但目前,用户在使用干衣机时,通常是由用户自行判断衣物的材质类型,根据判断的材质类型选择相匹配的烘干程序进行烘干,或者,使用干衣机提供的输入设备,按键、旋钮等,根据自身需求或判断输入需要烘干的温度、时间等参数,然后再启动干衣机实施烘干,这些操作显然增加了用户的操作复杂度,降低了用户的使用体验。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于提供一种干衣机控制方法及干衣机,通过干衣机与洗衣机互联的方式,在干衣机启动前,从洗衣机获取设定时间段内执行过的洗涤程序,从洗涤程序中解析出衣物材质,从而使得干衣机能够根据识别的衣物材质设定烘干参数,于用户而言,只需将衣物放入干衣机,无需其他任何操作,解决了现有干衣机操作复杂的技术问题。
本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
提出一种干衣机控制方法,包括:启动后接收与其互联的洗衣机发送的洗涤程序数据;在所述洗涤程序数据的执行时间处于设定时间段内时,解析所述洗涤程序数据,得到第一衣物材质类型;根据解析的第一衣物材质类型确定第一烘干参数;按照确定的第一烘干参数执行烘干。
进一步的,在启动干衣机之后,所述方法还包括:所述干衣机基于存储的连接参数与洗衣机实施连接,连接后向所述洗衣机发送洗涤程序数据请求。
进一步的,在所述洗涤程序数据的执行之间未处于所述设定时间段内时,所述方法包括:所述干衣机以第一设定时长运行标准烘干程序;检测第一设定时长后的第一温/湿度值;将所述第一温/湿度值分别与预设温/湿度值进行比较;其中,所述预设温/湿度值包含多组,每组预设温/湿度值对应一种衣物材质;根据比较结果确定第二衣物材质类型;根据确定的第二衣物材质类型确定第二烘干参数,并按照第二烘干参数执行烘干。
进一步的,在根据比较结果确定第二衣物材质类型之后,所述方法还包括:将确定的所述第二衣物材质类型设为预判第二衣物材质类型;所述干衣机以第二设定时长运行标准烘干程序;检测所述第二设定时长内温/湿度变化率;将检测的温/湿度变化率与预设温/湿度变化率进行比较;其中,所述预设温/湿度变化率包含多组,每组预设温/湿度变化率对应一种衣物材质;根据比较结果确定二判衣物材质类型;根据所述预判第二衣物材质类型和所述二判衣物材质类型确定所述第二衣物材质类型。

进一步的,所述干衣机还包括:防皱运行参数确定模块,用于根据所述第一衣物材质类型或所述第二衣物材质类型确定防皱运行参数;所述防皱运行参数包括是否执行防皱和防皱运行时序;则所述烘干执行模块,结合所述确定的防皱运行参数执行烘干。
有益效果
本发明提出的干衣机控制方法及干衣机中,干衣机在启动后与洗衣机实现互联,进而从洗衣机接收其发送的洗涤程序数据,判断洗涤程序数据执行的时间是否处于设定时间段内,若处于设定时间段内,可以判断投入干衣机的衣物为洗衣机洗涤完的衣物,则从洗涤程序数据中解析出第一衣物材质类型,根据第一衣物材质类型确定第一烘干参数,进而根据第一烘干参数执行烘干;基于本发明提出的控制方法,由干衣机与洗衣机互联,从洗衣机获取洗涤程序数据进而确定衣物材质,于用户而言,只需将衣物放入干衣机,无需其他任何操作,解决了现有干衣机操作复杂的技术问题。
进一步的,若从洗衣机接收的洗涤程序数据未处于设定时间段内,不能判定投放入干衣机的衣物为洗衣机洗涤完成的衣物,则通过运行第一设定时长标准烘干程序,在第一设定时长后检测第一温/湿度值,将第一温/湿度值与预设温/湿度值进行比较的方式确定衣物材质类型,进而根据确定的衣物材质类型确定烘干参数并执行烘干;本发明采用不同衣物材质在单位时间内烘干程度不同的判断方式,将单位时间内烘干程度通过预设温/湿度值体现出来,从而得到不同的预设温/湿度值与不同的衣物材质的对应关系,在衣物烘干第一设定时长后,将检测到的第一温/湿度值与各预设温/湿度值进行比较,取最接近预设温/湿度值对应的衣物材质来确定烘干参数,仍旧无需用户任何操作。
