本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、 操作简便的家具连接件。
为实现上述目的, 本发明的技术方案为: 提供一种家具连接件, 其包括相 互配合连接的公扣及母扣, 所述公扣包括基座及从所述基座的一侧向外凸伸形 成的连接杆, 所述连接杆呈中空结构, 所述中空结构形成容置腔, 所述容置腔 贯穿所述基座, 所述连接杆的外壁上设置有螺纹部, 所述母扣上开设有与所述 螺纹部相配合的螺纹孔, 所述家具连接件还包括锁定件, 所述锁定件包括基部 及从所述基部的一侧外凸形成的锁定杆, 所述锁定杆与所述容置腔相配合, 所 述锁定杆上设置有凸伸的卡持部, 所述公扣的容置腔的内壁上形成有与所述卡 持部相对应的卡槽。
较佳地, 所述锁定杆呈柱状, 所述卡持部为形成于所述柱状的锁定杆上的 凸起, 更具体地, 所述锁定杆上还开设有指示槽, 所述公扣的容置腔的内壁上 还形成有与所述指示槽相对应的凸条, 锁定件装于公扣上后, 锁定杆上的凸起 与容置腔内壁上的卡槽相卡合, 防止锁定件后退滑出公扣; 锁定杆上的指示槽 与公扣容置腔内壁上的凸条相卡合, 锁定杆上的指示槽起定位作用, 旋紧公扣 过程中进一步保证锁定件与公扣同步转动。
较佳地, 所述锁定杆具有一平直的侧面, 所述卡持部为形成于所述侧面上 的凸起, 锁定杆的平直的侧面形成直身面, 在与公扣的容置腔配合时起定位作 用。
较佳地, 所述锁定杆具有两相互平行的平直的侧面, 所述锁定杆上开设有 贯穿两所述侧面的通孔, 所述卡持部为安装于所述通孔内且伸出所述通孔的销 钉的两端部, 锁定杆的两平行的平直的侧面形成两相对的直身面, 与容置腔配 合时起更好的定位作用。
较佳地, 所述锁定件的基部的边缘上开设有呈弧形的波纹, 用于加大摩擦, 增强操作性。
较佳地, 所述公扣的容置腔的开口处还形成有凹陷, 便于锁定杆上的卡持 部装入容置腔内。
较佳地, 所述母扣呈圓筒形, 所述圓筒形的母扣的一端开设有所述螺纹孔, 所述圓筒形的母扣的另一端形成有胶水槽, 更具体地, 所述母扣的外壁上形成 有倒齿, 安装过程中胶水槽用于储蓄胶水进而加强母扣与家具板件的连接性, 防止在公扣旋进母扣的过程中母扣随之转动, 倒齿用于加强母扣与家具板件的 咬合力, 使母扣与家具板件之间的连接更牢固。
较佳地, 所述母扣呈扁平形, 所述扁平形的母扣的一侧面上开设有所述螺 纹孔, 所述扁平形的母扣的侧壁上形成有倒齿, 更具体地, 所述扁平形的母扣 的顶面上还开设有指示槽, 扁平形的母扣安装后不易从家具板件上的安装孔内 滑出, 具有更好的连接稳固性, 同时倒齿用于加强母扣与家具板件的咬合力, 指示槽用于安装时调整其位置和方向。
与现有技术相比, 由于本发明家具连接件具有锁定件, 所述锁定件包括基 部及从所述基部的一侧外凸形成的锁定杆, 所述锁定杆与所述公扣的连接杆上 的容置腔相配合, 所述锁定杆上设置有凸伸的卡持部, 所述公扣的容置腔的内 壁上形成有与所述卡持部相对应的卡槽; 在连接家具板件的过程中, 需将公扣 的连接杆穿过板件后伸入母扣的螺纹孔内 , 并使公扣的螺纹部与母扣的螺纹孔 配合连接来实现家具板件之间的连接, 而锁定件用于装入公扣上的容置腔内并 将公扣旋进母扣的螺纹孔内, 锁定件装入公扣上的容置腔内后, 锁定杆上的卡 持部与公扣容置腔内壁上的卡槽相卡合, 然后旋转锁定件进而使公扣与锁定件 同步旋转, 将公扣的连接杆旋进母扣上的螺纹孔内, 锁定件使得连接家具板件 的操作更简便, 且锁定件的结构简单, 加工方便。 附图说明

现在参考附图描述本发明的优选实施例, 附图中类似的元件标号代表类似 的元件。
