Description
VIRTUAL SYSTEM FOR THE MARKETING OF GOODS AND RELATED PROCEDURE The present invention refers to a virtual system for the marketing of goods, in particular of material goods. Also the present invention refers to a process of visualization and acquisition of material goods. E-commerce platforms are known, designed to allow transactions and commercial relations mainly between companies and final consumers, where the customer can directly purchase a product or service, without going to a physical place, using electronic carts and online payment services. The goods and services offered by merchants on these e- commerce platforms are visible on an online catalog containing product characteristics, price, payment and delivery methods, the consumer can access the goods and services offered by one or more
merchants, and make purchases directly through a software platform that directs the buyer to the merchant's site that deals with the requested product. Also known are e-commerce that allow the customer to use a virtual shopping cart, and to make a plurality of purchases, based on a customer database that records all transactions, customer profiles, items purchased, related information. to the payment system, and shipping addresses, providing each user with personalized information, suggesting the purchase of items based on the navigation data collected and the customer's history. But these e-commerce platforms allow any communication only textual where provided (such as chat or email) without any visual interaction and/or direct communication with the seller during the shopping experience. Physical stores equipped with a web sales service are also known, which allows the identification of products sold within the store by means of tags or other known identification systems. In particular, a system equipped with a server is known that manages the inventory of the
products physically present within the commercial store, using the unique identification information of the product, the customer books or buys the product. The server equipped with a pre-purchase acceptance means acquires the information of the product booked or purchased by the customer, and identifies it by means of the electronic tag placed on the product. The disadvantage of these shops and the online service they offer is that they cannot guarantee a display of the products sold in the shop in real time, and they do not allow the customer to interact directly with the seller, asking him for information on the products he would like to buy such as if the customer was in the shop. Finally, electronic devices equipped with cameras are also known, capable of creating virutal tours of a 360-degree environment, in particular this technology is also applied to shops by providing views of the shop and the goods contained within it, but these electronic devices are not associated with online sales platforms. It is evident that there is no known system that allows a remote user to perform a shopping
experience by choosing one or more commercial shops, one or more departments of commercial shops, and one or more counters of commercial shop departments, by viewing the goods on display and being able to interact and view the sellers in real time. Object of the present invention is solving the aforementioned prior art problems by providing a virtual system for the marketing of material goods. Another object of the present invention is providing a virtual system for the marketing of material goods capable of allowing a user a virtual shopping experience, interacting in real time with the suppliers of a commercial premises, remotely evaluating and choosing the material goods to be purchased, as if it were physically present in the commercial space. A further object of the present invention is providing a system capable of configuring a virtual commercial space consisting of commercial premises, and/or counters, and/or departments chosen by the user. A final object of the present invention is providing a process visualization and
acquisition of material goods by means of this virtual system for the marketing of material goods. The aforesaid and other objects and advantages of the invention, as will emerge from the following description, are achieved with a virtual system for the marketing of goods such as the one described in claim 1. Also the above and other objects and advantages of the invention, which will result from the following the description, they are reached with a process of visualization and acquisition of material goods as described in claim 7. Preferred embodiments and non-trivial variants of the present invention form the subject of the dependent claims. It is understood that all attached claims form an integral part of the present description. It will be immediately obvious that innumerable variations and modifications (for example relating to shape, dimensions, arrangements and parts with equivalent functionality) can be made to what is described without departing from the scope of the invention as appears from the attached claims.
The present invention will be better described by some preferred embodiments, provided by way of non-limiting example, with reference to the attached drawings, in which: - Figure 1 shows a block diagram of a first embodiment of the system according to the present invention; is - Figure 2 shows a block diagram of a second embodiment of the system according to the present invention. With reference to FIG. 1, a virtual system 1 for the marketing of a plurality of material goods, such as, for example, food goods, personal hygiene goods, or other similar items, according to the present invention, is designed to allow at least one user 3 to carry out a virtual shopping experience in at least one commercial space 2, such as, for example, a shop, or a supermarket, or other similar, used for the display and sale of the plurality of material goods and selected by the user 3, interacting with at least one supplier of the plurality of material goods of at least one department 8, such as, for example, a butchery department, a pastry department, a fruit and
vegetable department, etc. of the commercial premises 2, making a direct communication with the supplier through a transmission visual and sound, asking the supplier for advice, information on the quality of the plurality of material goods as if user 3 were physically present in the commercial room iale 2 to communicate with the supplier during the shopping experience. Advantageously, the virtual system 1 for marketing the plurality of material goods includes: - at least one application program designed to allow the system 1 to execute a plurality of instructions, designed to facilitate the display by the user 3 of the plurality of material goods arranged within the department 8 of the commercial space 2, and/or arranged on at least one counter 5 of the department 8, and at the same time favoring interaction and direct communication by means of visual and sound transmission between the supplier and the user 3 during the shopping experience; - a plurality of electronic image acquisition devices 6, such as, for example, video cameras, or other suitable cameras, arranged inside the
commercial space 2 used for displaying and selling the plurality of material goods, advantageously positioned inside the department 8 of the commercial space 2, and/or arranged near a counter 5 of the department 8, designed to allow the user 3 to view in real time the plurality of material goods marketed by the supplier of the commercial space 2 and to view and interact with the supplier of the plurality of goods by making a direct communication with the supplier by means of a visual transmission; - a plurality of audio devices, such as, for example, headphones with microphone, worn by the supplier and by the user 3, designed to facilitate direct communication between supplier and user 3 by means of an audio transmission; - a plurality of electronic devices 4, such as, for example, a touch tablet, or a portable personal computer, or a smartphone, or other similar, equipped with at least one graphic interface, designed to allow the supplier and the user 3 to interact with system 1 by accessing the application program of system 1; - at least one software application running on
a computer component for processing and managing information traffic, designed to manage user requests 3 and to provide the services offered by system 1 via the web; - at least one logistic unit 7, designed to physically prepare the products purchased by user 3 in the commercial space 2 selected by user 3, and to ship it to user 3 with the shipping method chosen by user 3; and eventually; - a plurality of proximity sensors, designed to provide the user 3 with a particular view of the plurality of material goods positioned inside the department 8 of the commercial space 2, and/or arranged near a counter 5 of the department 8, in according to the user's request, and the location of the supplier; - at least one computer inside the commercial room 2 designed to manage the plurality of configurations that this plurality of electronic image acquisition devices 6 assumes. In particular, the supplier by means of the plurality of electronic devices 4 is able to manage the plurality of electronic image acquisition
devices 6, the plurality of audio devices, and manage the communication by means of audio and video transmission with the user 3, modulating the interaction and the framing with the user 3, and at the same time the user 3 by means of one of this plurality of electronic devices 4 is able to identify and choose the commercial space 2, and/or the department 8, and/or the counter 5 each equipped with at least one device of the plurality of electronic devices 4. Each device of the plurality of electronic devices 4 is mutually interconnected with another device of the plurality of electronic devices 4 physically via a local LAN (Local Area Network) virtually by means of a Wide Area Network (WAN) or similar.
