Description

附件安装模板总成 技术领域
本申请总体上涉及一种附件安装模板总成,用于将附件粘固于选定牙齿表面的选定方位。
背景技术
由于美观、便捷以及利于清洁等优点,以高分子材料制成的壳状牙齿矫治器越来越受欢迎。通常,利用壳状牙齿矫治器进行牙齿正畸治疗,需要一系列逐次的壳状牙齿矫治器,每一个这些壳状牙齿矫治器容纳牙齿的空腔的几何形态与对应矫治步所希望达到的牙齿布局基本匹配。
在很多情况下,单纯依靠壳状牙齿矫治器本身难以保证对牙齿施加大小和方向适宜的矫治力系。例如,在沿牙弓方向近中或远中方向移动牙齿时,虽然,希望的移动方式是牙齿的平移,但在实际操作中很容易形成较大的倾倒力矩,使得牙齿切端向移动方向同侧发生过度移动,从而导致牙齿发生不希望的倾斜移动。在临床应用中,为了避免上述问题,为了在牙齿上施加更接近设计目标所需的矫治力系,往往需要在牙齿上通过粘贴等方法额外固定具有一定外形的凸起的附件,并在壳状牙齿矫治器上形成相应的容纳该附件的腔体,通过腔体与附件之间的挤压和摩擦作用,对该牙齿施加辅助力系,使得对该牙齿施加的总的矫治力系更接近希望的力系。由此可见,附件对于利用壳状牙齿矫治器的牙齿正畸治疗非常关键。
由于附件的尺寸通常较小(例如,2-3mm),将附件精确地、牢固地固定在牙齿表面的预定方位,是一个挑战。当前,出现了两种附件安装方案,一种是将未固化的附件材料填充于和壳状牙齿矫治器类似的附件模板上预定方位处与附件几何形态一致的收容腔内,把该附件模板佩戴到患者牙齿上之后,使所述附件材料固化并牢固地粘附在患者牙齿表面的预定方位;另一种是将底部涂敷有粘 接剂的预制的附件放入与壳状牙齿矫治器类似的附件模板上预定方位处与附件几何形态一致的收容腔内,再把该附件模板佩戴至患者牙齿上,当所述粘接剂固化后,所述预制的附件就被粘附在患者牙齿表面的预定方位。
对于上述第一种方案,由于用于制作附件的这类未固化材料(例如,光固化材料)通常较为昂贵,其方案总体成本较高。对于上述第二种方案,由于附件尺寸较小,在实际操作中,很难保证附件是以正确的方向被放置在收容腔内。
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种新的附件安装方案。
发明内容
本申请的一方面提供了一种附件和附件支架总成,包括:附件,用于粘固在牙齿表面形成凸起,与壳状牙齿矫治器相互作用,为牙齿矫治提供辅助力系;以及附件支架,用于把所述附件保持和定位在附件安装模板的附件支架收容部内,以进行附件安装,其中,所述附件安装模板为一体的壳状,形成收容牙齿的空腔,并在预定的方位形成所述附件支架收容部,当所述附件和附件支架总成收容于所述附件支架收容部时,所述附件支架是位于所述附件安装模板和所述附件之间。
在一些实施方式中,所述附件和附件支架为一体成型,两者之间以弱连接相互固定。
在一些实施方式中,所述附件和附件支架是以粘接剂或卡固结构相互固定。
在一些实施方式中,所述附件支架包括多个分布于所述附件周围的鳍片,以将所述附件定位于所述附件支架收容部之内。
在一些实施方式中,所述附件支架包括连续的侧壁,以将所述附件包围在内。

本申请的又一方面提供了一种附件安装模板总成的制作方法,所述附件安装模板总成用于把附件粘固于患者选定牙齿表面的选定方位,所述方法包括:获取附件安装模板,其为一体的壳状,形成容纳牙齿的空腔,并且在预定的方位形成用于收容附件支架的附件支架收容部;基于所述附件安装模板的身份信息获取附件和附件支架总成安装信息;以及根据所述附件和附件支架总成安装信息,将附件和附件支架总成以对应的方向装入所述附件支架收容部,得到附件安装模板总成,其中,所述附件支架是位于所述附件和所述附件支架收容部之间,以将所述附件保持和定位于所述附件支架收容部之内,当所述附件安装模板总成佩戴于所述患者的牙齿上时,所述附件位于选定牙齿表面的选定方位。
在一些实施方式中,所述的附件安装模板总成的制作方法还包括:利用设备读取所述附件安装模板上的身份标识,以获得所述身份信息。
在一些实施方式中,所述身份标识是二维码。
在一些实施方式中,所述附件和附件总成安装信息是以图形化方式在显示屏 上展示,所述附件安装信息包括附件和附件支架总成的安装方向。

在一些实施方式中,在将所述附件支架从所述附件上取下之前,先将所述附件模板从所述患者牙齿上摘下,使得所述附件支架脱离所述附件支架收容部。

以下的详细描述中引用了构成本说明书一部分的附图。说明书和附图所提及的示意性实施方式仅仅出于是说明性之目的,并非意图限制本申请的保护范围。在本申请的启示下,本领域技术人员能够理解,可以采用许多其他实施方式,并且可以对所描述实施方式做出各种改变,而不背离本申请的主旨和保护范围。应当理解的是,在此说明并图示的本申请的各个方面可以按照很多不同的配置来布置、替换、组合、分离和设计,这些不同配置都在本申请的保护范围之内。
