背景技术
目前有一种可对建筑墙体、园林或庭院地坪表面进行平整刮抹或临时遮盖的装潢工具被广泛使用。传统的装潢工具采用工作部与握持部之间相对位置不可调的固定连接结构,这种结构不利于装潢工具在闲置状态下有序存放,导致其占据较多存放空间,会限制单次集中运输多套装潢工具的最大运量,此外这种结构无法满足某些作业场合下对工作部和握持部相对位置调整的需求。
发明内容
根据本申请的各种实施例,提供一种装潢工具,包括工作部、握持部以及连接部,工作部与握持部分别连接于连接部的两端,握持部能够通过连接部转动至相对靠近或相对远离工作部的位置;握持部能够转动至工作部的侧部,且不凸出于工作部的端部。
在其中一个实施例中,连接部的一端连接于工作部侧部的中间位置,且握持部的长度为工作部侧部长度的一半。因而,用户既能将握持部转动至与工作部垂直的状态以使装潢工具形成T字形的对称结构,使用更加方便,也能保证装潢工具在闲置状态下的外形更紧凑、规则,方便有序存放装潢工具。
在其中一个实施例中,连接部具有能相互切换的锁定状态及解锁状态,握持部在解锁状态下能够向相对靠近或远离工作部的方向转动,且在锁定状态下与工作部相对固定。因而,装潢工具在连接部解锁状态下为形状可调结构,在连接部锁定状态下为形状固定结构,当用户将工作部与握持部之间的相对位置和角度调节至所需状态时将二者锁定,则装潢工具能够即刻投入使用。
在其中一个实施例中,连接部包括第一止转部、第二止转部及第一调节单元,第一止转部和第二止转部分别与工作部和握持部连接,第一调节单元可活动地连接于第一止转部与第二止转部;第一调节单元至少具有第一调节位置及第二调节位置,第一调节单元运动至第一调节位置时,第一止转部与第二止转部啮合形成锁定状态;第一调节单元运动至第二调节位置时,第一止转部与第二止转部之间解除啮合并形成解锁状态。因而,当用户需要调节工作部与握持部的相对位置时,将连接部切换至解锁状态并使第一止转部与第二止转部接触啮合即可实现,当工作部与握持部的相对位置调节完成后,再次将连接部切换至锁定状态从而使第一止转部与第二止转部啮合即可实现;第一止转部与第二止转部之间的啮合固定有利于保证连接部锁定后更加牢固,长期使用不会导致连接部失效损坏,因而装潢工具的耐用性更好。
在其中一个实施例中,第一止转部与第二止转部相对设置,第一止转部相对靠近第二止转部的一侧设有第一齿组,第二止转部相对靠近第一止转部的一侧设有与第一齿组相适配的第二齿组;第一调节单元包括第一连接轴以及第一调节件,第一连接轴穿设于第一止转部及第二止转部;第一调节件可活动地连接于第一连接轴且能够相对于第一连接轴运动,使得第一止转部与第二止转部压紧并通过啮合形成锁定状态,或者使得第一止转部与第二止转部相互分离并解除啮合以形成解锁状态。因而,用户可通过改变第一调节件与第一连接轴的相对位置,实现第一调节单元在第一调节位置与第二调节位置之间的切换;当第一调节单元处于第一调节位置时,第一止转部与第二止转部沿第一连接轴轴向相互靠近并通过啮合止转固定,当第一调节单元处于第二调节位置时,第一止转部与第二止转部沿第一连接轴轴向相互远离并解除止转固定。
在其中一个实施例中,第一调节件套设于第一连接轴并与第一连接轴螺纹连接,第一调节件能够沿第一连接轴的轴线方向运动,以将第一止转部与第二止转部的相对压紧配合或者分离。因而,第一调节单元的结构和连接方式简单,可以方便用户以旋紧或旋松第一调节件的方式实现在第一调节位置与第二调节 位置之间的切换。
在其中一个实施例中,第一调节件铰接于第一连接轴,第一调节件包括第一凸部,第一调节件能够相对于第一连接轴转动,并带动第一凸部抵推第一止转部或第二止转部,以使第一止转部与第二止转部压紧配合;或者带动第一凸部远离第一止转部或第二止转部,以使第一止转部与第二止转部分离。因而,第一调节单元的调节过程更简单,用户可通过扳动第一调节件,带动第一凸部对第一止转部与第二止转部施加或卸载压紧力,使得第一调节单元在第一调节位置与第二调节位置之间的切换过程更加快捷、省时。
在其中一个实施例中,第一调节单元还包括第一弹性件,第一连接轴包括插接部以及连接于插接部一端的第一止挡部,第一止挡部的外径大于插接部的外径;第一弹性件的一端抵接于第一止挡部,另一端抵接于第一止转部或第二止转部。因而,第一弹性件与第一止挡部协同配合,在第一调节单元处于第一调节位置的状态下可以增大第一止转部与第二止转部之间的压紧力,进一步提高第一止转部与第二止转部之间啮合的可靠性。

在其中一个实施例中,第一止转部或第二止转部开设有容置沉槽,第一弹性件、垫片、第二弹性件以及第一止挡部均容置于容置沉槽中。因而,连接部的结构更加紧凑,同时第一弹性件、垫片以及第二弹性件可以被容置沉槽更好地保护。
在其中一个实施例中,第一调节件还包括第二凸部,第二凸部与第一凸部位于第一调节件的同侧,第二凸部用于在第一止转部与第二止转部压紧配合的状态下,限制第一调节件相对于第一止转部或第二止转部的转动。因而,第二凸部与第一凸部均可以对第一止转部或第二止转部施加压紧力,并提高第一调节件与第一止转部或第二止转部相抵接时的稳定性,克服在仅有第一凸部抵接第一止转部或第二止转部时,第一凸部相对于第一止转部或第二止转部滑动,保证第一止转部与第二止转部之间可以稳定持续地压紧并止转固定。

在其中一个实施例中,支撑部上开设有多个第三通孔,多个第三通孔沿支撑部的轴线方向排列分布;或者,支撑部上开设有多个腰形孔,多个腰形孔沿支撑部的轴线方向排列分布。因而,用户可以调整卡箍件在支撑部轴线方向上的安装位置,进而调整握持部在工作部侧部上的安装位置,以满足用户在不同场合下使用的需求。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本申请与传统技术相比具有下列优点:本申请提供的装潢工具通过设置连接部,形成了工作部与握持部之间相对位置可调的结构。用户可将握持部转动至相对靠近工作部的位置以使装潢工具形成收纳形态,实现装潢工具在闲置时有序存放并减少其占据的存放空间,有利于提高多套装潢工具单次集中运输的最大运量,还能满足某些作业场合下对握持部和工作部之间相对位置调整的需求,扩大了装潢工具的适用范围;装潢工具通过将握持部转动至工作部侧部从而形成收纳形态,在收纳形态下的装潢工具外形平整、紧凑,有利于在闲置时有序存放。

