根据本发明第二方面实施例的空调器,通过设置根据本发明上述第一方面实施例的空气净化装置,在每个供电件上设置多个供电接触部,使得多个接电件分别与与其对应的供电件上的任意一个供电接触部接触时,可以实现供电件和接电件之间的电连接。由此,可以使得滤网模块的安装位置更加多样化,提高了滤网模块安装的灵活性,有利于空气净化装置和具有该空气净化装置的空调器内部结构的优化。同时,可以省略线束,降低接线复杂度,且可以降低后期维护成本。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
下面参考附图描述根据本发明实施例的空气净化装置100。空气净化装置100可以用于过滤空气中的粉尘等。空气净化装置100可以用于空调器1000等。
图1为根据本发明实施例的空气净化装置100的爆炸图。如图1所示,根据本发明实施例的空气净化装置100,包括:箱体1、滤网模块2和多个供电件3。
具体地,箱体1内具有容纳腔11,滤网模块2设在容纳腔11内。参照图1,容纳腔11的前侧敞开,滤网模块2可以可抽拉地设在容纳腔11内。例如,在本发明的一些实施例中,容纳腔11的侧壁上设有支撑轨12,支撑轨12可以沿前后方向延伸,滤网模块2可以支撑在支撑轨12上,且滤网模块2可以在支撑轨12上滑动。由此,可以通过支撑轨12支撑滤网模块2,使得滤网模块2的位置稳定,同时支撑轨12可以对滤网模块2进行导向,避免滤网模块2在抽拉过程中跑偏。
可以理解的是,在本发明的另一些实施例中,还可以在滤网模块2上设置用于与支撑轨12配合的滚轮。由此,可以减小滤网模块2与支撑轨12之间的摩擦力,使得滤网模块2抽拉更加顺畅。
在本发明的一些可选实施例中,滚轮可以为塑料件。塑料件的成本低,且重量小,有利于降低塑料件的整体成本,并能减轻滤网组件2的整体重量。
具体地,在本发明的一些实施例中,滤网模块2包括滤网本体和滤网支架,滤网支架内形成有放置空间,滤网本体设置在放置空间内。滤网支架的可以与支撑轨12滑动配合。可选地,滤网本体可以包括静电滤网,静电滤网可以利用高压直流电场使空气中的气体分子电离,且在移动过程中使空气中的粉尘颗粒和细菌荷电,进而被静电滤网模块内的极板吸附,从而对颗粒半径大于0.1微米的粉尘、烟雾等进行过滤。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
滤网模块2上设有多个接电件21,多个接电件21在第一方向上间隔设置。其中,在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。第一方向可以为滤网模块2侧壁的长度方向。例如,第一方向可以为图1中所示的前后方向或左右方向。图2为根据本发明实施例的滤网模块2和供电件3的爆炸图。例如,参照图2,多个接电件21可以设置在滤网模块2的侧壁上,且多个接电件21可以在滤网模块2侧壁的长度方向上间隔设置。
多个供电件3在第一方向上间隔开地设在箱体1上,多个供电件3与多个接电件 21一一对应,每个供电件3上具有多个适于与接电件21接触的供电接触部31。在多个接电件21分别与与其对应的供电件3上的其中一个供电接触部31接触时,供电件3与接电件21电连接。
多个供电件3也在滤网模块2侧壁的长度方向上间隔设置。每个供电件3可以形成为长条形,以便于在每个供电件3上可以形成多个供电接触部31。如图2所示,供电件3可以形成为沿上下方向延伸的长条形的片状结构。
在本发明的一些实施例中,滤网模块2上设有三个接电件21,分别为正接电件21、负接电件21和接地接电件21,供电件3为三个,分别为正供电件3、负供电件3和接地供电件3。当正接电件21与正供电件3上的其中一个供电接触部31接触、且负接电件21与负供电件3上的其中一个供电接触部31接触、且接地接电件21与接地供电件3上的其中一个供电接触部31接触时,可以实现对滤网模块2的供电。
在本发明的另一些实施例中,滤网模块2上设有两个接电件21,分别为正接电件21和负接电件21,供电件3为两个,分别为正供电件3和负供电件3。当正接电件21与正供电件3上的其中一个供电接触部31接触、且负接电件21与负供电件3上的其中一个供电接触部31接触,可以实现对滤网模块2的供电。