利用壳状牙齿矫治器进行牙齿正畸治疗,需要一系列逐次的壳状牙齿矫治器,按顺序依次佩戴这些壳状牙齿矫治器,以将患者牙列从原始布局依次重新定位到第一中间布局、第二中间布局......最后中间布局,直至目标布局。
每一个壳状牙齿矫治器对应一个矫治步,用于将患者牙列从该矫治步的初始布局重新定位到该矫治步的目标布局。通常,壳状牙齿矫治器为一体的壳状,形成容纳牙齿的空腔,该空腔的几何形态与对应矫治步的目标布局基本匹配,壳状牙齿矫治器正是基于各矫治步的目标牙齿布局而制作。
在很多情况下,单纯依靠壳状牙齿矫治器本身难以保证对牙齿施加大小和方向适宜的矫治力系。此时,就需要在牙齿上通过粘固等方法额外固定具备一定外形的凸起的附件,并在壳状牙齿矫治器上形成相应的容纳该附件的腔体,通过所述腔体与附件之间的挤压和摩擦作用,对牙齿施加辅助力系,以更有效地进行牙齿矫治。
为了克服现有技术的不足之处,本申请的一方面提供了一种新的附件安装方 案。
所述附件安装方案是利用一种附件安装模板总成实现附件的安装,它包括附件安装模板、附件支架以及附件。所述附件安装模板为一体的壳状,形成容纳牙齿的空腔,并在预定方位形成附件支架收容部。所述支架收容部内收容有所述附件支架,而所述附件支架位于所述附件支架收容部与所述附件之间,将所述附件保持和定位于所述附件支架收容部内。所述附件收容部朝牙齿的一侧形成开口,使得所述附件能够被粘附于牙齿表面。所述附件靠牙齿的一侧的表面上设有粘接剂。将所述附件安装套件佩戴到患者牙列上,使所述粘接剂固化,即可将所述附件粘附于牙齿上的预定位置。一方面,由于附件是预制的,即它是已固化的附件成品,可以用传统的注塑、烧结等方法,以较经济的材料制作,无需以较昂贵的光固化材料等制作,因此,可有效降低成本。另一方面,附件支架尺寸较附件大,使得人工或机器操作能够更加容易地将附件支架和附件按正确的方向放置于附件支架收容部。
请参图1,示意性地展示了本申请一个实施例中的附件安装模板101。
附件安装模板101大致为一体的壳状,形成容纳牙齿的空腔,并且在预定的方位形成附件支架收容部103,用于收容附件支架。
在一些实施方式中,可以采用与壳状牙齿矫治器类似的方法制作附件模板。在一个实施例中,可以采用热压膜成型工艺制作附件模板。例如,可以先获得表示患者当前牙齿布局的第一三维数字模型。然后,根据附件安装位置,在该第一三维数字模型上的相应方位添加与支架收容部几何形态相同的三维形体,得到第二三维数字模型。接着,可以利用该第二三维数字模型控制设备(例如,3D打印设备)制作实体模型。最后,将高分子薄片材料在所述实体模型上热压膜形成附件模板。
在又一实施例中,还可以3D打印技术直接制作附件模板。例如,可以基于所述第二三维数字模型,赋予其一定厚度,得到表示附件模板的第三三维数字模型。然后,利用所述第三三维数字模型控制3D打印设备制作得到附件模板。
请参图2A,示意性地展示了本申请一个实施例中收容于附件支架收容部103a内的附件支架105a。
在图2A所展示的实施例中,附件模板101a上形成有附件支架收容部103a,它与牙齿相对的一侧是封闭的,形成一个收容腔,附件支架105a收容于该收容腔内。在该实施例中,是以粘接剂107a将附件支架105a粘固于附件支架收容部103a。在该实施例中,是将附件支架105a的周侧与附件支架收容部103a侧壁之间进行粘固。在本申请的启示下,可以理解,也可以将附件支架105a的顶侧与附件支架收容部103a的顶面(即远离牙齿表面一侧的内表面)之间进行粘固。在一个实施例中,粘接剂107a的粘接力可以弱于用于将附件粘接于牙齿表面的粘接剂,以便附件粘固于牙齿表面后将附件模板与附件支架进行脱离。
在图2A所展示的实施例中,附件模板101a的内表面(即面向牙齿的表面)粘附有隔离膜109a,将附件支架收容部103a靠牙齿一侧的开口封闭,从而将附件支架105a和附件(图中未视)隔离在附件支架收容部103a内,一方面,能够避免涂敷于附件底面(即粘接面)的粘接剂受到外界污染,另一方面,能够避免附件支架105a和附件在运输过程中脱离附件模板101a。
请参图2B,示意性地展示了本申请又一实施例中的附件支架收容部103b,与图2A所展示的实施例所不同的是,附件支架收容部103b在顶侧(即远离牙齿的一侧)设有开口111b,以便于对附件支架105b或附件进行操作。例如,在将附件粘固于牙齿表面时,可以通过开口111b将附件向牙齿方向按压,以更好地将附件粘固于牙齿表面。又例如,可以通过开口111b将附件放入收容于附件支架收容部103b的附件支架105b内。在本申请的启示下,可以理解,开口111b的尺寸和形状可以根据具体需求确定。
在本申请的启示下,可以理解,除了粘接剂,还可以采用其他方式将附件支架固定于附件支架收容部,例如,可以在附件支架收容部的侧壁上与附件支架的周侧设置凹凸匹配的卡扣结构,利用这些卡扣结构的配合将附件支架固定于附件支架收容部。
在一个实施例中,附件支架收容部侧壁包围形成的几何形态能够限制附件支架横向(即沿牙齿表面方向)的自由度,使其无法旋转和平移,进而保证附件安装位置的精确度。
