其中,瓶体100的顶部设有瓶口110,瓶盖200可拆卸地设置在瓶口110上,瓶盖200的内部设有固定通道210,固定通道210的内径由下至上逐渐减小,即固定通道210呈中空的圆台状,瓶盖200的内部还设有集液腔220,且集液腔220的上端形成液体倒出口,出液管300插设在瓶体100的内部且上端固定插装在固定通道210内,出液喷嘴400可拆卸地设置在瓶盖200上并与出液管300的上端连通,出液喷嘴400的出液方向朝向集液腔220的底部。
不难理解的是,本容器瓶通过在瓶盖200上设置内径由下至上逐渐减小的固定通道210,当安装出液管300时,即可将出液管300的上端缓缓插装至固定通道210内,即出液管300越靠近固定通道210的上部受到固定通道210两侧的压力越大,以此使得出液管300能够稳固地安装在瓶盖200上,防止出液管300掉落至瓶体100内。
此外,本容器瓶通过在瓶盖200上设置集液腔220和出液喷嘴400,并将出液喷嘴400的出液方向设置成朝向集液腔220底部的形式,使得从瓶体100挤压出的液体经出液管300抽吸至出液喷嘴400出时,液体能够流进集液腔220而不是直线向外喷射,需要使用液体时,即可将集液腔220内的液体从液体倒出口倒出使用,做到了根据实际需求定量取液的同时,还有效的避免了液体的浪费,同时保证了液体的卫生质量。
在本发明的一些实施例中,再参见图5和图6,出液喷嘴400呈开口朝下的帽状,出液喷嘴400与瓶盖200之间形成与集液腔220连通的环形出液口410。需要理解的是,在本实施例中,瓶盖200在靠近固定通道210顶端位置处设有安装凸部,出液喷嘴400卡装在安装凸部上,固定通道210的顶端两侧分别开设有侧向开口,两个侧向开口分别与出液喷嘴400的两端内壁相对,使得出液喷嘴400与瓶盖200之间形成与集液腔220连通的环形出液口410,挤压瓶体100时,液体即从出液管300抽吸至环形出液口410处并从环形出液口410流入至集液腔220中,环形出液口410的设置能够使得液体快速地向集液腔220内扩散,保证液体的出液速度的同时,防止液体直接向外喷射,避免浪费。
在本发明的一些实施例中,参见图2,为了使得集液腔220内的液体能够顺畅从液体倒出口流出,液体倒出口的边缘处设有向外翻折的弧形翻边240,需要理解的是,液体倒出口呈圆形,液体倒出口的上端边缘向外过渡呈弧形,即形成弧形翻边240,方便液体的顺畅流出。
在本发明的一些实施例中,参见图2和图3,瓶盖200上还设有开口朝上的环形导流槽250,环形导流槽250环设于液体倒出口的外部且低于液体倒出口,环形导流槽250上开设有与集液腔220相连通 的回流缺口251。
应该理解的是,得益于环形导流槽250的设计,使得从液体倒出口溢出、泄露或残留的液体均能够流入至环形导流槽250内,并从环形导流槽250上的回流缺口251流进集液腔220中,以此回收液体倒出口上残留的液体,进一步避免液体浪费。
在本发明的一些实施例中,再参见图1、图2和图5,为了保证容器瓶在闲置状态下集液腔220的密封性,瓶盖200的上部还设有翻盖500,翻盖500可相对瓶盖200转动以密封或打开液体倒出口,需要理解的是,翻盖500与瓶盖200在同一侧铰接且二者一体成型,减少模具成型的成本。翻盖500可通过扣装或卡装的方式盖在瓶盖200上,完成对液体倒出口和集液腔220的密封。
具体的,在本实施例中,参加图4,翻盖500的内壁上设有扣条520,瓶盖200的外壁上设有与扣条520形成扣装配合的扣位槽230,以此实现翻盖500稳定地扣装在瓶盖200上的目的,保证整个容器瓶在闲置状态下的密封性和卫生质量。另外,为了方便翻盖500的打开,翻盖500的外壁上向外凸设有掰块530,使用通过手动向上掰动掰块530即可使整个翻盖500,方便实用。
另外,再参见图5,翻盖500的底部设有开口朝下的环形密封槽510,环形密封槽510的内壁与固定通道210的外壁相贴合,具体的,环形密封槽510设置在翻盖500的中部且与翻盖500一体成型,需要理解的是,翻盖500呈关闭状态时,环形密封槽510贴合在固定通道210上部的外壁上,还起到了封堵出液喷嘴400和环形出液口410的作用,避免集液腔220出现过量而向外溢出的状况。
