可以理解的是,本申请所述的旋进包括顺时针和逆时针,本申请图片及说明书仅以顺时针为例,当然还可以逆时针设置,相关内容本领域技术人员可以理解实施,不限制本申请的技术方案。
仅通过所选的实施例对本申请进行了说明,所述轨道弹条还有很多种形状和组合,本申请也可以与各种垫圈等结构组合,设置在垫圈和弹条之间的限位齿本实施例中的是直线形状,也可以都设置为互相配合弯曲平行的形状,都可以起到限位的作用,因此显而易见的是,上述的实施例用于说明而不是用于限定本申请。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种轨道弹条,用于将轨道通过螺栓扣压固定在轨道基础之上,其特征在于:所述弹条在弹条与螺栓或垫圈接触的位置设有第一限位齿。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种弹条,其特征在于:所述第一限位齿为互相平行形状设置。
  3. 一种轨道垫圈,其特征在于:在所述垫圈的正面设置平行第二限位齿,在所述垫圈的反面设置第一同心齿。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种轨道垫圈,其特征在于:所述第一同心齿为单向齿。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种轨道垫圈,其特征在于:所述第二限位齿设置在凹槽里面,所述凹槽互相平行。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种轨道垫圈,其特征在于:所述第二限位齿与凹槽轴向垂直。
  7. 一种轨道扣件组件,包括螺栓,垫圈和弹条,螺栓通过垫圈压紧弹条,弹条扣压固定轨道于轨道基础,其特征在于:螺栓在螺栓与垫圈接触的面设有第二同心齿,所述螺栓第二同心齿和垫圈上的第一同心齿为互相配合啮合设置,在弹条设有第一限位齿,在垫圈设有第二限位齿,第一限位齿和第二限位齿互相啮合,所述垫圈的第二限位齿设置在凹槽里面,所述凹槽能够包裹所述弹条。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种轨道扣件组件,其特征在于:所述螺栓与所述垫圈接触的位置设置在螺栓的螺杆头或螺帽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种轨道扣件组件,其特征在于:所述螺杆头或螺帽具有法兰。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的一种轨道扣件组件,其特征在于:在所述弹条与轨道基础之间还设有垫片。
