现有的扬声器中,定心支片与音圈以及外壳或磁轭等支架装配时,定心支片上的直线部分与音圈或支架焊盘接触,涂覆锡膏,激光焊接融化锡膏将定心支片与焊盘进行固定,但这种方式在音圈振动的过程中,定心支片的部分结构会受到旋转力牵引,容易出现定心支片与焊盘的焊点断裂及脱落,造成定心支片与音圈或支架之间的装配失效,可靠性低。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提出一种弹性支片、电子装置及终端,旨在解决现有技术中定心支片与音圈或支架之间的装配易失效及可靠性低的问题。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,若本发明实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

本发明中对“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”等方位的描述以图3和图10所示的方位为基准,仅用于解释在图3和图10所示姿态下各部件之间的相对位置关系,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
本发明提出一种弹性支片。
如图1至图14所示,本实施例中,弹性支片10包括两个安装部10’和连 接在两个安装部10’之间的弹性部13,弹性部13呈直线和/或曲线弯折结构,各安装部10’远离弹性部13的一端连接于静止或沿第一方向往复振动的部件上;至少一个安装部10’设置有第一缓冲部14,第一缓冲部14的至少部分结构自安装部10’远离弹性部13的一端朝第一方向弯折。
本实施例的弹性支片10应用于发声装置、马达或多功能振动装置等电子装置中,本实施例以弹性支片10应用于发声装置为例进行说明。电子装置包括弹性支片10和振动单元20,弹性支片10用于平衡振动单元20沿第一方向振动,本实施例的第一方向为图3和图10所示的上下方向,即,弹性支片10用于平衡振动单元20沿上下方向振动。电子装置还包括支架30,在一实施例中,振动单元20包括振膜和与振膜连接的音圈21;弹性支片10的两个安装部10’分别与音圈21和支架30对应连接,且/或,支架30为外壳或者磁轭。
可以理解地,振动单元20在接通电信号后,可在电子装置的外壳内发生上下方向的振动,其中,上下方向以图3和图10所示的方向为准,振动单元20的振动方向用竖直方向或上下方向表示,垂直于振动单元20振动的方向用水平方向表示。在一实施例中,弹性支片10的一个安装部10’与音圈21连接,具体地,音圈21包括骨架211和绕设于骨架211外的音圈线212,该安装部10’可与骨架211连接,也可与音圈线212连接。弹性支片10的另一个安装部10’与外壳连接,实现音圈21、弹性支片10及外壳之间的装配。在另一实施例中,弹性支片10的一个安装部10’与音圈21连接,另一个安装部10’与磁轭连接。
该电子装置中,振动单元20包括振膜和与振膜连接的音圈21,音圈21通常是由金属线缠绕而成的,当音圈21接通电信号之后,在电子装置的磁场中受安培力的作用上下振动,音圈21的振动方向用竖直方向或上下方向表示,垂直于音圈21振动的方向用左右方向或水平方向表示;由于振膜与音圈21是通过粘结等方式固定结合为一体的,因此,音圈21根据电信号上下振动时也会带动振膜振动,产生声波。
由于电子装置的磁场只是相对均匀的并不是绝对的,音圈21振动过程中音圈21的位置也会变化,且位于电子装置的磁间隙上侧的磁力线为弧形线,因此,音圈21受到的安培力并不仅仅是竖直方向的,也包含其他方向的安培力,这就造成音圈21在振动过程中容易发生非竖直方向的偏振,进一步会影 响振膜的振动。
为了防止发生上述情况的偏振,设置连接音圈21和支架30的弹性支片10可以对音圈21的偏振进行定心支撑,即,保证音圈21在电子装置的磁间隙内沿振动方向振动。在一实施例中,弹性支片10为定心支片或者平面弹簧。
在一实施例中,支架30为外壳或者磁轭,由于外壳可以用于对发声装置单体进行承载,将支架30设置为外壳,可以便于弹性支片10背离振动单元20的一侧进行固定,提高弹性支片10的定心支撑效果。由于振动单元20的大部分都靠近电子装置的磁间隙,其与磁轭的距离较近,将弹性支片10背离振动单元20的一侧连接至磁轭,一方面可以节省弹性支片10的设置距离,并且便于提高弹性支片10的定心支撑效果。需要说明的是,如上所述,本实施例中的弹性支片10固定方式包括多种的组合:弹性支片10的两个安装部10’分别连接音圈21和外壳、或者,弹性支片10的两个安装部10’分别连接音圈21和磁轭,均能较好的保证弹性支片10的定心支撑效果。
