一种分撒结构及破碎装置,包括分草板(1p)和多个第一导草板(2p),分草板(1p)固定在排草口(10p)上边缘,分草板(1p)的板面自排草口(10p)朝向远离排草口(10p)的一端逐渐扩大设置,多个第一导草板(2p)沿平行于排草口(10p)边缘的方向间隔设置在分草板(1p)的下表面上,第一导草板(2p)垂直于分草板(1p)且与分草板(1p)的中线之间呈角度设置。通过第一导草板(2p)将从排草口(10p)出来的破碎后的谷草导向分撒,避免在田地中成一字形堆积,提高分撒效率。

Description

一种分撒结构及破碎装置 技术领域
本申请涉及分撒装置技术领域,具体涉及一种分撒结构及破碎装置。
背景技术
收割机、除草机、脱粒机等机械作业设备中,在动刀座轴管上密布刀片或者齿杆,通过驱动动刀座轴管的转动,带动刀片或齿杆做大半径的绕轴转动,快速转动的刀片或齿杆接触杂草或者作物,从而实现将杂草割断或将作物籽粒脱离作物秸秆。
将联合收割机收割后的谷草切碎抛洒还田是一项既能防止焚烧秸秆污染空气又能作为有机肥料肥沃土地的符合环保要求的重要措施,为了达到这一目的,现有的联合收割机均已配备了破碎装置。联合收割机边前进边收割脱粒谷物,经破碎装置切碎的碎谷草随着联合收割机前进的轨迹成一字形堆积在田地中。堆积的碎谷草不便于直接翻地耕作,需耗费大量人力将其耙平撒铺在地中,拖拉机才能进行耕地作业。人工耙平切碎秸秆的作业非常耗时耗力,且工效很低,严重影响拖拉机耕地作业。
发明内容
因此,本申请要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中的破碎装置分撒效率低。
根据本申请的一个方面,提出一种分撒结构,包括:
分草板,固定在排草口上边缘;
所述分草板的板面自所述排草口朝向远离所述排草口的一端逐渐扩大设置;
多个第一导草板,沿平行于所述排草口边缘的方向间隔设置在所述分草板的下表面上;所述第一导草板垂直于所述分草板且与所述分草板的中线之间呈角度设置。
优选地,所述第一导草板设置在靠近所述排草口的一端;还包括:
多个第二导草板,沿平行于所述排草口边缘的方向间隔设置在所述分草板的下表面上,并位于远离所述排草口的一端;所述第二导草板垂直于所述分草板且与所述分草板的中线之间呈角度设置;
所述第二导草板的数量大于所述第一导草板的数量。
优选地,所述分草板沿所述排草口向下倾斜设置。
优选地,所述第一导草板和所述第二导草板共同围成梯形结构。
优选地,所有所述第一导草板关于所述分草板的中线对称设置。
优选地,所有所述第二导草板关于所述分草板的中线对称设置。
优选地,位于所述分草板的中线同侧的所述第二导草板与所述分草板的中线之间的夹角不同。
优选地,所述第二导草板与所述分草板的中线之间的夹角,自靠近所述分草板的中线的所述第二导草板向远离所述分草板的中线的所述第二导草板逐渐增大设置。
优选地,所述第二导草板为曲面板。
根据本申请的另一方面,提供一种破碎装置,包括排草口及上述所述的分撒结构;所述分撒结构固定在所述排草口上。
本申请技术方案,具有如下优点:
1.本申请提供的分撒结构,包括分草板和多个第一导草板。分草板固定在排草口上边缘。分草板的板面自排草口朝向远离排草口的一端逐渐扩大设置。多个第一导草板沿平行于排草口边缘的方向间隔设置在分草板的 下表面上,第一导草板垂直于分草板且与分草板的中线之间呈角度设置。通过第一导草板将从排草口出来的破碎后的谷草导向分撒,避免在田地中成一字形堆积,提高分撒效率。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种分撒结构,如图1和图2所示,包括分草板1p、多个第一导草板2p和多个第二导草板3p。如图2所示,分草板1p上设置延伸段11p,延伸段11p的宽度与排草口10p的宽度相同,延伸段11p边缘翻边设置,并通过翻边固定在排草口10p的上边缘。分草板1p整体向下倾斜设置。
分草板1p板面从其延伸段11p向远离排草口10p的一端逐渐增大设置,多个第一导草板2p沿平行于排草口10p边缘的方向间隔设置在分草板1p的下表面上,并靠近排草口10p的一端。第一导草板2p垂直于分草板1p 且与分草板1p的中线之间呈角度设置。本实施例中,第一导草板2p设置三个,呈不同角度设置在分草板1p上,适于将破碎的谷草朝向不同的方向导引。第一导草板2p还可以设置四个、五个等,视具体需要而定,第一导草板2p关于分草板1p的中线对称设置。
如图2所示,分草板1p上远离排草口10p的一端设置多个第二导草板3p,第二导草板3p沿平行于排草口10p边缘的方向间隔设置在分草板1p的下表面上。同样地,第二导草板3p垂直于分草板1p且与分草板1p的中线之间呈角度设置。本实施例中,第二导草板3p的数量大于第一导草板2p的数量,例如,第二导草板3p设置七个,七个第二导草板3p均匀间隔设置,且关于分草板1p的中线对称设置。第二导草板3p与分草板1p的中线之间的夹角,自靠近分草板1p的中线的第二导草板3p向远离分草板1p的中线的第二导草板3p逐渐增大设置,本实施例中,除位于分草板1p中线上的第二导草板3p,其他第二导草板3p为曲面板,使得所有第二导草板3p整体呈扇形张开。第一导草板2p和第二导草板3p围成梯形结构,通过第一导草板2p将从排草口10p出来的破碎后的谷草第一次导向分散,然后再经过第二导草板3p进行大范围多角度的分撒,使破碎的谷草均匀铺撒在田地中,避免在田地中成一字形堆积,提高分撒效率。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种破碎装置,包括排草口10p和实施例1中的分撒结构,分撒结构固定在排草口10p上。

