本申请涉及雾化器技术领域,具体是涉及一种雾化杯组件及雾化器。
背景技术
呼吸系统疾病治疗方法中,雾化吸入治疗是一种重要且有效的治疗方法。雾化吸入治疗是采用雾化器将药液雾化成微小液滴,患者通过呼吸将药物吸入呼吸道和肺部,药液在呼吸道或肺部沉积,从而达到无痛、迅速、有效治疗的目的。
雾化吸入治疗常采用空气压缩式雾化器,而现有的空气压缩式雾化器存在出雾颗粒不均匀且雾化的微小液滴小于5微米以下的占比较小,达不到较好的雾化效果,从而无法达到预期的治疗效果。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种雾化杯组件及雾化器,以解决现有技术中雾化器出雾颗粒不均匀且雾化的微小液滴小于5微米以下的占比较小的技术问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请提供的第一个技术方案为:提供一种雾化杯组件,包括盖体和杯体;所述盖体的一端形成出雾口;所述盖体具有进气通道,所述进气通道的一端设置于所述盖体的侧壁且连通外界;杯体具有储液腔,所述储液腔的敞口端与所述盖体的另一端连接。
其中,所述盖体包括相互连接的杯盖和杯身;所述杯盖的一端形成所述出雾口,所述杯身具有所述进气通道;所述进气通道包括相互连通的第一子进气通道和第二子进气通道,所述第一子进气通道的一端设置于所述杯身的侧壁上且连通外界,所述出雾口和所述第二子进 气通道分别设置于所述第一子进气通道相对的两侧。

本申请的有益效果:区别于现有技术,本申请雾化杯组件包括盖体和杯体;盖体的一端形成出雾口;盖体具有进气通道,进气通道的一端设置于盖体的侧壁且连通外界;杯体具有储液腔,储液腔的敞口端与盖体的另一端连接。通过上述设置,使得所有液滴的出雾路径一致,且杯体阻挡掉大部分大颗粒液滴,使得经出雾口喷出的微小液滴中小颗粒占比更多。

雾化器包括雾化杯组件1和雾化主机2。雾化杯组件1和雾化主机2可以为一体设置,也可以为可拆卸连接。在本实施例中,雾化杯组件1和雾化主机2为可拆卸连接,且雾化杯组件1与雾化主机2直接连接,使得雾化杯组件1与雾化主机2之间不需要引入额外的导管即可实现可拆卸连接,减小雾化器的体积,使用更加方便。
具体地,雾化杯组件1的外壁面上设置有凸起,雾化主机2的外壁面上设置有滑槽,滑槽中设置有限位块;将雾化杯组件1上的凸起对准雾化主机2上的滑槽插入,旋转雾化杯组件1或雾化主机2,使凸起被滑槽中的限位块限位,实现雾化杯组件1和雾化主机2的固定,进而实现雾化杯组件1和雾化主机2的可拆卸连接。可以理解的是,也可以在雾化主机2的外壁面上设置有凸起,雾化杯组件1的外壁面上设置有滑槽,滑槽中设置有限位块,实现雾化杯组件1和雾化主机2的可拆卸连接;也可以采用磁吸的方式实现雾化杯组件1和雾化主机2的可拆卸连接;只需实现雾化杯组件1和雾化主机2的可拆卸连接即可,具体实施方式不做限定。
请参阅图2,是本申请提供的雾化主机的分解结构示意图。
雾化主机2包括本体20、本体盖21、出气管22、气泵23、电路板24和电池25。通过使用电池25供电,使得雾化器不需要接入220V的交流电,使用更加灵活,且便于外带使用。
本体20与本体盖21通过卡扣结构固定在一起,本体20和本体盖21配合形成安装腔200,气泵23、电路板24和电池25设置于安装腔200中。气泵23、电路板24和电池25同轴设置,且电路板24设置于气泵23和电池25之间,气泵23、电路板24和电池25之间互相电连接。出气管22固定于本体20,且其一端与气泵23的出气口连通,另一端用于连通雾化杯组件1。
本体20靠近雾化杯组件1的端部形成连接座203,连接座203用于实现雾化主机2与雾化杯组件1的可拆卸连接。连接座203上设 置有通孔204,通孔204与气泵23的进气口连通;通孔204的孔壁上固定有滤芯盖205,滤芯盖205与气泵23的进气口之间设置有进气滤芯206。
在气泵23的两端分别设置有减震棉231,填充气泵23与本体20和本体盖21侧壁之间的空隙,辅助固定气泵23,且减缓气泵23工作传递给本体20和本体盖21的震感,提高用户手握雾化主机2的舒适感,进而提高用户使用雾化器的体验感。
