本发明涉及电气控制柜领域,具体涉及一种便于防护的缓冲减震型电气控制柜。
背景技术
电气控制柜是一种电器设备安装放置用可封闭金属柜,用于对开关电器和电气设备提供保护,以保证一定区域内电气系统的正常运行;
现有电气控制柜在使用过程中存在以下问题:
1、当受到外部碰撞时容易发生倾斜和倾倒,容易导致电气控制柜内部电气设备发生偏移和损坏,没有固定柜体的装置,因此存在一定的安全隐患。
2、由于外界环境因素很容易导致柜体产生共振或震动,使得柜体内部的电器元件造成损坏、脱落以及接触不良,因此需要解决柜体震动或共振的技术问题。
通过以上所述问题,需要提供一种便于防护的缓冲减震型电气控制柜。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种便于防护的缓冲减震型电气控制柜,采用该控制柜能够保证控制柜在日常工作过程中不会发生侧翻倾斜的问题,同时有效的保证了对控制柜本体工作过程中由于环境因素导致的共振进行缓冲,避免长时间的共振对控制柜内部的电器造成损坏。
本发明的技术方案是:一种便于防护的缓冲减震型电气控制柜,包括对称式连接于地面的两支撑杆,两所述支撑杆的表面均套设有两个联动件,两所述联动件能够沿着所述支撑杆的长度方向移动;所述联动件的端部弹性连接有连接件,所述连接件的端部连接有柜体;所述柜体通过所述连接件下方的联动件与所述支撑杆相连接,以对柜体进行支撑保护。
进一步的,所述联动件包括U形块和定位块;所述U形块的开口朝下并套设在所述支撑杆的表面,所述定位块通过连接柱连接于U形块的开口处且位于支撑杆的下方。
进一步的,所述U形块的开口处与所述地面之间存在间隙。
进一步的,还包括设置于所述支撑杆下方的两伸缩杆,两所述伸缩杆分别位于所述支撑杆的内侧,以对两所述伸缩杆之间的定位块进行抵靠。
进一步的,所述连接件包括支撑板和连接于所述支撑板顶部的底板,所述支撑板的底部弹性连接于所述联动件,所述底板的顶部固定连接于所述柜体。

本发明的有益技术效果是:
1、U形块开口朝下并套设在支撑杆的表面,定位块通过连接柱放置在U形块的开口处,以将支撑杆进行固定,使得U形块能够沿着支撑杆的长度方向滑动连接,同时能够与支撑杆进行固定,不会与支撑杆发生脱落,进而保证了通过连接件连接在U形块上的柜体不会发生侧翻或倾斜的状况。
2、U形块的开口处与地面之间存在间隙,便于U形块能够于支撑杆表面顺利的滑动,不会存在干涉。
3、支撑杆的下方设有伸缩杆,通过将伸缩杆设置在U形块移动的路径上,使得对U形块的移动距离进行限位,进而对柜体的移动距离进行限位,同时也是对柜体能够移动的方向进行保护,避免发生侧翻或倾斜的状况。
4、支撑板弹性连接于U形块,底板固定连接于柜体,在对保证柜体的整体稳固性的前提下,有效的对柜体进行缓冲减震,避免外在环境引起的共振,对柜体内部的电器造成损坏。
5、底板与柜体一体成型,加强了柜体与支撑板之间的连接,同时减少了不必要的材料使用,降低成本。
6、底板以及柜体的表面均设有多个过孔,利用热气上浮,冷气下降的原理,使得柜体内的热量能够有效的疏通。
7、支撑板的底部距离联动件顶部的距离小于支撑柱的顶部距离底板顶部的距离,保证了柜体在缓冲减震的过程中底板不会和支撑柱发生碰撞。

需要说明的是,其中,联动件5连接于支撑杆2并能够沿着支撑杆2的长度方向水平移动;连接件4弹性连接于联动件5,柜体3固定连接于连接件4;由此可见,柜体3通过连接件4以及联动件5,与支撑杆2相互配合,从而达到对柜体3支撑以及防护的目的。
另,联动件5与支撑杆2的滑动连接,保证了柜体3在工作过程中,不会发生侧翻或倾斜的状况。

