本发明公开了一种自动化裁切设备,包括胶膜放料辊、第一压带辊、裁切机构、第二压带辊、第三压带辊和收卷辊,所述胶膜放料辊位于所述第一压带辊的上游,所述第一压带辊位于所述裁切机构的上游,所述裁切机构位于所述第二压带辊的上游,所述第二压带辊位于所述第三压带辊的上游,所述第三压带辊位于所述收卷辊的上游;裁切机构包括裁切刀、升降块和驱动裁切刀裁切的裁切气缸,所述裁切刀固定于裁切块,所述裁切块安装于升降块,所述升降块与所述裁切气缸连接,所述裁切气缸固定于所述支架,所述支架固定于机架。本发明先通过压料框压紧胶带再利用裁切刀进行裁切,保证胶带裁切的平整度。

Description

自动化裁切设备 技术领域
本发明属于裁切设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种自动化裁切设备。
背景技术
随着电子技术不断地发展进步,越来越多的智能电子产品正快速地进入至人们的日常生活中,例如智能手机、平板电脑等会用到薄膜产品进行覆盖,以达到防尘、绝缘等目的。
裁切工艺可以把胶膜按照事先设计好的图形进行裁切,从而使胶膜的形状不再局限于直边直角,通过裁切刀的不同来达到不同的形状,使之满足各种需求。随着电子产品的发展,加速了模切行业的发展。但是对于一些比较厚的胶膜而言,模具的刀刃在切割胶膜时,由于胶膜被刀刃挤压变形,切割后的产品边缘不平整,不能满足客户的需求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种自动化裁切设备,先通过压料框压紧胶带再利用裁切刀进行裁切,保证胶带裁切的平整度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种自动化裁切设备,包括胶膜放料辊、第一压带辊、裁切机构、第二压带辊、第三压带辊和收卷辊,所述胶膜放料辊位于所述第一压带辊的上游,所述第一压带辊位于所述裁切机构的上游,所述裁切机构位于所述第二压带辊的上游,所述第二压带辊位于所述第三压带辊的上游,所述第三压带辊位于所述收卷辊的上游;
所述胶膜放料辊的下方设有底膜放料辊,且所述底膜放料辊套有底材膜,所述胶膜放料辊套有胶带,所述胶带通过第一压带辊贴于所述底材膜,所述第二压带辊的上方设有用于收卷外框废料的废料收料辊;
所述裁切机构包括裁切刀、升降块和驱动裁切刀裁切的裁切气缸,所述裁切刀固定于裁切块,所述裁切块安装于升降块,所述升降块与所述裁切气 缸连接,所述裁切气缸固定于所述支架,所述支架固定于机架;
所述升降块的下方设有压料框,所述压料框的两侧向上延伸形成连接杆,所述连接杆设有滑块,所述升降块设有与所述滑块相匹配的滑槽,所述滑槽的内部安装有弹簧,所述弹簧位于所述滑块和所述滑槽的顶面之间以使压料框压紧胶带,当升降块下降过程中,压料框先压紧胶带,弹簧收缩压料框后退,裁切刀对胶带进行裁切,先通过压料框压紧胶带再利用裁切刀进行裁切,保证胶带裁切的平整度。
进一步地说,所述第三压带辊的上方设有表层膜放料辊,所述表层膜放料辊套有保护膜,所述保护膜通过第三压带辊贴于胶带,对裁切后的胶带起到保护的作用,防止刮伤。
进一步地说,所述压料框的下表面设有一层缓冲层,所述缓冲层为橡胶缓冲层。
进一步地说,所述胶带的上、下表面皆设有胶层。
进一步地说,所述保护膜为PC保护膜。
进一步地说,所述底材膜为PET底材膜。
本发明的有益效果至少具有以下几点:
本发明的升降块的下方设有压料框,压料框的两侧向上延伸形成连接杆,连接杆设有滑块,升降块设有与滑块相匹配的滑槽,滑槽的内部安装有弹簧,弹簧位于所滑块和滑槽的顶面之间以使压料框压紧胶带,当升降块下降过程中,压料框先压紧胶带,弹簧收缩压料框后退,裁切刀对胶带进行裁切,先通过压料框压紧胶带再利用裁切刀进行裁切,保证胶带裁切的平整度;
本发明的第二压带辊的上方设有用于收卷外框废料的废料收料辊,从而将外框的废料去除;
本发明的第三压带辊的上方设有表层膜放料辊,表层膜放料辊套有保护膜,对裁切后的胶带起到保护的作用,防止刮伤。

