背景技术
人们对烟草减害的需求推动了电子烟的诞生和迅猛发展。电子烟是将尼古丁和香精香料等溶解在甘油或丙二醇等多元醇类溶剂中制成烟油,作为发烟材料,然后将烟油灌装到电子烟烟具中,烟油经导油棉等传导元件传递至烟具中的雾化器,在此处通过电加热元件使烟油雾化,形成与传统卷烟相仿的烟雾,供用户抽吸。
然而,由于烟油是液体形态,电子烟烟具的烟油容器、烟油导油棉和电加热元件等在实际装配中难免因零部件加工尺寸不能精准一致而造成密封性不好,或者虽然出厂时装配得具有密封性但在后续储运和使用过程中因震动和磕碰而造成密封性被破坏,故都或多或少会产生漏油,影响客户体验。为此,已经有人提出用凝胶态烟油代替液态烟油作为发烟材料,以解决漏油问题。已经报道的凝胶态烟油中,多使用胶凝剂使液体烟油凝固成凝胶(果冻状或固体),该凝胶通常能发生热可逆相变,即低温下凝固成凝胶,而受热后又能被液化,降温后再次凝固成凝胶。
但凝胶态烟油在实际使用时又产生了新的问题:如果仅使用少量的一次性凝胶态烟油块,一次受热熔化成液体后被全部加热雾化,那么每次仅够用户连续抽吸若干口(例如7-8口),不能满足用户长期随时抽吸的需求(通常使用液体烟油的电子烟,视其中存储的液体烟油量的多少而定,可供用户抽吸数百口至数千口,且用户随时可以通电加热抽吸),且每次都要安装新的凝胶态烟油块也会带来操作上的麻烦,也失去了用凝胶态烟油替代液体烟油防漏的本意。但如果使用大块的凝胶态烟油块,虽然完全熔化足够用户抽吸数百至数千口,但却存在以下若干问题:
1)、为了像常规液体烟油电子烟那样能向加热元件连续供应烟油,大块的凝胶态烟油块不得不每次都要全部或绝大多数被加热熔化,以便转变为足够多的 流动性的液体烟油(由于事先不知道用户要抽吸多少口,故储备的液体烟油量至少要超过用户一轮抽吸7-8口抽吸所需的液体烟油量),以确保其足以连续供应至加热元件,但用户本轮抽吸停止后,这些储备的液体烟油又不得不被冷凝回凝胶状态,并在下一轮抽吸中再被加热熔化成液体,下一轮备用的液体烟油在下一轮抽吸停止后又不得不冷凝回凝胶状态,在下下轮抽吸中又受热熔化……如此反复受热熔化-降温冷凝过程中,既白白消耗电加热元件的电能,又造成用户首次抽吸时的延迟感(因为首次抽吸时要加热熔化大量的烟油才能确保有足够多的烟油经导油棉被供应至加热元件处),更有甚者,烟油中的某些化学物质例如香精香料等,也可能会因反复加热而热解变质,造成抽吸异味。
2)、虽然能将液体烟油凝胶化的胶凝剂很多,但具有热可逆相变特征的胶凝剂并不多,这也严重限制了胶凝剂的选择。
3)、如果每次仅加热液化所需量的凝胶态烟油而不是每次都把几乎全部的凝胶态烟油都加热液化,那么如何连续且定量地将凝胶态烟油供应至加热器,就成为一个亟待解决的技术难题,即上一定量份的凝胶态烟油被加热雾化完毕后,如何将下一定量份的凝胶态烟油供应到加热元件。在使用液体烟油作为发烟材料时,由于烟油的流动性,连续供应不成为问题。但凝胶态烟油呈果冻状或固体形态,不具有流动性,因此如何定量且连续供应,就成了很大的问题。如果光靠凝胶态烟油本身受热熔化成液体后再经过导油棉流到加热元件,那么只有加热元件附近的凝胶态烟油能够被熔化,而远离加热元件的凝胶态烟油,得不到加热而不能熔化,自然也不会被供应至加热元件,也就不能被雾化,造成抽吸中断,严重影响用户体验。
4)、凝胶态烟油在长期存储过程中还可能会风干或被氧气氧化,这将缩短保质期且影响抽吸口味。此外,若使用的胶凝剂是不可气化型胶凝剂,那么烟油受热气化后,还会残留胶凝剂组分残渣,可能会污染烟具内部零部件。

