一种能够加长调节范围的固定机构,包括安装架、用于固定至墙面的固定架以及固定连接安装架和固定架的连接组件,所述安装架具有容置腔以及所述安装架的其中一个安装壁开设有连通至所述容置腔的侧向开口,所述固定组件包括连接件和调节垫块,其中:
所述连接件具有一连接杆部和设置于连接杆部上的抵靠部,其中所述抵靠部的最大外径大于所述连接杆部的外径;
所述调节垫块能够可拆卸的装配于安装架的容置腔,定义所述调节垫块背离所述侧向开口的一端为第一端,朝向所述侧向开口的一端为第二端,所述调节垫块在第一端或所述第一端和第二端之间设置有用于与所述抵靠部抵靠配合的抵靠面,以及所述调节垫块具有一仅能供所述连接杆部而不能供所述的抵靠部穿过通孔,所述抵靠面为至少一个;
所述连接件的抵靠部位于容置腔内,连接杆部经侧向开口伸出以安装所述固定架,所述安装架与固定架的安装间隔的调节是通过所述连接件的抵靠部抵靠于所述安装架的所述安装壁或所述调节垫块的其中一抵靠面来实现的。
进一步优选的,所述抵靠面是多个,分别处于所述调节垫块在所述第一端和第二端之间的不同位置。
进一步优选的,所述连接件的连接杆部与固定架的连接位置可调。
进一步优选的,所述连接件为螺栓,所述螺栓的螺杆即为所述连接杆部,所述螺栓的螺帽即为所述抵靠部;所述固定架上设有螺孔,所述螺栓的螺杆螺接固定于固定架上。
进一步优选的,还包括螺母,所述螺母螺接于螺栓位于安装架外侧的螺杆段并抵触于安装架的安装壁上。
进一步优选的,定义安装架开设有侧向开口的安装壁为第一安装壁,与该第一安装壁相对设置的安装壁为第二安装壁,所述第二安装壁上开设有与第一安装壁的侧向开口相对应的操作开口。
进一步优选的,所述安装架在容置腔的上方开设有安装开口,所述侧向开 口还向上延伸至贯通所述安装开口。
进一步优选的,所述安装架的安装壁上开设有供调节垫块穿设的安装窗口,所述安装窗口与所述侧向开口相连通。
进一步优选的,所述调节垫块的第一端的端面凹陷设有为第一凹槽,所述通孔的开口形成于第一凹槽的槽底,第一凹槽的槽底为所述抵靠面。
进一步优选的,所述调节垫块的第二端的端面凹陷设有为第二凹槽,所述通孔的开口形成于第二凹槽的槽底。
通过本实用新型提供的技术方案,具有如下有益效果:
增加调节垫块的结构,连接件的连接杆部具有穿设于调节垫块内的隐藏段,在需要加长安装架与墙面之间距离时,拆除调节垫块,使连接件在原伸出安装架的长度基础上增加了隐藏段的长度,使单根较长的连接件也能够同时满足安装架与墙面之间短间距和长间距的装配,同时更有效的增大安装架与墙面之间距离。节约产品成本,轻松切换长度,提升安装效率。

实施例一
参照图1、图2、图3(A)、图3(B)、图4、图5(A)以及图5(B)所示,本实施例提供的一种能够加长调节范围的固定机构,包括安装架10、用于固定至墙面的固定架20以及固定连接安装架10和固定架20的连接组件,本具 体实施例中,安装架10用于安装马桶的隐藏式水箱,固定架20则固定于墙面上。
具体的,本实施例中,所述安装架10是由二个方形中空立柱管和连接于二个立柱管之间的多个横管构成,立柱管的方形中空内腔为容置腔101;所述安装架10的其中一个安装壁开设有连通至所述容置腔101的侧向开口11。
所述固定组件包括连接件32和调节垫块31,所述连接件32具有一连接杆部321和设置于连接杆部321上的抵靠部322,其中所述抵靠部322的最大外径大于所述连接杆部321的外径。本具体实施例中,所述连接件32为为螺栓,所述螺栓的螺杆即为所述连接杆部321,所述螺栓的螺帽即为所述抵靠部322。