如图 1-图 6所示, 本发明家具连接件包括相互配合连接的母扣 100、 公扣 200及锁定件 300, 公扣 200包括基座 201及从所述基座 201的一侧向外凸伸形 成的连接杆 202, 连接杆 202呈中空结构, 连接杆 202的中空结构形成容置腔 204,容置腔 204贯穿基座 201 ,容置腔 204的内壁上形成有卡槽 205及凸条 206, 在连接杆 202的外壁上设置有螺纹部 203 , 用于与母扣 100配合连接, 母扣 100 上开设有与连接杆 202的螺纹部 203相配合的螺纹孔 101 ,连接杆 202的螺纹部 203与螺纹孔 101配合连接实现母扣 100与公扣 200的连接;锁定件 300包括基 部 301及从基部 301的一侧外凸形成的呈柱状的锁定杆 302,基部 301的边缘上 开设有呈弧形的波纹, 用于加大摩擦, 锁定杆 302与公扣 200的容置腔 204相 配合, 在锁定杆 302上设置有凸伸的卡持部 303a、 303b, 在本实施例中, 卡持 部 303a、 303b为设置于锁定杆 302上的两凸起, 两凸起 303a、 303b能更好的防 止锁定件 300从公扣 200中滑落, 当然, 凸起 303a、 303b 并不仅限于本实施例 中的两个, 也可以仅设置一个或更多个, 凸起 303a、 303b与容置腔 204的内壁 上的卡槽 205相对应; 锁定杆 302上还开设有指示槽 304, 指示槽 304与容置腔 204的内壁上的凸条 206相配合; 锁定件 300安装入公扣 200的容置腔 204后, 锁定杆 302上的凸起 303a、 303b卡合于容置腔 204内壁上的卡槽 205内, 凸起 303a, 303b用于更好地防止锁定件 300后退滑出公扣 200,且公扣 200的容置腔 204的内壁上的凸条 206卡于锁定杆 302上的指示槽 304内,进一步保证锁定件 300与公扣 200同步转动;在公扣 200的容置腔 204的开口处还形成有凹陷 207 , 便于锁定件 300的锁定杆 302上的凸起 303a, 303b装入容置腔 204内。
本发明家具连接件的公扣 200的螺纹部 203开设于连接杆 202的外壁上, 螺纹部 203可仅开设于连接杆 202的前端部, 如图 2a、 图 2b所示, 也可以开设 于整个连接杆 202的外壁上, 如图 3所示, 不同长度的螺纹部 203用于与不同 类型母扣 100配合使用, 方便灵活。
本发明家具连接件的母扣 100为与公扣 200配合连接的螺母, 其形状可为 圓筒形, 也可为扁平形; 如图 4a所示, 扁平形螺母 100具有平直的配合面, 配 合面上开设有与公扣 200的连接杆 202上的螺纹部 203相配合的螺纹孔 101 ,扁 平形螺母 100的外壁上形成有倒齿 103 ,倒齿 103用于加强母扣 100与家具板件 之间的咬合力, 其顶面上还开设有指示槽 102, 用于在安装过程中供使用螺丝刀 对母扣 100的方向及位置进行调整, 扁平形状的螺母 100安装于家具板件上后 不易从安装孔内滑出, 具有更好的牢固性; 如图 4b所示, 圓筒形螺母 100的一 端开设有与公扣 200的连接杆 202上的螺纹部 203相配合的螺纹孔 101 ,该圓筒 形螺母 100的另一端形成有胶水槽 102,圓筒形螺母 100的外壁上还形成有倒齿 103 , 胶水槽 102用于储蓄胶水而加强其于家具板件的稳固性, 可防止公扣 200 旋进母扣 100的过程中圓筒形螺母 100随之转动, 倒齿 103用于增强圓筒形螺 母 100与板件之间的咬合力。
