- the gasket (6) is probably made of a thermoplastic material since this material is heat resistant and mechanically durable with increased lifetime. Thus, damaging of the glass (2) is also provided additional to the leakage prevention.
- the fixation element (1) is used to provide the durable mechanical fixation of the heat shield (3) and the glass (2).
- the fixation element (1) can be seen from the Figs. 6-9.
- Fig. 10 shows that the fixation element (1) is assembled to the heat shield (3).

- the protrusion (12) can be any shape and form but should be directly in contact with the heat shield (3) for supporting so as to limit the movement of the heat shield (3).
- the guiding means (13) has an elongated form, extending from the body (11) through the groove (8) on the heat shield (3) for providing the tight fixation.
- the tumid part (4) is overlapped with the corresponding slot (7) on the glass (7).
- the guiding means (13) should have same size with the related groove (8) for being fitted.
- the tumid part (4) should also have same size with the related slot (7) for being fixed.
- the gasket (6) is placed to the bend (9) of the heat shield (3), secondly the heat shield (3) is arranged with the glass (2) by combining the tumid part (4) on the side of the heat shield (3) with the corresponding slot (7) on the glass (2), as leaving the gasket (6) in between them. Then, guiding means (13) of the fixation element (1) is inserted into the grooves (8) placed on the tumid part (4) of the heat shield (3). Finally, the pan support (20) is place on the recess (5), arranged on the heat shield (3). So, durable mechanical fixation is provided.
- This present invention provides safe usage of the pan support (20) and the easy and durable fixation of the heat shield (3). Since no additional material usage is required, low production cost is achieved.
