进一步的,所述本机1设有固定安装于所述安装台14内部的固持部15,所述开关部11包括接触柱110、弹性元件111、触发片112,所述接触柱110一端凸出于所述安装台14的端面,另一端贯穿所述固持部15且和所述触发片112固定连接,所述弹性元件111安装于所述固持部15内且串接于所述接触柱110上。
在本实施方式中,所述固持部15通过螺丝固定的方式固定安装于所述安装台14内部;所述触发片112为金属导电片,所述弹性元件111为弹簧。
进一步的,所述接触柱110相对于所述安装台14的端面进行伸缩运动时,所述弹性元件111发生形变从而具有回复力。
进一步的,当所述触发部31抵接所述开关部11时,所述接触柱110相对于所述安装台14的端面往里收缩以带动所述触发片112抵接于所述电路板13,此 时所述开关部11和所述电路板13之间电连接,所述驱动部12启动,从而带动所述刀头部3进行工作,且所述弹性元件111处于压缩状态。
进一步的,当所述触发部31远离所述开关部11时,所述接触柱110相对于所述安装台14的端面往外展开以带动所述触发片112远离于所述电路板13,此时所述开关部11和所述电路板13之间断开电连接,所述驱动部12关停,从而带动所述刀头部3停止工作,且所述弹性元件111处于正常舒展状态。
进一步的,所述滑槽10设于所述安装台14的外周表面,且所述滑槽10中设有第一卡位100和第二卡位101从而将所述滑槽10分成第一区域102、第二区域103和第三区域104。
进一步的,所述安装台14设有容许所述驱动部12的输出轴120伸入的工作腔140,所述刀头部3包括工作头32、罩盖所述工作头32的保护盖33、与所述保护盖33固定连接的盖体34,所述工作头32活动地插接于所述输出轴120,所述滑块30和所述触发部31均设于所述盖体34上,所述盖体34活动地扣接于所述安装台14上。
在本实施方式中,所述滑块30凸设于所述盖体34的内表面上;所述工作头32活动地插接于所述输出轴120以形成可拆卸安装,所述保护盖33罩盖所述工作头32避免使用者直接接触所述工作头32。通过所述滑块30和所述滑槽10的配合,使得所述盖体34以旋转的方式活动地扣接于所述安装台14,当所述滑块30滑动至所述第一区域102时,所述盖体34未被固定,所述盖体34可以从所述安装台14上拆卸下来;当所述滑块30滑动至所述第二区域103时,所述盖体34和所述安装台14上之间形成固定,此时所述盖体34无从所述安装台14上拆卸下来;当所述滑块30滑动至所述第三区域104时,所述触发部31抵接所述开关部11,所述开关部11和所述电路板13电连接,所述驱动部12启动, 从而带动所述刀头部3进行工作。
实施例2
请参考图1-图5,本发明提出一种去毛器的开关结构,包括本机1、刀头部3,所述本机1设有滑槽10,所述刀头部3设有滑块30,所述刀头部3能够相对于所述本机1转动以带动所述滑块30在所述滑槽10中滑动,从而使得所述刀头部3安装或脱离于所述本机1,同时驱动部12通电或者断电。
优选地,还包括活动盖合于所述本机1并罩盖所述刀头部3的盖部8,所述盖部8内设有第一感应元件80,所述本机1设有第二感应元件108,所述第二感应元件108感应所述第一感应元件80从而用于驱动或关闭所述刀头部3。
优选地,当所述盖部8罩盖于所述刀头部3时,所述第一感应元件80靠近所述第二感应元件108,所述刀头部3被关闭驱动。
优选地,当所述盖部8脱离于所述刀头部3时,所述所述第一感应元件80远离所述第二感应元件108,所述刀头部3被驱动。
在本实施方式中,所述第一感应元件80为磁铁,所述第二感应元件108为霍尔感应开关。
进一步的,所述本机1还设有能够伸缩运动的开关部11,所述刀头部3设有触发部31,所述滑块30在所述滑槽10中滑动以带动所述触发部31抵接或者远离所述开关部11,从而驱动部12通电或者断电。
进一步的,所述本机1还设有与所述驱动部12电连接的电路板13,当所述触发部31抵接所述开关部11时,所述开关部11和所述电路板13电连接;当所述触发部31远离所述开关部11时,所述开关部11和所述电路板13之间断开电连接。所述第二感应元件108和所述电路板13电连接。
在本实施方式中,所述驱动部12为驱动电机,其可以带动所述刀头部3进行旋转工作。