本实施例的弹性支片10包括两个安装部10’和连接在两个安装部10’之间的弹性部13,弹性部13呈直线和/或曲线弯折结构,具体地,弹性支片10可以是金属板材一体冲压成型的线状、窄条状或片状等弯折结构,也可以采用单股金属线绕制而成的弯折结构,还可以是双股金属线绕制而成的弯折结构等。弹性部13的形状可以呈线状结构弯折延伸形成的多边形的螺旋状结构,具体可以为四边形、五边形、六边形等,或者为圆形、椭圆形的结构,或者为直线与曲线形状结合的结构,例如,弹性部13中每弯折一次为一个弯折线段,弯折线段的部分为直线,另一部分为曲线,其具体可以为曲线与直线交替连接的形状,需要说明的是,此处的交替并不限于一一交替,还可以是一与多、多与多的交替。
本实施例弹性支片10的设置,在振动单元20竖直振动时对振动单元20形成水平方向上的约束,可遏制振动单元20发生偏振,且弹性支片10跟随振动单元20在竖直方向上位移。相较于现有片形弹波状的定心支片而言,本实施例的弹性支片10中弹性部13呈直线和/或曲线延伸,可减小弹性部13的应力集中,增加了疲劳强度,降低弹性支片10断裂的风险,使得弹性支片10跟随振动单元20在竖直方向位移的过程中,弹性部13发生弹性形变足够大,即使在振动单元20振动位移较大的情况下,弹性支片10的顺性保持良好, 可提供足够的位移,不影响振动单元20的振动,优化产品性能。并且,本实施例弹性支片10整体呈线状结构弯折延伸形成,制作简单方便,简化了制作工艺,制作效率高,降低了制作成本。并且,本实施例弹性支片10不会使电子装置沿竖直方向上高度增加,占用空间小,利于产品的薄型化。
另外,本实施例弹性支片10中,至少一个安装部10’设置有第一缓冲部14,第一缓冲部14的至少部分结构自安装部10’远离弹性部13的一端朝第一方向弯折。可以理解地,在弹性支片10与音圈21以及外壳或磁轭等支架30装配时,弹性支片10的第一缓冲部14可与音圈21或支架30焊盘40接触,涂覆锡膏,激光焊接融化锡膏将弹性支片10与焊盘40进行固定,实现弹性支片10与音圈21或支架30的装配。而本实施例弹性支片10中,第一缓冲部14的至少部分结构的弯折方向与振动单元20的振动方向一致,即,第一缓冲部14的至少部分结构沿竖直方向弯折,使得第一缓冲部14的至少部分结构不受振动单元20竖直振动的影响,因而该部分结构不会受到旋转力牵引,抗疲劳性好,不易出现弹性支片10与焊盘40的焊点断裂及脱落的情况,保证弹性支片10与音圈21或支架30之间的装配有效性,可靠性高。
本实施例弹性支片10中,安装部10’与第一缓冲部14之间平滑过渡连接,可较少应力集中情况,保证弹性支片10不会发生断裂情况。进一步地,第一缓冲部14包括第一连接段142和第一弧形段141,第一连接段142连接于沿第一方向往复运动的部件上,且第一连接段142通过第一弧形段141与安装部10’平滑过渡连接。具体地,第一连接段142连接在振动单元20上,具体可连接在音圈21上。第一连接段142通过第一弧形段141与安装部10’平滑过渡连接,第一弧形段141在安装部10’和第一连接段142之间起到缓冲作用,避免应力集中。
本实施例的弹性部13为沿第二方向布置的平面结构,且弹性部13与两个安装部10’位于同一水平面内,第一方向与第二方向相互垂直。本实施例的第二方向为如图10所示的水平方向或左右方向,弹性部13呈水平布置的平面结构,且弹性部13与两个安装部10’位于同一水平面上,即,弹性部13和两个安装部10’均呈水平布置的平面结构,相较于现有片形弹波状的定心支片,本实施例提高了弹性支片10的整体平面度,进一步降低电子装置沿竖直方向的高度,实现产品薄型化的设计理念。
如图4和图5所示,在一实施例中,第一弧形段141呈内凹面背离弹性部13设置的圆弧段,第一连接段142为直线段且与弹性部13之间的夹角为20°~160°。如图4和图5所示,第一弧形段141的内凹面朝下设置,第一连接段142为直线段,方便与音圈21或支架30连接。并且,第一连接段142与弹性部13之间的夹角为α,α=20°~160°,由于弹性部13水平设置,因而第一连接段142与水平面之间的夹角为α。由于第一弧形段141的设置,使得第一连接段142与弹性部13之间的夹角为20°~160°,可适当抑制弹性支片10受旋转力牵引,进而可适当减少弹性支片10受振动单元20竖直振动的影响。并且,将第一弧形段141及第一连接段142分别设置为圆弧段和直线段,方便制作。