进一步的,在通过执行第一设定时长的标准烘干程序之后确定衣物材质后,进一步采用运行第二设定时长的标准烘干程序,期间检测温/湿度变化率,将检测温/湿度变化率与预设温/湿度变化率进行比较的方式进一步精确确定衣物材质类型;本发明进一步采用不同衣物材质在单位时间内烘干程度不同的判断方式,将单位时间内烘干程度用温/湿度变化率体现出来,从而得到不同的预设温/湿度变化率与不同的衣物材质的对应关系,在衣物烘干第二设定时长内,将检测的温/湿度变化率与预设温/湿度变化率进行比较,取最接近预设温/湿度变化率对应的衣物材质来确定烘干参数,提高衣物材质判断的精度。
进一步的,根据确定的衣物材质自动判断是否需要采用防皱措施,确定防皱运行参数,在结合防皱运行参数执行烘干,防止衣物烘干期间形成褶皱,提高用户使用体验。

本发明旨在为用户提供一种干衣机控制方法,自动识别衣物材质类型,无需用户选择或输入烘干参数,以提高用户的使用体验。
具体的,如图1所示,该干衣机控制方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S11:启动干衣机。
用户将衣物投入干衣机滚筒内,关闭干衣机门体,启动烘干程序。
步骤S12:接收与其互联的洗衣机发送的洗涤程序数据。
干衣机启动后,其通信模块基于存储的连接数据与洗衣机实施连接,连接后,干衣机向洗衣机发送获取洗涤程序数据的请求。
洗衣机接收到干衣机发送的洗涤程序数据请求之后,将最近一次执行的洗涤程序相关的洗涤程序数据发送给干衣机,这里的洗涤程序数据包括但不限定于:洗涤时间、洗涤模式、洗涤时序等。
当然,干衣机启动并与洗衣机实现连接后,也可以不经过干衣机向洗衣机请求洗涤程序数据的步骤,而是由洗衣机直接向干衣机发送最近一次执行的洗涤程序的相关数据。
上述,干衣机与洗衣机第一次建立连接的方式可以是:1、以洗衣机作为热点,用户通过设置界面输入连接参数与洗衣机实现连接;这里的设置界面可以是干衣机的触控屏,也可以是与干衣机连接的用户终端等;2、以用户终端作为设置终端,分别将干衣机和洗衣机加入家庭路由器,使得干衣机与洗衣机通过家庭路由器实现连接。当然,本发明申请不限定干衣机与洗衣机的互联方式,以现有任何一种实现两个设备间互联的方式均在本发明预保护范围内。
步骤S13:在洗涤程序数据的执行时间是否处于设定时间段内时,解析洗涤程序数据得到第一衣物材质类型。
多数情况下,用户在使用洗衣机洗完衣物后,会直接将衣物从洗衣机取出并投入干衣机内,基于此,本发明设定一个设定时间段,例如5分钟,若洗衣机的洗涤程序数据的执行时间在五分钟之内,可以肯定投入干衣机的衣物是从洗衣机中取出的,则解析洗涤程序数据得到第一衣物材质类型,若洗衣机的洗涤程序数据的执行时间超出五分钟之内,则不能完全肯定投入干衣机的衣物为从洗衣机中取出的,也存在用户手洗或其他洗涤方式完成后直接投入干衣机的可能,则按照下述实施例一中给出的控制方法实施。
洗衣机在设定洗涤程序时,包含有对衣物材质的识别,并根据识别的衣物材质类型设定洗涤模式、洗涤时序等,本发明基于此,从洗涤程序数据中根据洗涤时序或洗涤模式解析出衣物材质类型。
步骤S14:根据解析的第一衣物材质类型确定第一烘干参数。
本发明实施例中, 将从处于设定时间段内的洗涤程序数据解析出的衣物材质类型作为第一衣物材质类型。
进而干衣机可以从存储的列表数据中查询衣物材质,根据衣物材质确定相应的第一烘干参数;这里的列表数据至少包括:若干衣物材质类型与对应实施的第一烘干参数的数据组。
步骤S15:按照确定的第一烘干参数执行烘干。
