但是由于电池包内部结构的特殊性,故障电池包在4S店内检修或者在物流运输途中就会存在燃烧和爆炸的风险。
目前4S店内对故障电池包进行检修一般都是采用常规的工作台进行操作,物流运输也是采用普通的箱体,均不具备防爆功能,一旦电池包发生燃烧或爆炸,轻则使生产设备遭到破坏,重则可能造成人员伤亡。
发明内容
本公开旨在至少在一定程度上克服上述技术中的技术问题之一,本公开实施例提供一种锂电池防爆箱装置,尤其适用于汽车锂电池包。
本公开实施例提供一种锂电池防爆箱装置,包括箱体和箱盖;所述箱体内设置有剪叉式升降装置,所述剪叉式升降装置上侧设置有放置板;还包括有驱动结构,所述驱动结构用于控制所述剪叉式升降装置,所述驱动结构连接有控制装置。
根据本公开实施例所提供的锂电池防爆箱装置,通过采用箱体内置剪叉式升降装置的设计,既可以通过剪叉式升降装置升起放置板作为对故障电池包进行检修的作业平台,也可以降下放置板作为对电池包的包装箱进行物流运输,而且结构简单易用,升降过程足够平稳,大大提高电池包的安全性。
作为本公开的一些实施例,所述箱盖上设置有防爆阀,用于泄压,防止爆炸。
作为本公开的一些实施例,所述箱盖下侧设置有探测器和防撞罩,所述探测器位于所述防撞罩内。
作为本公开的一些实施例,所述箱体包括有夹板层,所述夹板层之间设置有耐高温蛭石,可承受电池包爆炸产生的热能和冲击力。
作为本公开的一些实施例,所述剪叉式升降装置包括有外剪叉臂、内剪叉臂、固定底架、活动底架,所述固定底架、所述活动底架设置在所述箱体内,所述外剪叉臂下侧与所述固定底架之间通过转轴连接,所述内剪叉臂下侧与所述活动底架之间通过转轴连接,所述外剪叉臂中间与所述内剪叉臂中间通过转轴连接,所述外剪叉臂上侧、所述内剪叉臂上侧与所述放置板之间通过转轴连接。
作为本公开的一些实施例,所述驱动结构包括有升降传动滚珠丝杆,所述升降传动滚珠丝杆后端与所述固定底架连接,且所述升降传动滚珠丝杆相对于所述固定底架可旋转,所述升降传动滚珠丝杆中间处通过螺纹与所述活动底架连接。
作为本公开的一些实施例,所述控制装置包括有手摇杆,所述手摇杆两端分别设置有手摇轮和主动齿轮,所述升降传动滚珠丝杆前端设置有从动齿轮,所述从动齿轮与所述主动齿轮啮合。
作为本公开的一些实施例,所述放置板边沿位置设置有支撑销轴。
作为本公开的一些实施例,所述箱体内侧设置有灭火贴,便于进行灭火。
作为本公开的一些实施例,所述箱体底部设置有支撑脚,所述箱盖上设置有支撑脚固定块,便于电池包的堆叠运输。
本公开实施例的有益效果是:
1、新防爆箱装置既可以用于4S店内对故障电池包进行检修的作业平台,也可以用于对电池包进行物流运输;
2、用于作业平台时,如电池包产生异常,不需要借助其他工具对电池包进行吊装或者叉装,可迅速对电池包进行防爆处理,方便快捷,防止产生安全事故,导致生产设备损坏及人员伤亡;
3、采用灭火贴对电池包进行灭火,温度升高或者出现明火均可自动触发灭火,不需人工干预,这种灭火方式安装方便,灭火效果是干粉水基灭火的十几倍;
4、具备方便的火灾预警功能,运输中电池包出现异常,可第一时间将报警信号传输给运输车车主手机,通知车主应急处理;
5、作为物流运输箱使用时,可以方便的实现底部提升和顶部提升,可以堆叠运输,具备良好的密封性能。

为了使本公开的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施方式,对本公开进行进一步详细说明。为透彻的理解本公开,在接下来的描述中会涉及一些特定细节。而在没有这些特定细节时,本公开仍可实现,即所属领域内的技术人员使用此处的这些描述和陈述向所属领域内的其他技术人员可更有效的介绍他们的工作本质。此外需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前侧”、“后侧”、“左侧”、“右侧”、“上侧”、“下侧”等指的是附图中的方向,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向,相关技术人员在对上述方向作简单、不需要创造性的调整不应理解为本公开保护范围以外的技术。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅仅用以解释本公开,并不用于限定实际保护范围。而为避免混淆本公开的目的,由于熟知的制造方法、控制程序、部件尺寸、材料成分、管路布局等的技术已经很容易理解,因此它们并未被详细描述。