除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本申请的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本申请的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本申请。本文所使用的术语“或/及”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。

本申请提供一种装潢工具100,包括工作部10以及握持部20,工作部10用于对建筑墙体、园林或庭院地坪等物体或环境表面进行平整刮抹,例如清除墙体表面涂刷层、清理地坪杂草落叶等。在其他的一些使用场合中,工作部10还可以作为喷漆遮挡件使用,例如在进行对一些物体或环境表面喷漆的作业时,工作部10可以遮挡某些物体或表面,防止油漆液滴喷溅到被其遮盖的表面上。
在传统技术中,装潢工具采用工作部与握持部之间相对位置不可调的固定连接结构,这种结构不利于装潢工具在闲置状态下有序存放,导致其占据较多存放空间,会限制单次集中运输多套装潢工具的最大运量,此外这种结构无法满足某些作业场合下对工作部和握持部相对位置调整的需求。
鉴于此,本申请提供的装潢工具100还包括连接部30,工作部10与握持部20分别连接于连接部30的两端,握持部20能够通过连接部30转动至相对靠近或相对远离工作部10的位置。
本申请提供的装潢工具100通过设置连接部30,形成了工作部10与握持部20之间相对位置可调的结构。用户可将握持部20转动至相对靠近工作部10的位置以将装潢工具100转化成收纳形态,以使装潢工具100的整体形状更紧凑、更规则。收纳形态下的装潢工具100能够被有序地存放,占据的存放空间更小;还能避免多套装潢工具100的握持部20相互干扰,有利于提高多套装潢工具100单次集中运输的 最大运量,还能满足某些作业场合下对握持部20和工作部10之间相对位置和角度调整的需求,扩大了装潢工具100的使用范围。
以下对本申请实施例一的装潢工具100作详细阐释。请再次参阅图1至图4。
在实施例一中,工作部10包括用于连接握持部20的支撑部11以及安装于支撑部11上的执行部12,执行部12用于与待处理物体或环境的表面直接接触。优选地,支撑部11与执行部12分体成型且固定连接。支撑部11优选采用管状结构,其外周壁向外凸出形成沿管体母线方向延伸的外翻板,外翻板的一侧设有多个沿管体轴线方向均匀排列分布的安装凸起111。
执行部12优选采用矩形平板结构,其长度方向尺寸与支撑部11长度相适应。执行部12沿其长度方向的边缘区域贴合于支撑部11的外翻板表面上,与外翻板贴合的位置还设有多个与安装凸起111相适配的安装凹槽121,通过多个安装凸起111与多个安装凹槽121一一对应配合,执行部12可拆卸地固定安装于支撑部11。
可以理解,执行部12还可以是其他形状,例如三角形平板或者梯形平板,而不仅限于实施例一的结构。
在其他一些拓展实施例中,执行部12与支撑部11之间还可以通过多个铆钉和铆钉孔一一对应配合,或者采用多组紧固件的方式固定连接;此外,执行部12与支撑部11也可以是一体成型结构。
进一步地,在实施例一中,握持部20包括相互连接的连接头21与握持件22,握持件22优选采用中空管状或杆状结构元件,连接头21的一端伸入握持件22相对靠近工作部10一端的内部并与握持件22固定连接,连接头21相对远离握持件22的端部形成用于连接连接部30的外螺纹段。
连接部30一端与支撑部11外周壁固定连接,另一端与连接头21螺纹连接固定。握持部20能够绕连接部30在平行于支撑部11轴线方向的平面内相对于工作部10转动。支撑部11与连接部30的连接处将支撑部11分为两段,握持部20能够转动并收拢于支撑部11至少一段的侧部,并且握持部20相对远离连接部30的端部不凸出于工作部10的端部,即不高于支撑部11的端部。
如此设置,用户可以将握持部20转动至工作部10侧部从而使装潢工具100调整为收纳形态,在收纳形态下的装潢工具100外形平整、紧凑,有利于在闲置时有序存放。
优选地,握持部20相对于支撑部11可转动角度范围为180°,如图1所示,握持部20可以在连接部30其中一侧转动,与支撑部11平行到逐渐与支撑部11相垂直,继续转动直至握持部20转动至连接部30另一侧,并再次与支撑部11平行;连接部30一端连接于支撑部11两端之间的中间位置处,工作部10侧部β的长度,也即支撑部11的长度尺寸为握持部20长度尺寸的二倍,可以确保握持部20在收拢于支撑部11侧部时,不会高于支撑部11的两端。
如此设置,用户既能将握持部20转动至与工作部10垂直的状态以使装潢工具100形成T字形的对称结构,使用更加方便,也能够保证装潢工具100在闲置状态下的外形更紧凑、更规则,有利于方便有序地存放装潢工具100;此外,还可以根据实际需要,将握持部20调节为既不与支撑部11垂直,也不收拢于支撑部11侧部的状态,以适应更多使用场景。
进一步地,在实施例一中,连接部30具有能够相互切换的锁定状态以及解锁状态,握持部20在解锁状态下能够向相对靠近或相对远离工作部10的方向转动,从而方便用户调整装潢工具100外形,而当连接部30处于锁定状态下时,握持部20与工作部10相对固定,方便用户通过抓握握持部20对工作部10施力。
具体地,连接部30包括第一连接件301、第二连接件302以及第一调节单元303。第一连接件301通过与连接头21螺纹连接从而与握持部20固定连接,第二连接件302能够固定连接于工作部10,连接部 30的两端分别对应第一连接件301上与连接头21螺纹连接的端部,以及第二连接件302上与工作部10固定的一端。第一连接件301与第二连接件302之间通过第一调节单元303实现角度调节,从而实现握持部20与工作部10之间的相对位置和角度调节。
第一连接件301相对远离握持部20的一端向外凸出形成第一止转部31。第一止转部31开设有垂直于握持件22轴线方向的第一通孔312,同时在第一通孔312一侧的开口边缘处形成第一齿组311。第一齿组311包括多条齿形凸筋,多条齿形凸筋以第一通孔312的轴线为中心呈放射状环绕设置。
第二连接件302包括第二止转部32,第二止转部32开设有垂直于握持件22轴线方向的第二通孔322,并且在第二通孔322一侧的开口边缘处形成第二齿组321。第二齿组321包括多条齿形凸筋,多条齿形凸筋以第二通孔322的轴线为中心呈放射状环绕设置。