本体20的侧壁上设置有安装槽201,用于安装开关按钮202,开关按钮202与电路板24电连接。本体盖21的侧壁上设置有USB接口,USB接口与电路板24和电池25电连接,用于给电池25充电。

雾化杯组件1包括盖体10、杯体14、导气管15、导水套16和撞针17。
盖体10的一端形成出雾口110;盖体10具有进气通道13,进气通道13的一端设置于盖体10的侧壁且连通外界。杯体14具有储液腔141,储液腔141的敞口端与盖体10的另一端连接。具体地,盖体10包括相互连接的杯盖11和杯身12;杯盖11、杯身12、杯体14同轴设置,杯身12设置于杯盖11和杯体14之间。待雾化药液放置于杯体14中,可以理解的是,杯盖11和杯身12可以是一体成型,也可以通过黏胶、卡扣等方式固定在一起,具体根据需要进行设计。
杯盖11的一端形成出雾口110,杯身12的端部与杯盖11的另一端连接;杯身12包括侧壁,侧壁为环形结构,侧壁围设形成的空腔120与出雾口110连通;可以理解的是,出雾口110的延伸方向与雾化杯组件1的长度方向相同。
杯身12具有进气通道13,进气通道13的一端设置于杯身12的侧壁上且连通外界,另一端设置于杯身12的侧壁形成的空腔120中; 进气通道13连通外界的一端的延伸方向与出雾口110的延伸方向垂直。具体地,进气通道13包括相互连通的第一子进气通道131和第二子进气通道132;第一子进气通道131的一端设置于杯身12的侧壁上且连通外界,另一端与第二子进气通道132连通;第二子进气通道132设置于杯身12的侧壁形成的空腔120中,第二子进气通道132的一端与第一子进气通道131连通;第一子进气通道131与第二子进气通道132之间形成夹角,夹角为70-90度;出雾口110和第二子进气通道132分别设置于第一子进气通道131相对的两侧。本实施例中,第一子进气通道131的延伸方向与第二子进气通道132的延伸方向垂直;第一子进气通道131的延伸方向与出雾口110的延伸方向垂直。
可以理解的是,进气通道13可以是与杯身12一体成型,也可以通过设置管道形成进气通道13,具体根据需要进行选择;优选,一体成型。
通过将第一子进气通道131设置为一端与外界连通,另一端与第二子进气通道132连通,第二子进气通道132设置于杯身12的侧壁形成的空腔120中,使得第一子进气通道131和第二子进气通道132形成的进气通道13连通外界与杯身12形成的空腔120,进而连通出雾口110;将出雾口110的延伸方向设置为与第一子进气通道131的延伸方向垂直,使得通过进气通道13进入空腔120中的气体携带雾化好的液滴直通杯盖11的顶部出气,所有液滴的出雾路径一致,且杯身12和进气通道13的侧壁阻挡掉大部分大颗粒液滴,使得经出雾口110喷出的微小液滴中小颗粒占比更多。
在一实施方式中,雾化杯组件1还包括通气盖18,通气盖18盖设于进气通道13的端部,即通气盖18设置于杯身且覆盖第一子进气通道131用于连接外界的端部;通气盖18上设置有多个通孔181,使进气通道13与外界连通。进一步,在通气盖18靠近进气通道13的一侧设置有单向通气件19,即在通气盖18靠近第一子进气通道131的一侧设置有单向通气件19,外界气体通过通气盖18上的通孔181,再经单向通气件19的中心通孔191进入进气通道13;也就是说,单向通气件19允许外界气体进入第一子进气通道131,限制第一子进 气通道131中的气体通过通气盖18流出。单向通气件19的材质为硅胶,也可以由其他材质制成,只需使得气体单向从外界进入第一子进气通道131即可。
为了实现对进入雾化杯组件1中气体量的调节,将通气盖18与第一子进气通道131用于连接外界的端部设置为旋转连接。具体地,第一子进气通道131靠近单向通气件19的端部的侧壁上设置有缺口1311,通气盖18上设置有遮挡片182,遮挡片182与缺口1311配合设置。通气盖18上的遮挡片12的数量、结构、尺寸与第一进气通道131上的缺口1311的数量、结构、尺寸配合设置。可以理解的是,通过上述设置,外界气体通过通气盖18上的通孔181后,部分气体经过单向通气件19的中心通孔191后进入第一子进气通道131,部分气体不经过单向通气件19的中心通孔191而是直接从缺口1311处进入第一子进气通道131;旋转通气盖18调节遮挡片182遮挡缺口1311的面积,调节缺口1311暴露大小,从而调节进气量。
