背景技术
智能手表、智能手环等穿戴设备大大方便了消费者的日常生活,比如在智能手表或者智能穿戴件上设置有摄像头等电子元件,使消费者在携带体积较小的手表时即可实现拍摄,能够及时记录生活等,因此上述穿戴设备在消费者的生活中越来越普及。
但是上述情况导致相关技术的多数穿戴设备集成的器件以及结构形式相近,且穿戴件实现的功能趋同,缺乏新鲜感,降低消费者的消费欲望。
发明内容
本申请旨在提供一种穿戴件,至少解决相关技术中穿戴件集成的器件以及实现的功能趋同的问题。
第一方面,本申请实施例提出了一种穿戴件,包括:
主体,所述主体包括第一本体和第二本体,所述第一本体与所述第二本体共同限定出目标区域,所述主体设有容纳空间,所述主体靠近所述目标区域的侧壁设有第一开孔和第二开孔,所述第一开孔和所述第二开孔与所述容纳空间连通;
气体发射器,所述气体发射器设置于所述容纳空间中,所述气体发射器的出气孔与所述第一开孔相对;
发光源,所述发光源设置于所述容纳空间中,所述发光源的出光面与所述第二开孔相对;其中,
所述气体发射器通过所述第一开孔向所述目标区域发出气体,所述发光源通过所述第二开孔向所述目标区域发出光束,所述气体所在的区域与所述光束所在的区域的重合区域用于显示图像。
在本申请的实施例中,通过在穿戴件上设置气体发射器和发光源,使气体发射器发射的气体与发光源发出的光束重合,在气体发射器发出的气体与发光源发出的光束重合的区域形成图像,本申请在穿戴件上增添了不同于以往的器件与功能,使穿戴件给消费者带来了新鲜感。

下面结合图1-图9描述根据本申请实施例的穿戴件。
如图1所示,根据本申请实施例的一种穿戴件,包括主体1、气体发 射器2和发光源3。所述主体1包括第一本体11和第二本体12,比如所述主体1可以为眼镜,所述第一本体11和所述第二本体12可以分别对应所述眼镜上的两个镜腿。同样的,所述主体1也可以为头戴式耳机、手表等物品,所述第一本体11和所述第二本体12分别对应上述物品的两个组成部分。所述主体1也可以仅包括第一本体11和第二本体12两个部分,使所述第一本体11和所述第二本体12就构成了整个主体1部分。
所述第一本体11与所述第二本体12共同限定出目标区域。所述目标区域可以是第一本体11和第二本体12之间所夹的空间,比如当主体1为眼镜,第一本体11和第二本体12为眼镜的两个镜腿时,所述目标区域可以为两个镜腿之间所夹的区域。所述目标区域也可以是两个镜腿之间所夹区域的上方或者下方区域,使目标区域限定在靠近本体的位置,保证本体结构的紧凑性,使本体成像后不需要占用过大的空间,便于使用。所述主体1设有容纳空间,所述主体1靠近所述目标区域的侧壁设有第一开孔101和第二开孔102,所述第一开孔101和所述第二开孔102与所述容纳空间连通。
所述气体发射器2和所述发光源3均设置于所述本体的容纳空间中,能够使本体上的容纳空间便于限定气体发射器2和发光源3的位置,且能够使本体进一步的保护气体发射器2和发光源3。所述容纳空间可以为在所述主体1内开设的相对密闭的腔室,所述气体发射器2和所述发光源3整体封装在容纳空间内,此时,所述第一开孔101和所述第二开孔102的大小能够供光束10和气体通过即可,比如第一开孔101和第二开孔102可以为长条形开孔,也可以为多个通孔共同形成的开孔结构等。所述容纳空间也可以为在所述主体1外开设的槽,所述气体发射器2和所述发光源3嵌设在所述容纳空间内,此时,所述第一开孔101和所述第二开孔102可以理解为所述主体1的上的整个槽的开口。所述气体发射器2的出气孔与所述第一开孔101相对,所述发光源3的出光面与所述第二开孔102相对,能够使气体发射器2发出的气体和发光源3发出的光束10顺利通过开孔而形成图像。