请参图3A,示意性地展示了本申请一个实施例中附件支架收容部103c侧壁与附件支架105c之间的关系,在该实施例中,附件支架收容部103c的侧壁包围形成的几何形态与附件支架105c基本匹配,以限制附件支架105c的横向自由度。
请再参图3B,示意性地展示了本申请又一实施例中附件支架收容部103d侧壁与附件支架105d之间的关系,在该实施例中,附件支架收容部103d的侧壁包围形成矩形,其长度和宽度与附件支架105d基本匹配,以限制附件支架105d的横向自由度。
在本申请的启示下,可以理解,附件支架的形状不限于图3A和图3B所示的十字形,它可以是任意适用的形状。同样地,可以理解,除了图3A和图3B所示的例子外,为限制附件支架的横向自由度,附件支架收容部的侧壁所包围形成的几何形态还可以是其他几何形态。
在一些实施方式中,附件支架与附件支架收容部具有能够防止附件支架以错误的方向装入附件支架收容部的结构。例如,附件支架和/或附件支架收容部的几何形态能够防止附件支架以错误的方向装入附件支架收容部,例如,附件支架收容部横截面的形状可以是梯形,相应的,附件支架横截面的外围轮廓也可以是梯形,以此避免附件支架以错误的方向装入附件支架收容部,进而避免附件以错误的方向粘固于牙齿表面。又例如,附件支架和附件支架收容部上可以设置相互匹配的滑槽和导向块,以放置附件支架以错误的方向装入附件支架收容部。
请参图4A,示意性地展示了本申请一个实施例中的附件支架200a。
在该实施例中,附件支架200a大致为矩形的盒状,其底侧(即靠牙齿的一侧)形成开口201a,作为附件的通道。其中,附件支架200a包围形成的盒状空间用于收容附件(图中未示)。附件与附件支架200a之间可以采用粘接剂、弱连接及卡扣配合等方式进行相对固位,当附件粘附于牙齿表面后,可破坏附件与附 件支架200a之间的固位,从而使附件支架200a脱离附件。
在一个实施例中,附件支架200a的底侧和顶侧均可开口。
在一个实施例中,附件支架和附件可以单独制作,然后,利用自动化生产设备将两者进行装配,得到附件支架与附件总成。在又一实施例中,附件支架和附件可以是一体成型,两者之间可以通过弱连接进行固定。弱连接是比较薄弱的连接,其机械强度远低于元件(在此是指附件支架与附件)本身的机械强度,可以用较小的力将其破坏,而不对元件本身造成损坏。例如,较薄的连接,或间隔的连接。
在一些实施方式中,可以利用注塑及3D打印等方法制作附件和附件支架。
在本申请的启示下,可以理解,附件支架的形状不限于矩形盒状,可以根据附件的形状以及具体需求来确定附件支架的几何形态,只要附件支架与附件之间保持相对固定,保证附件在牙齿上的精确定位即可。
由于附件支架与附件总成的横向尺寸显著大于附件,因此,手工操作时更容易以正确的方向将其置于附件模板的附件支架收容部内。
请参图4B,示意性地展示了本申请又一实施例中的附件支架200b。与图4A所示的附件支架200a相似,附件支架200b也大致呈矩形盒状,其底侧201b开口,与图4A所示的附件支架200a所不同的是,它周侧的一侧203b为开口,能够为附件的安装和脱离带来更多便利。
请参图4C,示意性地展示了本申请又一实施例中的附件支架200c。与图4A所示的附件支架200a相似,附件支架200c也大致呈盒状,其底侧201c开口,其侧壁内表面上设有多个凸起203c,这些凸起203c与附件(图中未示)相抵靠,对其进行定位,以限制其横向自由度。

请参图4G,示意性地展示了本申请又一实施例中的附件支架200g。在该实施例中,附件支架200g由内外两层构成。外层壁201g与内层壁203g均大致呈盒状,并在底侧开口。所述外层壁201g与内层壁203g之间以多个鳍片205g连接固定。所述外层壁201g外表面设有多个凸起结构207g,用于附件支架200g在附件模板的附件支架收容部内的定位和固定。附件(图中未示)是收容固定于内层壁203g所包围形成的空间内。
请参图4h,示意性地展示了本申请又一实施例中的附件支架200h和附件210h总成。在该实施例中,附件支架200h大致为盒状,附件210h通过粘接剂201h固定在附件支架200h之内。附件210h底面设有粘接层211h,附件支架200h底侧设置有隔离膜203h,用于隔离附件210h的粘接层211h。其中,隔离膜203h是固定于附件支架200h底侧,例如,通过粘接剂或者热熔等手段固定于附件支架200h底侧边缘。
在一个实施例中,附件和附件支架可以是用相同的材料制作,例如,耐磨损的树脂、塑料等高分子材料,或陶瓷、金属等硬质无机材料等。
在一个实施例中,附件和附件支架可以是分别制作,然后,进行装配得到附 件与附件支架总成。在一个实施例中,附件和附件支架的制作和装配均可由设备自动化完成。
在一个实施例中,附件和附件支架可以是一体成型,例如,利用3D打印或注塑等工艺进行制作。在一个实施例中,附件和附件支架之间可以用弱连接进行相互固定,以便于完成附件安装后进行脱离。