进一步地,第一连接段142与弹性部13之间的夹角为45°~95°;且/或,第一连接段142的长度大于或等于1.5mm。将第一连接段142和弹性部13之间的夹角设置为45°~95°,即,α=45°~95°,可较大程度的减少弹性支片10受振动单元20竖直振动的影响,提高可靠性。第一连接段142的长度大于或等于1.5mm,如图4和图5所示,第一连接段142的长度用L 1表示,L 1≥1.5mm,使得第一连接段142具有足够的长度,以便与焊盘40进行焊接和固定。如图4所示,在一实施例中,第一连接段142与弹性部13之间的夹角为α=90°,如图5所示,在另一实施例中,第一连接段142与弹性部13之间的夹角α=45°。
如图6所示,在又一实施例中,第一弧形段141呈Z形设置,第一连接段142为与弹性部13间隔设置的直线段,且第一连接段142与弹性部13相互平行设置。进一步地,第一弧形段141包括两个拐角1411,与安装部10’连接的拐角1411呈内凹面背离弹性部13设置的圆弧段,与第一连接段142连接的拐角1411呈内凹面朝向弹性部13设置的圆弧段。如图6所示,第一弧形段141中,与安装部10’连接的拐角1411的内凹面朝下,与第一连接段142连接的拐角1411的内凹面朝上,第一连接段142整体呈拐角1411处为圆弧段的Z形结构,如此设置,可较大程度的抑制弹性支片10受旋转力牵引,进而可较少弹性支片10受振动单元20竖直振动的影响。另外,弹性部13与第一连接段142上下间隔且相互平行设置,第一连接段142呈水平设置的直线段,方便与焊盘40进行焊接和固定。
更进一步地,第一连接段142与弹性部13之间的距离大于或等于0.5mm; 且/或,第一连接段142的长度大于或等于1.5mm。如图6所示,第一连接段142与弹性部13之间的距离用D表示,D≥0.5mm,即保证弹性支片10整体结构的紧凑性,又能实现较大程度抑制弹性支片10受旋转力牵引的有效性。另外,第一连接段142的长度大于或等于1.5mm,第一连接段142的长度用L 1表示,L 1≥1.5mm,使得第一连接段142具有足够的长度,以便与焊盘40进行焊接和固定。
如图7所示,在再一实施例中,第一弧形段141呈内凹面朝向弹性部13设置的半圆弧段,第一连接段142为直线段,且第一连接段142与弹性部13位于同一水平面内。如图7所示,半圆弧段的内凹面朝上,半圆弧段可较大程度的抑制弹性支片10受旋转力牵引,进而可减少弹性支片10受振动单元20竖直振动的影响。并且,第一连接段142为直线段且与弹性部13位于同一水平面,不仅方便制作,而且最大程度的提高弹性支片10整体结构的紧凑性。
进一步地,第一弧形段141与弹性部13之间的最大距离大于或等于0.5mm;且/或,第一连接段142的长度大于或等于1.5mm。如图7所示,第一弧形段141与弹性部13之间的最大距离用H表示,H≥0.5mm,即保证弹性支片10整体结构的紧凑性,又能实现较大程度抑制弹性支片10受旋转力牵引的有效性。另外,第一连接段142的长度大于或等于1.5mm,第一连接段142的长度用L 1表示,L 1≥1.5mm,使得第一连接段142具有足够的长度,以便与焊盘40进行焊接和固定。
需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,第一缓冲部14还可以是其他呈上下方向弯折的结构,本发明弹性支片10对第一缓冲部14的形状和结构不作限定。
本实施例中,第一弧形段141的折弯中线到其折弯中心的距离为R,第一弧形段141的横截面宽度为B,其中,R≥2B,可减小第一缓冲部14折弯处的应力集中及增加疲劳强度,降低弹性支片10断裂的风险。
弹性支片10的两个安装部10’均设置有第一缓冲部14,两个第一缓冲部14的结构相同且两个第一缓冲部14的弯折方向呈同向或反向设置。
如图8所示,在一实施例中,弹性支片10的两个安装部10’均设置有第一缓冲部14,两个第一缓冲部14的结构相同且两个第一缓冲部14的弯折方向呈同向设置,即,两个第一缓冲部14均朝上弯折或均朝下弯折,其中一个第一缓冲部14可与音圈21焊盘40连接,另一个第一缓冲部14可与支架30 焊盘40连接,使得两个第一缓冲部14的至少部分结构均不受振动单元20竖直振动的影响,进一步提高抗疲劳性,保证弹性支片10与音圈21及支架30之间的装配有效性,可靠性高。并且,与支架30连接的第一缓冲部14还可朝上或朝下插入支架30的定位孔31中,在弹性支片10与支架30装配的过程中起到粗定位的作用。