如图 7所示, 本发明家具连接件的锁定件 300的第二实施例与上述实施例 的不同之处仅在于锁定杆 302的设置, 在本实施例中, 锁定杆 302具有一平直 的侧面, 卡持部 303a、 303b为形成于所述侧面上的两凸起, 凸起的数量还可仅 设置一个, 也可以根据需要设置更多个, 相应地, 由于锁定杆 302的形状改变, 公扣 200的容置腔 204的形状也作相应变化, 以使两者能够相互配合, 锁定杆 302的平直的侧面形成直身面, 在与公扣 200的容置腔 204配合时起定位作用。
如图 8所示, 本发明家具连接件的锁定件 300的第三实施例与上述实施例 的不同之处也仅在于锁定杆 302的设置, 在本实施例中, 锁定杆 302具有两相 互平行的平直的侧面, 锁定杆 302上开设有贯穿两所述侧面的通孔, 卡持部为 安装于所述通孔内的销钉伸出所述通孔的两端部 303a、 303b, 相应地, 由于锁 定杆 302的形状变化, 公扣 200的容置腔 204的形状也作相应变化, 以使两者 能够相互配合; 本实施例中, 公扣 200的容置腔 204上开设有两相对应的卡槽 205 , 用于卡合销钉的两端部 303a、 303b, 锁定杆 302上两相互平行的平直侧面 形成直身面, 在与公扣 200的容置腔 204配合时起定位作用。
结合图 9-图 12, 以本发明第一实施例中的锁定件 300为例, 对本发明家具 连接件连接家具板件的方式进行说明。 在本实施例中, 母扣 100 为呈扁平形的 螺母, 因此, 家具板件 400上预先开设有与扁平形螺母 100的形状相对应的安 装孔, 当扁平形螺母 100安装于板件 400上的安装孔后, 其上顶面与家具板件 400的上表面平齐,其螺纹孔 101所在的配合面与家具板件 400的侧面相平齐且 正对另一家具板件 500, 其上的倒齿 103用于增强其与板件 400之间的咬合力, 顶面上的指示槽 102用于使用螺丝刀调整器位置和方向, 板件 500上开设有与 公扣 200相对应的通孔, 连接时, 先将锁定件 300的锁定杆 302安装于公扣 200 上的容置腔 204内, 锁定杆 302上的凸起 303a、 303b对应卡合于容置腔 204上 的卡槽 205内, 防止在转动过程中锁定件 300滑出公扣 200, 且锁定杆 302上的 指示槽 304与公扣 200的容置腔 204内壁上的凸条 206卡合, 进一步保证锁定 件 300与公扣 200同步转动, 将公扣 200的连接杆 202穿过板件 500上的通孔 后伸入扁平形螺母 100的螺纹孔 101 内, 旋转锁定件 300使公扣 200与之同步 转动, 使公扣 200与扁平形螺母 100配合连接, 实现板件 400与板件 500的连 接, 然后再推动锁定件 300的基部 301使之与公扣 200的基座 201相 4氏触, 完 成装配过程。
如图 13所示, 当母扣 100为圓筒形螺母时, 板件 400上的安装孔的形状与 之相对应, 圓筒形螺母 100装于所述安装孔后, 螺纹孔 101正对板件 500, 圓筒 形螺母 100外壁上具有的倒齿 103用于增强其与板件 400之间的咬合力, 其后 端的胶水槽 102用于储蓄胶水进而加强其于家具板件的连接性, 防止公扣 200 旋转过程中圓筒形螺母 100随之转动, 圓筒形螺母 100与公扣 200的连接方式 与上述实施例相同, 在此不再详述。