可以理解的是,当将滤网模块2插入容纳腔11内时,多个接电件21可以分别与与其对应的供电件3的供电接触部31接触,此时接电件21与供电件3电连接。当将滤网模块2拉出容纳腔11时,至少一个接电件21与与其对应的供电件3的供电接触部31分离,此时接电件21与供电件3之间断开连接,滤网模块2断电。
在本发明的一些实施例中,滤网模块2可拆卸地设在容纳腔11内。由此,便于滤网模块2的清洁、更换或维修等。
由于本申请中的每个供电件3上具有多个供电接触部31,当多个接电件21分别与与其对应的供电件3的任意一个供电接触部31接触接触时,均可以实现供电件3和接电件21之间的电连接。这样,可以根据实际需要调整滤网模块2的安装位置,使得滤网模块2上的接电件21与供电件3上的其中一个供电接触部31接触即可,使得滤网模块2的安装位置更加多样化,提高了滤网模块2安装的灵活性,有利于空气净化装置100和具有该空气净化装置100的空调器1000内部结构的优化。
参照图1,容纳腔11内可以设有在其高度方向上排布的多个安装位置,供电件3上多个供电接触部31可以在容纳腔11的高度方向上排布。由此,可以将滤网模块2安装在任意一个安装位置上。
可以理解的是,容纳腔11内除了安装滤网模块2的其他安装位置处,可以用于设置其他类型的过滤件,例如可以设置HEPA(High efficiency particulate air Filter)网等。HEPA网的特点是空气可以通过,但细小的微粒却无法通过。HEPA对直径为0.3微米(头发直径的1/200)以上的微粒去除效率可达到99.97%以上,是烟雾、灰尘以及细菌等污染物最有效的过滤媒介。HEPA分PP滤纸、玻璃纤维、复合PP PET滤纸、熔喷涤纶无纺布和熔喷玻璃纤维五种材质。HEPA具有风阻大、容尘量大、过滤精度高等 特点,且可以根据客户需要加工成各种尺寸和形状,适合不同的机型使用。
根据本发明实施例的空气净化装置100,通过在每个供电件3上设置多个供电接触部31,使得多个接电件21分别与与其对应的供电件3上的任意一个供电接触部31接触时,即可实现供电件3和接电件21之间的电连接。由此,可以使得滤网模块2的安装位置更加多样化,提高了滤网模块2安装的灵活性,有利于空气净化装置100和具有该空气净化装置100的空调器1000内部结构的优化。同时,可以省略线束,降低接线复杂度,且可以降低后期维护成本。
根据本发明的一些实施例,每个供电件3上可以设有多个可发生弹性形变的弹片,弹片形成为供电接触部31,如图2-图4所示,多个弹片可以在供电件3的长度方向(例如图1中的上下方向)上间隔设置。
例如,参照图2-图4,每个供电件3上设有五个弹片。可以理解的是,弹片的数量可以根据实际需要调整设计,本发明对此不作限定。例如,在本发明的一些实施例中,弹片的数量可以与容纳腔11内滤网模块2安装位置的数量一致,这样,无论滤网模块2安装在哪一个安装位置处,均可以实现使得接电件21与供电件3上的供电接触部31接触,实现对滤网模块2的供电。
具体地,在接电件21与弹片接触时,弹片可发生弹性形变,此时弹片具有恢复形变的趋势,使得弹片紧紧贴着接电件21,保证弹片和接电件21可以紧密接触,有利于消除电气安全隐患。当接电件21与供电接触部31分离时,弹片可恢复形变。由此,通过在供电件3上设置可发生弹性形变的弹片,可以使得接电件21与供电件3保持紧密接触,提高了接电件21和供电件3之间的连接稳定性和安全性,有利于消除电气安全隐患,且有利于提高滤网模块2的过滤性能。
在本发明的一些实施例中,弹片包括连接部311和弹性部312。其中,连接部311与供电件3相连。弹性部312与连接部311相连。
参照图2和图2a,连接部311的一端可以与供电件3的宽度方向(例如图1中的前后方向)的一侧边缘相连。弹性部312包括第一弹性段312a和第二弹性段312b,第一弹性段312a的一端与连接部311相连,第一弹性段312a的另一端朝向远离供电件3的方向延伸,第二弹性段312b的一端与第一弹性段312a的另一端相连,第二弹性段312b的另一端朝向靠近供电件3的方向延伸,且第二弹性端的另一端与供电件3间隔开。