遮挡片182将缺口1311完全遮挡,外界气体通过通气盖18上的通孔181后,必须通过单向通气件19的中心通孔191才能进入第一子通气管131,进气量较小,相应的雾化量较小,噪声小;旋转通气盖18,使得遮挡片182未完全遮挡缺口1311,外界气体通过通气盖18上的通孔181后,部分通过单向通气件19的中心通孔191进入第一子进气通道131,部分通过缺口1311直接进入第一子进气通道131,缺口1311被遮挡的面积越小,进气量越大,相应的雾化量越大,噪音较大。通过旋转通气盖18调节进气量的方式操作简单,不同于现有的雾化器的大、中、小三个档位,进气量可以分为更多档位,可以根据需要进行选择,便于各个年龄段的使用者使用。
第一子进气通道131和第二子进气通道132的截面可以是圆形、椭圆形、方形等其他形状,具体根据需要进行设计。在本实施例中,第一子进气通道131和第二子进气通道132的截面均为圆形,第一子进气通道131的截面直径不小于10mm,否则雾化量很小,影响使用者的使用体验感。
在一实施方式中,第一子进气通道131为多个,多个第一子进气 通道131均与第二子进气通道132连通,且多个第一子进气通道131围绕第二子进气通道132对称设置,保证进气气流平衡。多个第一子进气通道131进气时的总进气截面积至少与单个第一子进气通道131(第一子进气通道131的截面均为圆形,且其直径不小于10mm)的截面积相等。可以理解的是,单个第一子进气通道131进气较多个第一子进气通道131,对液滴产生的阻挡面积更小,使得出雾液滴的颗粒更加均匀。
继续参见图4,杯体14形成有储液腔141和连接腔142;储液腔141用于储存待雾化药液,储液腔141的敞口端与杯身12的端部连接;连接腔142的腔壁用于与雾化主机2实现可拆卸连接。杯身12与杯体14为可拆卸连接,便于将待雾化药液装入储液腔141中,杯身12和杯体14通过卡扣、磁吸或其他方式连接。导气管15设置于储液腔141的底壁上;具体地,导气管15与杯体14可以是一体成型,也可以是通过黏胶等方式固定在一起。导气管15一端位于储液腔141中,且与空腔120连通;另一端位于连接腔142中,用于与雾化主机2中的出气管22连通。导水套16套设于导气管15上,导气管15与导水套16之间界定形成导液通道150,且导液通道150与储液腔141连通;可以理解的是,导水套16的内侧面与导气管15的外侧面贴合设置。撞针17设置于第二子进气通道132内;具体地,撞针17设置于进气通道的侧壁上,即撞针17固定于第一子进气通道131和/或第二子进气通道132的侧壁上,根据需要进行设计。导气管15和导水套16靠近杯身12的一端与撞针17间隔设置,使导气管15中出来的气体和导液通道150中出来的待雾化药液高速撞击撞针17从而实现雾化。

在一实施方式中,导气管15与杯体14一体成型;导气管15的材质为塑胶,导水套16的材质为硅胶;导气管15的外侧面上设置有第一凹槽151,第一凹槽151与导水套16配合形成导液通道150。在塑胶材质的导气管15上开槽,与硅胶材质的导水套16配合限定形成 导液通道150,可以使得导液通道150的位置和尺寸更加准确。
请参阅图8,是本申请提供的雾化杯组件第一实施例中导气管与导水套的装配示意图。
在另一实施方式中,导气管15包括第一子导气管152和第二子导气管153,第二子导气管153套设于第一子导气管152外;第一子导气管152的材质为塑胶,第二子导气管153的材质为硅胶,第一子导气管152与杯体14一体成型。导水套16材质为塑胶,导水套16套设于第二子导气管153外;导水套16的内侧面上设置有第二凹槽,第二凹槽与第二子导气管153配合形成导液通道150。可以理解的是,第一子导气管152的外侧面与第二子导气管153内侧面贴合设置,第二子导气管153外侧面与导水套16的内侧面贴合设置。第一子导气管152的截面尺寸一致;第二子导气管153分为第一区域和第二区域,第二区域位于第二子导气管153远离储液腔141底壁的一端,第二子导气管153在第一区域中的截面尺寸一致,第二子导气管153在第二区域中的截面尺寸在远离储液腔141底壁的方向上逐渐减小;第一子导气管152的长度与第二子导气管153第一区域的长度相同。气体经塑胶材质的第一子导气管152后进入硅胶材质的第二子导气管153的第二区域,再经硅胶材质的第二子导气管153的端部射出,由于从第二子导气管153的端部射出可以减震(硅胶可以减震),从而减少噪声;第一子导气管152用于支持第二子导气管153,即塑胶材质的第一子导气管152对硅胶材质的第二子导气管153起支撑作用。塑胶材质的导水套16上开槽,与硅胶材质的第二子导气管153配合形成的导液通道150,可以使得导液通道150的位置和尺寸更加准确。