优选地,所述加热腔4上端部开放以供凝胶态烟油棒9插入,且供烟雾流出到气流通道10中。当加热完毕后,所述凝胶态烟油棒9若在加热腔4留下粉末残渣,可以将所述下壳体5与所述上壳体1拆开,从所述加热腔4上端部倒出残渣。当然,当所述凝胶态烟油棒9可以完全汽化而不生成残渣时,所述上壳体1和下壳体5也可以一体式设计。
优选地,所述上壳体1包括可拆卸连接的上壳体上段1-1和上壳体下段1-2,所述限位环1-3和阻挡环1-4设置在所述上壳体下段1-2内壁,所述吸嘴7与储凝胶筒2可拆卸连接。
优选地,所述加热元件4-1为轴向设置的螺旋管状双股发热丝,所述螺旋管状双股发热丝包括一股加热丝束和一股吸附渗透丝束互相缠绕而成,所述螺旋管状双股发热丝整体为螺旋管状,且相邻螺旋线之间没有缝隙;
或者所述加热元件4-1为轴向设置的侧壁具有孔洞的发热管。
优选地,所述外径渐扩段2-2具有四片对称设置的夹持瓣2-2-1,四片对称设置的夹持瓣2-2-1中心为凝胶态烟油棒容纳腔,所述夹持瓣2-2-1横截面为长方形或者扇形圆环面,分别用于夹持长方体凝胶态烟油棒9或者圆柱体凝胶态烟油棒9。
优选地,所述吸嘴7为T型,其内设置有T型通道,所述气流通道10包括所述上壳体1和储凝胶筒2之间的空隙。
本发明当凝胶态烟油棒9用完,需要插入新的烟油棒时,根据电子烟具体结构可以采用两种方式:
方式一:将上壳体上段1-1和上壳体下段1-2拆开,并将所述吸嘴7与储凝胶筒2拆开,将新的凝胶态烟油棒9从储凝胶筒2上端部放入即可,然后原样安装上所述吸嘴7和上壳体上段1-1。
方式二:将所述下壳体5与所述上壳体1拆开,按下所述外径渐扩段2-2使其松开,从所述外径渐扩段2-2下端部插入新的凝胶态烟油棒9。
在电子烟轴向方向上,本发明将电子烟的近唇端方向记为“上”,远唇端方向记为“下”或“底”。
本发明第二方面提供第一方面任一项所述的电子烟的使用方法,按下所述按压复位机构,其带动所述储凝胶筒2向下运动,此时所述外径渐扩段2-2摆脱所 述阻挡环1-4的约束而松开,其内夹持的凝胶态烟油棒9一部分下落到加热腔4中,然后松开所述按压复位机构使其复位,则所述按压复位机构带动所述储凝胶筒2向上运动,此时当所述外径渐扩段2-2向上运动直到接触到所述阻挡环1-4时收紧夹持住凝胶态烟油棒9,然后开启加热元件4-1对加热腔4中的凝胶态烟油棒9加热,凝胶态烟油棒9受热产生的烟雾通过气流通道10进入用户口中。
当改变按下和松开所述按压复位机构的时间间隔,可以改变每次下落到加热腔4中的凝胶态烟油棒9的体积。
上述技术方案在不矛盾的前提下,可自由组合。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过手动按压按压复位机构即可向加热腔内定量供应凝胶态烟油,用户可以按照每次抽吸需要调整按下和松开所述按压复位机构的时间间隔以调整向加热腔供应的凝胶态烟油棒的长度。
2、整个凝胶态烟油棒主体设置在储凝胶筒内,不必经历反复的熔化-凝固,故不必要求得到的凝胶态烟油棒具有热可逆固液相变性质,这大大拓展了可使用的胶凝剂的选择范围,使得一些不具有热可逆固液相变性质的胶凝剂也能被使用。
3、同样,由于凝胶态烟油棒仅经过一次加热过程,不必经历反复的熔化-凝固,既使得加热元件电能得到了最大化利用,又能几乎毫无延迟地进行雾化,避免了用户的抽吸滞后感,且避免了凝胶态烟油棒中的化学物质因反复加热而变质,减少了产生异味的可能性。
4、优选的技术方案中,上壳体1和下壳体5可拆卸连接或者可旋转连接的,以便装入凝胶态烟油棒,也方便清洁凝胶态烟油棒加热后剩余的粉末残渣。