由此,通过将弹性部312设置为第一弹性段312a和第二弹性段312b,并使得第二弹性段312b的另一端与供电件3之间间隔开,可以提高弹性部312的弹性变形能力,使得接电件21与供电件3保持紧密接触,提高了接电件21和供电件3之间的连接稳定性和安全性,有利于消除电气安全隐患,且有利于提高滤网模块2的过滤性能。
如图2a所示,弹性部312可以大体形成为V字形。可选地,第一弹性段312a与第二弹性段312b之间圆滑过渡。这样,可以增大弹片与接电件21之间的接触面积,进一步地提高了供电件3和接电件21之间连接的可靠性。
进一步地,连接部311与第一弹性段312a之间圆滑过渡。由此,可以减小连接部311与第一弹性段312a之间的应力,避免弹片因应力集中而损坏,有效地提高了弹片的可靠性,延长了弹片的使用寿命。
在本发明的一些可选实施例中,弹片与供电件3一体成型。由此,可以简化供电件3的加工工艺,降低加工成本,且可以提高供电件3的整体结构强度。
在本发明的一些实施例中,弹片为不锈钢镀镍弹片。由此,可以提高弹片的导电性能,且可以提高弹片的耐磨性能。
根据本发明的一些实施例,空气净化装置100还包括固定座4,供电件3设在固定座4上,固定座4与箱体1相连。具体地,在装配时,可以先将多个供电件3安装在固定座4上,再将固定座4连接在箱体1上。如图5和图6所示,固定座4大体形成为长方形结构,多个的供电件3可以在固定座4的宽度方向上间隔设置。由此,通过设置固定座4,可以方便地固定供电件3,并且可以通过固定座4方便地将供电件3装配至箱体1上,降低了装配难度,提高了装配效率。
在本发明的一些实施例中,空气净化装置100还包括第一螺钉(图未示出),供电件3上设有第一接电部32,第一接电部32可以与供电电源(例如主控板)电连接。如图2所示,第一接电部32设在供电件3的长度方向的一端(例如,图1中供电件3的下端),且第一接电部32可以由供电件3的长度方向的一端朝向供电件3的长度方向的另一端弯折形成。
具体地,第一接电部32上可以设有第一连接孔33,固定座4上可以设有与第一连接孔33对应的第二连接孔451,第一螺钉可以穿设在第一连接孔33和第二连接孔451内,与供电电源电连接的线束连接在第一螺钉和第一接电部32之间。
例如,在图5和图6的示例中,固定座4的背离供电件3的一侧表面设有第一连接柱45,第一连接柱45上形成有第二连接孔451,与供电电源电连接的线束可以压紧在第一螺钉的螺钉头和第一接电部32之间。由此,可以方便地实现供电件3与供电电源之间的电连接,且可以使得供电件3与供电电源之间的电连接更加稳定。
例如,在本发明的一些具体实施例中,与供电电源电连接的线束的端部设有第一金属环,第一螺钉可以自外向内依次穿过第一金属环、第一连接孔33和第二连接孔451,以将第一金属环压紧在第一螺钉的螺钉头和第一连接部32之间。由此,可以进一步地提高供电件3与供电电源之间电连接的稳定性。
根据本发明的一些实施例,固定座4通过第一紧固件和/或卡扣13连接在箱体1上。具体而言,固定座4可以通过一个或者多个第一紧固件连接在箱体1上,或者固定座4可以通过一个或多个卡扣13连接在箱体1上,或者固定座4可以通过一个或多个第一紧固件和一个或多个卡扣13连接在箱体1上。可选地,第一紧固件为螺钉或螺栓。
例如,参照图5和图6,固定座4可以通过一个第一紧固件和多个卡扣13连接在箱体1上。具体地,固定座4的长度方向(例如图1中的上下方向)的一端可以设置固定耳41,固定耳41上设有第一螺钉孔61,箱体1上设有与第一螺钉对应的第二螺钉孔 62。箱体1上可以设有多个卡扣13,固定座4的边缘可以与卡扣13卡接配合。如图6所示,多个卡扣13可以沿固定座4的长度方向间隔设置。在装配时,可以先将固定座4的边缘与卡扣13卡接配合,再将第一紧固件依次穿过第一螺钉孔61和第二螺钉孔62,通过第一紧固件将固定座4锁紧在箱体1上。
由此,通过卡扣13与第一紧固件配合,不仅可以将固定座4牢靠地连接在箱体1上,还可以提高装配效率,节省装配时间。
在本发明的另一些实施例中,当固定座4仅通过第一紧固件连接在箱体1上时,可以设置多个第一紧固件,例如,可以通过2-4个第一紧固件将固定座4连接在箱体1上。在本发明的再一些实施例中,当固定座4仅通过卡扣13连接在箱体1上时,可以在箱体1上设置两排卡扣13,使得固定座4的宽度方向的两侧边缘分别与卡扣13卡接配合。由此,同样可以件固定座4牢靠地连接在箱体1上。