所述气体发射器2通过所述第一开孔101向所述目标区域发出气体, 所述发光源3通过所述第二开孔102向所述目标区域发出光束10,所述气体所在的区域与所述光束10所在的区域的重合区域用于显示图像,即所述气体发射器2发出的气体与所述发光源3发出的光束10交汇的区域能够形成图像。
本申请通过在穿戴件上设置气体发射器2和发光源3,使气体发射器2发射的气体与发光源3发出的光束10重合,在气体发射器2发出的气体与发光源3发出的光束10重合的区域形成图像,使本申请在穿戴件上增添了不同于以往的器件与功能,进而使穿戴件给消费者带来了新鲜感,提高了产品的科技感,提高了消费者的消费欲望。
如图9所示,本申请的原理为创造一块与周围空气不同折射率的区域,用于投影的光束10穿过该区域会形成折射、反射,从而使人眼可见。而本申请中的气体发射器2能够通过发出的气体来改变周边环境的折射率,比如,所述气体发射器2通过改变气体的温度或者压强等方式,使被改变温度或者压强部分的气体的折射率区别于其他部分的气体,进而实现改变气体的折射率。发光源3能够控制光束10的投射点的位置,配合气体发射器2生成气体的位置,可以将发光点设置在气体发射器2发射出的气体中的任意位置,通过振镜作用可以在较短时间内生成N条光束10,形成N个点。当点数量足够多,观看者会将其视作为一根完整线,在通过多条线形成面,从而生成完整的图像。
其中,所述气体发射器2发出的气体可以为气柱9状,也可以为气雾状等各种形式,使气体发射器2发出的气体能够通过改变气体的温度、湿度、压强等因素改变气体的折射率即可。所述气体发射器2可以采用压电陶瓷微型气泵,压电陶瓷微型气泵能够通过压电效应,使陶瓷基板产生震动从而对气流进行压缩和释放。当然,所述气体发射器2可以采用其他器件,由于气体发射器2已为本领域技术人员熟知的现有技术,此处不再赘述。所述发光源3可以为激光器,在激光器上施加激励能源,即在工作物质的电极间施加电压使工作物质的原子处于激发态。当用光照射工作物质,激发态原子会跃迁至低能级上同时放出光子,从而产生受激辐射发光,如此一颗入射光子可以产生两颗一模一样的光子,两颗产生四颗,如 此持续放大下去可产生激光;激光器设置两面反射镜,一面全放射,另一面部分反射。光子沿谐振腔轴线方向,在两个反射镜之间不断往返运行,每次经过工作物质都由于受激发射而得到放大,光变得越来越强,直至工作物质对光的放大作用能够抵消输出和其他损耗时,谐振腔就保持一定的光强,部分光从半反射端透过,部分光反射回去,从半反射端透过的光即为从激光器输出的激光。所述激光器可以为垂直腔面发射激光器,关于激光如何包含图像信息而在气体发射器2发出的气体上显示该图像已为本领域技术人员熟知的现有技术,此处不再赘述。
可选地,如图3所示,所述穿戴件还包括摄像模组4,所述摄像模组4设置于所述主体1上,所述摄像模组4与所述发光源3电连接。所述重合区域用于显示所述摄像模组4获取的图像,即摄像模组4获取的图像能够在发光源3和气体发射器2的配合下显示,可以替代显示屏的设置,节省显示屏在穿戴件上占用的空间,使穿戴件的外观更加紧凑,同时也提升了产品的科技感,提高了用户的使用体验。当然,所述穿戴件也可以包括显示屏,通过显示屏显示摄像模组4的拍摄的画面。进一步地,摄像模组4拍摄的画面也可以通过有线或者无线的方式传输到其他的显示设备上进行显示,比如穿戴件上设置有无线传输模块,摄像模组4拍摄的图像可以通过穿戴件上无线传输模块传送到手机上进行显示等。其中,穿戴件在所述重合区域内播放的图像可以来自于与穿戴件具有无线传输关系的电子设备,比如手机等,也可以来自于穿戴件自身存储的图像,当图像来自于穿戴件自身的存储时,穿戴件具有存储模块,摄像模组4拍摄的图像也可以存储在存储模块内。在穿戴件内设置存储模块已为现有技术,本领域技术人员能够知晓其具体设置方式,此处不再赘述。