在又一实施方式中,导气管15与杯体14一体成型,导气管15的材质为塑胶,导水套16的材质为塑胶,导气管15和导水套16中的至少一者上设置有凹陷,即导气管15和导水套16中的至少一个的侧面上设置有凹陷,从而使得导气管15和导水套16之间界定形成导液通道150。也就是说,在导气管15的外侧面上设置有凹陷,导水套16与导气管15配合形成导液通道150;或,在导水套16的内侧面上设置有凹陷,导水套16与导气管15配合形成导液通道150;或, 在导气管15的外侧面上设置有凹陷,在导水套16的内侧面上设置有凹陷,导气管15上的凹陷与导水套16上的凹陷对齐,导水套16与导气管15配合形成导液通道150,具体根据需要进行选择。

导水套16远离导水管15的一端设置有挡圈结构161,挡圈结构161与导水套16同轴设置。挡圈结构161包括挡圈1611和连接件1612,连接件1612的一端与导水套16的侧壁连接,另一端与挡圈1611连接;即,挡圈1611通过连接件1612固定于导水套16上形成挡圈结构161。在本实施中,挡圈1611为圆环,连接件1612为片状。

气泵23泵气从导气管15顶部的导气小孔出来以后,由于文丘里效应,导气小孔周围形成负压,负压把杯体14的储液腔141底部的药液从导水套16与导气管15配合形成的导液通道150吸上来,吸上的药液与导气管15出来的高速气流汇合一起冲向撞针17,在高速撞击下,液滴变成雾化颗粒向周围飞溅,经由杯身12和导水套16上挡圈结构161阻挡掉大部分大颗粒,雾化颗粒上升,再经出雾口110喷出微小颗粒。使用者通过抽吸,使外界气体通过进气通道13进入杯身12形成的空腔120中,携带雾化颗粒到达出雾口110完成雾化治疗过程。
请参阅图11和图12,图11是本申请提供的雾化杯组件第二实施例的截面示意图,图12是本申请提供的雾化杯组件第二实施例中导水套和撞针的结构示意图。
在第二实施例中,雾化杯组件1的结构与第一实施例中的结构基本相同,不同之处在于导水套16和撞针17的连接关系不同。
在第二实施例中,雾化杯组件1包括杯盖11、杯身12、杯体14、导气管15、导水套16和撞针17。杯盖11、杯身12、杯体14、导气管15、导水套16之间的设置方式和杯身12具有的进气通道13的结构与第一实施例中相同,以及导气管15和导水套16配合形成导液通 道150的设置方式与第一实施例中相同,不再赘述。
导水套16的结构与第一实施例相同,不同之处在于撞针17通过支架162固定于导水套16上,使得导水套16和导水管15靠近撞针17的一端与撞针17之间的距离更加精确,且提高导水套16和导水管15与撞针17的同轴度,进而使得撞针17和水气出口的偏差在可控的范围内。导水套16、支架162和撞针17彼此之间一体成型,也可以通过黏胶等方式固定在一起;可选的,支架162和撞针17一体成型;优选,导水套16、支架162和撞针17一体成型。
本申请雾化杯组件包括盖体和杯体;盖体的一端形成出雾口;盖体具有进气通道,进气通道的一端设置于盖体的侧壁且连通外界;杯体具有储液腔,储液腔的敞口端与盖体的另一端连接。通过上述设置,使得所有液滴的出雾路径一致,且杯体阻挡掉大部分大颗粒液滴,使得经出雾口喷出的微小液滴中小颗粒占比更多。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种雾化杯组件,其中,包括:
    盖体,所述盖体的一端形成出雾口;所述盖体具有进气通道,所述进气通道的一端设置于所述盖体的侧壁且连通外界;