根据本发明的一些实施例,空气净化装置100还包括定位组件,定位组件包括定位孔51和与定位孔51配合的定位件52,定位孔51形成在固定座4和箱体1中的其中一个上,定位件52设在固定座4和箱体1中的另一个上。具体而言,当定位孔51形成在固定座4上时,定位件52设在箱体1上。当定位孔51形成在箱体1上时,定位件52形成在固定座4上。由此,在装配时,可以先通过定位件52与定位孔51配合,对固定座4进行预定位,再将固定座4的边缘与卡扣13卡接配合,最后将第一紧固件依次穿过第一螺钉孔61和第二螺钉孔62,通过第一紧固件将固定座4锁紧在箱体1上。由此,可以进一步地降低装配难度,提高装配效率。
例如,参照图5和图6,定位孔51形成在箱体1上,定位件52设在固定座4上。其中,定位件52可以为多个,多个定位件52设在固定座4的宽度方向的一侧(例如图1中固定座4的左侧)边缘,固定座4的宽度方向的另一侧(例如图1中固定座4的右侧)边缘与卡扣13卡接配合。由此,可以使得固定座4的受力更加均匀,使得固定座4的位置更加稳定,同时还可以降低固定座4的变形概率。
根据本发明的一些实施例,固定座4上可以设有多个固定位40,多个固定位40与供电件3一一对应,供电件3可以设在固定位40上。如图3和图4所示,固定座4大体形成为长方形板状结构,多个固定位40在固定座4的宽度方向上间隔设置。由此,方便对供电件3进行定位,降低了供电件3的装配难度,有利于提高装配效率。
在本发明的一些具体实施例中,固定位40上设有多个间隔开设置的支撑筋42,供电件3可以支撑在支撑筋42上。例如,支撑筋42可以沿固定座4的长度方向延伸,多个支撑筋42可以在固定座4的宽度方向上间隔设置。可以理解的是,在本发明的另一些实施例中,支撑筋42也可以沿固定座4的宽度方向延伸,此时多个支撑筋42可以在固定座4的长度方向上间隔设置。由此,可以通过支撑筋42将供电件3与固定座4的表面间隔开,便于装配人员抓取供电件3,从而便于装配人员调整供电件3的位置,同时便于装配人员拆卸供电件3。
根据本发明的一些实施例,每个固定位40上可以设有多个限位挡片43,多个限位 挡片43可以在固定位40的长度方向上间隔设置,限位挡片43与固定座4之间限定出限位空间,供电件3设在限位空间内。
如图3和图4所示,多个限位挡片43可以设在固定位40的宽度方向的一侧。在装配时,可以沿图4中箭头所示的方向件供电件3插入限位空间。其中,限位挡片43的数量可以根据实际需要调整设计。例如,在图3的示例中,限位挡片43为两个,两个限位挡片43中的其中一个限位挡片43靠近固定位40的长度方向的一端设置,两个限位挡片43中的另一个限位挡片43靠近固定位40的长度方向的另一端设置。由此,通过在固定位40上设置多个限位挡片43,可以通过限位挡片43对供电件3进行限位,避免在装配过程中供电件3发生移动,有利于提高装配效率。
根据本发明的一些实施例,限位挡片43可以包括:第一止挡部431和第二止挡部432。其中,第一止挡部431与固定座4相连,第二止挡部432与第一止挡部431相连。具体地,第一止挡部431可以位于供电件3宽度方向的一侧,第二止挡部432可以与供电件3厚度方向的一侧表面相对。
如图4所示,第一止挡部431的一端与固定座4相连,第一止挡部431可以大体垂直于固定座4设置。例如,第一止挡部431与固定座4之间的夹角可以为80-120°。第二止挡部432连接在第一止挡部431的远离固定座4的一端。第二止挡部432可以大体平行于固定座4设置。限位挡片43可以大体形成为L形。当供电件3发生移动时,第一止挡部431可以与供电件3的宽度方向的一侧止抵配合,实现对供电件3的限位。第二止挡部432可以与供电件3的厚度方向的一侧止抵配合,实现对供电件3的限位。
由此,第一止挡部431可以在供电件3的宽度方向上对供电件3进行限位,第二止挡部432可以在供电件3的厚度方向上对供电件3进行限位。由此,可以通过限位挡片43对供电件3进行有效限位,且限位挡片43的结构简单,加工方便。