图1是本公开的一个实施方式立体图,参照图1,本公开的一个实施方式提供了一种锂电池防爆箱装置,包括箱体100和箱盖200,箱体100用于放置电池包900。
在一些实施例中,参照图2,箱体100内设置有剪叉式升降装置300,剪叉式升降装置300上侧设置有放置板400。放置板400用于放置并固定电池包900。剪叉式升降装置300用于带动放置板400升降。剪叉式升降装置300的结构和原理可参照现有的其它剪叉式升降结构(不限于电池防爆箱)。
在一些实施例中,锂电池防爆箱装置还包括有驱动结构500,驱动结构500用于控制剪叉式升降装置300,驱动结构500连接有控制装置600,通过控制装置600控制驱动结构500工作。
锂电池防爆箱装置作为故障电池包进行检修的作业平台时,打开箱盖200,操作控制装置600,使剪叉式升降装置300升起,将电池包900放在放置板400上,可对电池包900进行故障问题检修。当检修过程发现电池包900异常,操作控制装置600,使电池包900下降至箱体100内,合上箱盖200,整个过程可快速完成。
锂电池防爆箱装置作为电池包物流运输使用时,可将待运输的电池包900放置在放置板400上并固定好电池包900,其中电池包900的固定方式不作限定。控制装置600控制驱动结构500工作,电池包900随着剪叉式升降装置300下降至箱体100内部,合上箱盖200,即可对电池包900进行运输。

实施例1,箱体100上侧开口,箱盖200位于箱体100的开口上。箱盖200与箱体100的左右两侧之间通过蝶形铰链160连接,箱体100前后两侧设置有拉紧锁扣150,拉紧锁扣150带有自锁功能,避免意外打开箱盖200。
本实施例中,可选地,箱体100与箱盖200接触部位设置有密封条,箱盖200合拢后将拉紧锁扣150锁紧,可使箱体100与箱盖200之间更好地密封。
实施例2,箱盖200上设置有加固筋板203,增强箱盖200的强度,承受电池包在其内部爆炸产生的冲击。
实施例3,箱盖200侧设置有箱盖把手201,便于箱盖200的翻转开合。
实施例4,箱盖200上方设置有吊环202,便于箱体的顶部提升。
实施例5,箱盖200上设置有防爆阀210,当箱体100包内压力升高,防爆阀210会自动打开泄压,防止爆炸。
本实施例中,可选地,防爆阀210也可以设置在箱体100上。
实施例6,箱盖200下侧设置有探测器220和防撞罩230,探测器220位于防撞罩230内。探测器220用于监测箱体100内状况,而防撞罩230则用于保护探测器220。
本实施例中,可选地,运输过程中如箱体100内电池包产生异常,箱盖200的探测器220将检测到的危险信号通过4G传输给车主手机,通知车主采取紧急处理措施。
本实施例中,可选地,探测器220包括温感探测器、烟感探测器。
实施例7,箱体100包括有夹板层101,夹板层101之间设置有耐高温蛭石102,这种结构更能承受电池包在其内部爆炸产生的冲击,阻隔电池包热量传播。
实施例8,参照图3、图4,剪叉式升降装置300包括有外剪叉臂310、内剪叉臂320、固定底架330、活动底架340,固定底架330、活动底架340设置在箱体100内,其中固定底架330相对箱体100不移动,而活动底架340则可以移动。外剪叉臂310下侧与固定底架330之间通过转轴连接,内剪叉臂320下侧与活动底架340之间通过转轴连接,外剪叉臂310中间与内剪叉臂320中间通过转轴连接,外剪叉臂310上侧、内剪叉臂320上侧与放置板400之间通过转轴连接,当活动底架340移动时,就可以带动内剪叉臂320移动,进而控制外剪叉臂310、内剪叉臂320配合,保证剪叉式升降装置300能平稳控制放置板400升降。
