- Each elastic member 23 has a "pair of end fixing portions 50" whose both ends in the width direction are fixed to the skin side sheet 21 and the non-skin side sheet 22.
- the fixing method in the end fixing portion 50 is not particularly limited, and for example, fixing with an adhesive applied to the elastic member 23, a skin-side sheet 21 and a non-skin-side sheet 22 (hereinafter, "a pair of sheets 21,"
- a well-known method such as a method of fixing with an adhesive applied to the inner surface of 22 ”) and a method of fixing with a pair of welded portions crossing the elastic member 23 can be exemplified.
- the pair of end fixing portions 50 are arranged inside the pair of joining portions 40 in the width direction separately from the pair of joining portions 40.
- the pair of joints 40 may be used as a pair of end fixing portions. That is, the diaper 1 does not have to have the end fixing portion 50 shown in FIG.
- the plurality of telescopic members 23 have a stretchable member 23a (the stretchable member of the present invention) having a "non-fixing portion 51" that is not fixed to the pair of sheets 21 and 22 inside the end fixing portion 50 in the width direction. ), And the telescopic member 23a is referred to as a “first telescopic member 23a”. Further, the plurality of telescopic members 23 have "fixing portions 52" fixed to the pair of sheets 21 and 22 from the end fixing portion 50 on one side in the width direction to the end fixing portion 50 on the other side. It has at least one stretchable member 23b, and the stretchable member 23b is referred to as a "second stretchable member 23b".
- the fixing portion 52 may not be continuously arranged from the end fixing portion 50 on one side in the width direction to the end fixing portion 50 on the other side. That is, the second telescopic member 23b may have at least a fixed portion 52 in which a region overlapping the non-fixed portion 51 in the width direction is fixed to the pair of sheets 21 and 22.
- the fixing portion 52 may be integrally formed with the end fixing portions 50, 50, or may be formed separately from the end fixing portion 50.
- the portion where the waist circumference expansion / contraction member 23 is fixed to the pair of sheets 21 and 22 (fixed portion 52) is compared with the portion where the waist circumference expansion / contraction member 23 is not fixed (non-fixed portion 51).
- the rigidity of the portion 20 is increased. Therefore, when the first stretchable member 23a has the non-fixed portion 51, for example, when the non-fixed portion 51 is not provided (when the waist circumference stretchable member 23 is fixed to the pair of seats 21 and 22 over almost the entire area). ), The area of the highly rigid part can be reduced. Therefore, the flexibility of the waist circumference portion 20 can be improved, and the comfort of wearing the waist circumference portion 20 can be improved.
- the waistline portion 20 is fitted to the body by the waistline elastic member 23, but in the conventional diaper, in order to improve the fit of the absorbent core 11A portion, all the absorbent core 11A portions are also included.
- the elastic member here, the waist-rotating member 23
- the absorbent core 11A may shrink too much in the width direction in the natural state, and the absorbing performance may deteriorate.
- the elastic member girth elastic member 23
- the shrinkage of the absorbent core portion is eliminated by cutting, the cut portion may be difficult to fit on the wearer's body side. Therefore, it is required to achieve both the function of the absorbent core 11A without shrinking too much and the absorption core 11A being brought closer to the wearer's skin side to ensure a good fit. Has been done.
- the first portion of the waist circumference portion 20 is continuously arranged from one end portion in the width direction to the other end portion, and both end portions in the width direction are fixed by a pair of end portion fixing portions 50.
- the stretchable member 23a (the stretchable member of the present invention) has a non-fixed portion 51 inside the end fixing portion 50, and the non-fixed portion 51 and the absorbent core 11A overlap each other in the thickness direction. Has a part.
- the first telescopic member including the non-fixed portion 51 is continuously arranged from one end to the other end in the width direction of the waist circumference portion 20, the first stretchable member is not fixed even in the non-fixed portion 51.
- the contraction of the elastic member 23a functions, and the absorbent core 11A can be brought closer to the wearer's body side. Therefore, it is possible to realize a good fit of the absorbent core 11A portion while preventing excessive shrinkage of the absorbent core 11A.