  1. 一种分撒结构,其特征在于,包括:
    分草板(1p),固定在排草口(10p)上边缘;
    所述分草板(1p)的板面自所述排草口(10p)朝向远离所述排草口(10p)的一端逐渐扩大设置;
    多个第一导草板(2p),沿平行于所述排草口(10p)边缘的方向间隔设置在所述分草板(1p)的下表面上;所述第一导草板(2p)垂直于所述分草板(1p)且与所述分草板(1p)的中线之间呈角度设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的分撒结构,其特征在于,所述第一导草板(2p)设置在靠近所述排草口(10p)的一端;还包括:
    多个第二导草板(3p),沿平行于所述排草口(10p)边缘的方向间隔设置在所述分草板(1p)的下表面上,并位于远离所述排草口(10p)的一端;所述第二导草板(3p)垂直于所述分草板(1p)且与所述分草板(1p)的中线之间呈角度设置;
    所述第二导草板(3p)的数量大于所述第一导草板(2p)的数量。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的分撒结构,其特征在于,所述分草板(1p)沿所述排草口(10p)向下倾斜设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的分撒结构,其特征在于,所述第一导草板(2p)和所述第二导草板(3p)共同围成梯形结构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的分撒结构,其特征在于,所有所述第一导草板(2p)关于所述分草板(1p)的中线对称设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的分撒结构,其特征在于,所有所述第二导草板(3p)关于所述分草板(1p)的中线对称设置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的分撒结构,其特征在于,位于所述分草板(1p)的中线同侧的所述第二导草板(3p)与所述分草板(1p)的中线之间的夹角不同。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的分撒结构,其特征在于,所述第二导草板(3p)与所述分草板(1p)的中线之间的夹角,自靠近所述分草板(1p)的中线的所述第二导草板(3p)向远离所述分草板(1p)的中线的所述第二导草板(3p)逐渐增大设置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的分撒结构,其特征在于,所述第二导草板(3p)为曲面板。
  10. 一种破碎装置,其特征在于,包括排草口(10p)及权利要求1-9中任一项所述的分撒结构;所述分撒结构固定在所述排草口(10p)上。