干衣机按照第一烘干参数,对滚筒内的衣物实施烘干直至烘干程序结束。

下面以几个具体的实施例对本发明提出的干衣机控制方法做出详细说明。
实施例一
本实施的控制流程如图2所示:
S21、启动干衣机。
S22、干衣机与洗衣机建立连接。
S23、洗衣机向干衣机发送最近一次执行的洗涤程序的相关数据。
S24、干衣机判断最近一次执行洗涤程序的时间是否在设定时间段内。
若处于设定时间段内,则执行步骤S25,若未处于设定时间段内,则执行步骤S27。
S25、干衣机从洗涤程序数据中解析出第一衣物材质类型,根据第一衣物材质类型确定第一烘干参数。
S26、干衣机按照第一烘干参数执行烘干,直至结束。
S27、干衣机以第一设定时长运行标准烘干程序。
标准烘干程序具备设定好的标准烘干温度,干衣机启动标准烘干程序,并控制其执行第一设定时长,例如5分钟。
S28、检测第一设定时长后的第一温/湿度值。
干衣机按照标准烘干程序运行第一设定时长后,通过温湿度传感器检测当前的第一温/湿度值。
S29、将第一温/湿度值分别与预设温/湿度值进行比较。
这里,预设温/湿度值包含多组,每组预设温/湿度值对应一种衣物材质。
本实施例中,采用不同衣物材质在单位时间内烘干程度不同的判断方式,将单位时间内烘干程度通过预设温/湿度值体现出来,从而得到不同的预设温/湿度值与不同的衣物材质的对应关系,如下表一所示:

S211、根据确定的第二衣物材质类型确定第二烘干参数。
进而干衣机可以从存储的列表数据中查询衣物材质,根据衣物材质确定相应的第二烘干参数;这里的列表数据至少包括:若干衣物材质类型与对应实施的第二烘干参数的数据组。
S212、按照第二烘干参数执行烘干。
干衣机按照第二烘干参数,对滚筒内的衣物实施烘干直至烘干程序结束。
实施例二
本实施例在实施例一的基础上,针对从洗衣机获取的洗涤程序数据的执行时间未处于设定时间段内的情况,也即投入干衣机的衣物可能并非从洗衣机取出,而是由用户通过手洗或其他洗涤方式洗涤完成后投入干衣机的情况,进一步提高干衣机判断衣物材质类型的判断精度。
具体的,在实施例一的步骤S210之后,如图3所示,执行以下步骤:
S2101、将确定的第二衣物材质类型设为预判第二衣物材质类型。
将步骤S210确定的第二衣物材质类型作为预判结果进行存储。
S2102:干衣机以第二设定时长运行标准烘干程序。
标准烘干程序具备设定好的标准烘干温度,干衣机启动标准烘干程序,并控制其执行第二设定时长,例如3分钟。
步骤S2103:检测第二设定时长内温/湿度变化率;
将检测的温/湿度变化率与预设温/湿度变化率进行比较;其中,预设温/湿度变化率包含多组,每组预设温/湿度变化率对应一种衣物材质。
本实施例进一步采用不同衣物材质在单位时间内烘干程度不同的判断方式,将单位时间内烘干程度用温/湿度变化率体现出来,从而得到不同的预设温/湿度变化率与不同的衣物材质的对应关系,如下表二所示:

本实施例中,通过将检测的温/湿度变化率与预设温/湿度变化率进行比较的方式来进行第二次衣物材质判断。
步骤S2104:根据比较结果确定二判衣物材质类型;
在衣物烘干第二设定时长内,将检测的温/湿度变化率与预设温/湿度变化率进行比较, 取最接近预设温/湿度变化率对应的衣物材质作为二判衣物材质类型。
步骤S2105:根据预判第二衣物材质类型和二判衣物材质类型确定第二衣物材质类型。
根据两次判断的结构来最终确定第二衣物材质类型,这其中,预判和二判结果一致为最佳判断结果,若预判结果和二判结果不一致,可通过进一步判断两次判断的衣物材质是否同属同一大类型之内,例如将丝质、羊绒等容易起皱、不易高温烘干的材质材料划分为同一大类型,若预判和二判结果有差异但同属于一大类型时,则可采用这一大类型的通用烘干参数实施烘干;若预判结果与二判结果不但存在差异还不属于同一大类型,则可提示用户是否采用通用烘干参数,或进一步提示用户自行输入烘干参数等。