在一个实施例中,附件可以用刚性较高的材料制作,而附件支架可以用弹性材料制作,例如,硅胶等。附件支架与附件之间可以采用过盈配合进行装配,通过对附件支架材料的挤压对附件进行定位和固定。同样,附件支架与附件支架收容部之间也可以采用过盈配合进行装配,通过对附件支架材料的挤压对其进行定位和固定。
请参图5,示意性地展示了本申请一个实施例中的附件安装模板总成400的局部。
附件安装模板总成400包括附件安装模板401,与图1所示的附件安装模板101相似,其为一体的壳状,形成容纳牙齿的腔,并且在预定位置处形成有附件支架收容部403。附件支架收容部403内固定收容有附件支架405,在一个实施例中,附件支架405可以是利用粘接剂409固定于附件支架收容部403。
附件支架405内侧固定有附件411,在一个实施例中,附件411和附件支架405是一体成型,两者之间以弱连接413相互固定,当附件411粘固于牙齿上之后,能够比较容易实现附件支架405与附件411的脱离。
附件411底面设有粘接层415,在一个实施例中,粘接层415可以包括基质材料和粘接剂,其中,基质材料可以是有机或无机的纤维组成的松散或紧密的框架体,例如无纺材料,也可以是具有微观孔隙的纺织物或编织物,例如布,丝绸,纸等,还可以是具有多孔隙结构的蓬松物质,例如海绵,浮石,泡沫,多孔凝胶等,还可以是具有框架结构的物质,如柔性高分子框架,还可以是大量颗粒或微小结构组成的粒子集合,例如微小塑料颗粒或人造土壤等。通过所述基质材料的微孔或内部腔体对粘结剂渗透吸收、容纳、吸附、混合、聚合或者静电或表面张 力吸引,使得所述基质材料与粘结剂形成一体化的粘接层,该粘接层较单纯的粘结剂拥有更好的保持自身形状的能力。
附件支架收容部403靠牙齿一侧的开口处设有隔离膜417,将附件和附件支架总成隔离在附件支架收容部403内,以避免外部环境对粘接层415的污染。
安装附件时,首先,把隔离膜417去除。接着,把附件安装模板总成400佩戴于患者牙齿上,使附件411底面的粘接层415紧紧地抵靠于牙齿表面。在一个实施例中,附件安装模板401可以是用较薄和较软的薄膜材料制成,可以通过直接按压附件支架收容部403的顶侧(即远离牙齿的一侧),使得附件411底面的粘接层415紧密地抵靠于牙齿表面。然后,使得粘接层415的粘接剂固化,进而使得附件411牢固地粘接于牙齿表面。在一个实施例中,所述粘接层415的粘接剂可以是光固化粘接剂,通过以特定波长的光照使之固化。接着,将附件安装模板401从患者牙齿上摘下。在一个实施例中,摘下附件安装模板401之后,附件支架405脱离附件安装模板401,并仍然保持与附件411连接固定,此时,可以利用工具(例如,钳子)将附件支架405从粘固于牙齿上的附件411上摘下。在又一实施例中,摘下附件安装模板401之后,附件支架405随附件安装模板401脱离附件411。在本申请的启示下,可以理解,附件支架405是随附件安装模板401脱离附件411,还是在摘下附件安装模板401之后与附件411保持连接固定,这取决于附件支架405在附件收容部403内固定的牢固程度,如果大于附件支架405与附件之间的连接牢固程度,那么,附件支架405将随附件安装模板401脱离附件411,否则,反之。
虽然,本申请为便于展示和说明,在以上的实施例中,附件安装模板上仅设置了一个附件支架收容部,然而,可以理解,可以根据具体需求和情况决定附件的类型、数量和方位。

在501中,获取附件安装模板。
如前所述,可以利用热压膜成型工艺或3D打印等方法制作附件安装模板,此处不再赘述。

在一个实施例中,附件安装模板的身份信息可以是直接打印在附件安装模板上。在又一实施例中,附件安装模板的身份信息也可以是直接刻在附件安装模板上。在又一实施例中,附件安装模板的身份信息还可以是打印在粘附于附件安装模板的标贴上或者其包装袋上。
在一个实施例中,附件安装模板的身份信息可以是数字和/或字母的组合。在又一实施例中,附件安装模板的身份信息也可以是条码。在又一实施例中,附件安装模板的身份信息还可以是二维码。
在一个实施例中,可以利用扫码装置扫描获取附件安装模板的身份信息。在又一实施例中,附件安装模板的身份信息也可以由操作人员手工输入计算机。
在一个实施例中,计算机在获得所述附件安装模板的身份信息之后,可以根据所述身份信息从数据库获取所述附件安装模板的附件安装信息。在一个实施例中,存储各附件安装模板的附件安装信息的数据库可以是存储于与所述计算机相连的服务器或者所述计算机内。
在本申请的启示下,可以理解,一个附件安装模板可以用于安装多个相同或不同类型的附件。在一个实施例中,可以把同一种附件和附件支架总成做成标准件,以利于批量生产。
在505中,根据附件安装信息把附件和附件支架总成装入附件安装模板的附件支架收容部。