第一止转部31与第二止转部32相对设置,当第一通孔312与第二通孔322共线设置时,第一齿组311与第二齿组321相对设置。第一齿组311与第二齿组321相互适配并能够相互咬合,当二者的多条齿形凸筋相互咬合后可以使第一止转部31与第二止转部32锁紧固定,从而使第一连接件301与第二连接件302止转固定。
第一调节单元303包括第一连接轴331与第一调节件332。第一连接轴331包括第一插接部3312以及固设于第一插接部3312一端的第一止挡部3311,第一插接部3312穿设于第一通孔312与第二通孔322内。第一止挡部3311的外径大于第一插接部3312外径,且大于第一通孔312和第二通孔322内径;第一插接部3312的轴向长度大于第一通孔312轴向长度与第二通孔322轴向长度之和。
第一止转部31在第一通孔312相对远离第一齿组311的一侧开口边缘处形成第一接触面313,第二止转部32在第二通孔322相对远离第二齿组321的一侧的开口边缘处形成第二接触面323。第一止挡部3311抵接于第一接触面313,第一插接部3312相对远离第一止挡部3311的一端伸出第二止转部32并且高于第二接触面323。
可以理解,在其他实施例中,第一止挡部3311也可以抵接于第二接触面323,第一插接部3312相对远离第一止挡部3311的一端伸出第一止转部31并且高于第一接触面313。
第一插接部3312相对远离第一止挡部3311的端部的外周壁还设有外螺纹,第一调节件332套设于第一插接部3312相对远离第一止挡部3311的端部并与第一插接部3312螺纹连接。第一调节件332能够在第一插接部3312上运动,当第一调节件332靠近第一止挡部3311运动时,第一止挡部3311与第一调节件332协同并将第一止转部31与第二止转部32压紧啮合形成止转固定。
第一调节件332可以向靠近第一止挡部3311的方向运动至第一调节位置。当第一调节件332与第一止挡部3311共同作用于相互背离的第一接触面313与第二接触面323,并且将第一止转部31与第二止转部32压紧配合,使得第一齿组311与第二齿组321相互咬合时,第一调节件332的位置即为所述第一调节位置。当第一调节件332螺旋运动至第一调节位置时,第一连接件301与第二连接件302之间形成锁定止转的状态,因而连接部30将握持部20与工作部10锁定止转。
第一调节件332还可以向远离第一止挡部3311的方向运动至第二调节位置。当第一调节件332与第一止挡部3311之间距离增大,形成可供第一止转部31与第二止转部32沿第一连接轴331轴线方向相互远离运动的空间余量,同时第一齿组311与第二齿组321分离并解除咬合,以允许第一连接件301与第二连接件302相对转动时,第一调节件332的位置即为所述第二调节位置。当第一调节件332运动至第二调节位置时,第一止转部31与第二止转部32之间解除啮合,第一连接件301与第二连接件302之间的止转固定也随之解除,继而握持部20与工作部10可以相对转动,因而连接部30将握持部20与工作部10解锁。
可以理解,在其他一些实施例中,第一连接轴331也可以不设置第一止挡部3311,此时第一连接轴331两端分别伸出第一接触面313和第二接触面323,并分别通过两个第一调节件332与第一连接轴331两端螺纹连接。通过两个第一调节件332在第一连接轴331上相对靠近或远离运动,调节第一止转部31与第二止转部32在啮合止转固定和分离解锁间的切换。
优选地,在实施例一中,第一调节件332为蝶形螺母。用户可以直接手动夹持蝶形螺母的翼板来带动第一调节件332在第一连接轴331上螺旋运动,而无需借助其他外部工具,因而第一调节单元303的手动调节操作过程更方便。
可以理解的是,第一止转部31与第二止转部32不限于啮合止转配合,还可以通过静摩擦力形成止转配合,以实现第一连接件301与第二连接件302的锁定止转。当第一调节件332运动至第一调节位置时,第一调节件332与第一止挡部3311共同作用于第一接触面313与第二接触面323,从而增大第一止转部31与第二止转部32接触面的压力和静摩擦力,也能够实现握持部20与工作部10形成锁定状态的效果,而并不仅限于实施例一中通过啮合形成锁定状态的技术方案。
请再次参阅图7。连接部30还包括第二调节单元40,连接部30通过第二调节单元40与支撑部11连接。第二调节单元40用于实现对装潢工具100工作角度的调节。
工作角度是指:当握持部20转动至与支撑部11垂直的位置时,握持部20在垂直于支撑部11轴线方向的平面内转动过程中,握持部20与执行部12之间的夹角大小。
具体地,第二调节单元40包括卡箍件41、第二连接轴42以及第二调节件43,卡箍件41与第二连接件302固定连接,并且套设或环抱于支撑部11的外周壁,能够在垂直于支撑部11轴线的平面内转动;第二连接轴42与第二调节件43协同配合,用于将卡箍件41与支撑部11固定,防止卡箍件41从支撑部11上脱落并分离。
卡箍件41形成于第二连接件302上相对远离第二止转部32的一端,并且与第二止转部32一体成型。卡箍件41包括两个相对设置的卡板401,两个卡板401中间形成用于环抱或套设支撑部11的卡接通道402,卡接通道402为延伸方向与第二通孔322相垂直的通孔或者通槽。可以理解,在其他实施例中,卡箍件41与第二止转部32也可以分体成型并固定连接。
优选地,两个卡板401之间形成与支撑部11外周壁相适配的圆柱面。在卡箍件41环抱或套设支撑部11时,第二连接件302能够以支撑部11的轴线为中心转动,并带动与连接部30相连接的握持部20以支撑部11的轴线为中心转动。
如此设置,有利于进一步提高装潢工具100的适用性,用户可以调整装潢工具100的工作角度以满足在某些特殊场合下使用的形状需求,例如可以将装潢工具100作为锨铲使用。
进一步地,卡箍件41上设有沿支撑部11的周向延伸的腰形孔411,支撑部11上开设有内径尺寸与腰形孔411宽度尺寸相适配的第三通孔412。第二连接轴42包括穿设于第三通孔412以及腰形孔411内的第二插接部422。在卡箍件41以支撑部11的轴线为中心转动的过程中,第三通孔412能够沿腰形孔411的延伸方向相对于腰形孔411运动,并带动第二连接轴42在腰形孔411内相对于支撑部11运动。