此外,在本实施例中,再参见图2和图4,翻盖500的内壁上还环设有封水块540,封水块540与瓶盖200的内壁相贴合,当翻盖500处于关闭状态时,封水块540封堵回流缺口251。具体的,封水块540 呈环形且封水块540与翻盖500一体成型,当翻盖500处于关闭状态时,封水块540即与瓶盖200的内壁相贴合,同时,封水块540封堵回流缺口251,加强了翻盖500与瓶盖200之间的密封性,同时还防止了在容器瓶处于闲置状态时液体流进环形导流槽250内。
在本发明的一些实施例中,参见图4,瓶盖200与瓶口110螺纹连接,即瓶口110处设有外螺纹,而瓶盖200的下部内壁具有与外螺纹配合的内螺纹,方便瓶盖200的拆装,瓶盖200与瓶口110之间还设有密封垫片600,加强瓶盖200与瓶口110之间的密封性。
上面结合附图对本发明实施例作了详细说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施例,在所属技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种挤压式容器瓶,其特征在于,包括:
    瓶体(100),顶部设有瓶口(110);
    瓶盖(200),可拆卸地设置在所述瓶口(110)上,内部设有固定通道(210),所述固定通道(210)的内径由下至上逐渐减小,所述瓶盖(200)的内部还设有集液腔(220),且所述集液腔(220)的上端形成液体倒出口;
    出液管(300),插设在所述瓶体(100)的内部且上端固定插装在所述固定通道(210)内;
    出液喷嘴(400),可拆卸地设置在所述瓶盖(200)上并与所述出液管(300)的上端连通,所述出液喷嘴(400)的出液方向朝向所述集液腔(220)的底部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种挤压式容器瓶,其特征在于,所述出液喷嘴(400)呈开口朝下的帽状,所述出液喷嘴(400)与所述瓶盖(200)之间形成与所述集液腔(220)连通的环形出液口(410)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种挤压式容器瓶,其特征在于,所述液体倒出口的边缘处设有向外翻折的弧形翻边(240)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种挤压式容器瓶,其特征在于,所述瓶盖(200)上还设有开口朝上的环形导流槽(250),所述环形导流槽(250)环设于所述液体倒出口的外部且低于所述液体倒出口,所述环形导流槽(250)上开设有与所述集液腔(220)相连通的回流缺口(251)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种挤压式容器瓶,其特征在于,所述瓶盖(200)的上部还设有翻盖(500),所述翻盖(500)可相对所述瓶盖(200)转动以密封或打开所述液体倒出口。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种挤压式容器瓶,其特征在于,所述翻盖(500)的底部设有开口朝下的环形密封槽(510),所述环形密封槽(510)的内壁与所述固定通道(210)的外壁相贴合。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种挤压式容器瓶,其特征在于,所述翻盖(500)的内壁上设有扣条(520),所述瓶盖(200)的外壁上设有与所述扣条(520)形成扣装配合的扣位槽(230)。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种挤压式容器瓶,其特征在于,所述翻盖(500)的外壁上向外凸设有掰块(530)。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种挤压式容器瓶,其特征在于,所述翻盖(500)的内壁上还环设有封水块(540),所述封水块(540)与所述瓶盖(200)的内壁相贴合,当所述翻盖(500)处于关闭状态时,所述封水块(540)封堵所述回流缺口(251)。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的一种挤压式容器瓶,其特征在于,所述瓶盖(200)与所述瓶口(110)螺纹连接,所述翻盖(500)与所述瓶盖(200)一体成型,所述瓶盖(200)与所述瓶口(110)之间还设有密封垫片(600)。