其中,支撑柱43为一端直径大,一端直径小的形状结构,支撑柱43穿过支撑板42并与U形块51的顶部固定连接,使得支撑板42能够沿着支撑柱43的高度方向竖直上下移动,且由于支撑柱43的形状结构使得支撑板42不会发生脱落。
另,弹簧44套设在支撑柱43的表面且位于支撑板42的下方,当支撑板42受力下压时,利用弹簧44的弹性进行缓冲减震;同样的,当收到外界环境因素影响时,利用弹簧44的弹性同样能够有效的降低共振,保证了柜体3内部的电器使用安全。
如图3和图4所示,所述支撑板42与底板41之间存在空隙32,不仅保证了支撑柱43的活动空间,同时能够方便柜体3内的空气流通,便于将柜体3内的热量进行疏导。
所述支撑板42的底部距离联动件5顶部的距离小于所述支撑柱43的顶部距离所述底板41顶部的距离,保证了支撑板42在移动的过程中,支撑柱43不会与底板41发生干涉或碰撞。
所述底板41与所述柜体3为一体成型结构,减少材料的使用,降低设备的重量,同时减少成本。
如图4所示,所述底板41以及柜体3的表面均设有多个过孔31,以便将柜体3内的热量疏通。
通过过孔31,与支撑板42以及底板41之间的空隙32相互配合,便于将柜体3内的热量进行疏通,进而保证了柜体3内部电器的使用安全。
本发明的工作原理:
利用U形块51与定位块52相互配合使用,保证了U形块套设在支撑杆2表面的稳固性,同时利用支撑杆2下方的伸缩杆53与定位块52相互配合使用,不仅保证了U形块51相对于其他方向的稳固性,而且保证了U形杆相对于支撑杆2长度方向的稳固性,进而保证了柜体3的稳固,使得柜体3不会发生侧翻或倾斜。
同时,柜体3与底板41一体成型,通过支撑板42、支撑柱43以及U形块51相互配合使用,利用套设在支撑柱43表面的弹簧44对支撑板42进行有效的缓冲,进而对柜体3进行有效的缓冲。同样的,当受到外界环境影响时,利用弹簧44对支撑板42的弹性,有效的缓解共振,保证了柜体3内部的电器使用安全。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的便于防护的缓冲减震型电气控制柜,其特征在于,还包括设置于所述支撑杆(2)下方的两伸缩杆(53),两所述伸缩杆(53)分别位于所述支撑杆(2)的内侧,以对两所述伸缩杆(53)之间的定位块(52)进行抵靠。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的便于防护的缓冲减震型电气控制柜,其特征在于,所述连接件(4)包括支撑板(42)和连接于所述支撑板(42)顶部的底板(41),所述支撑板(42)的底部弹性连接于所述联动件(5),所述底板(41)的顶部固定连接于所述柜体(3)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的便于防护的缓冲减震型电气控制柜,其特征在于,所述联动件(5)的端部设有一支撑柱(43),所述支撑柱(43)的表面套设有弹簧(44)且位于所述支撑板(42)的下方;所述支撑板(42)穿过所述支撑柱(43)的表面并能够沿着所述支撑柱(43)的高度方向竖直上下运动,以对所述底板(41)上的柜体(3)进行缓冲减震。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的便于防护的缓冲减震型电气控制柜,其特征在于,所述支撑板(42)与底板(41)之间存在空隙(32)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的便于防护的缓冲减震型电气控制柜,其特征在于,所述支撑板(42)的底部距离联动件(5)顶部的距离小于所述支撑柱(43)的顶部距离所述底板(41)顶部的距离。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的便于防护的缓冲减震型电气控制柜,其特征在于,所述底板(41)与所述柜体(3)为一体成型结构。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的防护的缓冲减震型电气控制柜,其特征在于,所述底板(41)以及柜体(3)的表面均设有多个过孔(31),以便将柜体(3)内的热量疏通。