所述调节垫块31能够可拆卸的装配于安装架10的容置腔101,定义所述调节垫块31背离所述侧向开口11的一端为第一端3111,朝向所述侧向开口11的一端为第二端3112,所述调节垫块31开设有仅能供所述连接杆部321而不能供所述的抵靠部322穿过通孔311,所述通孔311贯穿调节垫块31的第一端3111和第二端3112,并对应所述侧向开口11。
所述调节垫块31在所述第一端3111和第二端3112之间设置有用于与所述抵靠部322抵靠配合的抵靠面。具体的,本实施例中,所述调节垫块31的第一端3111的端面凹陷设有为第一凹槽3121,所述通孔311的开口形成于第一凹槽3121的槽底,第一凹槽3121的槽底为所述抵靠面,本具体实施例中,所述抵靠面只有一个。
所述连接件32的抵靠部322位于容置腔101内,连接杆部321经侧向开口11伸出以安装所述固定架20。具体的,所述螺栓的螺帽位于容置腔101内,其螺杆经侧向开口11伸出以安装所述固定架20。
所述安装架10与固定架20的安装间隔(也即安装架10与墙面之间的距离)的调节是通过所述连接件32的抵靠部322抵靠于所述安装架10的所述安装壁或所述调节垫块31的抵靠面来实现的。具体的,如图3(A)和图3(B)所示,所述连接件32的抵靠部322(即螺栓的螺帽)抵靠于所述调节垫块31的抵靠面上,定义该连接状态为第一连接状态。如图4所示,所述连接件32的抵靠部322(即螺栓的螺帽)抵靠于所述安装架10的所述安装壁上,定义该连接状态为第二连接状态。
如图3所示,处于第一连接状态时,所述连接件32的连接杆部321穿设于调节垫块31的通孔311内,所述抵靠部322抵触于调节垫块31的抵靠面上,所述连接杆部321经安装架10的侧向开口11穿出并连接于固定架20上。该状态下,连接件32的连接杆部321具有穿设于调节垫块31内的隐藏段和外露于安装架10的连接段。
如图4所示,处于第二连接状态时,所述连接件32脱离调节垫块31,其抵靠部322抵触于安装架10的安装壁上,所述连接杆部321穿出安装架10的侧向开口11并固定连接于固定架20上。该状态下,能够在原本第一连接状态的基础上一次性增加隐藏段的范围。
本实施方案提供的结构,连接件32的连接杆部321具有穿设于调节垫块31内的隐藏段,在需要加长安装架10与墙面之间距离时,拆除调节垫块31,使连接件32在原伸出安装架10的长度基础上增加了隐藏段的长度,使单根较长的连接件32也能够同时满足安装架10与墙面之间短间距和长间距的装配,同时更有效的增大安装架10与墙面之间距离。节约产品成本,轻松切换长度,提升安装效率。
具体的,本实施例中,所述通孔311除了轴向的两端具有开口之外,在径 向方向上还延伸至调节垫块31的下表面形成缺口,如此设置,在进行切换操作时,不需要先将连接杆部321整体抽出,如将图3(A)和图3(B)所示的第一连接状态和如图4所示的第二连接状态进行切换的具体操作方式为:由第一连接状态切换至第二连接状态时,直接解除连接件32与调节垫块31的连接,使抵靠部322不抵触于调节垫块31上,即在图3(A)的基础上将连接件32向左移动一段距离,如此,调节垫块31可以直接向上取出,取出时调节垫块31的下表面形成的缺口起到让位的作用;然后旋紧连接件32,使抵靠部322抵触于安装架10的安装壁上,最后再将调节垫块31插入容置腔101内,即得到如图4所示的第二连接状态。相反的,需要再切换回第一连接状态,先取出调节垫块31,将连接件32在图4的基础上向左移动一段距离,以容许调节垫块31放入,再将调节垫块31插入容置腔101内,过程中,连接杆部321经调节垫块31的下表面的缺口进入通孔311,然后再调整连接件32,使抵靠部322抵触于调节垫块31上即可。无需将连接件32完全拆除,操作简便。当然的,在其它实施例中,通孔311也可以只是具有两端开口的孔结构。
