请参阅图1-7,电梯检修防护安全装置,包括支撑机构1、防护机构2和检修机构3,支撑机构1包括底座101,底座101顶面固定连接有软垫103,软垫103顶面固定连接有踏板102,防护机构2的数量为两个且分别设置在 软垫103顶面两侧,检修机构3的数量为两个且分别设置在两个防护机构2上,防护机构2包括连接座201,连接座201固定连接在软垫103顶面,软垫103上下两面内壁均固定连接有弹簧A104,软垫103内部填充有液压油,连接座201靠近软垫103外侧的一端固定连接有连杆A202,连杆A202正面远离连接座201的一端开设有孔且孔内套入有连杆B203,连杆B203远离连杆A202的一端固定连接有卡爪204,卡爪204呈C字型体且两个卡爪204的凹面相背离,卡爪204前后面的上下两端内壁均固定连接有夹垫2010,连杆A202顶面通过转轴合页固定连接有圆筒A205,圆筒A205靠近连杆B203的一面呈镂空状态且内壁套入有活塞206,活塞206对应连杆B203的一面固定连接有拉杆207,拉杆207远离活塞206的一端通过转轴合页与连杆B203固定连接,活塞206底面通过气管A208与软垫103连通,当维修工人到达电梯顶部时,会首先踩踏在踏板102上,然后踏板102将压力传导到软垫103上,软垫103受力挤压形变,且将其内部的液压油通过气管A208注入到圆筒A205内,圆筒A205内注入的液压油推动活塞206向上滑动,活塞206滑动时通过拉杆207滑动,从而扩大连杆A202和连杆B203顶端的间距,使得连杆B203转动,连杆B203转动后卡爪204与钢索卡合,从而将电梯与钢索相连接,当维修工人脱离对踏板102的踩踏后,弹簧A104回弹带动软垫103复位,从而将圆筒A205内的液压油抽回软垫103中,并通过负压拉动活塞206,从而带动卡爪204脱离钢索并带动连杆B203复位,通过防护机构2的设置,在维修工人踩踏在电梯上方时,自动将卡爪204与钢索相连接,利用钢索对电梯起到限位作用并增加电梯的稳定性,从而对从电梯上方检修的维修工人进行防护,防护过程自动化,使用方便且效率高。
卡爪204前后两侧内部均呈镂空状态,卡爪204前后两侧内壁对应面等间距开设有数个插槽4,卡爪204内部对应插槽4的位置开设有卡槽5,插槽4内套入有滑块2012,滑块2012位于卡爪204内部的一面固定连接有限位板2013,限位板2013位于卡爪204内部的一端固定连接有弹性伸缩件2011,弹性伸缩件2011远离滑块2012的一端与卡爪204内部壁面固定连接,圆筒A205中部通过气管B209与卡爪204前后两侧内部连通,在卡爪204与钢索接触后,软垫103后续挤压出的液压油会通过气管B209注入到卡爪204内部,然后液压油在卡爪204内部推动滑块2012向钢索靠近,卡槽5对滑块2012的伸出距离进行限位,在与钢索对应的滑块2012在与钢索贴合后通过液压油的压力来紧密夹持钢索,而不与钢索对应的滑块2012会与相应位置的滑块2012相互贴合,从而对钢索侧面起到夹持和限位效果,在软垫103回弹并抽回液压油时,滑块2012未收缩回卡爪204内时,卡爪204受到滑块2012与钢索卡合的限制而无法移动,从而避免活塞206提前在圆筒A205内滑动,当滑块2012收缩回卡爪204后,活塞206随着抽回的液压油滑动并带卡爪204和连杆B203复位,通过滑块2012的设置,在卡爪204与钢索套入后,自动伸出来对钢索进行夹持,提高对钢索夹持的强度,从而提高电梯与钢索连接的强度,进一步提高稳定性,且通过与钢索呈不同位置滑块2012的伸出,分别实现对钢索的紧密夹持和对钢索侧位置限位的效果,将钢索的位置限制死,避免钢索随着电梯的施压而晃动,保证维修工人站立区域的稳定,提高维修效率和安全性。
