Description

一种缝纫机的底线吹气装置 技术领域
本实用新型属于缝纫机技术领域,涉及一种缝纫机的底线吹气装。
背景技术
缝纫机的结构中,旋梭机构和剪线机构是重要的组成机构,旋梭帮助形成线迹,剪线机构在缝纫完成最后一道后将底面线同时切断。当底线切断后线头通常会处于旋梭与定位勾相交配合处,有时会在动刀的带动下向左或向右甩。底线线头位置的不确定性会导致起针不上线的情况发生,即在起缝的前几针面线带不上底线,在排除旋梭调整到位的前提下,通常都是底线线头位置不理想导致的起针不上线。
中国专利(公告号:CN202380245U;公告日:2012-08-15)公开了一种缝纫机气动吹线装置,缝纫机包括机头及机座,机头设一针头和一能上下运动的压脚,该气动吹线装置包括:一供用户控制的驱动机构;一能将被剪断的线头从布料处吹起的吹气单元,它包括一相对压脚固定的吹气口,吹气口朝向压脚针头;一通过驱动机构控制吹气单元的控制单元,控制单元包括一配合驱动机构的触动开关,控制单元电连接吹气单元;及一通过驱动机构控制压脚升降的传动机构,它传动连接驱动机构和压脚吹线装置包括驱动机构、吹气单元、控制单元及传动机构,驱动机构通过触动开关连接控制单元,控制单元电连接吹气单元,传动机构传动连接驱动机构和压脚。
上述专利文献中的缝纫机气动吹线装置实现了在缝纫机缝纫完成后,将剪断的线头从旋梭处吹离,避免影响缝纫机下次起缝。其是针对机针处吹面线,该气动吹线装置上仅设置有一根吹气管,吹不动较为短小的底线线头,因此吹线效果不好,对缝纫机起缝的影响仍然存在。
技术问题
本实用新型根据现有技术存在的上述问题,提供了一种缝纫机的底线吹气装置,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:如何优化底线吹气装置的吹线效果。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现。
一种缝纫机的底线吹气装置,缝纫机包括机座和设置在所述机座上的旋梭,其特征在于,所述底线吹气装置包括主气管、分气管一和分气管二,所述分气管一和分气管二与所述主气管通过三通接头相连接,所述分气管一和分气管二固设在所述机座上,所述分气管一的出气口朝向所述旋梭底线的出线处后侧,所述分气管二的出气口朝向所述旋梭底线的出线处左侧。
其工作原理如下:缝纫机缝纫完成后会将底线剪断,剪断的底线线头处于定位钩和旋梭相交配合处。此时缝纫机的主控机构向底线吹气装置发出控制命令,底线吹气装置中的主气管通过三通接头向分气管一和分气管二排气,分气管一的出气口朝向旋梭底线的出线处后侧,分气管二的出气口朝向旋梭底线的出线处左侧,因此分气管一和分气管二将旋梭附近的底线线头向旋梭的右前方吹动。本缝纫机的底线吹气装置实现了在缝纫完成后,自动将旋梭处的底线线头吹动至合适位置,避免缝纫机下次起缝时出现起针不上线的问题。吹气管一和吹气管二向旋梭出线处吹气,还能够用于清洁旋梭上的绒毛和油污。
在上述的缝纫机的底线吹气装置中,所述底线吹气装置还包括电磁阀,所述电磁阀的进气口与外部气源相连接,所述主气管的一端与所述电磁阀的出气口相连接,所述主气管的另一端连通所述三通接头;所述分气管一上还设有调节阀一,所述分气管二上还设有调节阀二。操作调节阀一或者调节阀二,能够改变分气管一或者分气管二内的气流量,进而改变底线线头受到气流的冲击力大小,以至于改变其移动的距离。
在上述的缝纫机的底线吹气装置中,所述机座上分别开设有安装孔一和安装孔二,所述安装孔一位于所述旋梭底线的出线处后侧,所述安装孔二位于所述旋梭底线的出线处左侧,所述分气管一插设在所述安装孔一内,所述分气管二插设在所述安装孔二内。
在上述的缝纫机的底线吹气装置中,所述分气管一和分气管二均包括塑料材质制成的塑料段和金属材质制成的软质金属段;所述塑料段与所述三通接头相连接,所述调节阀一和调节阀二均设置在所述塑料段上,所述软质金属段靠近所述旋梭。分气管一和分气管二的软质金属段能够扳动,并且不会反弹,便于改变两者出气口的朝向,从而改变底线线头被吹动的方向。
在上述的缝纫机的底线吹气装置中,所述分气管一上的软质金属段倾斜弯折朝向所述旋梭底线的出线处后侧。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点。
1、本底线吹气装置中设置有分气管一和分气管二两根分气管,用于吹动旋梭附近的底线线头,吹线效果好,能够有效防止底线线头影响缝纫机下次起缝。
2、本底线吹气装置中分气管一和分气管二吹出气体的量能够改变,从而使气流对底线线头产生不同大小的冲击力,将底线线头吹动至合适位置。
3、本底线吹气装置上的吹气管一和吹气管二对旋梭吹气,也能够对旋梭进行清洁。
4、本底线吹气装置上的吹气管一和吹气管二朝向旋梭的一端均为软金属材质制成,方便改变两者吹气口的朝向,也有利于将底线线头吹动至合适位置。