在本发明的一些可选实施例中,限位挡片43与固定座4一体成型。例如,限位挡片43与固定座4一体注塑成型。由此,可以提高限位挡片43与固定座4的连接强度,且可以简化固定座4的加工工艺,有利于提高加工效率,降低加工成本。
根据本发明的一些实施例,固定位40上还设有多个限位件44,多个限位件44在固定位40的长度方向上间隔设置,限位件44和第一止挡部431分别位于固定位40宽度方向的两侧。
其中,由于限位件44和第一止挡部431分别设在固定为宽度方向的两侧,当供电件3发生移动时,第一止挡部431可以与供电件3的宽度方向的一侧止抵配合,限位件44可以与供电件3的宽度方向的另一侧止抵配合。由此,可以分别通过限位件44和第一止挡部431在供电件3的宽度方向的两侧进行限位。
可以理解的是,限位件44的具体数量可以根据供电件3的实际长度等调整设计。例如,参照图3和图4,限位件44为两个。两个限位件44中的其中一个限位件44靠近固定位40的长度方向的一端设置,两个限位件44中的另一个限位件44靠近固定位40的长度方向的另一端设置。限位件44可以与限位挡片43相对设置,也可以与限位 挡片43错开设置。由此,通过在固定位40上设置多个限位件44,可以通过限位件44对供电件3进行限位,避免在装配过程中供电件3发生移动,有利于提高装配效率。
在本发明的一些可选实施例中,限位件44与固定座4一体成型。例如,限位件44与固定座4一体注塑成型。由此,可以进一步地简化固定座4的加工工艺,有利于提高加工效率,降低加工成本。
根据本发明的一些实施例,供电件3可以通过第二紧固件锁紧在固定座4上。可选地,第二紧固件可以为螺钉、螺栓等。具体地,在图4的示例中,供电件3通过一个第二紧固件锁紧在固定座4上。其中,固定座4上设有第三螺钉孔63,供电件3上设有第四螺钉孔64,第二紧固件依次穿过第四螺钉孔64和第三螺钉孔63,可以将供电件3锁紧在固定座4上。结构简单,且连接可靠性高。
根据本发明的一些实施例,滤网模块2的侧壁上设有安装孔22,安装孔22可以形成为贯通孔。接电件21设在安装孔22内。参照图7,安装孔22为多个,多个安装孔22与多个接电件21一一对应。多个安装孔22在滤网模块2的侧壁的长度方向上间隔设置。
具体地,接电件21包括:凸出部211、连接在凸出部211两端的第一限位臂212和第二限位臂213。其中,凸出部211与安装孔22相对。参照图8和图9,凸出部211包括主体部211a和相对地设置在主体部211a的两侧的第一连接段211b和第二连接段211c。主体部211a适于与接电件21接触,第一连接段211b可以与第一连接臂相连,第二连接段211c可以与第二连接臂相连。可选地,第一连接段211b和第二连接段211c均垂直于主体部211a。
在本发明的一些实施例中,接电件21为不锈钢镀镍件。由此,可以提高接电件21的导电性能,且可以提高接电件21的耐磨性能。
第一限位臂212和第二限位臂213适于与滤网模块2的侧壁的内壁面止抵。如图7所示,第一限位臂212和第二限位臂213均位于滤网模块2的侧壁内侧。在接电件21发生移动时,第一限位臂212和第二限位臂213可以分别与滤网模块2的侧壁的内壁面止抵,这样可以避免接电件21从安装孔22内脱出,提高了接电件21的位置稳定性。
进一步地,空气净化装置还包括第二螺钉(图未示出),接电件21上设有第二接电部214,第二接电部214可以与滤网模块2的内部电路电连接。如图8和图9所示,第二接电部214可以设在第一连接臂或第二连接臂的远离凸出部211的一侧。
具体地,第二接电部214上可以设有第三连接孔215,滤网模块2内可以设有与第三连接孔215对应的第四连接孔231。例如,参照图8,滤网模块2内可以设有第二连接柱23,第二连接柱23内形成有第四连接孔231,与滤网模块2内部电路电连接的线束可以压紧在第二螺钉的螺钉头和第二接电部214之间。由此,可以方便地实现接电件21与滤网模块2内部电路之间的电连接,且可以使得接电件21与滤网模块2内部电路之间的连接更加稳定。例如,在本发明的一些具体实施例中,与滤网模块2内部电路电连接的线束的端部设有第二金属环,第二螺钉可以自外向内依次穿过第二金属环、第三 连接孔215和第四连接孔231,以将第二金属环压筋在第一螺钉的螺钉头和第二接电部214之间。