进一步的,所述本机1设有安装台14,所述开关部11的端部相对于所述安装台14的端面凸出,且所述开关部11的端部能够相对于所述安装台14的端面进行伸缩运动。
进一步的,所述本机1设有固定安装于所述安装台14内部的固持部15,所述开关部11包括接触柱110、弹性元件111、触发片112,所述接触柱110一端凸出于所述安装台14的端面,另一端贯穿所述固持部15且和所述触发片112固定连接,所述弹性元件111安装于所述固持部15内且串接于所述接触柱110上。
在本实施方式中,所述固持部15通过螺丝固定的方式固定安装于所述安装台14内部;所述触发片112为金属导电片,所述弹性元件111为弹簧。

进一步的,当所述触发部31远离所述开关部11时,所述接触柱110相对于所述安装台14的端面往外展开以带动所述触发片112远离于所述电路板13,此时所述开关部11和所述电路板13之间断开电连接,所述驱动部12处于断电状态,从而带动所述刀头部3停止工作,且所述弹性元件111处于正常舒展状态。
进一步的,所述滑槽10设于所述安装台14的外周表面,且所述滑槽10中设有第一卡位100和第二卡位101从而将所述滑槽10分成第一区域102、第二区域103和第三区域104。
进一步的,所述安装台14设有容许所述驱动部12的输出轴120伸入的工作腔140,所述刀头部3包括工作头32、罩盖所述工作头32的保护盖33、与所述保护盖33固定连接的盖体34,所述工作头32活动地插接于所述输出轴120,所述滑块30和所述触发部31均设于所述盖体34上,所述盖体34活动地扣接于所述安装台14上。
在本实施方式中,当所述触发部31抵接所述开关部11时,所述开关部11会被挤压从而相对于所述本机1往里收缩,此时所述驱动部12处于通电状态;当所述触发部31远离于所述开关部11时,所述开关部11自动回复从而相对于所述本机1往外伸出,此时所述驱动部12处于断电状态。
在本实施方式中,所述滑块30凸设于所述盖体34的内表面上;所述工作头32活动地插接于所述输出轴120以形成可拆卸安装,所述保护盖33罩盖所述工作头32避免使用者直接接触所述工作头32。通过所述滑块30和所述滑槽10的配合,使得所述盖体34以旋转的方式活动地扣接于所述安装台14,当所述滑块30滑动至所述第一区域102时,所述盖体34未被固定,所述盖体34可以从所述安装台14上拆卸下来;当所述滑块30滑动至所述第二区域103时,所述盖体34和所述安装台14上之间形成固定,此时所述盖体34无从所述安装台14上拆卸下来,且此时所述驱动部12处于断电状态;当所述滑块30滑动至所述第三区域104时,所述触发部31抵接所述开关部11,所述开关部11和所述电路板13电连接,此时所述驱动部12处于通电状态。
在本实施方式中,当所述滑块30滑动至所述第三区域104时,此时所述驱 动部12处于通电状态,但是所述驱动部12未被启动,在这个状态下,当所述盖部8罩盖于所述刀头部3时,所述第一感应元件80靠近所述第二感应元件108,所述刀头部3被关闭驱动;当所述盖部8脱离于所述刀头部3时,所述所述第一感应元件80远离所述第二感应元件108,所述驱动部12启动从而带动所述刀头部3工作。当所述滑块30滑动至所述第三区域104时,此时所述驱动部12处于断电状态,在这个状态下,无论所述盖部8罩盖或脱离于所述刀头部3,均无法启动驱动部12带动所述刀头部3工作,即在这个状态下,所述刀头部3始终处于关闭状态。
在本实施方式中,利用盖部8的开合可以方便启动所述刀头部3,达到便捷使用的目的,同时若是发生所述盖部8丢失的情况下,使用者可以通过旋转滑块30滑动至所述第三区域104时,从而关停所述刀头部3,避免在所述盖部8丢失的情况下,产生所述刀头部3无法关停产生失控的问题,具有安全使用的特点。