一种灯体及其灯杯 技术领域
本发明涉及灯具技术领域,尤其涉及一种灯体及其灯杯。
背景技术
随着灯具行业的发展,各种照明光源广泛出现于市场中,其中点光源作为是一种备受市场青睐的常用光源。作为点光源,诸如E27灯头,其原理是通过将电线,具体为零线和灯头内侧金属接触导电,从而达到灯体发光的目的。在实际装配过程中,通常会将零线卡设在灯杯上,以通过对零线的固定,使其为灯头形成有效的接触。
但是对于所采用的结构,可能出现在实际装配中,尤其是批量装配的过程中,如果火线位于零线和灯杯的卡槽之间,那么火线就会干涉零线与开槽之间的卡接,致使零线与卡槽不能形成有效的连接,而装配过程中刻意去避免火线造成的干涉,又会导致装配效率降低。
发明内容
本发明公开一种灯体及其灯杯,以解决目前的灯体装配效率低下,接触不稳定的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种灯杯,所述灯杯的底端凸设安装环台,所述安装环台上设有多个卡线槽;所述多个卡线槽沿所述安装环台周向布局;所述卡线槽顶部设置卡口,所述卡口位于所述安装环台顶面。
进一步的,所述多个卡线槽环形阵列均布于所述安装环台。
进一步的,所述卡线槽设置6个。
进一步的,所述卡线槽的底部与所述安装环台的底部之间具有预设距离; 所述预设距离使所述安装环台为整环。
进一步的,所述卡线槽的底面为弧面,所述弧面与所述卡口相对设置。
一种灯体,包括灯头、电线、光电板、泡壳和所述的灯杯,所述灯头、所述灯杯和所述泡壳依次连接,使所述灯体内部形成容置腔,所述电线和所述光电板均位于所述容置腔,所述电线包括零线和火线,所述零线的两端分别为第一端和第二端,所述零线卡接入所述卡线槽,所述第一端电连接所述光电板,所述第二端电连接所述灯头,所述火线的两端分别电连接所述光电板和所述灯头。
进一步的,所述零线上设有折弯,所述折弯卡接入所述卡线槽,所述第一端位于所述安装环台内侧,所述第二端位于所述安装环台外侧,所述灯杯和所述灯头的连接处预留有间隔腔,第二端卡设于所述间隔腔。
进一步的,所述折弯靠近所述第二端,所述零线呈“J”型的勾状结构。
进一步的,所述灯杯底部还设有装配环部;所述安装环台凸设于所述装配环部顶面;所述装配环部的外周面设有多个卡块,所述多个卡块沿所述装配环部周向布局,并沿所述装配环部径向凸设;所述灯头通过所述多个卡块与所述装配环部过盈连接,所述间隔腔成形于所述装配环部外周面和所述灯头内周面之间,所述多个卡块位于所述间隔腔中。
进一步的,所述卡线槽槽宽的尺寸大于所述零线线径的尺寸。
本发明采用的技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:
本发明实施例公开的灯体及其灯杯,通过在灯杯的底部设有接触固定部,所述接触固定部通过多个卡线槽的设置,可有效的避免火线对零线的干涉,使所述零线能够选择位置适配的所述卡线槽进行安装,保证的卡接的有效稳固,并且所述灯体在装配时,能够将光电板于装配平面内旋转至任意角度进行安装,提高了整个所述灯体的安装效率。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明具体实施例及相应的附图对本发明技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
以下结合附图,详细说明本发明各个实施例公开的技术方案。
本实施例公开的灯体如图1和图3所示。包括灯头1、灯杯2、电线3、光电板4和泡壳5。其中,灯头1、灯杯2和泡壳5依次连接,使灯体内部形成容置腔,电线3和光电板4均位于容置腔中。
更为具体的,灯杯2上设置多个弹性卡钩,多个弹性卡钩位于灯杯2顶端,并且环设于灯杯2内周。泡壳5设有弹性环槽,该弹性环槽位于泡壳5底部的开口处,并且环设于泡壳5外周。通过该弹性卡钩和弹性环槽的弹性 卡接,实现灯杯2和泡壳5可拆卸连接,提高灯体的装配便捷性。