作为本实施例中的一种更优选的方案,本实施例中,所述连接件32的连接杆部321与固定架20的连接位置是可调的。使得通过调整连接杆部321与固定架20之间的连接位置,也能够调整安装架10与墙面的距离。
具体的,所述固定架20上设置有用于连接所述连接杆部321的连接部221,连接部221上开设螺孔222,作为连接杆部321的螺杆螺接于连接部221上的螺孔222内,采用螺接结构,通过二者之间的相对旋转(如旋转螺栓)即可轻松调节连接杆部321与固定架20的连接位置。当然的,在其他实施例中,也可以采用其他类型的连接配合方式来实现,如多段卡接的方式,即在连接件32的连接杆部321上沿其长度方向设置多个卡接头(未示出),并通过不同位置的卡接 头与固定架20实现固定卡接等。
如图3(A)中,连接件32的连接杆部321穿设于调节垫块31内的隐藏段的长度a为25mm,外露于安装架10的连接段的长度b为90mm;而固定架20的贴设于墙面的本体厚度d为5mm,固定架20上的所述连接部221所伸出的最大距离c为45mm,安装架10与墙面的最小距离(当连接件32抵触于固定架20上时)即为90mm+5mm=95mm;连接件32与固定架20之间可调节距离为0-45mm的范围,因此可得出,该状态下,安装架10与墙面之间的距离可在95mm-140mm之间范围进行调节,该140mm的范围为安装架10与墙面的最小距离95mm加上最大调节距离45mm得来。
若需要再加长安装架10与墙面之间的距离,则可切换至图4中的第二连接状态,该状态下,所述连接件32脱离调节垫块31,其抵靠部322抵触于安装架10的安装壁上,安装架10与墙面之间的距离能够在第一连接状态时的调节范围内一次性增加隐藏段的25mm的范围,即在该状态下,安装架10与墙面之间的距离可在120mm-165mm之间范围进行调节。能够有效加长在单根连接件32情况下安装架10与墙面之间的调节范围,无需配备多根不同长度的连接件32进行切换,节约产品成本,轻松切换长度,提升安装效率。
再具体的,为方便旋转螺栓的操作,本实施例中,定义安装架10开设有侧向开口11的安装壁为第一安装壁,图3(A)中安装架10的右侧壁,与该第一安装壁相对的安装壁为第二安装壁,图3(A)中安装架10的左侧壁,所述第二安装壁上开设有与第一安装壁的侧向开口11相对应(也是与调节垫块31的通孔311相对应)的操作开口12。螺丝刀可在操作开口12处插入进而与螺栓的螺帽相配合,进行旋转螺栓,操作更简便。当然的,在其他实施例中,也可以无需设置操作开口12的结构进行操作螺栓动作,如将固定架20的连接部221设 置成可旋转的,通过连接部221的旋转进行调节与螺栓的配合等。
再具体的,还包括螺母33,所述螺母33螺接于螺栓位于安装架10外侧的螺杆段并抵触于安装架10的安装壁(即上述的第一安装壁)上。通过螺栓的螺帽和螺母33的夹持共同固定所述螺栓,结构简单,便于实现。同样的,需要拆装螺栓时,需要相应的操作螺母,如需要将螺栓取出时,在取出前需要旋出螺母,此为公知常识,在此不在重复描述。当然的,在其他实施例中,也可以采用其他结构进行固定螺栓。
本实施例中,所述安装架10在容置腔101的上方开设有安装开口(未标示出),所述侧向开口11还向上延伸至贯通所述安装开口。如此设置,只要将装配状态的调节垫块31和连接件32整体的上移取出或下移放入即可,结构简单,操作简便,从而便上述连接组件的装卸操作。
具体的,本实施例中,安装架10的容置腔101为方形腔体,所述调节垫块31的外形为一立方块,以配合方形管件的方形容置腔的装配。所述调节垫块31的第一端3111的端面凹陷设置的第一凹槽3121,能够使连接件32的抵靠部322容置于第一凹槽3121内而不凸出于调节垫块31的第一端3111的端面,使调节垫块31能够完全配合于容置腔101内。