如图9所示,在另一实施例中,弹性支片10的两个安装部10’均设置有第一缓冲部14,两个第一缓冲部14的结构相同且两个第一缓冲部14的弯折方向呈反向设置,即,两个第一缓冲部14中,其中一个第一缓冲部14朝上弯折,另一个第一缓冲部14朝下弯折。并且,其中一个第一缓冲部14可与音圈21焊盘40连接,另一个第一缓冲部14可与支架30焊盘40连接,使得两个第一缓冲部14的至少部分结构均不受振动单元20竖直振动的影响,进一步提高抗疲劳性,保证弹性支片10与音圈21及支架30之间的装配有效性,可靠性高。并且,与支架30连接的第一缓冲部14还可朝上或朝下插入支架30的定位孔31中,在弹性支片10与支架30装配的过程中起到粗定位的作用。
可以理解地,弹性支片10的两个第一缓冲部14的弯折方向呈同向设置还是呈反向设置,是可以根据实际情况实际选择的,用户可根据实际情况的不同来灵活选择不同类型的弹性支片10,提高使用方便性。
如图10至图13所示,在又一实施例中,两个安装部10’分别为第一安装部11和第二安装部12,其中,第一安装部11设置有第一缓冲部14,第二安装部12设置有第二缓冲部15,第二缓冲部15与弹性部13位于同一水平面内,第二缓冲部15自第二安装部12远离弹性部13的一端朝向或背向弹性部13弯折。在该实施例的弹性支片10中,设置于第一安装部11上的第一缓冲部14朝上或朝下弯折,而第二缓冲部15则与弹性部13位于同一水平面,即,第二缓冲部15水平设置,且第二缓冲部15朝向或背向弹性部13弯折。
第一缓冲部14的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于该弹性支片10采用了上述相关实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述相关实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。如图10至图13所示,弹性部13位于第一安装部11和第二安装部12之间的中间区域,该实施例的第二缓冲部15是朝向或背向弹性部13弯折的,即,第二缓冲部15是朝向或背向弹性支片10的中间区域折弯的,优选地,第二缓冲部15是朝向弹性支片10的 中间区域弯折的,不仅增加第二缓冲部15与支架30焊盘40的接触面积,而且可抑制弹性支片10在振动单元20振动时所受的旋转力,抗疲劳性好,不易出现弹性支片10与支架30焊盘40的焊点断裂及脱落的情况,保证弹性支片10与支架30之间的装配有效性,可靠性高。
具体地,如图13所示,在一实施例中,第二缓冲部15呈弧形段,第二缓冲部15的一端连接于静止或沿第一方向往复振动的部件上,且第二缓冲部15的另一端与第二安装部12平滑过渡连接。该实施例以第二缓冲部15连接在支架30上为例进行说明,第二缓冲部15呈弧形段,弧形段的一端连接于支架30上,弧形段的另一端与第二安装部12平滑过渡连接,可较少应力集中情况,保证弹性支片10不会发生断裂情况。
进一步地,第二缓冲部15呈圆心角大于或等于90°的圆弧段;且/或,第二缓冲部15的长度大于或等于1.5mm。如图13所示,第二缓冲部15可呈3/4的圆弧状,可较大程度的减少弹性支片10受振动单元20竖直振动的影响。且第二缓冲部15的长度大于或等于1.5mm,使得第二缓冲部15具有足够的长度,以便与焊盘40进行焊接和固定。
如图11和图12所示,在另一实施例中,第二缓冲部15包括第二连接段152和第二弧形段151,第二连接段152连接于静止或沿第一方向往复振动的部件上,且第二连接段152通过第二弧形段151与第二安装部12平滑过渡连接。该实施例以第二缓冲部15连接在支架30上为例进行说明,第二缓冲部15的第二连接段152连接于支架30上,且第二连接段152通过第二弧形段151与第二安装部12平滑过渡连接,第二弧形段151在第二安装部12和第二连接段152之间起到缓冲作用,避免应力集中。