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施方式,基于本实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员在没有做出任何创造性劳动的前提下所获得其他实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种去毛器的开关结构,其特征在于,包括本机、刀头部,所述本机设有滑槽,所述刀头部设有滑块,所述刀头部能够相对于所述本机转动以带动所述滑块在所述滑槽中滑动,从而使得所述刀头部安装或脱离于所述本机的驱动部,同时使得驱动部通电或者断电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的去毛器的开关结构,其特征在于,所述本机还设有能够伸缩运动的开关部,所述刀头部设有触发部,所述滑块在所述滑槽中滑动以带动所述触发部抵接或者远离所述开关部,从而使得驱动部通电或者断电。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的去毛器的开关结构,其特征在于,所述本机还设有与所述驱动部电连接的电路板,当所述触发部抵接所述开关部时,所述开关部和所述电路板电连接;当所述触发部远离所述开关部时,所述开关部和所述电路板之间断开电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的去毛器的开关结构,其特征在于,所述本机设有安装台,所述开关部的端部相对于所述安装台的端面凸出,且所述开关部的端部能够相对于所述安装台的端面进行伸缩运动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的去毛器的开关结构,其特征在于,所述本机设有固定安装于所述安装台内部的固持部,所述开关部包括接触柱、弹性元件、触发片,所述接触柱一端凸出于所述安装台的端面,另一端贯穿所述固持部且和所述触发片固定连接,所述弹性元件安装于所述固持部内且串接于所述接触柱上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的去毛器的开关结构,其特征在于,所述接触柱相对于所述安装台的端面进行伸缩运动时,所述弹性元件发生形变。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的去毛器的开关结构,其特征在于,当所述触发部 抵接所述开关部时,所述接触柱相对于所述安装台的端面往里收缩以带动所述触发片抵接于所述电路板,此时所述弹性元件处于压缩状态。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的去毛器的开关结构,其特征在于,当所述触发部远离所述开关部时,所述接触柱相对于所述安装台的端面往外展开以带动所述触发片远离于所述电路板,此时所述弹性元件处于正常舒展状态。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的去毛器的开关结构,其特征在于,所述滑槽设于所述安装台的外周表面,且所述滑槽中设有第一卡位和第二卡位从而将所述滑槽分成第一区域、第二区域和第三区域。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的去毛器的开关结构,其特征在于,所述安装台设有容许所述驱动部的输出轴伸入的工作腔,所述刀头部包括工作头、罩盖所述工作头的保护盖、与所述保护盖固定连接的盖体,所述工作头活动地插接于所述输出轴,所述滑块和所述触发部均设于所述盖体上,所述盖体活动地扣接于所述安装台上。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的去毛器的开关结构,其特征在于,还包括活动盖合于所述本机并罩盖所述刀头部的盖部,所述盖部内设有第一感应元件,所述本机设有第二感应元件,所述第二感应元件感应所述第一感应元件从而用于驱动或关闭所述刀头部。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的去毛器的开关结构,其特征在于,当所述盖部罩盖于所述刀头部时,所述第一感应元件靠近所述第二感应元件,所述刀头部被关闭驱动。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的去毛器的开关结构,其特征在于,当所述盖部脱离于所述刀头部时,所述所述第一感应元件远离所述第二感应元件,所述刀 头部被驱动。