- a plurality of telescopic members 23a having a non-fixed portion 51 are provided, and specifically, six telescopic members are spaced apart in the vertical direction. It is provided. Then, among those six elastic members 23a (first elastic member 23a), a plurality of elastic members 23a (here, three first elastic members 23a from the lower side in the vertical direction) are viewed in the thickness direction. , Has a portion that overlaps with the absorbent core 11A. More specifically, each of the non-fixed portions 51 of the three first telescopic members 23a from the lower side in the vertical direction has a portion overlapping with the absorbent core 11A in the thickness direction.
- the absorbent core 11A Since there are a plurality of non-fixed portions 51 that overlap with the absorbent core 11A in the thickness direction, the absorbent core 11A suppresses shrinkage in the width direction, and the absorbent core 11A also in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction). The fit and flexibility of the part is improved. Thereby, the fit as a surface of the absorbent main body 10 including the absorbent core 11A can be improved.
- the first stretchable member 23a is not fixed to the pair of seats 21 and 22, the first stretchable member 23a (non-fixed portion 51) is moved in the vertical direction when the diaper 1 is worn. It may move. That is, there is a possibility that the first telescopic member 23a may be displaced in the vertical direction with respect to the waist circumference portion 20. Then, if the position of the first telescopic member 23a is displaced in the vertical direction at the portion of the absorbent core 11A while the diaper 1 is being worn, the fit of the absorbent core 11A may be deteriorated.
- the fixed portion 52 is provided in the region overlapping the region where the non-fixed portion 51 is provided in the width direction.
- the vertical movement of the first telescopic member 23a (non-fixed portion 51) is restricted, and the position of the first telescopic member 23a is less likely to shift.
- the fixed portion 52 of the second telescopic member 23b and the absorbent core 11A have a portion where they overlap each other in the thickness direction, and the fixed portion 52 presses the absorbent core 11A toward the skin to absorb it. Makes the sex core 11A less likely to slip off the wearer's body.
- both the first stretchable member 23a and the second stretchable member 23b are provided so as to overlap the absorbent core 11A in the thickness direction, so that the upper and lower sides of the first stretchable member 23a having the non-fixed portion 51 are provided.
- the movement in the direction (longitudinal direction) can be restricted by the fixing portion 52, and as a result, the fit as a surface of the absorbent body 10 (absorbent core 11A) portion is improved.
- the first telescopic member 23a also has a fixing portion 52 fixed to a pair of sheets 21 and 22 in the region between the end fixing portions 50 and 50 on both sides in the width direction. That is, in the region between the pair of end fixing portions 50, 50, the fixing portion 52 is provided in the portion of the first telescopic member 23a other than the non-fixing portion 51. Since the first telescopic member 23a is a free portion that is not fixed to the sheets 21 and 22 in the region where the non-fixed portion 51 is provided, the first telescopic member 23a can move in the vertical direction. However, by having the fixing portion 52, the movement of the first telescopic member 23a in the vertical direction is suppressed. That is, the amount of movement (amplitude) of the first telescopic member 23a in the vertical direction becomes small. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the vertical positional deviation of the waist circumference expansion / contraction member 23 and reduce the deterioration of the fit.
- the number of is the same, but is not limited to this. That is, the number of the first telescopic members 23a provided so as to have a portion overlapping the absorbent core 11A in the thickness direction in at least one of the pair of waist circumference portions 20 and 30 of the diaper 1 is the one.
- the number may be larger than the number of the second telescopic members 23b provided so as to have a portion overlapping with the absorbent core 11A of the waist circumference portion in the thickness direction. Since the number of the first expansion / contraction members 23a having the non-fixed portion 51 is larger, the shrinkage of the absorbent core 11A can be further suppressed, and the absorption performance of the absorbent core 11A can be easily maintained.
- the number of the second telescopic members 23b provided so as to have a portion overlapping the absorbent core 11A in the thickness direction in at least one of the pair of waist circumference portions 20 and 30 of the diaper 1 is the one. It may be larger than the number of the first expansion / contraction members 23a provided so as to have a portion overlapping with the absorbent core 11A of the waist circumference portion in the thickness direction. As the number of the second telescopic members 23b increases, the number of the fixing portions 52 increases, and the second telescopic members 23b can be easily firmly fixed to the pair of sheets 21 and 22.