可选地,所述气体发射器2和所述发光源3相对设置,使气体发射器2发出的气体和发光源3发出的光束10易于交汇重合,保证了成像的可靠性。其中,所述气体发射器2和所述发光源3相对设置包括二者正相对,即二者在主体1上对称设置,使气体发射器2与发光源3相对,比如二者分别设置在两个镜腿的中间部位。相对设置也包括气体发射器2与发光源3并非正相对,而是二者之间交错设置,比如气体发射器2设置在一个镜 腿的端部,发光源3设置在另一个镜腿的根部,使气体发射器2和发光源3对角设置,但是气体发射器2发出的气体和发光源3发出的光束10能够在目标区域汇集,即第一开孔101的开口和第二开孔102的开口朝向目标区域,二者之间并非正相对也包括气体发射器2设置于主体1的上部,而发光源3设置于主体1的下部等的情形,此处不再一一列举。
进一步地,所述气体发射器2设置于所述第一本体11内,所述发光源3设置于所述第二本体12内,使气体发射器2与发光源3均靠近目标区域,保证了整体结构紧凑性,便于消费者使用。其中,所述气体发射器2设置在所述第一本体11内,可以包括气体发射器2设置于所述第一本体11的端部,也可以包括气体发射器2设置于所述第一本体11的中部。当气体发射器2的数量为多个时,所有所述气体发射器2可以在所述第一本体11上均布,所有所述气体发射器2也可以在所述第一本体11上集中设置等。所述发光源3设置在所述第二本体12内的情形可参考所述气体发射器2设置在所述第一本体11内的情形,但是气体发射器2在第一本体11内的设置方式可以与发光源3在第二本体12内的设置方式不同,比如气体发射器2为多个,且所有所述气体发射器2均布在所述第一本体11上,发光源3的数量为多个,所有所述发光源3聚集设置在第二本体12的中部位置。进一步的,上述情形中的发光源3的数量也可以设置为1个,发光源3位于第二本体12的中部位置。
可选地,所述主体1具有挠性区段5,所述挠性区段5具有挠性。挠性区段5能够在外力作用下改变自身的弯曲角度,改变弯曲角度包括改变挠性区段5自身的弯折程度和挠性区段5一端相对于另一端的转动。在所述挠性区段5改变弯曲角度的情况下,所述摄像模组4的朝向改变。比如弯折挠性区段5能够实现在不使主体1运动的情况下使摄像模组4运动,由拍摄消费者前方的物体转而进行自拍,使消费者容易改变摄像模组4的拍摄方向,同时消费者通过改变挠性区段5的弯曲角度即可调节摄像模组4的拍摄方向。这样避免需要改变整个穿戴件的位置来调整摄像模组4的拍摄方向,增强了摄像模组4的稳定性,使穿戴件使用更加方便,提高了消费者的使用体验。其中,所述挠性区段5可以为具有挠性的材质制造,比 如橡胶等材质,所述挠性区段5也可以通过具体的结构形成,而挠性区段5的具体结构已为现有技术,比如现有的可弯曲管道或者在手术中使用的挠性管路等。其中,所述挠性区段5可以通过受外力而弯曲,比如人力弯折挠性区段5等,也可以通过设置在所述挠性区段5内的电子器件而弯曲,比如在挠性区段5内设置电机等驱动机构,通过控制驱动机构使控制机构带动挠性区段5的弯曲等。
可选地,所述摄像模组4设置于所述主体1上靠近所述挠性区段5的一端,也就是说,挠性区段5的位置靠近摄像模组4的位置,在弯曲挠性区段5时,穿戴件的绝大实体部分能够保持不动,仅通过挠性区段5的弯曲使所述主体1的端部摆动。通过摄像模组4的这种设置方式进而改变摄像模组4的拍摄方向,能够在整个穿戴件引动部分最少的情况下使摄像模组4改变拍摄方向,进一步便于消费者的使用。其中,所述摄像模组4设置于所述主体1上靠近所述挠性区段5的一端,可以包括挠性区段5紧贴主体1上设置摄像模组4的一端,也可以包括挠性区段5与所述主体1上设置摄像模组4的一端之间具有一定的距离。比如当主体1为手环时,上述距离不超过整个手环周长的四分之一。当然也可以包括挠性区段5与主体1上设置摄像模组4的一端位于主体1的同一组成部分的情形,比如,当主体1为眼镜时,挠性区段5和设置摄像模组4的一端位于同一个镜腿上,此时挠性区段5可以处于该镜腿的任一位置。