实施例:一种自动化裁切设备,如图1所示,包括胶膜放料辊1、第一压带辊2、裁切机构3、第二压带辊4、第三压带辊5和收卷辊6,所述胶膜放料辊1位于所述第一压带辊2的上游,所述第一压带辊2位于所述裁切机构3的上游,所述裁切机构3位于所述第二压带辊4的上游,所述第二压带辊4位于所述第三压带辊5的上游,所述第三压带辊5位于所述收卷辊6的上游;
所述胶膜放料辊1的下方设有底膜放料辊7,且所述底膜放料辊7套有底材膜71,所述胶膜放料辊1套有胶带11,所述胶带11通过第一压带辊2贴于所述底材膜71,所述第二压带辊4的上方设有用于收卷外框废料81的废料收料辊8,如图5所示的外框废料,需要经过废料收料辊进行除去;
如图2和图3所示,所述裁切机构3包括裁切刀31、升降块32和驱动裁切刀31裁切的裁切气缸33,所述裁切刀31固定于裁切块34,所述裁切块34安装于升降块32,所述升降块32与所述裁切气缸33连接,所述裁切气缸33 固定于所述支架35,所述支架35固定于机架9;
如图4所示,所述升降块32的下方设有压料框36,所述压料框36的两侧向上延伸形成连接杆37,所述连接杆37设有滑块371,所述升降块32设有与所述滑块371相匹配的滑槽321,所述滑槽321的内部安装有弹簧38,所述弹簧38位于所述滑块371和所述滑槽321的顶面之间以使压料框36压紧胶带11。
所述第三压带辊5的上方设有表层膜放料辊10,所述表层膜放料辊10套有保护膜101,所述保护膜101通过第三压带辊5贴于胶带11,形成图6所示的产品。
所述压料框36的下表面设有一层缓冲层,所述缓冲层为橡胶缓冲层。
所述胶带11的上、下表面皆设有胶层。
所述保护膜101为PC保护膜101。
所述底材膜71为PET底材膜71。
本发明的工作原理如下:胶带通过第一压带辊贴于底材膜,裁切气缸驱动升降块下降过程中,压料框先压紧胶带,弹簧收缩压料框后退,裁切刀对胶带进行裁切,裁切刀只切断胶带,未切断底材膜,通过废料收料辊将胶带的外框废料拉掉,再利用表层膜放料辊将保护膜贴于胶带,最后通过收卷辊进行收卷。

  1. 一种自动化裁切设备,其特征在于:包括胶膜放料辊(1)、第一压带辊(2)、裁切机构(3)、第二压带辊(4)、第三压带辊(5)和收卷辊(6),所述胶膜放料辊位于所述第一压带辊的上游,所述第一压带辊位于所述裁切机构的上游,所述裁切机构位于所述第二压带辊的上游,所述第二压带辊位于所述第三压带辊的上游,所述第三压带辊位于所述收卷辊的上游;
    所述胶膜放料辊的下方设有底膜放料辊(7),且所述底膜放料辊套有底材膜(71),所述胶膜放料辊套有胶带(11),所述胶带通过第一压带辊贴于所述底材膜,所述第二压带辊的上方设有用于收卷外框废料(81)的废料收料辊(8);
    所述裁切机构包括裁切刀(31)、升降块(32)和驱动裁切刀裁切的裁切气缸(33),所述裁切刀固定于裁切块(34),所述裁切块安装于升降块,所述升降块与所述裁切气缸连接,所述裁切气缸固定于所述支架(35),所述支架固定于机架(9);
    所述升降块的下方设有压料框(36),所述压料框的两侧向上延伸形成连接杆(37),所述连接杆设有滑块(371),所述升降块设有与所述滑块相匹配的滑槽(321),所述滑槽的内部安装有弹簧(38),所述弹簧位于所述滑块和所述滑槽的顶面之间以使压料框压紧胶带。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动化裁切设备,其特征在于:所述第三压带辊的上方设有表层膜放料辊(10),所述表层膜放料辊套有保护膜(101),所述保护膜通过第三压带辊贴于胶带。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的自动化裁切设备,其特征在于:所述压料框的下表面设有一层缓冲层,所述缓冲层为橡胶缓冲层。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的自动化裁切设备,其特征在于:所述胶带的上、下表面皆设有胶层。
  5. 根据权利要1所述的自动化裁切设备,其特征在于:所述保护膜为PC保护膜。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的自动化裁切设备,其特征在于:所述底材膜为PET底材膜。