- the absorbent core 11A can be brought closer to the wearer's body side, and the fit can be improved. Improve.
- the first elastic member 23a and the second elastic member 23b are alternately provided in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) in the region where the absorbent core 11A and the absorbent core 11A overlap in the thickness direction.
- alternating means that a pair of the other is provided on both sides of one of the first expansion / contraction member 23a and the second expansion / contraction member 23b in the longitudinal direction.
- a pair of first expansion / contraction members may be provided. It suffices if the second telescopic member 23b is provided between the members 23a.
- first expansion / contraction members 23a and second expansion / contraction members 23b may be arranged alternately.
- first expansion / contraction member 23a and the second expansion / contraction member 23b are not arranged alternately, for example, when any one of the first expansion / contraction member 23a and the second expansion / contraction member 23b is continuously arranged, the absorbent core
- the pressure at which 11A comes into contact with the wearer on the surface tends to vary. That is, when the first stretchable member 23a is continuously arranged in the longitudinal direction, since many non-fixed portions 51 are provided, the contraction is excessively suppressed while improving the flexibility, and the skin is firmly applied. The power to hit may be weakened.
- the absorbent core 11A contracts too much and has an absorbing function, although it can be firmly applied to the skin because many fixing portions 52 are provided. May decrease. That is, in the absorbent core 11A, it becomes difficult to obtain uniformity between the flexible portion and the portion firmly in contact with the skin.
- the first stretchable member 23a and the second stretchable member 23b in the longitudinal direction, the balance of the pressure on the surface when the absorbent core 11A comes into contact with the wearer's skin on the surface is balanced. It becomes easy to take off, and a suitable fit can be obtained.
- the length of the non-fixed portion 51 is defined as the length L51 (the total length of the non-fixed portions 51 provided for a certain first telescopic member 23a in the width direction) in the width direction.
- the length L51 of the non-fixed portion 51 of the telescopic member 23a (first telescopic member 23a) is shorter than the length (width) W10 of the absorbent main body 10.
- the position of the first telescopic member 23a where the non-fixed portion 51 is provided is not limited to being provided so that all of the non-fixed portions 51 overlap with the absorbent main body 10 in the width direction as shown in FIG. At least a part of the portion 51 may be provided so as to overlap the absorbent main body 10.
- the expansion / contraction member 23a having the non-fixed portion 51 is suppressed from moving in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction). Therefore, the amount of movement in the vertical direction can be reduced. Therefore, the vertical displacement of the telescopic member 23a is suppressed.
- the length of the non-fixed portion 51 of the telescopic member 23a may be longer than the length W10 of the absorbent main body 10.
- the absorbent main body 10 has the absorbent core 11A formed of the liquid absorbent fiber, the rigidity is higher than that of the waist circumference portion 20 and the like. Therefore, in the region where the waist circumference portion 20 and the absorbent main body 10 overlap in the width direction, the waist circumference portion 20 becomes harder than the region where the absorbent main body 10 does not overlap, and when the diaper 1 is worn. There is a risk of causing discomfort or discomfort to the wearer.
- the non-fixed portion 51 is provided in a wider range than the portion of the waist circumference portion 20 that overlaps with the absorbent main body 10 in the width direction, whereby the absorbent main body 10 is provided in the portion. It is possible to make it difficult for the wearer (user) to feel the hardness of the diaper. Especially in the area corresponding to the central part of the wearer's body, the flexibility can be easily felt. Therefore, it is possible to make it difficult for the wearer to feel uncomfortable or uncomfortable with the waist circumference portion 20.
- the non-fixed portion 51 of the first telescopic member 23a (expandable member 23a) straddles the central WCL in the width direction of the absorbent main body 10.
- the center of the absorbent body 10 in the width direction is also the center of the wearer's body, and by suppressing the contraction of that portion, the absorption performance of the absorbent body 10 can be ensured.