可选地,所述摄像模组4设置在所述主体1的端部,比如将摄像模组4设置在镜腿的自由端,所述摄像模组4可以设置在主体1的端部内,也可以与主体1的端部并排设置。此时,主体1的端部可以在径向方向上延伸出额外的容纳空间,用于容纳摄像模组4。在消费者判断摄像模组4的拍摄方向时,能够以主体1端部的指向作为参考,从而对摄像模组4的拍摄方向有更加准确的判断。本申请的方案通过独特的布局方式,能够使消费者更加直观地判断拍摄方向,便于消费者精确拍摄到想要的景象。比如,在本申请时实施例的方案中,所述主体1的端部在整个穿戴件中处于能够更好的引起消费者注意的位置,主体1的端部的指向方向也较为明确,消费者只要看到比较显眼的端部的指向即可直接或者间接判断摄像模组4的 拍摄方向。而相关技术中,摄像头安装在曲面上,比如摄像模组4设置在手环上,通过手环的外表面上的开口采集图像。相关技术在判断拍摄方向时没有具体的参照,且摄像头较小,不容易判断摄像头的拍摄方向,需要在拍摄过程中参照显示设备调整拍摄方向才能准确拍摄到想要拍摄的景象。
进一步地,在所述主体1端部的端面上开设有一凹槽,比如在镜腿的自由端的端面上开设凹槽。也就是说,使所述摄像模组4的拍摄方向与所述主体1的端部的指向相同,调整所述主体1端部的指向即可调整摄像模组4的拍摄方向,能够更加准确的判断摄像模组4的拍摄方向。同时,将所述摄像模组4安装于所述凹槽内,能够起到保护摄像模组4的作用,避免摄像模组4遭受到外力破坏。
可选地,如图2和图8所示,所述穿戴件为手环,所述第一本体11和所述第二本体12通过连接组件6可拆卸连接。也就是说,所述第一本体11和所述第二本体12可以为为两个半环形,两个半环形的长度可以相同也可以不相同。所述第一本体11和所述第二本体12通过所述连接组件6连接,也就是说使两个半环形的两端分别一一对应连接形成整个手环,便于用户佩戴使用手环。其中所述连接组件6可以同时连接分别位于两个半环形两端的两个连接处,且两个连接处的连接组件6的结构可以不同,所述连接组件6也可以为仅连接位于半环形一端的一个连接处,而另一连接处处于相抵或者相分离的状态。所述连接组件6包括卡扣等机械的连接结构,也可以为其他类型的连接结构,增加了穿戴件的使用方式,提高了科技感,增强了用户体验。其中,所述第一本体11和所述第二本体12内均可具有无线传输模块,比如,摄像模组4设置在第一本体11上,发光源3设置在第二本体12上,摄像模组4拍摄的图像可以通过无线传输模块与发光源3形成信号传输,进而使摄像模组4获取的图像通过发光源3在所述重合区域内显示。
本实施方式中,所述气体发射器2设置在所述第一本体11内,所述发光源3设置在所述第二本体12内,所述第一本体11和所述第二本体12之间的区域为目标区域。当所述第一本体11和第二本体12处于未连接的状 态且第一本体11和第二本体12之间具有一定距离时,能够增大所述气体发射器2发出的气体与发光源3发出的光束10之间的重合区域,增大成像的空间。当然也可以在第一本体11与第二本体12连接时在第一本体11和第二本体12之间的区域显示图像,减少穿戴件成像时占用的空间,使手环具有多种使用方式,提高了用户的新鲜感,促进消费者的消费欲望。
进一步地,如图8所示,手环上可以不设置有气体发射器2和发光源3,在手环上仅设置有挠性区段5和摄像模组4。摄像模组4设置在手环上第一本体11的一端端面,通过挠性区段5改变摄像模组4的拍摄方向,使手环具有独特的布局方式,给消费者带来新鲜感,且便于消费者确定拍摄方向,便于消费者拍摄。