作为优选,第二连接轴42还包括固设于第二插接部422一端的第二止挡部421。第二止挡部421的外径大于第三通孔412的内径和腰形孔411的宽度尺寸,并能够抵接于其中一个卡板401的外侧壁;第二插接部422相对远离第二止挡部421的端部伸出另一个卡板401的外侧壁;第二插接部422相对远离第二止挡部421的端部设有外螺纹,第二调节件43套设第二插接部422相对远离第二止挡部421的端部并与第二插接部422螺纹连接。也即第二止挡部421与第二调节件43分别设置于两个卡板401上相背离的两个外侧壁的两侧。
第二调节件43可以向靠近第二止挡部421的方向运动,并与第二止挡部421共同作用,将支撑部11压紧于两个卡板401之间的卡接通道402内,以使两个卡板401的内侧壁压紧贴合于支撑部11的外周壁。第二调节件43也可以向远离第二止挡部421的方向运动以形成了可供两个卡板401以弹性形变方式相互远离运动的空间余量,从而解除卡箍件41对支撑部11的压紧力。此时卡箍件41可以在垂直于支撑部11轴线的平面内转动,使得第三通孔412沿腰形孔411的延伸方向滑动,进而改变第二连接轴42在腰形孔411内的位置,以实现对握持部20相对于执行部12所在平面夹角大小的调节。
当卡箍件41对支撑部11的压紧力被解除后,用户控制支撑部11与卡箍件41之间的相对转动,重新调节第二调节件43在第二连接轴42上靠近第二止挡部421运动,并再次将支撑部11压紧于两个卡板401之间,即可实现一次对第二连接轴42在腰形孔411内固定位置的改变。
第二调节单元40具有了卡箍件41与支撑部11压紧固定的锁固状态以及解除卡箍件41对支撑部11压紧固定的解锁状态,通过第二调节单元40与工作部10之间的锁定和解锁切换操作可以更方便、更快捷地改变装潢工具100的工作角度。可以理解,当第二调节件43向远离第二止挡部421的方向运动时,支撑部11还可以沿卡接通道402的延伸方向在两个卡板401之间移动。此外还可以理解的是,上述第三通孔412也可以开设于卡箍件41的两个卡板401上,并且腰形孔411可以开设于支撑部11的周壁上并且沿支撑部11的周向延伸。在卡箍件41以支撑部11的轴线为中心转动的过程中,第三通孔412仍可以沿腰形孔411的延伸方向相对于腰形孔411运动,当第二连接轴42穿设第三通孔412与腰形孔411时,也可以通过调节卡箍件41在垂直于支撑部11轴线平面内转动,改变第二连接轴42在腰形孔411内的位置,而不仅限于实施例一的结构。
在其他一些实施例中,第二连接轴42也可以不设置第二止挡部421,第二连接轴42的两端分别伸出两个卡板401的外侧壁,同时设置两个套设第二连接轴42端部并与第二连接轴42螺纹配合的第二调节件43。通过两个第二调节件43在第二连接轴42上相对靠近或远离运动,调节第一止转部31与第二止转部32对卡箍件41加载或者卸载压紧力。
作为优选,第二调节件43为套设第二连接轴42并与第二连接轴42螺纹配合的蝶形螺母。可以理解,第二调节件43还可以是可活动卡扣、搭扣或者其他形式的具有锁紧功能的调节元件。
作为一种优选实施例,支撑部11上开设有多个第三通孔412,多个第三通孔412沿支撑部11的轴线方向排列分布;或者,支撑部11上开设有多个腰形孔,多个腰形孔沿支撑部11的轴线方向排列分布。
如此设置,第二连接轴42可以分别穿设于不同的第三通孔412或腰形孔411,使得卡箍件41能够在支撑部11轴线方向上的不同位置套设或环抱于支撑部11。用户可以调整卡箍件41在支撑部11轴向上的安装位置,调整握持部20在工作部10侧部的安装位置,以进一步提高装潢工具100的适用性,满足用户在不同场合下的使用需求。
实施例一提供的装潢工具100结构简单,调节操作过程简便。用户手动旋转蝶形螺母使其在第一连接轴331上螺旋运动,改变蝶形螺母和第一止挡部3311之间的距离,实现在第一调节单元303对第一止转部31与第二止转部32加载压紧力,或者卸载压紧力之间的切换,从而使连接部30在锁定状态以及解锁状态之间相互切换。用户可以旋紧蝶形螺母来锁定握持部20与工作部10之间的角度和相对位置,或者旋松蝶形螺母来解锁握持部20与工作部10,从而实施工作部10与握持部20相对位置和角度的调节。
以下是本申请实施例二的装潢工具100,实施例二提供的装潢工具100与实施例一提供的装潢工具100的结构基本相同,区别在于,实施例二中,第一调节件332的结构不同。请参阅图5至图10。图5为本申请实施例二的装潢工具100的结构示意图;图6为图5所示的装潢工具100的爆炸示意图;图7为图5所示的装潢工具100的部分爆炸示意图;图8为图5所示装潢工具100的第一调节单元303在第一调节 位置时的剖视图;图9为图5所示装潢工具100的第一调节单元303在弹性件压缩极限位置时的剖视图;图10为图5所示装潢工具100的第一调节单元303在第二调节位置时的剖视图。
实施例二中,第一调节件332为扳动手柄,第一调节件332转动连接于第一连接轴331,用户转动第一调节件332并改变第一调节件332与第一连接轴331的角度来切换连接部30的锁定状态和切换状态。
与实施例一相类似的,第一连接轴331包括第一插接部3312以及固设于第一插接部3312一端的第一止挡部3311,第一止挡部3311的外径大于第一通孔312和第二通孔322的内径,第一插接部3312的轴向长度大于第一通孔312的轴向长度和第二通孔322的轴向长度之和。第一插接部3312从第二通孔322连通第二接触面323的一侧伸入第二通孔322和第一通孔312,伸出第一接触面313,且第一止挡部3311抵接于第二接触面323。
第一插接部3312伸出第一接触面313的端部上开设有贯通第一插接部3312的第一销轴孔3313,第一销轴孔3313的轴线方向垂直于第一插接部3312的轴线方向。第一调节件332包括手柄部3324以及固设于手柄部3324侧壁的第一凸部3321,第一凸部3321上穿设有第二销轴孔3326。
第一调节单元303还包括穿设于第一销轴孔3313和第二销轴孔3326的手柄销轴3325,第一调节件332通过手柄销轴3325铰接于第一插接部3312。
第一凸部3321形成于手柄部3324的侧部,呈凸轮形并且向第一接触面313凸出。在第一调节件332相对于第一连接轴331转动的过程中,第一凸部3321能够抵接第一接触面313并推动第一止转部31靠近第二止转部32运动。也即第一凸部3321与第一止挡部3311共同作用,对第一止转部31和第二止转部32加载压紧力,同时使第一齿组311与第二齿组321相互靠近并咬合,以实现第一止转部31与第二止转部32的止转固定连接。