进一步地,第二弧形段151呈内凹面朝向弹性部13设置的圆弧段,第二连接段152为直线段且与第二安装部12的延长线之间的夹角为15°~160°。如图11和图12所示,第二弧形段151的内凹面朝前设置,第二连接段152为直线段,方便与支架30连接。并且,第二连接段152与弹性部13之间的夹角为β,β=15°~160°。由于第二弧形段151的设置,使得第二连接段152与第二安装部12的延长线之间的夹角为15°~160°,可适当抑制弹性支片10受旋转力牵引,进而可适当减少弹性支片10受振动单元20竖直振动的影响。并且,将第二弧形段151及第二连接段152分别设置为圆弧段和直线段,方便 制作。
更进一步地,第二连接段152与第二安装部12的延长线之间的夹角为15°~95°;且/或,第二连接段152的长度大于或等于1.5mm。将第二连接段152和第二安装部12的延长线之间的夹角设置为15°~95°,即,β=45°~95°,可较大程度的减少弹性支片10受振动单元20竖直振动的影响,提高可靠性。第二连接段152的长度大于或等于1.5mm,如图11和图12所示,第二连接段152的长度用L 2表示,L 2≥1.5mm,使得第二连接段152具有足够的长度,以便与焊盘40进行焊接和固定。如图11所示,在一实施例中,第一连接段142与弹性部13之间的夹角为β=21°,如图12所示,在另一实施例中,第一连接段142与弹性部13之间的夹角β=90°。
第二弧形段151的折弯中线到其折弯中心的距离为R 2,第二弧形段151的横截面宽度为B 2,其中,R 2≥2B 2,可减小第二缓冲部15折弯处的应力集中及增加疲劳强度,降低弹性支片10断裂的风险。
本实施例中,弹性部13包括与两个安装部10’中的其中一者连接的第一端,以及与两个安装部10’中的另一者连接的第二端;弹性部13由第一端沿同一方向或不同方向呈直线和/或曲线延伸至第二端形成。第一端和第二端之间设有中心区域,如图1至图14所示,弹性支片10整体呈窄长形的线状结构弯折延伸形成,其中,弹性部13可以呈螺旋形结构,通过其第一端向中心区域沿顺时针螺旋延伸至中心区域,再由中心区域沿逆时针延伸至第二端形成。弹性部13也可以呈方形的类螺旋结构,通过其第一端向中心区域分别沿直线和曲线延伸至中心区域,再由中心区域分别沿曲线和直线延伸至第二端形成。弹性部13还可以是由窄长形的线状结构弯折延伸形成的其他结构,弹性部13的结构状可根据实际使用需求设置,本发明弹性支片10对弹性部13的结构不作限制。相较于现有片形弹波状的定心支片而言,本实施例的弹性支片10整体呈窄长形的线状结构弯折延伸形成,可减小弹性支片10的应力集中,增加了疲劳强度,降低弹性支片10断裂的风险,且弹性支片10的顺性保持良好,不影响振动单元20的振动。
本实施例中,弹性支片10的线段横截面呈曲线和/或直线形成的闭合环状结构。可以理解地,弹性支片10的线段横截面为线状结构折弯段的横截面,比如,弹性部13中每弯折一次为一个弯折线段,弯折线段的横截面即为弹性 支片10的线段横截面。本实施例弹性支片10的线段横截面可以为圆形、椭圆形、方形、长方形、跑道形或类矩形等,弹性支片10可直接通过圆形或方形线材绕制形成,或者在线材绕制完成后,通过冲压将线材的横截面压至椭圆形或长方形等,使得弹性支片10的径向力明显增加,即使在振动单元20低频大位移的情况下,仍可保证良好的听音效果。
本发明还提出一种电子装置,电子装置包括支架30、振动单元20和上述弹性支片10,弹性支片10用于平衡振动单元20沿第一方向振动;振动单元20包括振膜和与振膜连接的音圈21;其中一个安装部10’与音圈21连接,另一个安装部10’与支架30连接;且/或,支架30为外壳或者磁轭。该电子装置可以是发声装置、马达或多功能振动装置等。该电子装置中弹性支片10的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本电子装置采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
如图1至图3以及图14所示,本实施例电子装置中,弹性支片10的数量至少为两个,至少两个弹性支片10沿音圈21的外周间隔均匀设置。在一实施例中,弹性支片10的数量为三个,三个弹性支片10沿振动单元20的外周间隔均匀设置,增强了对振动单元20的定心效果,具体地,至少三个弹性支片10在振动单元20竖直振动时对音圈21形成水平方向上的至少三处约束,可遏制振动单元20发生偏振,且弹性支片10跟随振动单元20在竖直方向上位移,增强对振动单元20的定心效果。在其他实施例中,弹性支片10的数量也可以为四个、五个、六个或其他数量。本发明电子装置中弹性支片10的数量可根据实际情况灵活调整,本发明对弹性支片10的数量不作限制。
