如图 1-图 5所示, 本发明家具板件连接器的第一实施例, 包括公扣 100、 母 扣 200及旋钮 300, 公扣 100包括公扣本体 101及连接杆 102, 公扣本体 101具 有相互平行设置的顶面及底面, 在顶面与底面之间设置有用于与母扣 200配合 连接的配合面 104, 配合面 104呈平直结构并垂直于顶面及底面, 连接杆 102于 配合面 104上向外凸伸形成, 连接杆 102垂直于配合面 104, 且连接杆 102的外 壁上设置有与母扣 200的螺纹孔 203相配合的螺纹部 103 ,公扣本体 101的侧面 呈圓弧形结构, 且公扣本体 101沿连接杆 102的中心线相互对称, 因此公扣本 体 101呈 D形结构, 在配合面 104与公扣本体 101的圓弧形侧面之间形成阻挡 部 105a、 105b, 阻挡部 105a、 105b在与家具板件上的相应安装孔配合时 4氏触于 安装孔的内侧面, 而连接杆 102凸伸出家具板件, 因此不易从安装孔内滑出, 具有较高的牢固性; 公扣本体 101的侧面上还开设有倒齿 106, 当公扣 100装入 家具板件上开设的安装孔中时, 倒齿 106增加公扣 100与家具板件之间的咬合 力, 使公扣 100与家具板件之间的连接更牢固; 公扣本体 101的顶面上还设有 指示槽 108, 在安装过程中便于使用螺丝刀对公扣 100的方向及角度进行调节, 且上顶面的边缘均向外延伸形成 ·ί氏触部 107,所述 ·ί氏触部 107的边缘呈弧形倒角 结构, 安装后抵触部 107与家具板件的表面相抵触, 使连接流畅美观。
母扣 200具有底部 201 ,底部 201的一侧凸伸出与连接杆 102对接的具有螺 纹孔 203的连接部 202, 螺纹孔 203与公扣 100的螺纹部 103配合连接, 底部 201与连接部 202相垂直, 且底部 201与连接部 202的外壁之间形成台阶状, 底 部 201的边缘上还开设有波纹, 用于加大摩擦, 在底部 201上还开设有安装孔 204a, 204b, 用于安装旋钮 300, 旋钮 300包括旋钮座 301及从旋钮座 301上外 凸形成的连动轴 302a、 302b, 在本实施例中, 连动轴 302a、 302b为两呈柱状的 第一连动轴, 两第一连动轴 302a、 302b对称地设置于所述旋钮座 301上, 旋钮 300安装于母扣 200上后,通过旋转旋钮 300而将母扣 200与公扣 100旋紧连接, 使安装时操作更方便。
如图 6所示, 本发明家具板件连接器的第二实施例中, 公扣 100的结构与 上述实施例相同 , 在此不再赞述, 本实施例中的旋钮 300包括旋钮座 301及从 旋钮座 301上外凸形成的三个连动轴, 具体为两第一连动轴 302a、 302b及一第 二连动轴 303 , 两第一连动轴 302a、 302b均呈柱状,且两第一连动轴 302a、 302b 对称地设置于旋钮座 301上, 第二连动轴 303设置于两第一连动轴 302a、 302b 之间并长于两第一连动轴 302a、 302b, 第二连动轴 303具有两相互平行设置的 平直侧面, 第二连动轴 303的两平直侧面与母扣 200上的安装孔相配合, 起更 好的定位作用; 与旋钮 300相对应, 母扣 200的底部 201上开设有与第一连动 轴 302a、 302b相对应的安装孔 204a、 204b, 还开设有与第二连动轴 303相对应 的安装孔 205 , 用于安装旋钮 300, 通过旋转旋钮 300而将母扣 200与公扣 100 旋紧连接, 且当旋钮 300脱落时, 母扣 200的底部 201上与第二连动轴 303相 对应的安装孔 205还可供使用螺丝刀来拆装母扣 200,具有更好的实用性;当然, 旋钮 300的连动轴数量及形状并不限于上述两实施方式, 还可设计为其他的类 似的方式, 而母扣 200的底部 201上的安装孔 204a、 204b、 205与之相对应设计 即可。