5、优选的技术方案中,上壳体1分为可拆卸连接的上壳体上段1-1和上壳体下段1-2,需要装入凝胶态烟油棒时,只需要拆开上壳体上段1-1和上壳体下段1-2,将凝胶态烟油棒投入储凝胶筒即可,方便操作。
6、优选的技术方案中,所述加热元件为轴向设置的侧壁具有孔洞的发热管,其上的孔洞便于加热后的不可气化的凝胶残渣及时排出加热元件,避免残渣累积受热后产生异味。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式进一步说明本发明的内容。
实施例1
凝胶态烟油棒的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1、制备烟用香精,其配方中脱色烟草净油含量为20%、薄荷油含量为50%,烟碱含量为30%,将其以300r/min的转速搅拌混合20min直至均匀;
2、制备液体烟油,其配方中蔬菜甘油含量为35%、食用丙二醇含量为63%、烟用香精含量为2%,混合并采用电动搅拌器以300r/min的转速搅拌20min直至均匀,过滤得到澄清液体烟油;
3、搅拌下,将2份骨胶与8份水混匀后逐渐加到85份液体烟油中。加完后,升高温度至85℃,保持恒温反应继续搅拌反应2h;
4、调节反应体系pH为4,逐渐加入1份卡拉胶与4份水混合物。加完后,升高温度至100℃,保持恒温反应继续搅拌反应5h;
5、室温冷却4h,即得到凝胶态烟油,其中骨胶含量为2%、卡拉胶含量为1%,水为12%,液体烟油含量为85%,以所述固体烟油的质量为基准。
上述%均为质量百分数。
将凝胶态烟油压模,即得到圆柱体凝胶态烟油棒9。
如图1-2和上述发明内容所述的电子烟。所述吸嘴7与储凝胶筒2可拆卸连接。所述按压套8为覆盖所述吸嘴7的L型按压套。烟具的上壳体1、下壳体5充当加热腔4侧壁。所述加热元件4-1为轴向设置的侧壁具有孔洞的发热管。
所述外径渐扩段2-2纵向截面为两个对称的V型,其整体由一个渐扩腔体和渐缩腔体通过大端连接而成,其纵向分布有若干条轴向缝隙,从而形成相应的四片对称设置的夹持瓣2-2-1,以夹持凝胶态烟油棒9,所述外径渐扩段2-2设置在所述阻挡环1-4下方。所述夹持瓣2-2-1横截面为扇形圆环面,如图3所示,用于夹持上述制备的圆柱体凝胶态烟油棒9。
实施例1所述的电子烟的使用方法,按下按压套8,其带动所述储凝胶筒2向下运动,此时所述外径渐扩段2-2摆脱所述阻挡环1-4的约束而松开,其内夹持的凝胶态烟油棒9一部分下落到加热腔4中,然后松开所述按压复位机构使其复位,则所述按压复位机构带动所述储凝胶筒2向上运动,此时当所述外径渐扩段2-2向上运动直到接触到所述阻挡环1-4时收紧夹持住凝胶态烟油棒9,烟具状态如图1所示,然后取下按压套8,开启加热元件4-1对加热腔4中的凝胶态烟油棒9加热,凝胶态烟油棒9受热产生的烟雾通过气流通道10进入用户口中,如图2所示,箭头方向为气流方向。
实施例2
将实施例1的凝胶态烟油压模,即得到长方体柱型凝胶态烟油棒9。
本实施例2的电子烟与实施例1的区别为:所述外径渐扩段2-2具有2对对称设置的夹持瓣2-2-1所述夹持瓣2-2-1横截面为长方形,如图3所示,用于夹持本实施例2的长方体凝胶态烟油棒9。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种按压式定量供应凝胶态烟油棒的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟包括:上壳体(1)、下壳体(5)、储凝胶筒(2)、按压复位机构、加热腔(4)、加热元件(4-1)、气流通道(6);