此外,第一凸部3321也能够随第一调节件332相对于第一连接轴331转动而离开第一接触面313,使得第一凸部3321与第一止挡部3311之间的距离增大,产生了可供第一止转部31与第二止转部32沿第一连接轴331的轴向相互远离的空间余量,以便于第一齿组311和第二齿组321分离并解除啮合状态。
具体地,第一凸部3321的数量为两个,两个第一凸部3321之间形成供第一插接部3312通过的间隙,两个第一凸部3321之间形成供第一插接部3312通过的间隙。可以理解,第一凸部3321的数量也可以是一个,只要能够抵接并对第一接触面313施加推力即可。
进一步地,第一调节件332还包括第二凸部3322以及弯翘部3323,第二凸部3322与第一凸部3321均固设于手柄部3324的同一侧,第二凸部3322与第一凸部3321均能够抵接并推动第一接触面313;弯翘部3323位于手柄部3324相对远离第一凸部3321的一端,并且向背离第一凸部3321与第二凸部3322的方向弯折,可以方便地被用户抓取并扳动第一调节件332。
更进一步地,第一调节单元303还包括第一弹性件333、垫片334以及第二弹性件335。第一弹性件333与第二弹性件335具有不同的弹性系数,二者在受到不同大小的外力作用时所产生的形变量不同。
优选地,第一弹性件333为弹性系数系数较小的伸缩弹簧,第二弹性件335为弹性系数较大的弹性垫圈。第一弹性件333、垫片334以及第二弹性件335依次套设第一连接轴331的第一插接部3312,垫片334的两侧分别与第一弹性件333与第二弹性件335抵接,可以防止第一弹性件333和第二弹性件335在压力作用下互相入侵或嵌套,在第一连接轴331上形成可靠的串联布置状态。
第一弹性件333与第二弹性件335的弹性系数不同指的是,二者可以是由不同弹性模量材料制成,也可以是由相同材料制成而横截面尺寸不同,还可以是材料和横截面尺寸均不同。
第二止转部32还开设有与第二通孔322连通的容置沉槽34,用于容纳第一弹性件333、垫片334以及第二弹性件335。第一弹性件333相对远离第二弹性件335的一端抵接于容置沉槽34的底壁,第二弹 性件335相对远离第一弹性件333的一端抵接于第一止挡部3311。可以理解,容置沉槽34还可以开设于第一止转部31并与第一通孔312连通,此时第一止挡部3311抵接于第一接触面313,第一凸部3321抵接于第二接触面323。
在第一凸部3321与第一止挡部3311共同对第一止转部31和第二止转部32抵接并施加压紧力的作用下,第一弹性件333与第二弹性件335在容置沉槽34内被压缩并产生弹性收缩形变,并对第一连接轴331施加弹性推力。
当用户转动第一调节件332并使第一凸部3321和第二凸部3322离开第一接触面313时,第一凸部3321和第一止挡部3311之间产生的使第一止转部31和第二止转部32沿第一连接轴331轴向相互远离的空间余量,能够辅助第一调节单元303释放第一弹性件333和第二弹性件335中积蓄的弹性收缩势能,第一连接轴331被第一弹性件333和第二弹性件335沿远离第一调节件332的方向推动。也就是说,第一弹性件333和第二弹性件335具有将第一连接轴331沿远离第一调节件332的方向从第一通孔312和第二通孔322中推离的趋势。
可以理解,在其他实施例中,第一弹性件333与第二弹性件335中可以仅设置一个,该弹性件的两端分别连接容置沉槽34的底部以及第一止挡部3311,只要能够实现对第一连接轴331施加弹性推力,具有将第一连接轴331沿远离第一调节件332的方向从第一通孔312和第二通孔322中推离的趋势即可。
第一调节单元303至少具有第一调节位置、第二调节位置以及弹性件压缩极限位置三种位置状态。请再次参阅图8至图10。第一调节件332能够在平行于第一连接轴331的轴线的平面内相对于第一连接轴331转动并运动至第一调节位置,使连接部30达到锁定状态,也能够转动至弹性件压缩极限位置,使第一调节单元303对第一止转部31与第二止转部32产生瞬时最大压紧力,还能够转动至第二调节位置,使连接部30达到解锁状态。
所述第一调节位置对应的第一调节单元303的状态为:第一凸部3321与第二凸部3322同时抵接于第一接触面313,第一止挡部3311抵接第二接触面323,第一止转部31与第二止转部32在第一调节件332和第一止挡部3311共同作用下相互压紧贴合,同时第一齿组311与第二齿组321相互咬合,第一调节件332相对于第一连接轴331的位置。此时,第一连接件301与第二连接件302止转固定,第一弹性件333处于极限压缩状态,第二弹性件335处于自由状态或者不完全压缩状态。第一弹性件333与第二弹性件335共同对第一止挡部3311施加弹性推力,并具有推动第一连接轴331向远离第一调节件332的方向运动的趋势。在这一运动趋势下,第一凸部3321与第二凸部3322均对第一接触面313施加压紧力,使得第一调节件332达到与第一止转部31稳定接触的平衡状态,第一凸部3321与第二凸部3322共同抵接第一接触面313,可以提高第一调节件332对第一止转部31和第二止转部32压紧接触的稳定性,能够避免第一调节件332因意外扰动而转动,防止第一调节件332相对第一接触面313滑移,进而避免第一止转部31和第二止转部32之间解除压紧状态。
所述弹性件压缩极限位置对应的第一调节单元303的状态为:用户将第一调节件332转动预设角度,手柄部3324带动第二凸部3322脱离第一接触面313,同时带动第一凸部3321转动,使得第一接触面313上与第一凸部3321接触的点与第一销轴孔3313在第一连接轴331轴向上的距离略微增大,第一凸部3321仍抵接于第一接触面313并对第一接触面313施加压紧力;同时,第一调节件332带动第一连接轴331沿靠近第一调节件332的方向运动一定距离,第二弹性件335被进一步压缩。
在这一位置状态下,第一弹性件333与第二弹性件335的综合压缩形变量达到最大值,二者的压缩形变量均达到各自的极限值,且二者作用于第一止挡部3311的弹性推力达到峰值,第一调节单元303达到临界平衡状态,对第一止转部31与第二止转部32施加最大瞬时压紧力,且该压紧力大于第一调节件332 在第一调节位置时对第一止转部31与第二止转部32的压紧力。