在一个实施例中,可以人工将附件和附件支架总成装入附件安装模板的附件支架收容部。在该实施例中,计算机在获取附件安装信息后,可以图形化的方式在显示屏上进行展示,以指示装配人员将正确的附件和附件支架总成以正确的方向安装在正确的附件支架收容部内。例如,可以在显示屏上展示附件安装模板的 图像,并且对于每一附件支架收容部展示对应的附件和附件支架总成类型以及安装方向。例如,可以用颜色来区分附件和附件支架总成的类型,例如,计算机可以根据附件安装信息在屏幕上用特定的颜色标记一个附件支架收容部,以表示该附件支架收容部所对应的附件和附件支架总成类型,装配人员可以根据相应的颜色标记从对应的料盘获取对应类型的附件和附件支架总成。又例如,可以用不同的图形来区分附件和附件支架总成的类型,例如,计算机可以根据附件安装信息在屏幕上用特定的图形(例如,三角形、正方形、圆形、五角星等)标记一个附件支架收容部,以表示该附件支架收容部所对应的附件和附件支架总成类型,装配人员可以根据相应的图形标记从对应的料盘获取对应类型的附件和附件支架总成。
在一个实施例中,如果附件支架和附件支架收容部设有防误装结构,那么,附件安装信息可以不包括附件和附件支架总成的安装方向。
在又一实施例中,可以利用附件安装信息控制设备自动将附件和附件支架总成安装于附件安装模板的附件支架收容部内。在该实施例中,附件安装信息可以包括附件和附件支架总成的类型以及附件支架收容部的位置信息。在一个实施例中,所述设备可以是机械手。
本申请的又一方面提供了又一种附件安装方案,该方案是利用又一种附件安装模板总成实现附件的安装,它包括附件安装模板、附件支架以及附件。所述附件形成自顶面至底面(即粘接面)的中空部,以允许粘接剂自顶面通过所述中空部注入至底面并且填充所述中空部,所述粘接剂固化后与所述附件形成一体,同时将所述附件粘固于牙齿表面。
所述附件安装模板为一体的壳状,形成容纳牙齿的空腔,并在预定方位形成附件支架收容部。所述支架收容部内收容有所述附件支架,而所述附件支架位于所述附件支架收容部与所述附件之间,将所述附件保持和定位于所述附件支架收容部内。所述附件支架收容部朝牙齿的一侧形成开口,使得所述附件能够被粘附于牙齿表面。
一方面,由于所述附件是预制的,即它是已固化的元件,可以用传统的注塑或烧结等方法,以较经济的材料制作,至少部分替代了较昂贵的粘接剂(例如,光固化粘接剂材料),因此,可有效降低成本。另一方面,附件支架尺寸较附件大,使得人工或机械操作能够更加容易地将附件支架和附件按正确的方向放置于附件支架收容部。
请参图7,示意性地展示了本申请一个实施例中的附件安装模板总成600的局部。
附件安装模板总成600包括附件安装模板601,与图1所示的附件安装模板101相似,其为一体的壳状,形成容纳牙齿的腔,并且在预定位置处形成有附件支架收容部603。附件支架收容部603内固定收容有附件支架605,在一个实施例中,附件支架605可以是利用粘接剂607固定于附件支架收容部603。
附件支架605内侧固定有附件609,在一个实施例中,附件609和附件支架605是一体成型,两者之间以弱连接611相互固定,当附件609粘固于牙齿上之后,能够比较容易实现附件支架605与附件609的脱离。
附件609形成自顶面至底面的中空部613,以允许粘接剂自顶面通过所述中空613部注入至并分布于底面,从而将附件609粘固于牙齿表面。相应地,附件支架收容部603的顶部(即远离牙齿的一侧)设有开口615,附件支架605的顶部设有开口617,以允许粘接剂注射器619将粘接剂注入中空部613。
在一个实施例中,粘接剂注射器619可以是电子控制的,附件可以是标准元件,即具有统一的形状和尺寸,可以预先设定粘接剂注射器619的注射剂量和压力,以避免过量或欠量注射。
在本申请的启示下,可以理解,附件支架605保持附件609部分的结构可以以上各实施例中附件支架的结构。
请参图8A,示意性地展示了本申请又一实施例中附件和附件支架总成700的截面。
附件和附件支架总成700包括附件支架710和附件720。附件720形成自顶面延伸至底面的中空部721,以允许粘接剂自顶面的开口注入并达到底面,从而将附件720粘固于牙齿表面。
附件支架710包括附件保持部711,用于将附件720保持和定位在附件安装模板的附件支架收容部(图中未示)。附件支架710还包括粘接剂存储部713,位于附件保持部711远离牙齿的一侧,用于存储粘接剂。粘接剂存储部713在靠近附件720的一侧形成粘接剂注入嘴715,它与附件720顶面的开口紧密对接,使得粘接剂存储部713内的粘接剂能够注入中空部721。在该实施例中,粘接剂存储部713是与附件保持部711一体成型的能够挤压的泡,被挤压后,其中的粘接剂将被通过粘接剂注入嘴715挤出至中空部721。

在一个实施例中,可以采用光固化粘接剂,粘接剂存储部713可以用不透光材料制作,以避免在将粘接剂注入中空部721之前粘接剂存储部713内的粘接剂固化。

