Owing to the plate of the present invention, it is possible to use only traditional non functional coatings to reduce mechanical abutments or eliminate the subcoating.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne une plaque de peinture faite en un matériau thermoplastique extrudé pour un cylindre porte-plaque d'une unité de peinture flexographique pour peindre un support imprimé, laquelle plaque de peinture comprend au moins une couche de peinture (10), au moins une couche adhésive de couplage (20) et au moins une couche de support (30), la couche de peinture (10) étant formée par un matériau ayant une base de polyuréthane thermoplastique (TPUR) mélangée avec au moins un polymère de silicone, et ladite couche de peinture (10) ayant une dureté comprise entre 50 et 60 Shore A.