一方面,当用户将第一调节件332扳动至对应上述弹性件压缩极限位置对应的状态时,必须克服上述最大瞬时压紧力,才能够使第一调节单元303跨越所述弹性件压缩极限位置,带动第一凸部3321与第二凸部3322离开第一接触面313,以解除第一止转部31和第二止转部32的止转固定状态;另一方面,用户必须克服上述最大瞬时压紧力,才能够使第一调节单元303跨越所述弹性件压缩极限位置,带动第一凸部3321和第二凸部3322抵接第一接触面313,从而与第一止挡部3311共同对第一止转部31和第二止转部32加载压紧力,以实现第一止转部31和第二止转部32的止转固定。
所述第二调节位置对应的第一调节单元303的状态为:用户在前述弹性件压缩极限位置的状态下继续转动第一调节件332之后,第一凸部3321与第二凸部3322均脱离第一接触面313,第一调节件332和第一止挡部3311之间产生了可以使第一止转部31和第二止转部32沿第一连接轴331轴向相互远离的空间余量。在前述弹性件压缩极限位置状态下,第一弹性件333与第二弹性件335积蓄的弹性压缩势能快速释放并推动第一连接轴331向远离第一调节件332的方向运动,此时第一齿组311与第二齿组321之间形成了可以使二者相互分离并解除咬合状态的空间余量。第二调节位置解除了第一连接件301与第二连接件302之间的止转固定配合状态,使连接部30切换至解锁状态,在这一状态下用户可以转动握持部20,以调节握持部20与支撑部11的角度和相对位置。
当第一调节单元303处于第一调节位置和弹性件压缩极限位置时,第一止挡部3311始终位于容置沉槽34内,并且不高于容置沉槽34的开口边缘。如此设置,可以避免外部物体意外触碰第一连接轴331,导致第一连接轴331在第一通孔312或第二通孔322内偏斜或松动,并且能够更好地保护位于容置沉槽34内的第一弹性件333和第二弹性件335。
在其他一些实施例中,也可以不设置第一弹性件333与第二弹性件335,通过第一调节件332与第一止挡部3311对第一止转部31与第二止转部32共同加载压紧力,也能够实现二者的压紧止转配合。
实施例二提供的装潢工具100,其调节操作过程省时省力,能够快速完成。用户可以转动扳动手柄,使其在平行于第一连接轴331的轴线的平面内转动,并且改变第一凸部3321、第二凸部3322与第一止挡部3311之间的距离,实现在第一调节单元303对第一止转部31与第二止转部32加载压紧力,或者卸载压紧力之间的切换。第一弹性件333与第二弹性件335具有推动第一连接轴331向远离第一调节件332的方向运动的趋势,起到了助力的效果,使得第一调节单元303在第一调节位置下能够保证第一止转部31与第二止转部32之间形成稳定可靠的止转固定配合。
请参阅图11,图11为本申请实施例三的装潢工具100的部分爆炸示意图。以下是本申请实施例三的装潢工具100。与实施例一的区别在于,实施例三中的第一调节单元303的结构不同,并且第一止转部31与第二止转部32之间实现止转配合固定以及解锁的方式不同。
在实施例三中,第一止转部31的数量为两个,两个第一止转部31之间形成可放置第二止转部32的转动间隙3122。每个第一止转部31开设有第一通孔312,每个第一通孔312的内壁上设置有第三齿组3121,也即第三齿组3121的数量为两个,每个第三齿组3121由多条沿第一通孔312轴线方向延伸的齿形凸筋组成,多条齿形凸筋以第一通孔312的轴线为中心环绕布置;第二止转部32开设有第二通孔322,第二通孔322的内壁上设有第四齿组3221,第四齿组3221由多条沿第二通孔322的轴线方向延伸的齿形凸筋组成,且多条齿形凸筋以第二通孔322的轴线为中心环绕布置。
第三齿组3121与第四齿组3221的齿形凸筋数量相同。当第二止转部32放置于两个第一止转部31之间的转动间隙3122内且第一通孔312与第二通孔322同轴设置时,第四齿组3221位于两个第三齿组3121之间。
进一步地,在实施例三中,第一调节单元303包括穿设于第一通孔312与第二通孔322的锁固件336。锁固件336优选采用轴形状结构,包括相互连接的止转配合段3362以及光轴段3363,能够在第一通孔312与第二通孔322内沿轴向移动。其中止转配合段3362的外径与第一通孔312和第二通孔322的内径相适配。止转配合段3362的外周壁上设有第五齿组3361,第五齿组3361由多条以锁固件336的轴线为中心环绕设置,并且沿锁固件336轴线方向延伸的齿形凸筋组成。
具体而言,第五齿组3361中的齿形凸筋数量与第三齿组3121和第四齿组3221中的齿形凸筋数量相同,且第五齿组3361中任意一条齿形凸筋的形状均与第三齿组3121和第四齿组3221中任意两条齿形凸筋之间的凹槽形状相适配,也即第五齿组3361中任意一条齿形凸筋能够嵌设于第三齿组3121中任意两条齿形凸筋之间的凹槽,也能够嵌设于第四齿组3221中任意两条齿形凸筋之间的凹槽,第五齿组3361能够与第三齿组3121和第四齿组3221相互咬合。
光轴段3363外周壁上没有设置第五齿组3361,优选地,光轴段3363的外径小于止转配合段3362的最小外径。当且仅当光轴段3363穿设于第一通孔312或第二通孔322中,并且止转配合段3362未穿设于第一通孔312和第二通孔322内时,第五齿组3361不会与第三齿组3121或第四齿组3221咬合,此时锁固件336能够在第一通孔312或第二通孔322中转动。
可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,还可以将第二止转部32设置成两个,第一止转部31设置为一个。两个第二止转部32之间形成放置第一止转部31的转动间隙3122,第一止转部31夹设于两个第二止转部32之间的转动间隙3122内;或者,第一止转部31与第二止转部32均只有一个,只要锁固件336能够在第一通孔312和第二通孔322内运动,带动第五齿组3361在与第三齿组3121和第四齿组3221同时咬合固定的状态,以及与第三齿组3121或第四齿组3221完全解除啮合的状态之间切换即可。
在实施例三中,第一调节单元303具有第一调节位置与第二调节位置。所述第一调节位置对应第一调节单元303的状态为:止转配合段3362同时穿设于第一通孔312与第二通孔322中。此时,第五齿组3361与第三齿组3121和第四齿组3221均形成咬合连接,锁固件336将第一止转部31与第二止转部32相互锁紧固定,使得连接部30形成锁定状态。