附件支架710’与图8A和图8B所示附件支架710相似,区别仅在于:(一)在粘接剂存储部713’顶部设置凸出的塞子719’,粘接剂存储部713’被完全挤压后,塞子719’将塞入注入嘴715’,以将其中残留的粘接剂挤出;(二)在注入嘴715’末端设有密封件730’,以粘接剂存储部713’被挤压之前防止粘接剂漏出,其中,密封件730’可以是用弹性软质材料(例如,硅胶、橡胶)制作,其上开设有贯穿其顶面和底面的狭窄开口731’(如图9B所示的十字开口),使得只有当粘接剂存储部713’受压后,其内的粘接剂才能够通过该开口731’被挤出。密封件730’还可以形成尺寸大于注入嘴713’的法兰733’,其顶面抵靠于注入嘴713’,底面抵靠于附件(图中未示),起到对密封件730’的保持定位作用。

附件和附件支架总成800包括附件支架810和附件820。附件820形成自顶面延伸至底面的中空部821,以允许粘接剂自顶面的开口注入并达到底面,从而将附件820粘固于牙齿表面。
附件支架810包括附件保持部811,用于将附件820保持和定位在附件安装模板的附件支架收容部(图中未示)。附件支架810还包括环状粘接剂存储池813,位于附件保持部811远离牙齿的一侧,用于存储粘接剂。环状粘接剂存储池813的中间朝附件820方向延伸形成粘接剂注入管815,它与附件820顶面的开口紧密对接,使得环状粘接剂存储池813内的粘接剂能够注入中空部821。在该实施例中,附件支架810还包括截面为U形的活塞817,与环状粘接剂存储池813配合,通过按压活塞817,能够把环状粘接剂存储池813内的粘接剂通过粘接剂注入管815注入附件820的中空部821。其中,粘接剂注入管815延伸进入环状粘接剂存储池813,并且环状粘接剂存储池813的内壁构成粘接剂注入管815该段的壁,以避免粘接剂漏出。
请参图10B,展示了图10A所示的环状粘接剂存储池813和活塞817。
活塞817外周面上凸出形成有两个定位块8171,对应地,环状粘接剂存储池813的外侧壁上形成有两个定位槽8131,定位块8171和定位槽8131配合,以避免活塞817和环状粘接剂存储池813相对转动。另外,在定位块8171与定位槽8131对齐之前,活塞817无法被压入,从而能够防止误操作。
活塞侧壁上形成开口8173,对应地,环状粘接剂存储池813的内壁上也形成有开口8133,两者对准,按下活塞817时,环状粘接剂存储池813内的粘接剂将从开口8173和8133进入注入管815。
在本申请的启示下,可以理解,附件中空部的形状并不限于以上实施例,它可以是任意适用的形状。
请参图11A,示意性地展示了本申请又一实施例中的附件920a的截面形状。附件920a的中空部921a包括自顶面向底面延伸的通道,其底面边缘凸出形成尖锐的壁923a,以将粘接剂保持在附件内部,避免其漏出,其底面微微内凹,形 成粘接剂存储腔925a,以保证粘接剂能够基本布满附件920a的底面,进而保证附件920a的粘接牢固度。在一个实施例中,附件基本整个底面形成内凹,以保证粘接剂能够基本布满其整个底面,例如,其内凹的部分可以占底面面积的70%以上,甚至80%以上,甚至90%以上。在一个实施例中,附件底面内凹部的表面上可以形成凹凸不平的结构,以增加与粘接剂的接触面积,进一步加强粘接的牢固度。

    附件支架,用于把所述附件保持和定位在附件安装模板的附件支架收容部内,以进行附件安装,
    其中,所述附件安装模板为一体的壳状,形成收容牙齿的空腔,并在预定的方位形成所述附件支架收容部,当所述附件和附件支架总成收容于所述附件支架收容部时,所述附件支架是位于所述附件安装模板和所述附件之间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的附件和附件支架总成,其特征在于,所述附件和附件支架为一体成型,两者之间以弱连接相互固定。

    附件安装模板,为一体的壳状,形成容纳牙齿的空腔,并且在预定的方位形成用于收容附件支架的附件支架收容部;
    附件支架,收容于所述附件支架收容部,用于将附件保持和定位在所述附件支架收容部之内;以及
    附件,用于粘固在牙齿表面形成凸起,与壳状牙齿矫治器相互作用,为牙齿矫治提供辅助力系,

  13. 如权利要求10所述的附件安装模板总成,其特征在于,所述附件和附件支架是以粘接剂或卡固结构相互固定。
  14. 如权利要求10所述的附件安装模板总成,其特征在于,所述附件支架和所述附件支架收容部形成有防误装结构,防止所述附件支架以错误的方向安装于所述支架收容部。
  15. 如权利要求10所述的附件安装模板总成,其特征在于,所述附件支架包括多个分布于所述附件周围的鳍片,以将所述附件定位于所述附件支架收容部之内。