可选地,所述第一本体11具有第一端和与所述第一端相对的第二端,所述第二本体12具有第三端和与所述第三端相对的第四端,所述第一端与所述第三端通过所述连接组件6可拆卸连接,在所述第一端与所述第三端处于连接且所述第二端与所述第四端处于分离的状态下,所述第一本体11和所述第二本体12可相对转动。如图7所示,当摄像模组4位于所述第一本体11的第二端时,使手环的第一本体11相对第二本体12转动,手环的第二本体12躺放于桌面上作为底座,并通过所述第一本体11将摄像模组4支撑在空中,同时能够通过挠性区段5改变摄像模组4的拍摄方向,使整个手环形成具有支架的拍摄装置。通过这种摄像模组4的设置方式,增强了产品的科技感,提升了用户的使用体验。其中,使所述第一端与第三端相连接的连接组件6可以为设置在第一端的夹持部和设置在第三端的被夹持部,夹持部具有能够调整大小的夹持空间。当需要连接第一端与第三端时,能够将被夹持部放置在夹持空间内,然后缩小加持空间使被加持部卡在夹持空间内从而使第一端与第三端连接,所述被加持部为回转体结构,使被加持部能够在夹持空间内转动,且使所述被加持部与夹持空间的侧壁之间具有一定的摩擦力,从而使第一本体11与第二本体12之间相对转动时能够保持一定的相对位置,进而实现将摄像模组4置于空中;所述连接组件6可以为设置在第一端的橡胶套和设置在第三端的球形端,当需要连接第一端与第三端时,能够球形端伸入橡胶套内,使橡胶套套住球形端, 保证第一端和第三端的连接,且能够保证球形端在橡胶套内有阻力地转动。
进一步地,将摄像模组4安装在第一本体11的第二端时,还可以有其他的使用方式。比如,如图4至图6所示,当手环戴在手腕上时,能够通过改变挠性区段5的角度使摄像模组4的拍摄角度对准手环使用者自身的面部,实现自拍;当手环戴在手腕上时,能够通过改变挠性区段5的角度使摄像模组4的拍摄角度对准手环使用者自身的前方,实现对使用者前方景物的拍照;也可以将手环挂在某处或者缠绕在某处进行拍摄等,使用户能够通过不同的方式操作手环进行拍照,提高了用户的使用体验。
可选地,所述穿戴件包括触发件7,所述摄像模组4设置于所述第二端,所述触发件7设置于所述第四端,所述触发件7在第四端的设置方式可参考所述摄像模组4在所述主体1端部的设置方式。所述触发件7被配备为能够使所述摄像模组4获取图像或者控制电源启闭,或者同一触发件7能够同时控制摄像模组4获取图像和控制电源启闭,比如,触发一下触发件7,能够获取摄像模组4采集的图像,连续触发3秒触发件7,能够实现控制手环电源的启闭等。所述触发件7可以为触摸式也可以为按键式等形式的结构,可选为后者,能够在手环上设置有物理按键,在手环卡顿或者其他情况下,能够强行控制手环,避免手环无法操作的情形。
进一步地,手环第二本体12的第四端端面上具有一凹槽,触发件7设置于所述凹槽内,能够实现对触发件7的保护。第一本体11上安装有摄像模组4的第二端与第二本体12上安装有触发件7的第四端相抵,能够保证手环处于正常佩戴的状态下,所述摄像模组4和所述触发件7均能够被对方遮挡从而隐藏起来,实现对二者的全方位保护。比如,针对摄像模组4来说,能够防止摄像模组4的镜头刮花,针对触发件7来说,能够防止误触发触发件7,且保证了手环整体的美观性。
可选地,所述连接组件6包括第一磁铁61和第二磁铁62,所述第一磁铁61设置于所述第一端,所述第二磁铁62设置于所述第三端。也就是说,手环的第一本体11和第二本体12之间是通过磁铁实现连接的,便于使用者穿戴和取下手环,且能够保证第一本体11和第二本体12之间实现 相对转动,为实现手环的多种使用方式提供了便利条件。其中,所述第一磁铁61和所述第二磁铁62能够直接相互吸引或者所述第一磁铁61和所述第二磁铁62本身可以设计成一定的结构,或者第一磁铁61和第二磁铁62相互吸引时能够配合其他特定的结构,使第一磁铁61和第二磁铁62连接第一端和第三端,且能够在第一端和第三端连接时,使第一本体11和第二本体12能够相对转动。