所述第二调节位置对应第一调节单元303的状态为:止转配合段3362完全脱离第一通孔312和第二通孔322中的至少一者,或者光轴段3363完全穿设于第一通孔312和第二通孔322中的至少一者。此时,第五齿组3361至少与第三齿组3121和第四齿组3221中的一者完全脱离并且解除啮合,第一止转部31与第二止转部32不再同时被止转配合段3362锁定,二者之间达到解锁状态。在锁固件336处于第二调节位置时,第一连接件301与第二连接件302可相对转动,连接部30处于解锁状态。
进一步地,在实施例三中,锁固件336在止转配合段3362上相对远离光轴段3363的端部还形成第一止挡部3311,第一止挡部3311的外径大于第一通孔312的内径,并且能够抵接于第一止挡部3311。第一调节单元303还包括按压件337,按压件337呈盘盖形状元件,通过锁紧连接件339固设于光轴段3363上相对远离止转配合段3362的端部处,按压件337的外径大于第一通孔312的内径。
如此设置,按压件337能够与第一止挡部3311共同配合,保证锁固件336始终处于穿设在第一通孔312和第二通孔322内的状态,避免锁固件336从第一连接件301和第二连接件302中脱离并造成遗失。
更进一步地,第一调节单元303还包括第三弹性件338,第三弹性件338的一端抵接于按压件337上朝向锁固件336的侧面内壁,另一端抵接于第一止转部31。在第一调节件332处于第一调节位置时,第三弹性件338处于压缩形变的状态,因而第三弹性件338能够储存弹性势能,并具有对按压件337施加弹性推力,带动锁固件336运动,以使止转配合段3362同时穿设于第一通孔312和第二通孔322内,且第五齿组3361同时与第三齿组3121和第四齿组3221咬合连接的趋势。
优选地,在实施例三中,第三弹性件338为套设在锁紧连接件339,或者套设锁紧连接件339和光轴段3363的伸缩弹簧;此外,其中一个第一止转部31上还开设有用于容置按压件337、第三弹性件338的按压沉槽314,并且按压沉槽314还在锁固件336轴向运动的方向上形成有按压运动空间,以便于用户向按压件337施加压力后,按压件337整体容纳于按压沉槽314内,在按压过程中第三弹性件338始终位于按压沉槽314内。当锁固件336处于第一调节位置时,第一止挡部3311恰好抵接于另一个第一止转部31,且按压件337不高于按压沉槽314的开口边缘。
可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,止转配合段3362还可以设置成外棱柱结构,第一通孔312和第二通孔322的内壁可以设置成与止转配合段3362适配的内棱柱面,锁固件336在第一通孔312和第二通孔322内运动也可以对第一止转部31和第二止转部32的止转固定或解锁。此时,止转配合段3362的棱边相当于第五齿组3361的齿形凸筋。
实施例三提供的装潢工具100,能够允许用户以按压方式驱动锁固件336轴向移动,从而使止转配合段3362与第一止转部31或第二止转部32的止转配合状态解除,并且通过放松对按压件337施加压力的方式,使得锁固件336在第三弹性件338的作用下重新复位,并且带动止转配合段3362与第一止转部31和第二止转部32再次止转配合固定,以切换连接部30的锁定和解锁状态;此外,止转配合段3362与第一通孔312和第二通孔322之间通过齿啮合,显著提高握持部20与工作部10相互锁定状态下的承力性能,第一连接件301与第二连接件302之间不容易相对滑脱。
本申请提供的装潢工具100通过设置连接部30形成了工作部10与握持部20之间相对位置可调的结构。用户可将握持部20转动至相对靠近工作部10的位置,以将装潢工具100转化成收纳形态,以使装潢工具100的整体形状更紧凑、更规则。收纳形态下的装潢工具100能够被有序存放,其占据的存放空间更小;还能够避免多套装潢工具100的握持部20相互干扰,有利于提高多套装潢工具100单次集中运输的最大运量,还能满足某些作业场合下对握持部20和工作部10之间相对位置和角度调整的需求,扩大了装潢工具100的适用范围。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施例仅是用来说明本申请,而并非用作为对本申请的限定,只要在本申请的实质精神范围内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本申请要求保护的范围内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种装潢工具,其特征在于,包括工作部、握持部以及连接部,所述工作部与所述握持部分别连接于所述连接部的两端,所述握持部能够通过所述连接部转动至相对靠近或相对远离所述工作部的位置;所述握持部能够转动至所述工作部的侧部,且不凸出于所述工作部的端部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装潢工具,其特征在于,所述连接部的一端连接于所述工作部侧部的中间位置,且所述握持部的长度为所述工作部侧部长度的一半。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的装潢工具,其特征在于,所述连接部具有能相互切换的锁定状态及解锁状态,所述握持部在所述解锁状态下能够向相对靠近或远离所述工作部的方向转动,且在所述锁定状态下与所述工作部相对固定。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的装潢工具,其特征在于,所述连接部包括第一止转部、第二止转部以及第一调节单元,所述第一止转部和所述第二止转部分别与所述工作部和所述握持部连接,所述第一调节单元可活动地连接于所述第一止转部与所述第二止转部;