最后,在确定了第二衣物材质类型之后,进入步骤S211,根据确定的第二衣物材质类型确定第二烘干参数,并执行步骤S212,按照第二烘干参数执行烘干。
实施例三
本实施例在实施例一或二的基础上实施,如图4所示:
在步骤S25确定了第一衣物材质类型和第一烘干参数之后,执行步骤S26之前,或在步骤S210和步骤S211确定了第二衣物材质类型和第二烘干参数之后,步骤S212之前,本实施例执行步骤S213:根据第一衣物材质类型或第二衣物材质类型确定防皱运行参数。
为不同衣物材质设定不同的防皱运行参数,具体设定方式和设定规则可以参考现有技术材料来设定,本实施例不予具体限定,本实施例中,防皱运行参数至少包括是否执行防皱和防皱运行时序。
则在本实施例中,实施例一的步骤S26或实施例二中的步骤S212按照结合步骤S214实施。
步骤S214:结合确定的防皱运行参数执行烘干。
本实施例进一步的根据确定的衣物材质自动判断是否需要采用防皱措施,确定防皱运行参数,在结合防皱运行参数执行烘干,防止衣物烘干期间形成褶皱,提高用户使用体验。
基于上述提出的干衣机控制方法,本发明相应的提出一种干衣机,以执行如上的干衣机控制方法,如图5所示,该干衣机包括通信模块51、洗涤程序数据获取模块52、有效性判断模块53、第一衣物材质类型确定模块54、第一烘干参数确定模块55和烘干执行模块56;其中,通信模块51用于与洗衣机实现数据连接;洗涤程序数据获取模块52用于在干衣机启动后,接收与其互联的洗衣机发送的洗涤程序数据;有效性判断模块53用于判断洗涤程序数据的执行时间是否处于设定时间段内;第一衣物材质类型确定模块54用于在有效性判断模块判断洗涤程序数据的执行时间处于设定时间段内时,解析洗涤程序数据,得到第一衣物材质类型;第一烘干参数确定模块55用于根据解析的第一衣物材质类型确定第一烘干参数;烘干执行模块56用于按照确定的第一烘干参数执行烘干。
在本发明一些实施例中,干衣机还包括数据请求模块57,用于在通信模块51基于存储的连接参数与洗衣机实施连接后,向洗衣机发送洗涤程序数据请求。
在本发明一些实施例中,干衣机还包括第二衣物材质类型确定模块58和第二烘干参数确定模块59;第二衣物材质类型确定模块58用于在有效性判断模块53判断洗涤程序数据的执行时间未处于设定时间段内时,控制烘干执行模块56以第一设定时长运行标准烘干程序,检测第一设定时长后的第一温/湿度值,将第一温/湿度值分别与预设温/湿度值进行比较,根据比较结果确定第二衣物材质类型;其中,预设温/湿度值包含多组,每组预设温/湿度值对应一种衣物材质;第二烘干参数确定模块59用于根据确定的第二衣物材质类型确定第二烘干参数;则烘干执行模块56按照第二烘干参数执行烘干。
在本发明一些实施例中,干衣机还包括第二衣物材质类型第二确定模块60,用于将第二衣物材质类型确定模块58确定的第二衣物材质类型设为预判第二衣物材质类型,控制烘干执行模块56以第二设定时长运行标准烘干程序,检测第二设定时长内温/湿度变化率,将检测的温/湿度变化率与预设温/湿度变化率进行比较,根据比较结果确定二判衣物材质类型,根据预判第二衣物材质类型和二判衣物材质类型确定第二衣物材质类型;其中,预设温/湿度变化率包含多组,每组预设温/湿度变化率对应一种衣物材质。
在本发明一些实施例中,干衣机还包括防皱运行参数确定模块61,用于根据第一衣物材质类型或第二衣物材质类型确定防皱运行参数;防皱运行参数包括是否执行防皱和防皱运行时序;则烘干执行模块56结合确定的防皱运行参数执行烘干。

    在所述洗涤程序数据的执行时间处于设定时间段内时,解析所述洗涤程序数据,得到第一衣物材质类型;