灯杯2内还设有搭接面,搭接面为处于灯杯2内周,并位于灯杯2顶部,光电板4位于该搭接面上。并且当泡壳5连接灯杯2时,泡壳5的底面能够和灯杯2的搭接面相互配合,形成对光电板4上下两侧的夹紧,进而使光电板4在灯体的轴向被限位固定,这样可进一步加强灯体的装配便捷性。
本实施例公开的灯杯2如图5和图6所示,灯杯2的底端凸设安装环台23,安装环台23上设有多个卡线槽21。多个卡线槽21沿安装环台23周向布局,并位于灯体的容置腔内。卡线槽21顶部设置卡口,卡口位于安装环台23顶面。
如图1和图3所示,电线3包括零线3A和火线3B。零线3A和火线3B均连接于光电板4面朝灯杯2的一侧,使光电板4和电线3形成一个整体。其中零线3A的两端分别为第一端和第二端。
如图3~图6所示,为了使灯体能够发光,需要使零线3A和火线3B处于灯杯2内部。其中零线3A卡接入卡线槽21,零线3A的第一端电连接光电板4,零线3A的第二端电连接灯头1。而火线3B的两端分别电连接光电板4和灯头1,这样灯头1、电线3和光电板4之间就形成了通电回路,灯头1能够将外接电源的电流通过电线3引入光电板4上,从而使光电板4发射入射光源照射至泡壳5,以使灯体通过泡壳5发光。
其中光电板4通常仅在灯体的轴向定位,而周向可任意转动,这样由于多个卡线槽21的设置,光电板4无论转动至任何角度,总会存在一个与零线3A最适配的卡线槽21,并且该卡线槽21较之其他位置的卡线槽21与零线3A距离最近。这样零线3A能够位于火线3B和该最适配的卡线槽21之间,从而使零线3A能够在避免火线3B的干涉和阻挡情况下,较为容易的卡接于卡线槽21中,从而完成对零线3A位置的固定,进而使零线3A通过第二端与灯头1之间形成持久有效的电连接。
综上,在具体装配时,由于多个卡线槽21的设置,光电板4无需通过特 定的角度调整来使火线3B对零线3A进行避让,即可完成零线3A卡接入卡线槽21中,使灯体的装配效率极大的提高,并且保证装配零线3A与灯头1之间的有效电连接。
更进一步的,如图5和图6所示,多个卡线槽21环形阵列均布于安装环台23,以使零线3A更方便的卡接入卡线槽21中。同时根据实际生产经验总结,优选卡线槽21的数量为6个,这样在方便卡接的同时,能够降低制造难度。
更为具体的,如图4~图6所示,为了提高安装环台23的整体强度,卡线槽21的底部与安装环台23的底部之间具有预设距离。预设距离使安装环台23为整环结构。同时安装环台23一体成型于灯杯2底部,并且对安装环台23的厚度尺寸朝光电板4一侧逐渐变大,以使安装环台23在与灯杯2连接的一端具有较好的强度,避免应力集中的造成断裂。
更进一步的,卡线槽21的底面为弧面,弧面与卡口相对设置。弧面半径可以与零线3A的线径进行适配,防止卡线槽21对零线3A的刮伤。同时卡线槽21与安装环台23交汇处可以采取倒圆或倒钝处理,进一步防止卡线槽21对零线3A的刮伤。
在更为具体的实施方案中,如图2和图4所示,零线3A上设有折弯。折弯卡接入卡线槽21,第一端位于安装环台23内侧,第二端位于安装环台23外侧。灯杯2和灯头1的连接处预留有间隔腔,第二端卡设于间隔腔。
间隔腔的设置可以形成对零线3A第二端的容置,防止灯头1和灯杯2对第二端的过度挤压,同时折弯通常为弹性形变,这样零线3A可以利用折弯产生的弹性形变力,使第二端与灯头1之间保持紧密接触。
更进一步的,如图3和图4所示,为适配灯体的整体结构,折弯靠近第二端,零线3A呈“J”型的勾状结构。
作为间隔腔成形的一种具体方案,如图2、图4和图6所示,灯杯2底部还设有装配环部24;安装环台23凸设于装配环部24顶面。
装配环部24的外周面设有多个卡块22,多个卡块22沿装配环部24周向进行环形阵列布局,并沿装配环部24径向凸设。