    所述第一调节单元至少具有第一调节位置及第二调节位置,所述第一调节单元运动至所述第一调节位置时,所述第一止转部与所述第二止转部啮合形成所述锁定状态;所述第一调节单元运动至所述第二调节位置时,所述第一止转部与所述第二止转部之间解除啮合并形成所述解锁状态。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的装潢工具,其特征在于,所述第一止转部与所述第二止转部相对设置,所述第一止转部相对靠近所述第二止转部的一侧设有第一齿组,所述第二止转部相对靠近所述第一止转部的一侧设有与所述第一齿组相适配的第二齿组;
    所述第一调节单元包括第一连接轴以及第一调节件,所述第一连接轴穿设于所述第一止转部及所述第二止转部;所述第一调节件可活动地连接于所述第一连接轴且能够相对于所述第一连接轴运动,使得所述第一止转部与所述第二止转部压紧配合并通过啮合形成所述锁定状态,或者使得所述第一止转部与所述第二止转部相互分离并解除啮合以形成所述解锁状态。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的装潢工具,其特征在于,所述第一调节件套设于所述第一连接轴并与所述第一连接轴螺纹连接,所述第一调节件能够沿所述第一连接轴的轴线方向运动,以将所述第一止转部与所述第二止转部相对压紧配合或者分离。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的装潢工具,其特征在于,所述第一调节件铰接于所述第一连接轴,所述第一调节件包括第一凸部,所述第一调节件能够相对于所述第一连接轴转动,并带动所述第一凸部抵推所述第一止转部或所述第二止转部,以使所述第一止转部与所述第二止转部压紧配合;或者带动所述第一凸部远离所述第一止转部或所述第二止转部,以使所述第一止转部与所述第二止转部分离。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装潢工具,其特征在于,所述第一调节单元还包括第一弹性件,所述第一连接轴包括插接部以及连接于所述插接部一端的第一止挡部,所述第一止挡部的外径大于所述插接部的外径;所述第一弹性件的一端抵接于所述第一止挡部,另一端抵接于所述第一止转部或所述第二止转部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装潢工具,其特征在于,所述第一调节单元还包括垫片以及第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件与所述第一弹性件具有不同的弹性系数,所述第一弹性件、所述垫片与所述第二弹性件依次套设所述第一连接轴,所述第一弹性件相对远离所述第二弹性件的一端抵接于所述第一止转部或所述第二止转部,所述第二弹性件相对远离所述第一弹性件的一端抵接于所述第一止挡部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装潢工具,其特征在于,所述第一止转部或所述第二止转部开设有容置沉槽,所述第一弹性件、所述垫片、所述第二弹性件以及所述第一止挡部均容置于所述容置沉槽中。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的装潢工具,其特征在于,所述第一调节件还包括第二凸部,所述第二凸 部与所述第一凸部位于所述第一调节件的同侧,所述第二凸部用于在所述第一止转部与所述第二止转部压紧配合的状态下,限制所述第一调节件相对于所述第一止转部或所述第二止转部的转动。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的装潢工具,其特征在于,所述第一调节件还包括弯翘部,所述弯翘部位于所述第一调节件相对远离所述第一凸部的端部,所述弯翘部向相对背离所述第一凸部的一侧弯折。
  13. 根据权利要求4所述的装潢工具,其特征在于,所述第一止转部开设有第一通孔,所述第一通孔的内壁上设置有第三齿组;所述第二止转部开设有第二通孔,所述第二通孔的内壁上设置有第四齿组;
    所述第一调节单元包括穿设于所述第一通孔与所述第二通孔的锁固件,所述锁固件的外周壁上设置有第五齿组,所述锁固件能够在所述第一通孔及所述第二通孔内沿轴向运动,使得所述第五齿组同时与所述第三齿组及所述第四齿组实现啮合,以形成所述锁定状态;或者使得所述第五齿组解除与所述第三齿组及/或所述第四齿组的啮合,以形成所述解锁状态。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装潢工具,其特征在于,所述锁固件包括相互连接的止转配合段以及光轴段,所述第五齿组位于所述止转配合段的外周壁,所述锁固件通过所述止转配合段同时穿设于所述第一通孔及所述第二通孔以形成所述锁定状态;或者通过所述光轴段穿设于所述第一通孔及/或所述第二通孔,以形成所述解锁状态。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装潢工具,其特征在于,所述第一调节单元还包括按压件以及第三弹性件,所述按压件固设于所述光轴段相对远离所述止转配合段的端部;所述第三弹性件的一端与所述第一止转部或所述第二止转部连接,另一端能够作用于所述按压件,通过弹性推力使得所述第五齿组同时与所述第三齿组及所述第四齿组啮合。
  16. 根据权利要求1-15中任意一项所述的装潢工具,其特征在于,所述连接部包括第二调节单元,所述连接部通过所述第二调节单元与所述工作部连接,所述第二调节单元用于实现对所述装潢工具的工作角度的调节。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装潢工具,其特征在于,所述第二调节单元包括卡箍件、第二连接轴以及第二调节件,所述工作部还包括支撑部;所述卡箍件套设于所述支撑部的外周壁,并能够绕所述支撑部转动;
    所述卡箍件与所述支撑部中的一者开设有第三通孔,另一者开设有沿所述支撑部周向延伸的腰形孔,所述第二连接轴穿设于所述第三通孔和所述腰形孔内;所述第二调节件可活动地连接于所述第二连接轴且能够相对于所述第二连接轴运动,使得所述第二连接轴能够在所述腰形孔内活动并固定于所述腰形孔内的不同位置。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装潢工具,其特征在于,所述支撑部上开设有多个第三通孔,多个所述第三通孔沿所述支撑部的轴线方向排列分布;或者,
    所述支撑部上开设有多个腰形孔,多个所述腰形孔沿所述支撑部的轴线方向排列分布。