- the arrangement of the non-fixed portion 51 in the waist circumference portion 20 is not limited to the arrangement shown in FIG. 4, and a plurality of non-fixed portions 51 may be provided in one first telescopic member 23a.
- a large number of non-fixed portions 51 it is possible to suppress shrinkage due to the telescopic member 23a.
- the fixed portion 52 in the region overlapping the non-fixed portion 51 in the width direction it is possible to prevent the first telescopic member 23a from being displaced in the vertical direction in the non-fixed portion 51.
- FIG. 5 is a schematic plan view of the ventral waist circumference portion 20 of the second embodiment.
- the second telescopic member 23b also has a non-fixing portion 51 that is not fixed to the pair of sheets 21 and 22 inside the end fixing portion 50 in the width direction.
- the area of the portion having high rigidity can be reduced, and the flexibility of the waist circumference portion 20 can be improved.
- the portion of the absorbent core 11A of the second embodiment not only the non-fixed portion 51 of the first elastic member 23a but also the non-fixed portion 51 of the second elastic member 23b and the absorbent core 11A are in the thickness direction. It has an overlapping part when viewed from.
- the non-fixed portion 51 is also provided on the second telescopic member 23b, and the non-fixed portion 51 of the second telescopic member 23b is also arranged so as to have a portion overlapping the absorbent core 11A when viewed in the thickness direction. Therefore, the shrinkage of the absorbent core 11A can be further suppressed. As a result, it becomes easy to maintain the absorption performance of the absorbent core 11A.
- the diaper 1 of the present embodiment has an overlapping fixing portion 53 in which the fixing portion 52 of the first telescopic member 23a and the fixing portion 52 of the second telescopic member 23b overlap in the width direction.
- the range in the width direction of each overlapping fixing portion 53 is shown by a bold dotted line.
- a plurality of overlapping fixing portions 53 are provided along the vertical direction, and each overlapping fixing portion 53 straddles the central WCL in the width direction of the absorbent main body 10.
- the absorbent main body 10 may be easily displaced in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction).
- the amount of movement (amplitude) of the first telescopic member 23a in the vertical direction may be the largest, so that there is a possibility that a large displacement may occur.
- the overlapping fixing portion 53 in which the fixing portions 52 overlap in the width direction so as to straddle the central WCL in the width direction, the position of the absorbent main body 10 is likely to shift in the vertical direction. It can be suppressed from becoming.
- the overlapping fixing portion 53 is not limited to a configuration that straddles the central WCL in the width direction of the absorbent body 10, and has a portion that overlaps the absorbent body 10 in the width direction while shifting the absorbent body 10 in the vertical direction. It suffices if it is arranged so as to make it difficult.
- the overlap fixing portion 53 when the overlapping fixing portion 53 in which the fixing portion 52 of the first expansion / contraction member 23a and the fixing portion 52 of the second expansion / contraction member 23b overlap in the width direction is viewed in the longitudinal direction, the overlap fixing portion 53 is arranged.
- the existing part can be easily moved toward the body side firmly along the longitudinal direction, and a more uniform and good fit can be realized.
- the overlapping fixing portions 53 out of the plurality of overlapping fixing portions 53 overlaps with the absorbent core 11A in the thickness direction.
- the portion of the absorbent core 11A can be firmly suppressed so as not to be displaced, and the fit of the diaper 1 is improved.
- all of the overlapping fixing portions 53 that overlap with the absorbent core 11A in the thickness direction does not have to overlap with the absorbent core 11A, and may have a portion that overlaps with the absorbent core 11A.
- a plurality of overlapping fixing portions 53 are provided along the vertical direction, but the present invention is not limited to this, and at least a pair of overlapping fixing portions 53 may be arranged.
- FIG. 6 is a schematic plan view of the ventral waist circumference portion 20 in the modified example.
- the second telescopic member 23b has a fixing portion 52 as a whole between the pair of end fixing portions 50 in the width direction.
- the first elastic member 23a and the second elastic member 23b are alternately provided in the vertical direction, but the absorbent is absorbent in the thickness direction.