    其中,所述上壳体(1)内壁上端设置有限位环(1-3),内壁下端设置有阻挡环(1-4);
    所述储凝胶筒(2)为中空柱体,下端部为外径渐扩段(2-2),其纵向分布有若干条缝隙,从而形成相应的夹持瓣(2-2-1),以夹持凝胶态烟油棒(9),所述外径渐扩段(2-2)与所述阻挡环(1-4)活动式接触;
    所述加热腔(4)设置在所述储凝胶筒(2)下方,且其内设置有加热元件(4-1);
    所述气流通道(6)连通外界和所述加热腔(4);
    所述按压复位机构连接所述储凝胶筒(2),所述按压复位机构的一部分突出在所述上壳体(1)外部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述按压复位机构包含:按压套(8)、吸嘴(7)和复位弹簧(3);
    其中,按压套(8)插接在所述吸嘴(7)上方;
    所述吸嘴(7)与所述上壳体(1)卡接,且相对所述上壳体(1)突出,所述吸嘴(7)与储凝胶筒(2)连接,所述吸嘴(7)与所述气流通道(6)气流连通;
    所述复位弹簧(3)套在所述储凝胶筒(2)的外部,其上端部抵靠所述吸嘴(7),下端部抵靠所述限位环(1-3)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述下壳体(5)与所述上壳体(1)为可拆卸连接,所述加热腔(4)设置在所述下壳体(5)内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述上壳体(1)包括可拆卸连接的上壳体上段(1-1)和上壳体下段(1-2),所述限位环(1-3)和阻挡环(1-4)设置在所述上壳体下段(1-2)内壁,所述吸嘴(7)与储凝胶筒(2)可拆卸连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述加热元件(4-1)为轴向设置的螺旋管状双股发热丝,所述螺旋管状双股发热丝包括一股加热丝束和一股吸附渗透丝束互相缠绕而成,所述螺旋管状双股发热丝整体为螺旋管状,且相邻螺旋线之间没有缝隙;
    或者所述加热元件(3)为轴向设置的侧壁具有孔洞的发热管。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述外径渐扩段(2-2)具有四片对称设置的夹持瓣(2-2-1),所述夹持瓣(2-2-1)横截面为长方形或者扇形圆环面,分别用于夹持长方体凝胶态烟油棒(9)或者圆柱体凝胶态烟油棒(9)。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述吸嘴(7)为T型,其内设置有T型通道,所述气流通道(6)包括所述上壳体(1)和储凝胶筒(2)之间的空隙。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的电子烟的使用方法,其特征在于,按下所述按压复位机构,其带动所述储凝胶筒(2)向下运动,此时所述外径渐扩段(2-2)摆脱所述阻挡环(1-4)的约束而松开,其内夹持的凝胶态烟油棒(9)一部分下落到加热腔(4)中,然后松开所述按压复位机构使其复位,则所述按压复位机构带动所述储凝胶筒(2)向上运动,此时当所述外径渐扩段(2-2)向上运动直到接触到所述阻挡环(1-4)时收紧夹持住凝胶态烟油棒(9),然后开启加热元件(4-1)对加热腔(4)中的凝胶态烟油棒(9)加热,凝胶态烟油棒(9)受热产生的烟雾通过气流通道(6)进入用户口中。