由此,可以进一步地提高接电件21与滤网模块2内部电路之间电连接的稳定性。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的空调器1000,包括根据本发明上述第一方面实施例的空气净化装置100。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的空调器1000,通过设置根据本发明上述第一方面实施例的空气净化装置100,在每个供电件3上设置多个供电接触部31,使得多个接电件31分别与与其对应的供电件3上的任意一个供电接触部31接触时,可以实现供电件3和接电件21之间的电连接。由此,可以使得滤网模块2的安装位置更加多样化,提高了滤网模块2安装的灵活性,有利于空气净化装置100和具有该空气净化装置100的空调器1000内部结构的优化。同时,可以省略线束,降低接线复杂度,且可以降低后期维护成本。
在本发明的一些实施例中,空调器1000可以包括新风部件200,空气净化装置100可以设在新风部件200内。新风部件200还包括第一风机组件201,第一风机组件201可以设在空气净化装置100的下方。可以理解是,当第一风机组件201工作时,可以将室外新风和/或室内污浊的空气引入新风部件200,通过空气净化装置100净化后,再排出到室内。由此,可以实现对空气的净化处理,提高引入室内的新风的清洁度或室内空气的清洁度。
具体地,空调器可以还包括空气换热部件900。需要说明的是,根据本发明实施例的空调器的具体类型不限,在本发明的一些具体实施方式中,空调器可以是空调分体机,或者是空调一体机,其中,空调分体机可以包括室内机和室外机,空气换热部件900和新风部件200均可以设于室内机,其中,空调一体机可以为移动空调或窗机等。需要说明的是,新风部件200在空调器上的设置位置不限,例如在本发明的一些实施例中,当新风部件200应用于柜式室内机时,可以在柜式室内机的机身下侧设置新风部件200。
在本发明的一些实施例中,空调器还可以包括机壳部件,空气换热部件900和新风部件200均收纳在机壳部件内。
在本发明的一些实施例中,需要说明的是,根据本发明实施例的机壳部件的具体构成不限,可以根据实际要求设定,例如在图11所示的示例中,机壳部件可以包括:后围板300、顶盖400、出风框500、上面板600、下面板700以及底座800等。后围板300由一块或多块组成,设置有空调回风口,空调回风口设置有空调回风格栅和过滤件,后壳部内的两侧设置有立柱,用来安装固定空气换热部件900、以及新风部件200及电控部件,空气换热部件900可以包括换热器、单贯流风机或双贯流风机等。
此外,根据本发明实施例的空调器的其他构成例如电控盒等对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本发明的描述中,“第一特征”、“第二特征”可以包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,第一特征在第二特征“之上”或“之下”可以包括第一和第二特征 直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。在本发明的描述中,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“示意性实施例”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种空气净化装置,其特征在于,包括:
    箱体,所述箱体内具有容纳腔;
    滤网模块,所述滤网模块设在所述容纳腔内,所述滤网模块上设有多个接电件,多个所述接电件在第一方向上间隔设置;
    多个供电件,多个所述供电件在所述第一方向上间隔开地设在所述箱体上,多个所述供电件与多个所述接电件一一对应,每个所述供电件上具有多个适于与所述接电件接触的供电接触部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于,每个所述供电件上设有多个可发生弹性形变的弹片,所述弹片形成为所述供电接触部,多个所述弹片在所述供电件的长度方向上间隔设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述弹片包括:
    连接部,所述连接部与所述供电件相连;和
    弹性部,所述弹性部与所述连接部相连,所述弹性部包括第一弹性段和第二弹性段,所述第一弹性段的一端与所述连接部相连、另一端朝向远离所述供电件的方向延伸,所述第二弹性段的一端与所述第一弹性段的另一端相连,所述第二弹性段的另一端朝向靠近所述供电件的方向延伸,且所述第二弹性端的另一端与所述供电件间隔开。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于,还包括固定座,所述供电件设在所述固定座上,所述固定座与所述箱体相连。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述固定座通过第一紧固件和/或卡扣连接在所述箱体上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于,还包括定位组件,所述定位组件包括定位孔和与所述定位孔配合的定位件,所述定位孔形成在所述固定座和所述箱体中的其中一个上,所述定位件设在所述固定座和所述箱体中的另一个上。
  7. 根据权利要求4-6中任一项所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述固定座上设有多个固定位,多个所述固定位与所述供电件一一对应,所述供电件设在所述固定位上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于,每个所述固定位上设有多个限位挡片,多个限位挡片在所述固定位的长度方向上间隔设置,所述限位挡片与所述固定座之间限定出限位空间,所述供电件设在所述限位空间内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述限位挡片包括:
    第一止挡部,所述第一止挡部与所述固定座相连,所述第一止挡部位于所述供电件宽度方向的一侧;和
    第二止挡部,所述第二止挡部与所述第一止挡部相连且所述第二止挡部与所述供电件厚度方向的一侧表面相对。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于,固定位上设有多个限位件, 多个所述限位件在所述固定位的长度方向上间隔设置,所述限位件和所述第一止挡部分别位于所述固定位宽度方向的两侧。
  11. 根据权利要求4-10中任一项所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于,还包括第一螺钉,所述供电片上设有第一接电部,所述第一接电部上设有第一连接孔,所述固定座上设有与第一连接孔对应的第二连接孔,所述第一螺钉穿设在所述第一连接孔和所述第二连接孔内,与供电电源电连接的线束连接在所述第一螺钉和所述第一接电部之间。
  12. 根据权利要求4-11中任一项所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述供电件通过第二紧固件锁紧在所述固定座上。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述滤网模块的侧壁上设有安装孔,所述接电件设在所述安装孔内,所述接电件包括:
    凸出部,所述凸出部与所述安装孔相对;
    连接在凸出部两端的第一限位臂和第二限位臂,所述第一限位臂和所述第二限位臂适于与所述滤网模块的侧壁的内壁面止抵。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13中所述的空气净化装置,其特征在于,还包括第二螺钉,所述接电件上设有第二接电部,第二接电部上设有第三连接孔,滤网模块上设有与第三连接孔对应的第四连接孔,所述第二螺钉穿设在所述第三连接孔和所述第四连接孔内,与所述滤网模块内部电路电连接的线束连接在所述第二螺钉和所述第二接电部之间。
  15. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-14中任一项所述的空气净化装置。