电子装置可包括至少一个弹性群50,一个弹性群50包括四个位于同一水平面的弹性支片10。同一个弹性群50中,四个弹性支片10的线宽或材质可以相同,也可以不同。比如,由于材质属性的不同,四个弹性支片10中,其中两个弹性支片10的材质为磷青铜,则其线宽可以设置为0.4mm,另一个弹性支片10的材质为铍铜,则其线宽可以设置为0.3mm,还有一个弹性支片10的材质为316钢,则其线宽可以设置为0.2mm。
另外,同一个弹性群50的四个弹性支片10中,其中两个弹性支片10为导电体结构,其余弹性支片10为非导电体结构。导电体结构的弹性支片10 中,具备导电的功能,其能够向电子装置的振动单元20传输电信号,具体地,该弹性支片10通过其中一个安装部10’与振动单元20中音圈21的接线部电连接配合,另一个安装部10’与外部电源连接,进而通过弹性支片10传输音圈21与外部的电信号;此外,该弹性支片10还通过其弹性部13的弹性形变作用来根据振动单元20的振动偏移状态对振动单元20的往复振动进行约束,使所述振动单元20稳定在预设的中心区域,防止了振动单元20的偏振,使得振动单元20的往复振动更加稳定。因此,该弹性支片10兼具了导电及定心的作用,实现了这两种功能的集成,在电子装置中只需设置两个本发明的弹性支片10即可同时实现对内外部电路的导通作用及对振动单元20振动的定心作用,这样不仅能够节省电子装置腔体内的空间,进一步利于产品的薄型化,并且有效地简化了电子装置的装配工艺。
电子装置可包括多个弹性群50,比如两个或三个弹性群50,多个弹性群50沿音圈21的高度方向间隔布置,各弹性群50的所有弹性支片10位于同一水平面内。以两个弹性群50为例进行说明,两个弹性群50沿振动单元20的竖直方向间隔布置,各弹性群50组包括四个弹性支片10,并且该四个弹性支片10位于同一水平面内,两个弹性群50的八个弹性支片10在竖直方向呈错位排布,不仅增强对振动单元20的定心效果,而且力学劲度Kms对称性及平坦性好,满足大位移疲劳要求。多个弹性群50相较于一个弹性群50来说,一方面增强对振动单元20的定心效果,另一方面减少应力集中,可相应减小弹性支片10的线宽,更易制作。
本发明电子装置中,弹性群50的数量及排布方式,以及各弹性群50的形状、结构、线宽、材质及属性等可根据实际需要灵活设置,兼容性好,应用范围广。
本发明还提出一种终端,终端包括上述的电子装置。该终端可以是电脑、手机、音箱以及应用在汽车上的车载音箱等。该终端包括上述电子装置,电子装置及其弹性支片10的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本终端采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的发明构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换, 或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种弹性支片,其特征在于,所述弹性支片包括两个安装部和连接在两个所述安装部之间的弹性部,所述弹性部呈直线和/或曲线弯折结构,各所述安装部远离所述弹性部的一端连接于静止或沿所述第一方向往复振动的部件上;
    至少一个所述安装部设置有第一缓冲部,所述第一缓冲部的至少部分结构自所述安装部远离所述弹性部的一端朝所述第一方向弯折。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的弹性支片,其特征在于,所述安装部与所述第一缓冲部之间平滑过渡连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的弹性支片,其特征在于,所述第一缓冲部包括第一连接段和第一弧形段,所述第一连接段连接于沿所述第一方向往复运动的部件上,且所述第一连接段通过所述第一弧形段与所述安装部平滑过渡连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的弹性支片,其特征在于,所述弹性部为沿第二方向布置的平面结构,且所述弹性部与两个所述安装部位于同一水平面内,所述第一方向与所述第二方向相互垂直。