四个夹持板23带动四个限位块25在四个限位槽24内进行滑动,四个定位杆27对四个限位块25进行限位,四个限位块25对四个夹持板23进行限位,四个夹持板23对碳化钨进行固定夹持,然后启动旋转电机12,旋转电机12由市电进行供电,旋转电机12由控制开关进行控制,旋转电机12的输出轴带动往复丝杆11进行转动,往复丝杆11带动第一链轮28进行转动,第一链轮28通过链条30带动第二链轮29进行转动,第二链轮29带动第一转动柱16进行转动,第一转动柱16带动其中一个夹持座19进行转动,夹持座19带动碳化钨进行转动,碳化钨带动另一个夹持座19进行转动,另一个夹持座19带动第二转动柱18在第二转动槽17内进行转动,第二转动柱18对夹持座19进行限位,同时,往复丝杆11带动移动板6进行移动,限位杆8对移动板6进行限位,同时,移动板6带动喷涂料箱13进行移动,喷涂料箱13带动多个喷涂头14进行移动,通过对碳化钨的旋转和对多个喷涂头14的水平往复移动对碳化钨进行喷涂,喷涂效果好,喷涂范围大,而且喷涂效率高,从而通过四个夹持板23对碳化钨进行固定夹持,通过对碳化钨的旋转和对多个喷涂头14的水平往复移动对碳化钨进行喷涂,喷涂效果好,喷涂范围大,而且喷涂效率高,防止了人工持喷枪对作业人员的人身安全造成威胁,同时影响作业人员的身体健康的情况出现,满足了使用者的需要。

- 一种碳化钨喷涂装置,包括底座(1),其特征在于,所述底座(1)的顶部固定连接有第一固定柱(2)和第二固定柱(3),第一固定柱(2)和第二固定柱(3)的顶端固定连接有同一个固定板(4),固定板(4)的底部开设有移动槽(5),移动槽(5)内滑动连接有移动板(6),移动板(6)上开设有限位孔(7),限位孔(7)内滑动连接有限位杆(8),且限位杆(8)的两端分别与相对应的移动槽(5)的一侧内壁固定连接,第一固定柱(2)靠近第二固定柱(3)的一侧开设有连接槽(9),第二固定柱(3)上开设有连接孔(10),且连接孔(10)和连接槽(9)内转动连接有同一个往复丝杆(11),第二固定柱(3)远离第一固定柱(2)的一侧固定连接有旋转电机(12),且往复丝杆(11)的一端贯穿移动板(6)并与移动板(6)螺纹连接,往复丝杆(11)的另一端延伸至第二固定柱(3)的外侧并与旋转电机(12)的输出轴固定连接,移动板(6)的底部固定连接有喷涂料箱(13),喷涂料箱(13)的底部固定连接有喷涂头(14),第一固定柱(2)靠近第二固定柱(3)的一侧开设有第一转动槽(15),第一转动槽(15)内转动连接有第一转动柱(16),第二固定柱(3)靠近第一固定柱(2)的一侧开设有第二转动槽(17),第二转动槽(17)内转动连接有第二转动柱(18),第一转动柱(16)和第二转动柱(18)相互靠近的一端均固定连接有夹持座(19),两个夹持座(19)相互靠近的一侧均开设有夹持槽(20),夹持槽(20)的顶部和底部均开设有螺纹孔(21),两个螺纹孔(21)内均螺纹连接有紧固螺栓(22),两个紧固螺栓(22)相互靠近的一端均延伸至夹持槽(20)内并固定连接有夹持板(23)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种碳化钨喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述夹持槽(20)的一侧内壁上开设有两个限位槽(24),两个夹持板(23)的一端均固定连接有限位块(25),且两个限位块(25)分别与相对应的限位槽(24)滑动连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种碳化钨喷涂装置,其特征在于:两个限位 块(25)上均开设有定位孔(26),两个定位孔(26)内均滑动连接有定位杆(27),且定位杆(27)的顶端和底端分别与相对应的限位槽(24)的顶部内壁和底部内壁固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种碳化钨喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述往复丝杆(11)的外侧固定套设有第一链轮(28),第一转动柱(16)的外侧固定套设有第二链轮(29),第二链轮(29)上啮合有链条(30),且第二链轮(29)通过链条(30)与第一链轮(28)传动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种碳化钨喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述喷涂头(14)的数量为多个,且多个喷涂头(14)呈水平方向等距离分别在喷涂料箱(13)的底部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种碳化钨喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述第一转动槽(15)内固定连接有第一轴承的外圈,且第一转动柱(16)与第一轴承的内圈固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种碳化钨喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述第二转动槽(17)内固定连接有第二轴承的外圈,且第二转动柱(18)与第二轴承的内圈固定连接。
- 一种碳化钨喷涂装置的使用方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:S1:通过先将碳化钨放置到两个夹持槽(20)内,然后拧动四个紧固螺栓(22),四个紧固螺栓(22)带动四个夹持板(23)进行移动,四个限位块(25)对四个夹持板(23)进行限位,四个夹持板(23)对碳化钨进行固定夹持;S2:通过启动旋转电机(12),旋转电机(12)的输出轴带动往复丝杆(11)进行转动,往复丝杆(11)带动第一链轮(28)进行转动,第一链轮(28)通过链条(30)带动第二链轮(29)进行转动,第二链轮(29)带动第一转动柱(16)进行转动,第一转动柱(16)带动其中一个夹持座(19)进行转动,夹持座(19)带动碳化钨进行转动;S3:通过往复丝杆(11)带动移动板(6)进行移动,移动板(6)带动喷涂料箱(13)进行移动,喷涂料箱(13)带动多个喷涂头(14)进行移动,通过对碳化钨的旋转和对多个喷涂头(14)的水平往复移动对碳化钨进行喷涂,喷涂效果好,喷涂范围大,而且喷涂效率高。