数个滑块2012前后的对应面开设有滑槽6,滑槽6两侧内壁均固定连接有弹簧B2017,弹簧B2017靠近滑槽6中部的一端固定连接有滑柱2014,滑 柱2014与滑槽6内壁呈套入关系,滑柱2014正面固定连接有插板2015,插板2015呈三棱柱体,因为钢索均采用多股钢绳拧成,且拧成的钢绳外壁呈曲面,与钢索位置对应的滑块2012伸出后,插板2015会与钢索中的钢绳接触,然后随着推力使得插板2015顺着钢绳的曲面带动滑柱2014转动和移动,从而使插板2015插入多股钢绳的凹陷处,从而将钢索完全的卡住,通过插板2015的设置,在与钢索对应的滑块2012伸出后,插板2015会顺着拧成的钢绳纹路来改变位置和角度,直到插板2015插入拧成的钢绳间隙中,实现对钢索的完全夹持,大幅提高夹持的稳定性,从而进一步提高电梯与钢索连接的稳定性。
插板2015两侧面均固定连接有气囊2016,气囊2016通过连接管与卡爪204内部连通,滑块2012全部伸出至极限后,后续注入卡爪204内的液压油会注入到气囊2016内,使得气囊2016产生膨胀,通过气囊2016的设置,在卡爪204和插板2015夹持住钢索后,与钢索对应的气囊2016会通过形变来渗入钢绳拧成的纹路中,配合与插板2015进一步增加连接的稳定性,而不与钢索对应的气囊2016膨胀后增加密封程度,从而增加对钢索限位的效果,气囊2016还具备保证钢索不会崩开的好处,当气囊2016对存在断裂风险的钢索进行夹持时,能够通过挤压使得钢绳在受力时不会产生位置上的偏移,从而避免断裂的问题,保证维修人员对电梯检修时不会产生钢索断裂的问题,且方便了维修人员对相应断裂风险的钢索更换。
软垫103顶面开设有孔且孔内通过转动轴承固定连接有螺栓A105,底座101顶面对应螺栓A105的位置开设有螺纹孔且与螺栓A105螺纹连接,通过螺栓A105的设置,维修人员能够通过转动螺栓A105的方式控制软垫103的 伸缩幅度,从而控制装置的启用以及液压油的挤压量,提高装置的适用性和变通性。
检修机构3包括限位板301,限位板301呈C字型体且侧面等间距开设有矩形槽,限位板301顶面和底面均固定连接有固定板302,固定板302侧面开设有螺纹孔且螺纹连接有螺栓B303,卡爪204侧面对应螺栓B303的位置开设有螺纹孔且与螺栓B303螺纹连接,卡爪204侧面对应限位板301的位置开设孔且与限位板301呈套入关系,限位板301与限位板2013对应滑块2012的一面对应,卡爪204正面固定连接且连通有圆筒B304,圆筒B304的内部中空,圆筒B304与气管B209固定连接且连通,圆筒B304顶面固定连接且连通有圆筒C305,圆筒C305顶端开设有孔且孔内套入有滑杆306,卡爪204正面在滑杆306上方固定安装有传感器307,传感器307采用磁铁材质且与圆筒B304相互吸引,首先转动螺栓B303将限位板301插入卡爪204内部,限位板301与限位板2013贴合,从而限制滑块2012的伸出,然后拧紧螺栓B303来将软垫103内的液压油注入到卡爪204内,然后通过卡爪204注入到气囊2016内,气囊2016膨胀后相互贴合且与钢索紧密贴合,在气囊2016充满液压油后,继续拧动至滑杆306伸出并受到传感器307的检测,停止拧动,然后启动电梯的运转,电梯运转时钢索在卡爪204内穿梭,当存在崩裂问题的钢绳插入卡爪204内后,滑杆306回缩并将液压油注入到相应位置的气囊2016内,使得气囊2016继续膨胀来填补钢索的崩裂处,而随着滑杆306的下降,传感器307失去对滑杆306的检测并发送信号,从而实现自动化检测钢索完整性的功能,通过检修机构3的设置,与支撑机构1和防护机构2相互配合,经过简单的操作后即可使得装置的功能由防护电梯上维修工人,切 换为检测钢索完整度,具备不会额外占用过多空间等好处,极大地提高装置的实用性。