  16. 如权利要求10所述的附件安装模板总成,其特征在于,所述附件靠牙齿一侧的表面上设有粘接层,用于将所述附件粘固于牙齿表面。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的附件安装模板总成,其特征在于,它还包括隔离膜,固定于所述附件支架底侧的边缘,用于隔离所述粘接层。
  18. 如权利要求10所述的附件安装模板总成,其特征在于,所述附件是以刚性较高的第一材料制成,所述附件支架是以弹性的第二材料制成,所述附件支架通过被所述附件和所述附件支架收容部挤压而将所述附件保持和定位于所述附件支架收容部之内。
  19. 一种将附件粘固于牙齿表面的方法,包括:
    将如权利要求10所述的附件安装模板总成佩戴于所述患者的牙齿上;
    将所述附件粘固于所述选定牙齿表面的选定方位;以及
    将所述附件安装模板和附件支架摘除。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,在将所述附件支架从所述附件上取下之前,先将所述附件模板从所述患者牙齿上摘下,使得所述附件支架脱离所述附件支架收容部。
  21. 一种附件安装模板总成的制作方法,所述附件安装模板总成用于把附件粘固于患者选定牙齿表面的选定方位,所述方法包括:
    获取附件安装模板,其为一体的壳状,形成容纳牙齿的空腔,并且在预定的方位形成用于收容附件支架的附件支架收容部;
    基于所述附件安装模板的身份信息获取附件和附件支架总成安装信息;以及
    根据所述附件和附件支架总成安装信息,将附件和附件支架总成以对应的方向装入所述附件支架收容部,得到附件安装模板总成,其中,所述附件支架是位于所述附件和所述附件支架收容部之间,以将所述附件保持和定位于所述附件支架收容部之内,当所述附件安装模板总成佩戴于所述患者的牙 齿上时,所述附件位于选定牙齿表面的选定方位。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的附件安装模板总成的制作方法,其特征在于,它还包括:利用设备读取所述附件安装模板上的身份标识,以获得所述身份信息。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的附件安装模板总成的制作方法,其特征在于,所述身份标识是二维码。
  24. 如权利要求21所述的附件安装模板总成的制作方法,其特征在于,所述附件和附件总成安装信息是以图形化方式在显示屏上展示,所述附件安装信息包括附件和附件支架总成的安装方向。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的附件安装模板总成的制作方法,其特征在于,所述附件和附件总成安装信息还包括附件和附件支架总成的种类,其中,附件和附件支架总成的种类是以颜色和/或形状表示。
  26. 一种附件和附件支架总成,包括:
    附件,用于粘固在牙齿表面形成凸起,与壳状牙齿矫治器相互作用,为牙齿矫治提供辅助力系,所述附件形成自顶面延伸至底面的中空部,使得粘接剂能够自所述顶面注入,填充所述中空部并布满所述底面;以及
    附件支架,用于把所述附件保持和定位在附件安装模板的附件支架收容部内,以进行附件安装,
    其中,所述附件安装模板为一体的壳状,形成收容牙齿的空腔,并在预定的方位形成所述附件支架收容部,当所述附件和附件支架总成收容于所述附件支架收容部时,所述附件支架是位于所述附件安装模板和所述附件之间。
  27. 如权利要求26所述的附件和附件支架总成,其特征在于,所述附件和附件支架为一体成型,两者之间以弱连接相互固定。
  28. 如权利要求26所述的附件和附件支架总成,其特征在于,所述附件和附件支架是以粘接剂或卡固结构相互固定。
  29. 如权利要求26所述的附件和附件支架总成,其特征在于,所述附件支架 包括多个分布于所述附件周围的鳍片,以将所述附件定位于所述附件支架收容部之内。
  30. 如权利要求26所述的附件和附件支架总成,其特征在于,所述附件支架包括连续的形成闭环的侧壁,将所述附件包围在内。
  31. 如权利要求26所述的附件和附件支架总成,其特征在于,所述附件支架形成防误装结构,能够防止其以错误的方向被安装于所述支架收容部。
  32. 如权利要求26所述的附件和附件支架总成,其特征在于,所述附件支架在远离牙齿的一侧设有与所述中空部流体连通的粘接剂存储部,被按压后其内存储的粘接剂将被挤出并注入所述中空部。
  33. 如权利要求32所述的附件和附件支架总成,其特征在于,所述粘接剂存储部是粘接剂存储囊,被按压后将被挤瘪,从而将其内存储的粘接剂注入所述中空部。
  34. 如权利要求33所述的附件和附件支架总成,其特征在于,所述粘接剂存储囊与所述中空部之间设置有以高弹性材料制成的密封件,所述粘接剂存储囊未受压时,所述密封件开口关闭,以避免粘接剂从所述粘接剂存储囊中漏出,所述粘接剂存储囊受压时,迫使所述密封件开口打开,以将所述粘接剂存储囊内存储的粘接剂注入所述中空部。