由于本发明家具连接件还包括锁定件 300,锁定件 300包括基部 301及从基 部 301的一侧外凸形成的锁定杆 302,锁定杆 302与公扣 200的连接杆 201上的 容置腔 204相配合, 锁定杆 302上设置有凸伸的卡持部 303a、 303b, 公扣 200 的容置腔 204的内壁上形成有与卡持部 303a、 303b相对应的卡槽 205; 在连接 家具板件的过程中, 需将公扣 200的连接杆 202穿过板件后伸入母扣 100的螺 纹孔 101内, 并使公扣 200的螺纹部 203与母扣 100的螺纹孔 101配合连接, 进而实现家具板件之间的连接, 而锁定件 300装入公扣 200上的容置腔 204内 并用于将公扣 200旋进母扣 100内, 锁定件 300装入公扣 200上的容置腔 204 内后, 锁定杆 302上的卡持部 303a、 303b与公扣 200的容置腔 204内壁上的卡 槽 205相卡合, 然后旋转锁定件 300进而使公扣 200与之同步旋转, 将公扣 200 的连接杆 202旋进母扣 100上的螺纹孔 101内,再推动基部 301使其与公扣 200 的基座 201相抵触, 锁定件 300使连接家具板件的操作更简便、 更快捷。
本发明家具连接件的锁定件 300形状对应改变时, 与之配合的公扣 200的 容置腔 205 的形状也对应改变, 以使两者配合转动, 此为本领域普通技术人员 所熟知 , 在此不再做详细的说明。
本发明家具连接件并不限于家具板件的连接, 还可以根据实际需要, 用于 相类似的其他平板物件的连接。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本发明 之权利范围, 因此依本发明申请专利范围所作的等同变化, 仍属本发明所涵盖 的范围。

Claims

1.一种家具连接件, 包括相互配合连接的公扣及母扣, 所述公扣包括基座及 从所述基座的一侧向外凸伸形成的连接杆, 所述连接杆呈中空结构, 所述中空 结构形成容置腔, 所述容置腔贯穿所述基座, 所述连接杆的外壁上设置有螺纹 部, 所述母扣上开设有与所述螺纹部相配合的螺纹孔, 其特征在于: 还包括锁 定件, 所述锁定件包括基部及从所述基部的一侧外凸形成的锁定杆, 所述锁定 杆与所述容置腔相配合, 所述锁定杆上设置有凸伸的卡持部, 所述公扣的容置 腔的内壁上形成有与所述卡持部相对应的卡槽。
2.如权利要求 1所述的家具连接件, 其特征在于: 所述锁定杆呈柱状, 所述 卡持部为形成于所述柱状的锁定杆上的凸起。
3.如权利要求 2所述的家具连接件, 其特征在于: 所述锁定杆上还开设有指 示槽, 所述公扣的容置腔的内壁上还形成有与所述指示槽相对应的凸条。
4.如权利要求 1所述的家具连接件, 其特征在于: 所述锁定杆具有一平直的 侧面, 所述卡持部为形成于所述侧面上的凸起。
5.如权利要求 1所述的家具连接件, 其特征在于: 所述锁定杆具有两相互平 行的平直的侧面, 所述锁定杆上开设有贯穿两所述侧面的通孔, 所述卡持部为 安装于所述通孔内且伸出所述通孔的销钉的两端部。
6.如权利要求 1-5任一项所述的家具连接件, 其特征在于: 所述锁定件的基 部的边缘上开设有呈弧形的波纹。
7.如权利要求 1所述的家具连接件, 其特征在于: 所述公扣的容置腔的开口 处还形成有凹陷。
8.如权利要求 1所述的家具连接件, 其特征在于: 所述母扣呈圓筒形, 所述 圓筒形的母扣的一端开设有所述螺纹孔, 所述圓筒形的母扣的另一端形成有胶 水槽。
9.如权利要求 8所述的家具连接件, 其特征在于: 所述母扣呈扁平形, 所述 扁平形的母扣的一侧面上开设有所述螺纹孔, 所述扁平形的母扣的侧壁上形成 有倒齿。
10.如权利要求 9所述的家具连接件, 其特征在于: 所述扁平形的母扣的顶 面上还开设有指示槽。