由此可见,作为本实施例的一种应用场合,该结构可以被适用于开设在安装架10的顶部位置。这种情况下,本实施例的上述调节垫块31既可以作为用于调节螺栓外露长度的部件使用,使之具有安装功能上的优点,还可以作为用于堵塞安装架10的管架的堵头的部件使用,使之兼具有封堵保护功能及外观美观的优点。
进一步优选的,本实施例中,所述调节垫块31的第二端3112的端面凹陷设有为第二凹槽3122,所述通孔311的开口形成于第二凹槽的3122槽底。该第 二凹槽3122的设置优点在于:处于第二连接状态下,第二凹槽3122可以让位连接件32的抵靠部322,如此,调节垫块31在第二连接状态下也能够放置于容置腔101内,实现调节垫块的存放以及作为堵头的保护作用,如图4所示。待后续切换回第一连接状态时进行使用。当然的,在其他实施例中,调节垫块31的结构不局限于此。
进一步的,本实施例中,所述固定架20呈L型结构,包括第一连接板21和与该第一连接板21相垂直的第二连接板22,所述第一连接板21上开设有用于连接墙面的装配孔211,并通过该装配孔211与固定件(未示出)的配合实现固定于墙面上。所述连接件32的连接杆部连接于第二连接板上,即上述设有螺孔222的连接部221设置于第二连接板22上,结构简单。当然的,在其他实施例中,固定架20的结构不局限于此。
实施例二
参照图6至图9所示,本实施例提供的另一种能够加长调节范围的固定机构的实施例,与上述实施例一的结构不同的是:该实施例的固定机构通常较为适用在安装架的非上下端开口的位置,为安装架10的中间位置。
本实施例中,所述侧向开口11开设于安装架10的立柱管的中部位置,开设侧向开口11的安装壁上还开设有供调节垫块31穿设的安装窗口13,所述安装窗口13与所述侧向开口11相连通。
所述调节垫块31为一圆柱形套垫,本实施例的连接件32仍为螺栓,所述连接件32的连接杆部321(即螺栓的螺杆)直接穿设于调节垫块31的通孔311内,其抵靠部322(即螺栓的螺帽)直接抵靠于调节垫块31的第一端的端面。即调节垫块31的抵靠面即为调节垫块31的第一端的端面,且只有一个抵靠面。
同样的,本实施例仍采用螺母33螺接于螺栓位于安装架10外侧的螺杆段并抵触于安装架10的安装壁,实现固接。
该种结构的设置,由图8所示的第一连接状态切换至图9的第二连接状态时,先解除连接件32的连接杆部321与固定架20的连接,旋出螺母;整体移动连接组件,使调节垫块31对应安装窗口13,然后再经安装窗口13取出进行实施连接件32与调节垫块31的分离操作;然后再将连接件32的抵靠部322对准安装窗口13插入,再移动至侧向开口11的位置,使抵靠部322抵靠于连接壁上,连接杆部321经侧向开口11伸出以依次连接螺母和固定架20,形成图9的第二连接状态。反之,由图9的第二连接状态切换至图8所示的第一连接状态时,同样的先依次接触连接杆部321与固定架20的连接以及连接杆部321与螺母33的连接,移动连接件32使抵靠部322对准安装窗口13取出;然后将连接件32的连接杆部321穿入调节垫块31的通孔311内,其抵靠部322抵靠于调节垫块31的抵靠面;然后经安装窗口13插入,使调节垫块31放置于容置腔101内,再移动至侧向开口11的位置,使调节垫块31的第二端抵触于安装壁上,连接杆部321经侧向开口11伸出以依次连接螺母和固定架20,形成图8的第一连接状态。
作为进一步优选的,本实施例中,所述安装窗口13位于侧向开口11的上方位置,拆卸取出时,需要人为的施加外力向上提,才能将连接组件对准上方的安装窗口13,进而取出;不易脱位。