- the second telescopic member 23b (referred to as the second telescopic member 23bx) is arranged on the uppermost side, and is not fixed to the central portion in the width direction below the second telescopic member 23bx.
- a plurality of first telescopic members 23a having a portion 51 are continuously arranged in the vertical direction.
- Each of the non-fixed portions 51 overlaps with the absorbent core 11A in the thickness direction, and suppresses excessive contraction of the absorbent core 11A portion.
- the second elastic member 23bx arranged on the uppermost side is the end in the width direction.
- the natural state of the non-fixed portion 51 of the first stretchable member 23a (or the second stretchable member 23b) provided so as to overlap the absorbent core 11A of the diaper 1 in the above-described embodiment and modification in the thickness direction.
- the elongation rate in the above and the extension rate in the natural state of the fixed portion 52 of the second expansion / contraction member 23b (or the first expansion / contraction member 23a) can be explained as follows. That is, the expansion rate of the non-fixed portion 51 of the first expansion / contraction member 23a (or the second expansion / contraction member 23b) in the natural state is the extension of the fixed portion 52 of the second expansion / contraction member 23b (or the first expansion / contraction member 23a) in the natural state. Less than the rate.
- the “elongation rate in the natural state” here means the natural length of the first stretchable member 23a (or the second stretchable member 23b) itself that is not sandwiched between the seat members and the like (so-called natural state from a predetermined stretched state).
- the length when the non-fixed portion 51 including the first stretchable member 23a (or the fixed portion 52 including the second stretchable member 23b) returns from the predetermined stretched state to the natural state. Means how many times the above-mentioned natural length is. That is, the higher the magnification, the more the state is in the stretched state even in the natural state, and the lower the magnification, the more the contraction is to the extent close to the natural length.
- the stretchable member 23a (or the second stretchable member 23b) is not fixed, the stretchable member itself tends to shrink in the width direction, and when it returns to the natural state, the length is relatively close to the natural length. It is easy to return (that is, the elongation rate in the natural state is low).
- the fixing portion 52 since the second expansion / contraction member 23b (or the first expansion / contraction member 23a) is fixed with an adhesive or the like, the rigidity is high, and the expansion / contraction member itself is hard to shrink, so that it is in a natural state.
- the elongation rate of the non-fixed portion 51 in the natural state is low, so that the fixed portion 52 having a high elongation rate is provided while giving flexibility to the absorbent core 11A portion where it is easy to feel the hardness. By holding the absorbent core 11A firmly on the skin side, it becomes easy to realize a good fit.
- an end portion on one side (ventral side) in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10 is arranged at the central portion of the ventral waist circumference portion 20 in the width direction. Then, the non-skin side surface of the one side (ventral side) end of the absorbent body 10, that is, the non-skin side surface of the exterior sheet 14 and the ventral waist circumference portion 20 are joined by an adhesive to the first joint portion. 45a (FIG. 2) is provided. Similarly, the other end (dorsal side) of the absorbent body 10 in the longitudinal direction is arranged at the center of the dorsal waist circumference portion 30 in the width direction.
- the non-skin side surface of the other side (dorsal side) end of the absorbent main body 10 that is, the non-skin side surface of the exterior sheet 14 and the dorsal waist circumference portion 20 are joined by an adhesive to the second joint portion.
- 45b (FIG. 2) is provided.
- FIG. 7A is an enlarged schematic cross-sectional view of a region including a part of the second joint portion 45b of the dorsal waist circumference portion 30 in an extended state
- FIG. 7B is a cross-sectional view of the region shown in FIG. 7A in a natural state. It is a schematic cross-sectional view explaining the situation.
- sheets exterior sheet 14 and skin side sheet 31 adjacent to each other in the thickness direction are bonded to each other by an adhesive such as a hot melt adhesive.
- the application area of the adhesive in the first joint portion 45a and the second joint portion 45b is not particularly limited and can be arranged in a manner known in the art, for example, in a spiral shape, a Z shape, a linear shape, or a dot shape. It can be arranged in a shape.