本实施例中,外剪叉臂310、内剪叉臂320的数目不限定,而且外剪叉臂310、内剪叉臂320也可以设计为一层或多层。
本实施例中,可选地,外剪叉臂310为两个分列左右两侧,内剪叉臂320为两个分列左右两侧。
本实施例中,可选地,固定底架330、活动底架340之间设置有阻尼器和丝杆前方缓冲器,通过阻尼器和丝杆前方缓冲器进行能量吸收使下降过程不会是一瞬间的自由落体运动,电池包不会受到瞬间下降的冲击力而损坏。
实施例9,驱动结构500包括有升降传动滚珠丝杆510,升降传动滚珠丝杆510后端与固定底架330连接,且升降传动滚珠丝杆510相对于固定底架330可旋转,升降传动滚珠丝杆510中间处通过螺纹与活动底架340连接,即当升降传动滚珠丝杆510旋转时,就可以带动活动底架340移动,即带动内剪叉臂320移动,进而控制剪叉式升降装置300。
实施例10,控制装置600包括有手摇杆610,手摇杆610两端分别设置有手摇轮620和主动齿轮630,升降传动滚珠丝杆510前端设置有从动齿轮520,从动齿轮520与主动齿轮630啮合。通过操作手摇轮620可以控制手摇杆610旋转,并依次带动从动齿轮520与主动齿轮630旋转,进而控制升降传动滚珠丝杆510旋转。
本实施例中,可选地,从动齿轮520、主动齿轮630为锥齿轮。
本实施例中,控制装置600可以设置在箱体100内侧或外侧。
实施例11,放置板400上设置有固定环410,可通过绑带穿接固定环410将电池包900固定在放置板400上。
实施例12,放置板400边沿位置设置有支撑销轴700。支撑销轴700可伸缩活动,可在放置板400、电池包900升起后,支撑销轴700伸出卡住箱体100内壁,实现放置板400平稳固定,对电池包900进行支撑或下放电池包到箱体内。
本实施例中,可选地,支撑销轴700的数目至少四个。
本实施例中,可选地,支撑销轴700上设置有支撑销轴扳手,通过扳动支撑销轴扳手分别控制支撑销轴700伸缩。
本实施例中,可选地,参照图5,放置板400下侧设置有主联动杆710、分联动杆720,主联动杆710与支撑销轴700之间通过分联动杆720连接。主联动杆710活动时,就可以带动分联动杆720联动控制支撑销轴700伸缩活动,实现一个主联动杆710控制多个支撑销轴700。
本实施例中,可选地,主联动杆710、分联动杆720之前设置有导向滑块730,放置板400下侧设置有导向导轨740,用于引导导向滑块730,进而引导主联动杆710活动。
实施例13,箱体100内侧设置有灭火贴110,当箱体100内的电池包900出现明火或者温度达到灭火贴110的触发温度时,灭火贴110会自动触发将火扑灭,达到防范电池包进一步爆炸的风险。
实施例14,箱体100内侧底部设置有电解液收集槽120,电池包900在运输过程中出现漏液现象,均可收集于电解液收集槽120内,提高安全性。
本实施例中,电解液收集槽120与箱体100之间为可拆卸结构,便于定期进行清理。
实施例15,参照图6,箱体100底部设置有支撑脚800,箱盖200上设置有支撑脚固定块240。箱体100堆叠时,下方的箱盖200的支撑脚固定块240可定位上方的箱体100的支撑脚800,便于电池包的堆叠运输。
本实施例中,支撑脚800、支撑脚固定块240上设置有销钉孔,通过在销钉孔插入销钉,实现箱体100对齐叠放时,支撑脚800、支撑脚固定块240之间的连接。
实施例16,支撑脚800与箱体100之间通过旋转结构连接,使支撑脚800可在不需要使用时折叠收起来。
本实施例中,可选地,支撑脚800旁边设置有锁扣,用于支撑脚800在伸出时可以固定支撑脚800。
本实施例中,箱体100下侧旁边设置有磁吸座140,用于支撑脚800在收起时可以通过磁吸方式吸住并固定支撑脚800。
本实施例中,支撑脚800与箱体100之间通过蝶形铰链160连接。