    根据解析的第一衣物材质类型确定第一烘干参数;
    按照确定的第一烘干参数执行烘干。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的干衣机控制方法,其特征在于,在启动干衣机之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述干衣机基于存储的连接参数与洗衣机实施连接,连接后向所述洗衣机发送洗涤程序数据请求。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的干衣机控制方法,其特征在于,在所述洗涤程序数据的执行之间未处于所述设定时间段内时,所述方法包括:
    所述干衣机以第一设定时长运行标准烘干程序;

    将所述第一温/湿度值分别与预设温/湿度值进行比较;其中,所述预设温/湿度值包含多组,每组预设温/湿度值对应一种衣物材质;
    根据比较结果确定第二衣物材质类型;
    根据确定的第二衣物材质类型确定第二烘干参数,并按照第二烘干参数执行烘干。

    有效性判断模块,用于判断所述洗涤程序数据的执行时间是否处于设定时间段内;
    第一衣物材质类型确定模块,用于在所述有效性判断模块判断所述洗涤程序数据的执行时间处于所述设定时间段内时,解析所述洗涤程序数据,得到第一衣物材质类型;
    第一烘干参数确定模块,用于根据解析的第一衣物材质类型确定第一烘干参数;
    烘干执行模块,用于按照确定的第一烘干参数执行烘干。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的干衣机,其特征在于,所述干衣机还包括:
    数据请求模块,用于在所述通信模块基于存储的连接参数与洗衣机实施连接后,向所述洗衣机发送洗涤程序数据请求。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的干衣机,其特征在于,所述干衣机还包括:
    第二衣物材质类型确定模块,用于在所述有效性判断模块判断所述洗涤程序数据的执行时间未处于所述设定时间段内时,控制所述烘干执行模块以第一设定时长运行标准烘干程序,检测第一设定时长后的第一温/湿度值,将所述第一温/湿度值分别与预设温/湿度值进行比较,根据比较结果确定第二衣物材质类型;其中,所述预设温/湿度值包含多组,每组预设温/湿度值对应一种衣物材质;
    第二烘干参数确定模块,用于根据确定的第二衣物材质类型确定第二烘干参数;则
    所述烘干执行模块,按照第二烘干参数执行烘干。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的干衣机,其特征在于,所述干衣机还包括:
    第二衣物材质类型第二确定模块,用于将所述第二衣物材质类型确定模块确定的所述第二衣物材质类型设为预判第二衣物材质类型,控制所述烘干执行模块以第二设定时长运行标准烘干程序,检测所述第二设定时长内温/湿度变化率,将检测的温/湿度变化率与预设温/湿度变化率进行比较,根据比较结果确定二判衣物材质类型,根据所述预判第二衣物材质类型和所述二判衣物材质类型确定所述第二衣物材质类型;其中,所述预设温/湿度变化率包含多组,每组预设温/湿度变化率对应一种衣物材质。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的干衣机,其特征在于,所述干衣机还包括:
    防皱运行参数确定模块,用于根据所述第一衣物材质类型或所述第二衣物材质类型确定防皱运行参数;所述防皱运行参数包括是否执行防皱和防皱运行时序;则
    所述烘干执行模块,结合所述确定的防皱运行参数执行烘干。