如图 7所示, 本发明家具板件连接器的第三实施例中, 母扣 200及旋钮 300 均与上述第一实施例中相同, 不同之处仅在于公扣 100的设计, 本实施例中公 扣 100的公扣本体 101呈圓盘状, 连接杆 102于公扣本体 101的一侧外凸形成, 并在其上开设螺纹部 103即可, 由于公扣 100及母扣 200的结构极为简单, 在 家具板件上只需开设通孔即可安装, 且可将任意板件自由组装, 灵活性更高。
如图 8-图 10所示, 本发明家具板件连接器的第四实施例与上述第三实施例 的不同之处仅在于, 其还包括与公扣 100配合连接的锁紧件 400, 锁紧件 400包 括基部 401及从基部 401的一侧外凸形成的锁定杆 402,锁定杆 402上设置有凸 起 402a、 403b, 因此, 在公扣 100的圓盘形的公扣本体 101上开设有与锁定杆 402相配合的容置腔 104,容置腔 104的内壁上形成有与凸起 402a、 403b相对应 的卡槽 105 , 锁定杆 402伸入容置腔 104内, 使凸起 402a, 403b与卡槽 105相 卡合, 旋转锁紧件 400带动公扣 100同步旋转, 使公扣 100与母扣 200的连接 更方便。
如图 11所示, 以本发明家具板件连接器的第一实施例为例, 对其用于连接 家具板件的方式予以说明, 在家具板件 400上的预设连接部位预先开设有用于 安装公扣 100的安装孔 401 , 其形状与公扣本体 101的形状相对应, 在家具板件 500上开设有供母扣 200安装的通孔 501 , 通孔 501内呈台阶状, 公扣 100安装 于家具板件 400上的安装孔 401内后, 配合面 104与家具板件 400的侧面相平 齐, 连接杆 102伸出家具板件 400, 公扣本体 101卡合于安装孔 401内, 且其上 顶面延伸出来的抵触部 107与家具板件 400的上表面相抵触, 公扣 100的阻挡 部 107与安装孔 401的内壁相抵触, 不会从侧面滑出, 牢固性较现有的公扣更 高, 公扣本体 101的侧面的倒齿 106与家具板件 400相咬合, 进一步加强连接 牢固性, 安装完成的公扣 100的连接杆 102伸入家具板件 500上的通孔 501内, 等待与母扣 200配合连接; 再将旋钮 300安装于母扣 200上, 即将旋钮 300的 两第一连动轴 302a、 302b对应伸入母扣 200的底部 201上的安装孔 204a、 204b 内, 使两者配合连接, 然后将母扣 200从家具板件 500的另一侧伸入通孔 501 内, 并通过旋转旋钮 300而带动母扣 200同步转动, 将母扣 200与公扣 100配 合连接, 实现家具板件 400、 500的连接,安装完成后,母扣 2004氏触于通孔 501 内的台阶上, 其底部 201与家具板件 500的表面平齐, 使连接牢固且美观。
本发明第二实施例中的家具板件连接器配合连接家具板件的方式与上述实 施例相同, 此为本领域技术人员所熟知, 在此不再赘述。
如图 12所示, 以本发明家具板件连接器的第三实施例为例, 对其用于连接 家具板件的方式予以说明, 在家具板件 400上的预先开设有供公扣 100的连接 杆 102穿过的安装孔 401,在家具板件 500上开设有供母扣 200安装的通孔 501 , 通孔 501 内呈台阶状, 将旋钮 300安装于母扣 200上, 即将旋钮 300的两第一 连动轴 302a、 302b对应伸入母扣 200的底部 201上的安装孔 204a、 204b内, 使 两者配合连接, 然后将母扣 200伸入通孔 501 内 , 公扣 100的连接杆 102穿过 家具板件 400上的安装孔 401后伸入母扣的螺纹孔 203 内, 通过旋转旋钮 300 而带动母扣 200同步转动,将母扣 200与公扣 100配合连接,实现家具板件 400、 500的连接, 安装完成后, 母扣 2004氐触于通孔 501内的台阶上, 其底部 201与 家具板件 500 的表面平齐, 且在家具板件上只需开设通孔即可随意安装, 且可 将任意板件自由组装, 灵活性更高。
