实施例1
请参见图1,一种物流升降装置,包括底盘1,所述底盘1的底端均匀的设有若干减震板4,所述减震板4上安装有万向轮5,所述底盘1的顶端一侧均匀的设有若干支撑杆2,所有的所述支撑杆2的顶端共同固定连接顶架3,所述顶架3是矩形框结构,顶架3上安装有进给机构6,所述进给机构6上安装有移动座7,所述移动座7的底端固定连接升降架8,所述升降架8是U形结构,升降架8的底端设有线孔9,升降架8的内腔底壁固定安装有卷扬机10,所述卷扬机10上转动连接转轴11,所述转轴11的悬伸端固定连接线辊12,所述线辊12在竖直方向上与线孔9相对应,线辊12上绕设有绳索13,所述绳索13的活动端贯穿线孔9并固定连接有若干连接线14,所述连接线14远离绳索13的一端固定连接挂钩15,先把大型快件搬上底盘1上,并移送至升降架8的下方,然后通过挂钩15配合连接线14拴住快件,并通过卷扬机10配合线辊12收起绳索13,然后利用绳索13吊起快件,同时通过进给机构6配合移动座7把整个快件送至货架上,最后松绑快件,即可完成快件的吊装,而反向操作即可完成下料,整个吊装或下料过程均是自动完成,可以大幅降低工作强度,便于实现快速操作,有利于提高管理效率;由于是利用机械完成吊装或下料,可以大幅提升操作的安全性,有利于保证工人的人身安全。
实施例2
请参见图2,与实施例1相区别的是:所述顶架3的内腔前后两侧对称设有导轨61,所述导轨61是T形导轨,两个导轨61之间设有丝杠63,导轨61与丝杆63之间是相互平行的关系,所述丝杠63的一端贯穿顶架3的侧壁且转动连接进给电机62,丝杠63的另一端通过轴承座64转动连接在顶架3上,所述进给电机62安装在顶架3上,所述丝杠63上套设有与导轨61相配合的移动座7,通过进给电机62带动丝杠63正、反向转动,利用丝杠63推动移动座7沿着导轨61左右滑动,进而可以移动升降架8和挂钩15,进而实现快件的左右移动,可以大幅提升快件运输的便利性,有利于降低快件转移的工作强度,可实现快件的快速转移。
实施例3
请参见图3,与实施例1相区别的是:所述底盘1是U形结构,底盘1的内腔均匀的设有若干传送辊101,所有的所述传送辊101是并排平行设置,传送辊101通过传送轴102转动连接在底盘1的内腔壁上,所有的传送辊101通过传送链103连接,通过传送链103配合传送辊101便于大型快件在底盘1的顶端面进行转移,可以大幅降低大型快件在底盘1上移动的难度,有利于大幅提升整个装置运用的便利性。
实施例4
请参见图4-5,与实施例3相区别的是:所述底盘1的底端设有稳定腔105,所述稳定腔105设在所有的减震板4之间,稳定腔105的内腔顶壁均匀的设有若干液压缸106,所述液压缸106上的伸缩杆107的活动端固定连接有稳定板108,所述稳定板108的底端设有防滑槽纹,通过液压缸106伸出伸缩杆107,利用伸缩杆107降下稳定板108,利用稳定板108支撑底盘1,可以大幅提升整个装置的稳定性,从而保证大型快件吊升或卸载的稳定性,从而保证操作工人的人身安全。
请参见图6,一种物流升降装置的操作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1)传送上料:把大型快件搬上传送链103,并配合传送辊101在底盘1的顶端移动大型快件,从而把大型快件送至升降架8的正下方,然后通过挂钩15配合连接线14拴住大型快件;S2)吊升快件:通过正向启动卷扬机10,利用卷扬机10配合转轴11带动线辊12正向转动,利用线辊12收起绳索13,进而吊升起大型快件,当大型快件上升至货架的高度即可停下卷扬机10,进而停下大型快件的上升;S3)传送快件:通过进给电机62带动丝杠63正向转动,利用丝杠63推动移动座7沿着导轨61向左方滑动,进而间接吊升大型快件向左移动,把大型快件吊送至货架上;S4)完成下料:松绑连接线14和挂钩15,即可把大型快件安放在货架上。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种物流升降装置,包括底盘(1),其特征在于,所述底盘(1)的底端均匀的设有若干减震板(4),所述减震板(4)上安装有万向轮(5),所述底盘(1)的顶端一侧均匀的设有若干支撑杆(2),所有的所述支撑杆(2)的顶端共同固定连接顶架(3),所述顶架(3)是矩形框结构,顶架(3)上安装有进给机构(6),所述进给机构(6)上安装有移动座(7),所述移动座(7)的底端固定连接升降架(8),所述升降架(8)是U形结构,升降架(8)的底端设有线孔(9),升降架(8)的内腔底壁固定安装有卷扬机(10),所述卷扬机(10)上转动连接转轴(11),所述转轴(11)的悬伸端固定连接线辊(12),所述线辊(12)在竖直方向上与线孔(9)相对应,线辊(12)上绕设有绳索(13),所述绳索(13)的活动端贯穿线孔(9)并固定连接有若干连接线(14),所述连接线(14)远离绳索(13)的一端固定连接挂钩(15)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种物流升降装置,其特征在于,所述顶架(3)的内腔前后两侧对称设有导轨(61),两个导轨(61)之间设有丝杠(63),所述丝杠(63)的一端贯穿顶架(3)的侧壁且转动连接进给电机(62),丝杠(63)的另一端通过轴承座(64)转动连接在顶架(3)上,所述进给电机(62)安装在顶架(3)上,所述丝杠(63)上套设有与导轨(61)相配合的移动座(7)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种物流升降装置,其特征在于,所述导轨(61)是T形导轨。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种物流升降装置,其特征在于,所述导轨(61)与丝杆(63)之间是相互平行的关系。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种物流升降装置,其特征在于,所述底盘(1)是U形结构,底盘(1)的内腔均匀的设有若干传送辊(101),传送辊(101)通过传送轴(102)转动连接在底盘(1)的内腔壁上,所有的传送辊(101)通过传送链(103)连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种物流升降装置,其特征在于,所有的所述传送辊(101)是并排平行设置。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种物流升降装置,其特征在于,所述底盘(1)的底端设有稳定腔(105),所述稳定腔(105)设在所有的减震板(4)之间,稳定腔(105)的内腔顶壁均匀的设有若干液压缸(106),所述液压缸(106)上的伸缩杆(107)的活动端固定连接有稳定板(108)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种物流升降装置,其特征在于,所述稳定板(108)的底端设有防滑槽纹。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种物流升降装置的操作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1)传送上料:把大型快件搬上传送链(103),并配合传送辊(101)在底盘(1)的顶端移动大型快件,从而把大型快件送至升降架(8)的正下方,然后通过挂钩(15)配合连接线(14)拴住大型快件;
    S2)吊升快件:通过正向启动卷扬机(10),利用卷扬机(10)配合转轴(11)带动线辊(12)正向转动,利用线辊(12)收起绳索(13),进而吊升起大型快件,当大型快件上升至货架的高度即可停下卷扬机(10),进而停下大型快件的上升;
    S3)传送快件:通过进给电机(62)带动丝杠(63)正向转动,利用丝杠(63)推动移动座(7)沿着导轨(61)向左方滑动,进而间接吊升大型快件向左移动,把大型快件吊送至货架上;
    S4)完成下料:松绑连接线(14)和挂钩(15),即可把大型快件安放在货架上。