    杯体,具有储液腔,所述储液腔的敞口端与所述盖体的另一端连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化杯组件,其中,所述盖体包括相互连接的杯盖和杯身;所述杯盖的一端形成所述出雾口,所述杯身具有所述进气通道;所述进气通道包括相互连通的第一子进气通道和第二子进气通道,所述第一子进气通道的一端设置于所述杯身的侧壁上且连通外界,所述出雾口和所述第二子进气通道分别设置于所述第一子进气通道相对的两侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化杯组件,其中,所述第一子进气通道的截面为圆形,所述第一子进气通道的截面直径不小于10mm。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化杯组件,其中,所述第一子进气通道为多个,多个所述第一子进气通道均与所述第二子进气通道连通。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化杯组件,其中,还包括通气盖,所述通气盖盖设于所述进气通道的端部;所述通气盖上设置有多个通孔,使所述进气通道与外界连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化杯组件,其中,所述通气盖靠近所述进气通道的一侧设置有单向通气件,所述单向通气件允许外界气体进入所述进气通道。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化杯组件,其中,所述第一子进气通道靠近所述单向通气件的端部设置有缺口,所述通气盖上设置有遮挡片,所述遮挡片与所述缺口配合设置,旋转所述通气盖调节所述遮挡片遮挡所述缺口的面积以调节进气量。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化杯组件,其中,还包括:
    导气管,所述导气管设置于所述储液腔的底壁上;
    导水套,所述导水套套设于所述导气管上,所述导气管与所述导水套之间界定形成导液通道,且所述导液通道与所述储液腔连通。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化杯组件,其中,所述导气管的材质为塑胶,所述导水套的材质为硅胶,所述导气管设置有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽与所述导水套配合形成所述导液通道。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化杯组件,其中,所述导气管包括第一子导气管和第二子导气管,所述第二子导气管套设于所述第一子导气管外;所述第一子导气管的材质为塑胶,所述第二子导气管的材质为硅胶;所述导水套材质为塑胶;所述导水套设置有第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽与所述第二子导气管配合形成所述导液通道。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化杯组件,其中,所述导气管的材质为塑胶,所述导水套的材质为塑胶,所述导气管和所述导水套中的至少一者上设置有凹陷,从而使得所述导气管和所述导水套之间界定形成所述导液通道。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化杯组件,其中,所述雾化杯组件还包括撞针,所述导气管和所述导水套靠近所述杯身的一端与所述撞针间隔设置。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的雾化杯组件,其中,所述撞针通过支架固定于所述导水套上,所述支架与所述导水套一体成型。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的雾化杯组件,其中,所述撞针固定于所述进气通道的侧壁上。
  15. 一种雾化器,其中,包括雾化杯组件和雾化主机;所述雾化杯组件为权利要求1所述的雾化杯组件。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的雾化器,其中,所述雾化杯组件与所述雾化主机为可拆卸连接,且所述雾化杯组件与所述雾化主机直接连接。