如图2~图4所示,灯头1的端口套接于多个卡块22外侧,并通过铆压等方式对灯头1端口进行收口处理,使灯头1端口通过多个卡块22与装配环部24过盈连接。通过多个卡块22的设计,使间隔腔成形于装配环部24外周面和灯头1内周面之间。
更进一步的,为了便于零线3A卡接入线槽21中,应当保证卡线槽21槽宽的尺寸大于零线3A线径的尺寸。实际生产中选取卡线槽21槽宽尺寸为0.6mm,零线3A线径为0.5mm。
本发明上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种灯杯(2),其中:所述灯杯(2)的底端凸设安装环台(23),所述安装环台(23)上设有多个卡线槽(21);
    所述多个卡线槽(21)沿所述安装环台(23)周向布局;
    所述卡线槽(21)顶部设置卡口,所述卡口位于所述安装环台(23)顶面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯杯(2),其中:所述多个卡线槽(21)环形阵列均布于所述安装环台(23)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的灯杯(2),其中:所述卡线槽(21)设置6个。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的灯杯(2),其中:所述卡线槽(21)的底部与所述安装环台(23)的底部之间具有预设距离;
    所述预设距离使所述安装环台(23)为整环。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的灯杯(2),其中:所述卡线槽(21)的底面为弧面,所述弧面与所述卡口相对设置。
  6. 一种灯体,其中:包括灯头(1)、电线(3)、光电板(4)、泡壳(5)和权利要求1~5中任意一项所述的灯杯(2),
    所述灯头(1)、所述灯杯(2)和所述泡壳(5)依次连接形成容置腔,所述卡线槽(21)、所述电线(3)和所述光电板(4)均位于所述容置腔,
    所述电线(3)包括零线(3A)和火线(3B),所述零线(3A)的两端分别为第一端和第二端,所述零线(3A)卡接入所述卡线槽(21),所述第一端电连接所述光电板(4),所述第二端电连接所述灯头(1),
    所述火线(3B)的两端分别电连接所述光电板(4)和所述灯头(1)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的灯体,其中:所述零线(3A)上设有折弯,所述折弯卡接入所述卡线槽(21),所述第一端位于所述安装环台(23)内侧,所述第二端位于所述安装环台(23)外侧,
    所述灯杯(2)和所述灯头(1)的连接处预留有间隔腔,所述第二端卡设于所述间隔腔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的灯体,其中:所述折弯靠近所述第二端,所述零线(3A)呈“J”型的勾状结构。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的灯体,其中:所述灯杯(2)底部还设有装配环部(24);所述安装环台(23)凸设于所述装配环部(24)顶面;
    所述装配环部(24)的外周面设有多个卡块(22),所述多个卡块(22)沿所述装配环部(24)周向布局,并沿所述装配环部(24)径向凸设;
    所述灯头(1)通过所述多个卡块(22)与所述装配环部(24)套接,
    所述间隔腔通过所述多个卡块(22),成形于所述装配环部(24)外周面和所述灯头(1)内周面之间。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的灯体,其中:所述卡线槽(21)槽宽的尺寸大于所述零线(3A)线径的尺寸。