上述实施例一和实施例二所公开的结构中,连接件32的连接杆部321与固定架20的连接位置可调的,在其他实施例中,也可以是固定不可调的。
上述实施例一和实施例二所公开的结构中,所述调节垫块31的抵触面只有一个,且连接件32均采用螺栓替代。当然的,在其他实施例中,不局限于此。 也可以是,连接件32的连接杆部321和抵靠部322是可拆分的,如连接杆部321为一直杆段,连接杆部321上开设有在其径向方向延伸的销孔,抵靠部322为插销件;而调节垫块31自第一端3111至第二端3112开设有多个连通所述通孔311并与通孔311相垂直的插孔,连接杆部321可活动的穿设于调节垫块31的通孔311内,且移动至不同位置时,连接杆部321上的销孔可对应不同位置的插孔,然后再将插销件插入相对应的插孔和销孔内实现连接杆部321的固定。如此设置,连接杆部321隐藏于调节垫块31内的隐藏段的长度是可改变的,实现更多段的调整,该结构中,多个插孔的壁面即为调节垫块31的多个抵靠面。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本实用新型,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本实用新型的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本实用新型做出各种变化,均为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种能够加长调节范围的固定机构,包括安装架、用于固定至墙面的固定架以及固定连接安装架和固定架的连接组件,其特征在于:所述安装架具有容置腔以及所述安装架的其中一个安装壁开设有连通至所述容置腔的侧向开口,所述固定组件包括连接件和调节垫块,其中:
    所述连接件具有一连接杆部和设置于连接杆部上的抵靠部,其中所述抵靠部的最大外径大于所述连接杆部的外径;
    所述调节垫块能够可拆卸的装配于安装架的容置腔,定义所述调节垫块背离所述侧向开口的一端为第一端,朝向所述侧向开口的一端为第二端,所述调节垫块在第一端或所述第一端和第二端之间设置有用于与所述抵靠部抵靠配合的抵靠面,以及所述调节垫块具有一仅能供所述连接杆部而不能供所述的抵靠部穿过通孔,所述抵靠面为至少一个;
    所述连接件的抵靠部位于容置腔内,连接杆部经侧向开口伸出以安装所述固定架,所述安装架与固定架的安装间隔的调节是通过所述连接件的抵靠部抵靠于所述安装架的所述安装壁或所述调节垫块的其中一抵靠面来实现的。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的能够加长调节范围的固定机构,其特征在于:所述抵靠面是多个,分别处于所述调节垫块在所述第一端和第二端之间的不同位置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的能够加长调节范围的固定机构,其特征在于:所述连接件的连接杆部与固定架的连接位置可调。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的能够加长调节范围的固定机构,其特征在于:所述连接件为螺栓,所述螺栓的螺杆即为所述连接杆部,所述螺栓的螺帽即为所述抵靠部;所述固定架上设有螺孔,所述螺栓的螺杆螺接固定于固定架上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的能够加长调节范围的固定机构,其特征在于:还包括螺母,所述螺母螺接于螺栓位于安装架外侧的螺杆段并抵触于安装架的安装壁上。