- the adhesive 46 is intermittently applied in the width direction at the second joint portion 45b of the diaper 1 of the present invention.
- the second joint portion 45b has a non-applied region 47 to which the adhesive 46 is not applied.
- the first joint portion 45a also has a non-applied region 47 to which the adhesive 46 has not been applied.
- non-coated region 47 overlaps with the absorbent core 11A when viewed in the thickness direction, and the non-coated region 47 of the adhesive 46 exists in the portion where the absorbent core 11A exists.
- the shrinkage of the absorbent core 11A can be suppressed in the portion of the non-coated region 47 that overlaps with the absorbent core 11A. As a result, it becomes easy to maintain the absorption performance of the absorbent core 11A.
- the second joint portion 45b of the dorsal waist circumference portion 30 such a non-applied region 47 and the fixing portion 52 of the second telescopic member 33b have a portion where they overlap in the thickness direction. (Fig. 7A).
- the non-applied region 47 and the fixing portion 52 or the second expansion / contraction member of the first expansion / contraction member 23a (33a). It suffices that the fixing portion 52 of 23b (33b) is configured to have a portion that overlaps with each other in the thickness direction.
- the non-applied region 47 it is less likely to be affected by the contraction force in the width direction of the waist circumference expansion / contraction members 23 and 33 of the ventral waist circumference portion 20 (dorsal waist circumference portion 30), and suppresses the contraction of the absorbent body 10 in the width direction. be able to. That is, if the absorbent main body 10 contracts excessively, its absorption performance may deteriorate. However, because the non-coated region 47 is provided, the absorbent main body 45a or the second joint portion 45b is provided with the non-coated region 47. It is possible to suppress the shrinkage of 10 and suppress the deterioration of the absorption performance.
- the portion where the fixed portion 52 of the second telescopic member 33b and the non-applied region 47 of the second joint portion 45b where the adhesive 46 does not exist overlaps in the thickness direction is in a natural state. At that time, it contracts in the width direction by the fixing portion 52 of the second telescopic member 33b. At that time, the portion of the absorbent main body 10 corresponding to the fixed portion 52 receives the contraction force of the fixed portion 52 and tends to be convex toward the skin. That is, the sheets (skin-side sheet 31 and non-skin-side sheet 32) constituting the waist circumference portion 30 exist on the non-skin side of the portion of the absorbent body 10 corresponding to the fixed portion 52 in a contracted state.
- the portion of the absorbent body 10 corresponding to the fixing portion 52 is directed toward the skin side. Since the absorbent body 10 is convex toward the skin in the non-applied region 47, the absorbent body 10 is easily deformed along the wearer's body, and particularly in the dorsal waist circumference 30, the convex portion. Is applied along the dent of the wearer's buttocks, which makes it possible to fit the diaper 1 firmly.
- the first elastic member 23a and the second elastic member 23b are alternately arranged side by side in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction), but the present invention is not limited to this, and some first elastic members 23a are arranged. It may have at least one first elastic group in which some second elastic members 23b are gathered and a second elastic group in which some second elastic members 23b are gathered. More specifically, one first elastic group (or one second elastic group) is formed by two to four first elastic members 23a (second elastic members 23b), and one first elastic group. It is desirable that each of the first stretchable members 23a (second stretchable member 23b) in (or one second elastic group) is arranged at intervals of 2 to 5 mm.
- the width of one first elastic group is 10 mm or less.
- Pants-type disposable diaper (absorbent article), 10 Absorbent body, 11 Absorber, 11A absorbent core, 11B core wrap sheet, 12 top seats, 13 back seats, 14 Exterior sheet, 20 Ventral girth (girth), 30 Dorsal girth (girth), 21,31 Skin side sheet (sheet), 22, 32 Non-skin side sheet (sheet), 23,33 Girth elastic member, 23a First telescopic member (expandable member), 23b, 33b second telescopic member, 40 joints, 45a 1st joint, 45b 2nd joint, 46 Adhesive, 47 Non-coated area 50 End fixing part, 51 Non-fixed part, 52 Fixed part, 53 Overlapping fixing part
Abstract