进一步地,穿戴件还包括电池,电池设置在穿戴件内,为穿戴件提供电能,其中电池为柔性电池,可自由弯折,且穿戴件主体1本身也具有一定柔性,能够避免穿戴件硬度过高,给用户带来不适。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种穿戴件,包括:
    主体,所述主体包括第一本体和第二本体,所述第一本体与所述第二本体共同限定出目标区域,所述主体设有容纳空间,所述主体靠近所述目标区域的侧壁设有第一开孔和第二开孔,所述第一开孔和所述第二开孔与所述容纳空间连通;
    气体发射器,所述气体发射器设置于所述容纳空间中,所述气体发射器的出气孔与所述第一开孔相对;
    发光源,所述发光源设置于所述容纳空间中,所述发光源的出光面与所述第二开孔相对;其中,
    所述气体发射器通过所述第一开孔向所述目标区域发出气体,所述发光源通过所述第二开孔向所述目标区域发出光束,所述气体所在的区域与所述光束所在的区域的重合区域用于显示图像。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的穿戴件,其中,
    所述穿戴件还包括摄像模组,
    所述摄像模组设置于所述主体上,所述摄像模组与所述发光源电连接,所述重合区域用于显示所述摄像模组获取的图像。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的穿戴件,其中,
    所述主体具有挠性区段,
    在所述挠性区段改变弯曲角度的情况下,所述摄像模组的朝向改变。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的穿戴件,其中,所述摄像模组设置于所述主体上靠近所述挠性区段的一端。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的穿戴件,其中,所述摄像模组设置在所述主体的端部。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的穿戴件,其中,所述穿戴件为手环,所述第一本体和所述第二本体通过连接组件可拆卸连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的穿戴件,其中,
    所述第一本体具有第一端和与所述第一端相对的第二端,
    所述第二本体具有第三端和与所述第三端相对的第四端,
    所述第一端与所述第三端通过所述连接组件可拆卸连接,在所述第一端与所述第三端处于连接且所述第二端与所述第四端处于分离的状态下,所述第一本体和所述第二本体可相对转动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的穿戴件,其中,
    所述穿戴件包括触发件,
    所述摄像模组设置于所述第二端,所述触发件设置于所述第四端,所述触发件被配备为能够使所述摄像模组获取图像和/或控制电源启闭。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的穿戴件,其中,
    所述连接组件包括第一磁铁和第二磁铁,
    所述第一磁铁设置于所述第一端,所述第二磁铁设置于所述第三端。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的穿戴件,其中,所述气体发射器和所述发光源相对设置。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的穿戴件,其中,所述气体发射器设置于所述第一本体内,所述发光源设置于所述第二本体内。