  35. 如权利要求33所述的附件和附件支架总成,其特征在于,所述粘接剂存储囊内与所述中空部相对的部分凸出设有与所述粘接剂存储囊开口形状匹配的塞子,所述粘接剂存储囊被完全挤压时,所述塞子将塞入所述粘接剂存储囊的开口。
  36. 如权利要求32所述的附件和附件支架总成,其特征在于,所述粘接剂存储部包括粘接剂存储池和与之配合的活塞,其中,所述粘接剂存储池与所述中空部流体连通,所述活塞被按压后将把粘接剂从所述粘接剂存储池内挤出并注入所述中空部。
  37. 如权利要求36所述的附件和附件支架总成,其特征在于,所述粘接剂存储池与所述中空部之间设置有以高弹性材料制成的密封件,所述活塞未下压压时, 所述密封件开口关闭,以避免粘接剂从所述粘接剂存储池中漏出,所述活塞下压时,迫使所述密封件开口打开,以将所述粘接剂存储池内存储的粘接剂注入所述中空部。
  38. 如权利要求32所述的附件和附件支架总成,其特征在于,所述附件是以第一材料制成,所述粘接剂存储部是以第二材料制成,所述粘接剂对所述第一材料的粘合力高于所述第二材料。
  39. 一种附件安装模板总成,用于把附件粘固于选定牙齿的表面的选定方位,其包括:
    附件安装模板,为一体的壳状,形成容纳牙齿的空腔,并且在预定的方位形成用于收容附件支架的附件支架收容部;
    附件支架,收容于所述附件支架收容部,用于将附件保持和定位在所述附件支架收容部之内;以及
    附件,用于粘固在牙齿表面形成凸起,与壳状牙齿矫治器相互作用,为牙齿矫治提供辅助力系,所述附件形成自顶面延伸至底面的中空部,使得粘接剂能够自所述顶面注入,填充所述中空部并布满所述底面,
    其中,所述附件支架是位于所述附件支架收容部和所述附件之间,当所述附件安装模板总成佩戴于患者的牙齿上时,所述附件位于选定牙齿表面的选定方位。
  40. 如权利要求39所述的附件安装模板总成,其特征在于,所述附件支架是以粘接剂或卡固结构固定于所述附件支架收容部之内。
  41. 如权利要求39所述的附件安装模板总成,其特征在于,所述附件和附件支架为一体成型,两者之间以弱连接相互固定。
  42. 如权利要求39所述的附件安装模板总成,其特征在于,所述附件和附件支架是以粘接剂或卡固结构相互固定。
  43. 如权利要求39所述的附件安装模板总成,其特征在于,所述附件支架和所述附件支架收容部形成有防误装结构,以防止所述附件支架以错误的方向安装 于所述支架收容部。
  44. 如权利要求39所述的附件安装模板总成,其特征在于,所述附件支架包括多个分布于所述附件周围的鳍片,以将所述附件定位于所述附件支架收容部之内。
  45. 如权利要求39所述的附件安装模板总成,其特征在于,所述附件支架收容部设有开口,使粘接剂注射器能够自该开口进入,以向所述中空部注入粘接剂。
  46. 如权利要求39所述的附件安装模板总成,其特征在于,所述附件支架在远离牙齿的一侧设有与所述中空部流体连通的粘接剂存储部,被按压后其内存储的粘接剂将被挤出并注入所述中空部。
  47. 如权利要求46所述的附件安装模板总成,其特征在于,所述粘接剂存储部是粘接剂存储囊,被按压后将被挤瘪,从而将其内存储的粘接剂注入所述中空部。
  48. 如权利要求47所述的附件安装模板总成,其特征在于,所述粘接剂存储囊与所述中空部之间设置有以高弹性材料制成的密封件,所述粘接剂存储囊未受压时,所述密封件开口关闭,以避免粘接剂从所述粘接剂存储囊中漏出,所述粘接剂存储囊受压时,迫使所述密封件开口打开,以将所述粘接剂存储囊内存储的粘接剂注入所述中空部。
  49. 如权利要求47所述的附件安装模板总成,其特征在于,所述粘接剂存储囊内与所述中空部相对的部分凸出设有与所述粘接剂存储囊开口形状匹配的塞子,所述粘接剂存储囊被完全挤压时,所述塞子将塞入所述粘接剂存储囊的开口。
  50. 如权利要求46所述的附件安装模板总成,其特征在于,所述粘接剂存储部包括粘接剂存储池和与之配合的活塞,其中,所述粘接剂存储池与所述中空部流体连通,所述活塞被按压后将把粘接剂从所述粘接剂存储池内挤出并注入所述中空部。
  51. 如权利要求46所述的附件安装模板总成,其特征在于,所述附件是以第一材料制成,所述粘接剂存储部是以第二材料制成,所述粘接剂对所述第一材料的粘合力高于所述第二材料。
  52. 一种将附件粘固于牙齿表面的方法,包括:
    将如权利要求39所述的附件安装模板总成佩戴于所述患者的牙齿上;
    往所述附件的中空部注入粘接剂使之填充所述中空部并基本布满所述附件的底面;
    使所述粘接剂固化,使之与所述附件形成一体并将其粘固于所述选定牙齿表面的选定方位;以及
    将所述附件安装模板和附件支架摘除。
  53. 如权利要求52所述的方法,其特征在于,在将所述附件支架从所述附件上取下之前,先将所述附件模板从所述患者牙齿上摘下,使得所述附件支架脱离所述附件支架收容部。