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的弹性支片,其特征在于,所述第一弧形段呈内凹面背离所述弹性部设置的圆弧段,所述第一连接段为直线段且与所述弹性部之间的夹角为20°~160°。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的弹性支片,其特征在于,所述第一连接段与所述弹性部之间的夹角为45°~95°;且/或,所述第一连接段的长度大于或等于1.5mm。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的弹性支片,其特征在于,所述第一弧形段呈Z形设置,所述第一连接段为与所述弹性部间隔设置的直线段,且所述第一连接 段与所述弹性部相互平行设置。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的弹性支片,其特征在于,所述第一弧形段包括两个拐角,与所述安装部连接的所述拐角呈内凹面背离所述弹性部设置的圆弧段,与所述第一连接段连接的所述拐角呈内凹面朝向所述弹性部设置的圆弧段。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的弹性支片,其特征在于,所述第一连接段与所述弹性部之间的距离大于或等于0.5mm;且/或,所述第一连接段的长度大于或等于1.5mm。
  10. 如权利要求4所述的弹性支片,其特征在于,所述第一弧形段呈内凹面朝向所述弹性部设置的半圆弧段,所述第一连接段为直线段,且所述第一连接段与所述弹性部位于同一水平面内。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的弹性支片,其特征在于,所述第一弧形段与所述弹性部之间的最大距离大于或等于0.5mm;且/或,所述第一连接段的长度大于或等于1.5mm。
  12. 如权利要求3-11中任一项所述的弹性支片,其特征在于,所述第一弧形段的折弯中线到其折弯中心的距离为R,所述第一弧形段的横截面宽度为B,其中,R≥2B。
  13. 如权利要求1-11中任一项所述的弹性支片,其特征在于,两个所述安装部均设置有所述第一缓冲部,两个所述第一缓冲部的结构相同且两个所述第一缓冲部的弯折方向呈同向或反向设置。
  14. 如权利要求4-11中任一项所述的弹性支片,其特征在于,两个所述安装部分别为第一安装部和第二安装部,其中,所述第一所述安装部设置有所述第一缓冲部,所述第二安装部设置有第二缓冲部,所述第二缓冲部与所 述弹性部位于同一水平面内,所述第二缓冲部自所述第二安装部远离所述弹性部的一端朝向或背向所述弹性部弯折。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的弹性支片,其特征在于,所述第二缓冲部呈弧形段,所述第二缓冲部的一端连接于静止或沿所述第一方向往复振动的部件上,且所述第二缓冲部的另一端与所述第二安装部平滑过渡连接;或者,
    所述第二缓冲部包括第二连接段和第二弧形段,所述第二连接段连接于静止或沿所述第一方向往复振动的部件上,且所述第二连接段通过所述第二弧形段与所述第二安装部平滑过渡连接。
  16. 如权利要求1-11中任一项所述的弹性支片,其特征在于,所述弹性部包括与两个所述安装部中的其中一者连接的第一端,以及与两个所述安装部中的另一者连接的第二端;
    所述弹性部由所述第一端沿同一方向或不同方向呈直线和/或曲线延伸至所述第二端形成。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的弹性支片,其特征在于,所述弹性支片由线状结构绕制而成;又或者,所述弹性支片由片状结构冲压成型。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的弹性支片,其特征在于,所述弹性支片的线段横截面呈曲线和/或直线形成的闭合环状结构。
  19. 一种电子装置,其特征在于,所述电子装置包括支架、振动单元和权利要求1-18中任一项所述弹性支片,所述弹性支片用于平衡所述振动单元沿所述第一方向振动;所述振动单元包括振膜和与所述振膜连接的音圈;两个所述安装部分别与所述音圈及所述支架对应连接;
    且/或,所述支架为外壳或者磁轭。
  20. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括如权利要求19所述的电子装置。