在使用时,S1,当维修工人到达电梯顶部时,会首先踩踏在踏板102上,然后踏板102将压力传导到软垫103上,软垫103受力挤压形变,且将其内部的液压油通过气管A208注入到圆筒A205内,圆筒A205内注入的液压油推动活塞206向上滑动,活塞206滑动时通过拉杆207滑动,从而扩大连杆A202和连杆B203顶端的间距,使得连杆B203转动,连杆B203转动后卡爪204与钢索卡合,从而将电梯与钢索相连接,当维修工人脱离对踏板102的踩踏后,弹簧A104回弹带动软垫103复位,从而将圆筒A205内的液压油抽回软垫103中,并通过负压拉动活塞206,从而带动卡爪204脱离钢索并带动连杆B203复位。
S2,在卡爪204与钢索接触后,软垫103后续挤压出的液压油会通过气管B209注入到卡爪204内部,然后液压油在卡爪204内部推动滑块2012向钢索靠近,卡槽5对滑块2012的伸出距离进行限位,在与钢索对应的滑块2012在与钢索贴合后通过液压油的压力来紧密夹持钢索,而不与钢索对应的滑块2012会与相应位置的滑块2012相互贴合,从而对钢索侧面起到夹持和限位效果,在软垫103回弹并抽回液压油时,滑块2012未收缩回卡爪204内时,卡爪204受到滑块2012与钢索卡合的限制而无法移动,从而避免活塞206提前在圆筒A205内滑动,当滑块2012收缩回卡爪204后,活塞206随着抽回的液压油滑动并带卡爪204和连杆B203复位。
S3,因为钢索均采用多股钢绳拧成,且拧成的钢绳外壁呈曲面,与钢索位置对应的滑块2012伸出后,插板2015会与钢索中的钢绳接触,然后随着 推力使得插板2015顺着钢绳的曲面带动滑柱2014转动和移动,从而使插板2015插入多股钢绳的凹陷处,从而将钢索完全的卡住。
S4,滑块2012全部伸出至极限后,后续注入卡爪204内的液压油会注入到气囊2016内,使得气囊2016产生膨胀。
S5,首先转动螺栓B303将限位板301插入卡爪204内部,限位板301与限位板2013贴合,从而限制滑块2012的伸出,然后拧紧螺栓B303来将软垫103内的液压油注入到卡爪204内,然后通过卡爪204注入到气囊2016内,气囊2016膨胀后相互贴合且与钢索紧密贴合,在气囊2016充满液压油后,继续拧动至滑杆306伸出并受到传感器307的检测,停止拧动,然后启动电梯的运转,电梯运转时钢索在卡爪204内穿梭,当存在崩裂问题的钢绳插入卡爪204内后,滑杆306回缩并将液压油注入到相应位置的气囊2016内,使得气囊2016继续膨胀来填补钢索的崩裂处,而随着滑杆306的下降,传感器307失去对滑杆306的检测并发送信号,从而实现自动化检测钢索完整性的功能。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (8)

  1. 电梯检修防护安全装置,包括支撑机构(1)、防护机构(2)和检修机构(3),支撑机构(1)包括底座(101),底座(101)顶面固定连接有软垫(103),软垫(103)顶面固定连接有踏板(102),防护机构(2)的数量为两个且分别设置在软垫(103)顶面两侧,检修机构(3)的数量为两个且分别设置在两个防护机构(2)上,其特征在于:所述防护机构(2)包括连接座(201),连接座(201)固定连接在软垫(103)顶面,软垫(103)上下两面内壁均固定连接有弹簧A(104),软垫(103)内部填充有液压油,连接座(201)靠近软垫(103)外侧的一端固定连接有连杆A(202),连杆A(202)正面远离连接座(201)的一端开设有孔且孔内套入有连杆B(203),连杆B(203)远离连杆A(202)的一端固定连接有卡爪(204),卡爪(204)呈C字型体且两个卡爪(204)的凹面相背离