LED显示屏(LED display)是一种平板显示器,由一个个小的LED模块面板组成,用来显示文字、图像、视频、录像信号等各种信息的设备。现有的显示屏按照大小可大致分为两种,一种为大型显示屏,一般固定墙上面向街道,投放广告等信息。一种为小型显示屏,广泛应用于各种电子设备,而在一些特定的使用场景中,如商旅过程中,需要临时搭设场地演示相关信息,则小屏显示的效果不能满足实际需要,大型显示屏又不便于移动。
为了使大型显示屏便于搬运和收纳,现有技术中将多个显示单元上下铰接,拼接成一个可折叠的显示屏。使用时可以将其展开,由多个显示单元组成一整块显示面进行显示。展开后,因为仅固定最上面的一个显示单元,其他显示单元一个接一个向下展开,导致折叠屏幕的纵向拉力过大,屏幕组件容易损坏。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述现有技术中折叠屏幕的纵向拉力过大容易损坏的技术问题,提出一种提高折叠屏幕稳定性的抗拉力结构及显示装置。

图5、图6展示的为第三实施例,限位座3的上下两端面设有通孔可穿过加强筋线1,限位座3内设有连通上下的通孔沿纵向设置的滑槽32,滑槽32的上下两端设置穿过加强筋线1的间隙,加强筋线1从通孔中穿过,并竖直穿过滑槽32上下端面的间隙,定位块2安装在滑槽32内可以通过加强筋线1拉动其上下滑动。向上拉动加强筋线1时,定位块2向上运动顶在滑槽32的顶壁上为限位座3提供支撑力。通过在限位座3内设置滑槽32的方式能够将定位块2隐藏在滑槽内,防止异物卡入。并且是外观更加简洁美观。
实施例1、3中,屏幕折叠时,两块相邻的显示单元51内折和两块相邻的显示单元51外折的加强钢丝为一组,两块相邻的显示单元外折时钢丝所需弯折长度自动由内折钢丝补给,自动保证折叠顺畅。
如图7、图8具体展示了第三实施例屏幕折叠状态的示意图,在屏幕折叠时内折的两块的显示单元51与外折的两块显示单元51的定位块2位于滑槽内的不同位置,保证折叠顺畅。如图8所示,图中位于最上方的显示单元的定位块2位于滑槽32的中间,自动补给加强钢丝给中间的显示单元。中间与最下方的 显示单元在折叠过程中,位于中间位置的显示单元的定位块2自动滑至滑槽32的下端,最下方的显示单元的定位块2自动滑至滑槽32的上端,为两块显示单元向外折叠提供余量的加强钢丝,从而自动保证折叠顺畅。
实施例2中,屏幕折叠时,通过提拉装置来释放加强钢丝,即可避免影响屏幕的折叠动作。
如图9所示,在实施例3中,加强筋线1为了便于安装,可以由多根子加强筋线12首尾扣接组成,子加强筋线的端部设有扣接座13,两根子加强筋线12端部的扣接座13扣接在一起形成一个定位块2。
筋线的材质具体可以选用钢丝,子加强钢丝首尾的扣接座呈长方体状,其一侧带有半圆形缺口。扣接时,位于下方的子加强钢丝的扣接座13上的半圆形缺口与位于上方的子加强钢丝的钢丝部分扣接,位于上方的子加强钢丝的扣接座13上的半圆形缺口与位于下方的子加强钢丝的钢丝部分扣接,使扣接座上下重叠组成定位块2,从而便于加强筋线的安装,同时应用在第三实施例中可以通过滑槽限位。且这种方式使加强钢丝的余量变多,在屏幕折叠时也可以拆分加强钢丝,同时子加强钢丝两端的扣接座还是位于滑槽内,安装时也更加方便。
提拉装置4的具体一个实施例包括:提拉板41、提拉钢丝42、钢丝卷筒和电机。提拉板41连接两根提拉钢丝42使提拉板41保持水平,同时提拉板41横向连接所有加强筋线1顶端,使每根加强筋线1受力均匀且高度一致。电机和钢丝卷筒安装在支撑架6上,电机可以带动钢丝卷筒收紧和释放提拉钢丝,带动提拉板向上运动或者向下运动,即向上拉紧加强筋线或向下释放加强筋线。
本发明还提出一种显示装置,包括折叠屏幕和上述的抗拉力结构。通过该抗拉力结构使折叠屏幕在展开时受力均匀,防止损坏。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种提高折叠屏幕稳定性的抗拉力结构,其特征在于,包括:贴紧折叠屏幕背面沿纵向设置的多条加强筋线,连接加强筋线顶部可向上拉动加强筋线的提拉装置,每条所述加强筋线上设有多个定位块,所述折叠屏幕的背面设有多个配合定位块的限位座,折叠屏幕展开时通过提拉装置向上拉动加强筋线时所述定位块与所述限位座配合为折叠屏幕提供向上的支撑力。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的提高折叠屏幕稳定性的抗拉力结构,其特征在于,所述折叠屏幕由多个显示单元上下铰接组成,每块所述显示单元的背面都横向间隔设有多个限位座,所述加强筋线上的一个定位块对应一个限位座。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的提高折叠屏幕稳定性的抗拉力结构,其特征在于,所述限位座内设有供所述定位块上下滑动的滑槽,所述定位块安装在所述滑槽内。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的提高折叠屏幕稳定性的抗拉力结构,其特征在于,所述定位块位于与其所对应的所述限位座的下方,向上拉动加强筋线时所述定位块顶在所述限位座的底面。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的提高折叠屏幕稳定性的抗拉力结构,其特征在于,所述定位块与限位座之间连接副加强筋线,向上拉动加强筋线时所述副加强筋线紧绷。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的提高折叠屏幕稳定性的抗拉力结构,其特征在于,所述副加强筋线通过螺钉固定在所述限位座上。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的提高折叠屏幕稳定性的抗拉力结构,其特征在于,每根所述加强筋线由多根所述子加强筋线首尾扣接组成,所述子加强筋线端 部设有扣接座,两根所述子加强筋线的扣接座扣接在一起形成定位块。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的提高折叠屏幕稳定性的抗拉力结构,其特征在于,所述提拉装置包括:横向连接所有加强筋线顶端的提拉板,连接提拉板的提拉钢丝,设置在提拉板上部带动钢丝卷筒转动收紧或释放提拉钢丝的电机。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的提高折叠屏幕稳定性的抗拉力结构,其特征在于,所述加强筋线为钢丝。
  10. 一种显示装置,包括折叠屏幕,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1至9任一项所述的抗拉力结构。