本实施例以旋梭3上脱线钩所在的位置为旋梭3的左侧,以旋梭3上梭架定位槽所在的位置为旋梭3的后侧。
如图1所示,缝纫机包括机座1和设置在机座1上的旋梭2,本底线吹气装置包括主气管3、分气管一4和分气管二5,分气管一4和分气管二5与主气管3通过三通接头6相连接,分气管一4和分气管二5固设在机座1上,分气管一4的出气口朝向旋梭2底线的出线处后侧,分气管二5的出气口朝向旋梭2底线的出线处左侧。机座1上分别开设有安装孔一和安装孔二,安装孔一位于旋梭2的后侧,安装孔二位于旋梭2的左侧,分气管一4插设在安装孔一内,分气管二5插设在安装孔二内。
当缝纫机缝纫完成后,主控系统控制底线吹气装置工作,主气管3通过三通接头6向分气管一4和分气管二5排气,分气管一4插设在机座1后侧的安装孔一内,因此分气管一4向旋梭2底线的出线处后侧吹气;分气管二5插设在机座1左侧的安装孔二内,因此分气管二5向旋梭2底线的出线处左侧吹气,旋梭2附近的底线线头被吹向旋梭2的右前方。将底线线头吹离旋梭2,能够有效避免底线线头干扰缝纫机下次起缝。分气管一4和分气管二5向旋梭2吹气,也能够对旋梭2进行清洁。
进一步的,底线吹气装置还包括电磁阀7,电磁阀7的进气口与外部气源相连接,主气管3的一端与电磁阀7的出气口相连接,主气管3的另一端连通三通接头6;分气管一4上还设有调节阀一8,分气管二5上还设有调节阀二9。分气管一4和分气管二5均包括塑料材质制成的塑料段41和金属材质制成的软质金属段42;塑料段41与三通接头6相连接,调节阀一8和调节阀二9均设置在塑料段41上,软质金属段42靠近旋梭2。分气管一4上的软质金属段倾斜弯折朝向旋梭2底线的出线处后侧。
缝纫机的主控系统控制电磁阀7向主气管3排气,主气管3通过三通接头6向分气管一4和分气管二5排气,气体依次经过分气管一4和分气管二5上的塑料段41和软质金属段42后排出。调节阀一8或调节阀二9分别能够调节分气管一4或分气管二5上塑料段41内的气流量,从而改变软质金属段42向旋梭2吹出气体的气流量,因此改变了底线线头受到气流的冲击力大小,进而改变底线线头的移动距离。软质金属段42能够通过扳动改变其朝向,从而改变其排气的方向,进而改变底线线头的移动方向。

  1. 一种缝纫机的底线吹气装置,缝纫机包括机座(1)和设置在所述机座(1)上的旋梭(2),其特征在于,所述底线吹气装置包括主气管(3)、分气管一(4)和分气管二(5),所述分气管一(4)和分气管二(5)与所述主气管(3)通过三通接头(6)相连接,所述分气管一(4)和分气管二(5)固设在所述机座(1)上,所述分气管一(4)的出气口朝向所述旋梭(2)底线的出线处后侧,所述分气管二(5)的出气口朝向所述旋梭(2)底线出线处的左侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的缝纫机的底线吹气装置,其特征在于,所述底线吹气装置还包括电磁阀(7),所述电磁阀(7)的进气口与外部气源相连接,所述主气管(3)的一端与所述电磁阀(7)的出气口相连接,所述主气管(3)的另一端连通所述三通接头(6);所述分气管一(4)上还设有调节阀一(8),所述分气管二(5)上还设有调节阀二(9)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的缝纫机的底线吹气装置,其特征在于,所述机座(1)上分别开设有安装孔一和安装孔二,所述安装孔一位于所述旋梭(2)的后侧,所述安装孔二位于所述旋梭(2)的左侧,所述分气管一(4)插设在所述安装孔一内,所述分气管二(5)插设在所述安装孔二内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的缝纫机的底线吹气装置,其特征在于,所述分气管一(4)和分气管二(5)均包括塑料材质制成的塑料段(41)和金属材质制成的软质金属段(42);所述塑料段(41)与所述三通接头(6)相连接,所述调节阀一(8)和调节阀二(9)均设置在所述塑料段(41)上,所述软质金属段(42)靠近所述旋梭(2)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的缝纫机的底线吹气装置,其特征在于,所述分气管一(4)上的软质金属段倾斜弯折朝向所述旋梭(2)底线的出线处后侧。