本实施例中,支撑脚800旁边设置有拉紧锁扣150。
实施例17,箱体100底部设置有脚轮130,方便箱体100移动。
根据上述原理,本公开还可以对上述实施方式进行适当的变更和修改。因此,本公开并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式,对本公开的一些修改和变更也应当落入本公开的权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种锂电池防爆箱装置,包括箱体(100)和箱盖(200),其中:
    所述箱体(100)内设置有剪叉式升降装置(300),所述剪叉式升降装置(300)上侧设置有放置板(400);
    还包括有驱动结构(500),所述驱动结构(500)用于控制所述剪叉式升降装置(300),所述驱动结构(500)连接有控制装置(600)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的锂电池防爆箱装置,其中:所述箱盖(200)上设置有防爆阀(210)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的锂电池防爆箱装置,其中:所述箱盖(200)下侧设置有探测器(220)和防撞罩(230),所述探测器(220)位于所述防撞罩(230)内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的锂电池防爆箱装置,其中:所述箱体(100)包括有夹板层(101),所述夹板层(101)之间设置有耐高温蛭石(102)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的锂电池防爆箱装置,其中:所述剪叉式升降装置(300)包括有外剪叉臂(310)、内剪叉臂(320)、固定底架(330)、活动底架(340),所述固定底架(330)、所述活动底架(340)设置在所述箱体(100)内,所述外剪叉臂(310)下侧与所述固定底架(330)之间通过转轴连接,所述内剪叉臂(320)下侧与所述活动底架(340)之间通过转轴连接,所述外剪叉臂(310)中间与所述内剪叉臂(320)中间通过转轴连接,所述外剪叉臂(310)上侧、所述内剪叉臂(320)上侧与所述放置板(400)之间通过转轴连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的锂电池防爆箱装置,其中:所述驱动结构(500)包括有升降传动滚珠丝杆(510),所述升降传动滚珠丝杆(510)后端与所述固定底架(330)连接,且所述升降传动滚珠丝杆(510)相对于所述固定底架(330)可旋转,所述升降传动滚珠丝杆(510)中间处通过螺纹与所述活动底架(340)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的锂电池防爆箱装置,其中:所述控制装置(600)包括有手摇杆(610),所述手摇杆(610)两端分别设置有手摇轮(620)和主动齿轮(630),所述升降传动滚珠丝杆(510)前端设置有从动齿轮(520),所述从动齿轮(520)与所述主动齿轮(630)啮合。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的锂电池防爆箱装置,其中:所述放置板(400)边沿位置设置有支撑销轴(700)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的锂电池防爆箱装置,其中:所述箱体(100)内侧设置有灭火贴(110)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的锂电池防爆箱装置,其中:所述箱体(100)底部设置有支撑脚(800),所述箱盖(200)上设置有支撑脚固定块(240)。