,卡爪(204)前后面的上下两端内壁均固定连接有夹垫(2010)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯检修防护安全装置,其特征在于:所述连杆A(202)顶面通过转轴合页固定连接有圆筒A(205),圆筒A(205)靠近连杆B(203)的一面呈镂空状态且内壁套入有活塞(206),活塞(206)对应连杆B(203)的一面固定连接有拉杆(207),拉杆(207)远离活塞(206)的一端通过转轴合页与连杆B(203)固定连接,活塞(206)底面通过气管A(208)与软垫(103)连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电梯检修防护安全装置,其特征在于:所述卡爪(204)前后两侧内部均呈镂空状态,卡爪(204)前后两侧内壁对应面等间距开设有数个插槽(4),卡爪(204)内部对应插槽(4)的位置开设有卡槽(5),插槽(4)内套入有滑块(2012),滑块(2012)位于卡爪(204)内部的一面固定连接有限位板(2013),限位板(2013)位于卡爪(204)内部的一端固定连接有弹性伸缩件(2011),弹性伸缩件(2011)远离滑块(2012)的一端与卡爪 (204)内部壁面固定连接,圆筒A(205)中部通过气管B(209)与卡爪(204)前后两侧内部连通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电梯检修防护安全装置,其特征在于:数个所述滑块(2012)前后的对应面开设有滑槽(6),滑槽(6)两侧内壁均固定连接有弹簧B(2017),弹簧B(2017)靠近滑槽(6)中部的一端固定连接有滑柱(2014),滑柱(2014)与滑槽(6)内壁呈套入关系,滑柱(2014)正面固定连接有插板(2015),插板(2015)呈三棱柱体。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电梯检修防护安全装置,其特征在于:所述插板(2015)两侧面均固定连接有气囊(2016),气囊(2016)通过连接管与卡爪(204)内部连通。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯检修防护安全装置,其特征在于:所述软垫(103)顶面开设有孔且孔内通过转动轴承固定连接有螺栓A(105),底座(101)顶面对应螺栓A(105)的位置开设有螺纹孔且与螺栓A(105)螺纹连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的电梯检修防护安全装置,其特征在于:所述检修机构(3)包括限位板(301),限位板(301)呈C字型体且侧面等间距开设有矩形槽,限位板(301)顶面和底面均固定连接有固定板(302),固定板(302)侧面开设有螺纹孔且螺纹连接有螺栓B(303),卡爪(204)侧面对应螺栓B(303)的位置开设有螺纹孔且与螺栓B(303)螺纹连接,卡爪(204)侧面对应限位板(301)的位置开设孔且与限位板(301)呈套入关系,限位板(301)与限位板(2013)对应滑块(2012)的一面对应。
  8. 根据权利要求6和7所述的电梯检修防护安全装置,其特征在于:所述卡爪(204)正面固定连接且连通有圆筒B(304),圆筒B(304)的内部中空,圆筒B(304)与气管B(209)固定连接且连通,圆筒B(304)顶面固定连接且 连通有圆筒C(305),圆筒C(305)顶端开设有孔且孔内套入有滑杆(306),卡爪(204)正面在滑杆(306)上方固定安装有传感器(307),传感器(307)采用磁铁材质且与圆筒B(304)相互吸引。
