Claims (14)
- 액상재료가 상방으로 토출되도록 하는 토출구 및 상기 토출구와 연결되어 상기 토출된 액상재료가 적치되는 적치부가 구비된 액상재료 공급부;상기 적치부에 적치된 액상재료를 조형빔의 조사 영역인 워크홀더로 이동시켜 3차원 조형을 위한 액상층을 형성하는 액상층 형성부; 및상기 워크홀더에 형성된 액상층에 조형빔을 조사하여 3차원 조형을 수행하는 3차원 조형부;를 포함하는 3D 프린터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 액상재료 공급부는,상기 액상재료가 내부에 충전된 카트리지를 포함하여 구성되며,상기 카트리지의 일측면이 상기 적치부로 구성되고, 상기 카트리지의 일측면에 상기 카트리지의 내부와 연통되어 상기 토출구가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 프린터.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 카트리지의 내부에는 상기 카트리지의 내부에 충전된 액상재료를 압착하기 위한 압착판이 구비되며, 상기 압착판에 의해 상기 카트리지의 내부에 충전된 액상재료가 압착 시 상기 액상재료가 상기 토출구를 통해 토출되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 프린터.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 카트리지의 내부는 복수의 공간으로 분리되어 구성되고, 각각의 공간에 상기 압착판이 각각 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 프린터.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 카트리지의 내부에 형성된 각각의 공간에는 특성이 서로 상이한 액상재료가 각각 충전된 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 프린터.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 카트리지의 내부에 형성된 제1 액상재료가 충전된 제1 공간부, ..., 및 제n 액상재료가 충전된 제n 공간부가 분리되어 구성되고,상기 제1 공간부와 연결된 제1 토출구, ..., 상기 제n 공간부와 연결된 제n 토출구는 상기 적치부 상에 토출위치가 혼합되어 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 프린터.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 액상재료 공급부는,상기 카트리지에 구비된 압착판을 압착하여 상기 카트리지의 내부에 충전된 액상재료를 토출시키기 위한 압착수단이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 프린터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 액상층 형성부는,상기 적치부에 적치된 액상재료를 스윕하여 상기 워크홀더 상에 일정 두께의 액상층을 형성하도록 왕복 이동하는 리코터 블레이드;를 포함하여 구성되고,상기 3차원 조형부는,상기 워크홀더 상에 형성된 액상층에 원하는 패턴데로 조형빔을 조사하여 3차원 조형을 수행하는 광조사기; 및 상기 워크홀더를 단계적으로 하강 또는 상승시키는 상하구동유닛;을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 프린터.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 3차원 조형부의 일측에는 상기 리코터 블레이드에 의해 상기 액상층을 형성하고 남은 액상재료를 수집하는 폐기함이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 프린터.
- 액상재료가 상방으로 토출되도록 하는 토출구 및 상기 토출구와 연결되어 상기 토출된 액상재료가 적치되는 적치부가 구비된 액상재료 공급부; 상기 적치부에 적치된 액상재료를 조형빔의 조사 영역인 워크홀더로 이동시켜 3차원 조형을 위한 액상층을 형성하는 액상층 형성부; 및 상기 워크홀더에 형성된 액상층에 조형빔을 조사하여 3차원 조형을 수행하는 3차원 조형부;를 포함하는 3차원 프린터에 구비되는 카트리지로서,상기 카트리지는 내부에 액상재료가 충전되도록 구성되되, 일측면이 상기 적치부로 구성되고, 상기 일측면과 연통되어 상기 토출구가 형성된 3D 프린터 카트리지.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 카트리지의 내부에는 상기 카트리지의 내부에 충전된 액상재료를 압착하기 위한 압착판이 구비되며, 상기 압착판에 의해 상기 카트리지의 내부에 충전된 액상재료가 압착 시 상기 액상재료가 상기 토출구를 통해 토출되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 프린터 카트리지.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 카트리지의 내부는 복수의 공간으로 분리되어 구성되고, 각각의 공간에 상기 압착판이 각각 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 프린터 카트리지.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 카트리지의 내부에 형성된 각각의 공간에는 특성이 서로 상이한 액상재료가 각각 충전된 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 프린터 카트리지.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 카트리지의 내부에 형성된 제1 액상재료가 충전된 제1 공간부, ..., 및 제n 액상재료가 충전된 제n 공간부가 분리되어 구성되고,상기 제1 공간부와 연결된 제1 토출구, ..., 상기 제n 공간부와 연결된 제n 토출구는 상기 적치부 상에 토출위치가 혼합되어 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 프린터 카트리지.