本发明第四实施例中的家具板件连接器配合连接家具板件的方式与上述实 施例相同, 此为本领域技术人员所熟知的技术。
由于本发明家具板件连接器包括相互配合连接的公扣 100及母扣 200,公扣 100包括公扣本体 101及从公扣本体 101上凸伸形成的连接杆 102, 连接杆 102 上开设有螺纹部 103 , 母扣 200具有底部 201 , 底部 201的一侧凸伸出与连接杆 102对接的具有螺纹孔 203的连接部 202, 螺纹孔 203与公扣 100的螺纹部 103 配合连接, 底部 201与连接部 202相垂直, 且底部 201与连接部 202的外壁之 间形成台阶状, 因此, 只需要在家具板件上开设通孔就可满足公扣 100及母扣 200的安装,不受连接件形状及安装位置的限制,使用者可任意组装两家具板件, 使家具组装的灵活性更高, 且组装方便。
本发明家具板件连接器并不限于家具板件的连接, 还可以根据实际需要, 用于相类似的其他平板物件的连接。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本发明 之权利范围, 因此依本发明申请专利范围所作的等同变化, 仍属本发明所涵盖 的范围。

Claims

1.一种家具板件连接器, 包括相互配合连接的公扣及母扣, 所述公扣包括公 扣本体及从所述公扣本体上凸伸形成的连接杆, 所述连接杆上开设有螺纹部, 其特征在于: 所述母扣具有底部, 所述底部的一侧凸伸出与所述连接杆对接的 具有螺纹孔的连接部, 所述螺纹孔与所述公扣的螺纹部配合连接, 所述底部与 所述连接部相垂直, 且所述底部与所述连接部的外壁之间形成台阶状。
2.如权利要求 1所述的家具板件连接器, 其特征在于: 所述底部与所述连接 部一体成型。
3.如权利要求 2所述的家具板件连接器, 其特征在于: 所述底部的边缘上开 设有波纹。
4.如权利要求 1所述的家具板件连接器, 其特征在于: 所述公扣的公扣本体 由圓弧形侧面与配合面围成, 所述公扣本体呈 D形结构, 所述配合面呈平直结 构, 所述连接杆于所述配合面上向外凸伸形成。
5.如权利要求 4所述的家具板件连接器, 其特征在于: 所述公扣本体的上顶 面上开设有指示槽, 所述公扣本体的侧面上开设有倒齿。
6.如权利要求 1所述的家具板件连接器, 其特征在于: 所述公扣本体呈圓盘 状, 所述连接杆于所述公扣本体的一侧向外凸伸形成。
7.如权利要求 6所述的家具板件连接器, 其特征在于 还包括锁紧件, 所述 锁紧件包括基部及从所述基部的一侧外凸形成的锁定杆, 所述锁定杆上设置有 凸起, 所述公扣本体上开设有与所述锁定杆配合的容置腔, 所述容置腔的内壁 上形成有与所述凸起相对应的卡槽。
8.如权利要求 1所述的家具板件连接器, 其特征在于: 还包括旋钮, 所述旋 钮具有旋钮座, 所述旋钮座上具有至少两个外凸形成的连动轴, 所述母扣的底 部上开设有与所述连动轴相配合的安装孔。
9.如权利要求 8所述的家具板件连接器, 其特征在于: 所述旋钮的连动轴为 两呈柱状的第一连动轴, 两所述第一连动轴对称地设置于所述旋钮座上。
10.如权利要求 9所述的家具板件连接器, 其特征在于: 所述旋钮还具有第 二连动轴, 所述第二连动轴设置于两所述第一连动轴之间, 所述旋钮的第二连 动轴具有两相互平行设置的平直侧面。
