与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
本发明的能够提高效率的灌装方法,包括称重工位、储液容器和多个并排布置的灌针,重工位沿瓶体的输送方向设有多个称重装置,灌针通过管道与储液容器连接,各管道上均设有灌装泵,灌针数量与称重装置数量成倍数关系,灌装方法包括:灌装前的排空:灌针等分为至少两等份,包括第一等份、第二等份,每等份灌针与称重装置的数量相同,第一等份的灌针在称重工位上方,与各称重装置一一对应,对称重装置上的瓶体进行排空灌装,并通过边灌边称的方式进行装量控制,第一等份的灌针一次灌装装量达到瓶体装量要求,切换第二等份的灌针排空灌装,并通过边灌边称的方式进行装量控制,第二等份的灌针一次灌装装量达到瓶体装量要求,直到各等份的灌针排空灌装完成。该灌装方法将灌针数量与称重装置数量设置成倍数关系,灌针等分为至少两等份,每等份灌针与称重装置的数量相同,逐等份进行排空灌装,灌装效率更高。

本发明的实施方式
以下将结合说明书附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
图1至图4示出了本发明能够提高效率的灌装方法的一种实施例,本能够提高效率的灌装方法包括称重工位、储液容器4和多个并排布置的灌针5,称重工位沿瓶体的输送方向设有多个称重装置11,灌针5通过管道6与储液容器4连接,各管道6上均设有灌装泵61,灌针5数量与称重装置11数量成倍数关系,灌装方法包括:
如图1所示,灌装前的排空:灌针5等分为至少两等份,包括第一等份、第二等份,每等份灌针5与称重装置11的数量相同,第一等份的灌针5在称重工位上方,与各称重装置11一一对应,对称重装置11上的瓶体进行排空灌装,并通过边灌边称的方式进行装量控制,第一等份的灌针5一次灌装装量达到瓶体装量要求,切换第二等份的灌针5排空灌装,并通过边灌边称的方式进行装量控制,第二等份的灌针5一次灌装装量达到瓶体装量要求,直到各等份的灌针5排空灌装完成。即为,灌针5按顺序等分为至少两等份,每等分等份灌针5与称重装置11的数量相同,各等份的灌针5逐份移至称重工位上方,与各称重装置11一一对应,对称重装置11上的瓶体进行排空灌装,并通过边灌边称的方式进行装量控制,当各灌针5一次灌装装量达到瓶体装量要求后,各等份的灌针5排空灌装完成。具体为,灌针5等分为至少两等份,依次记为第一等份、……、第N等份,N为大于1的正整数,第一等份的灌针5先移至称重工位上方,与各称重装置11一一对应,对称重装置11上的瓶体进行排空灌装,并通过边灌边称的方式进行装量控制,直到第一等份的灌针5一次灌装装量达到瓶体装量要求,移除称重装置11上灌有药液的瓶体,换置空瓶,切换第二等份的灌针5,第二等份的灌针5先移至称重工位上方,与各称重装置11一一对应,对称重装置11上的瓶体进行排空灌装,并通过边灌边称的方式进行装量控制,直到第二等份的灌针5一次灌装装量达到瓶体装量要求,移除称重装置11上灌有药液的瓶体,换置空瓶,按此顺序,至切换第N等份,直到第N等份的灌针5一次灌装装量达到瓶体装量要求,各等份的灌针5排空灌装完成。该灌装方法将灌针5数量与称重装置11数量设置成倍数关系,灌针5等分为至少两等份,每等份灌针5与称重装置11的数量相同,逐等份进行排空灌装,达到快速排出各管道6中空气的效果,以至整体灌装效率更高。
本实施例中,称重工位为前称重工位2或者后称重工位1。具体地,前称重工位2和后称重工位1之间设有正常灌装工位,前称重工位2主要用于对空瓶进行称重,如在正常灌装前,先对空瓶进行称重。后称重工位1主要用于对灌装有药液的瓶体进行称重,如在正常灌装后,对灌有药液的瓶体进行称重,然后,与前称重的空瓶重量对比,得出瓶体中药液的装量,以检测灌装是否达标。灌装前的排空即为正常灌装前的排空,可以在前称重工位2上进行,也可以在后称重工位1上进行。
本能够提高效率的灌装方法采用灌装系统进行,灌装系统包括后称重工位1、正常灌装工位、前称重工位2、储液容器4和多个并排布置的灌针5,后称重工位1、前称重工位2均沿瓶体的输送方向设有多个称重装置11,灌针5通过管道6与储液容器4连接,各管道6上均设有灌装泵61,灌针5数量与后称重工位1上的称重装置11数量成倍数关系,前称重工位2和后称重工位1上称重装置11的数量相同。
本实施例中,如图1所示,灌针5设为八个,由前至后记为G1、G2、G3、G4、G5、G6、G7、G8,称重装置11设为四个。先将G1-G4号灌针5移至后称重工位1上进行边灌边称,开始灌装时管路会有气泡灌装不稳定,通过边灌边称的方式进行装量控制,当后称重工位1上与四个称重装置11对应的四个瓶体达到装量要求后,进入下一组瓶体灌装,如此循环一直到瓶体一次灌装装量稳定后,再将G5-G8号灌针5移至后称重工位1上进行边灌边称, G5-G8灌装系统开始灌装时会有气泡,通过边灌边称的方式进行装量控制,对应的四个瓶体装量达到装量要求后,进入下一组的四个瓶体进行灌装,一直到瓶体一次灌装装量稳定后,完成正常灌装前的排空过程。在其他实施例中,灌针5设为八个,由前至后记为G1、G2、G3、G4、G5、G6、G7、G8,称重装置11设为四个。先将G1-G4号灌针5移至前称重工位2上进行边灌边称,开始灌装时管路会有气泡灌装不稳定,通过边灌边称的方式进行装量控制,当前称重工位2上与四个称重装置11对应的四个瓶体达到装量要求后,进入下一组瓶体灌装,如此循环一直到瓶体一次灌装装量稳定后,再将G5-G8号灌针5移至前称重工位2上进行边灌边称, G5-G8灌装系统开始灌装时会有气泡,通过边灌边称的方式进行装量控制,对应的四个瓶体装量达到装量要求后,进入下一组的四个瓶体进行灌装,一直到瓶体一次灌装装量稳定后,完成正常灌装前的排空过程。
本实施例中,如图2所示,还包括正常灌装:各灌针5对其下方输送的瓶体同时一次完成定量灌装。灌装前的排空完成后,进行正常灌装,直至储液容器4中的药液剩余需要尾液灌装的量(储液容器4中的药液达到该量后,如果继续正常灌装,灌针5一次灌装装量难以达到装量要求)为止。
本实施例中,如图3和图4所示,还包括尾液灌装:灌针5按顺序等分,前序等份的灌针5移至后称重工位1对瓶体多次灌装不达标时,由后序等份的灌针5进行补灌。
本实施例中,尾液灌装在任一称重装置11上进行,每等份的灌针5数量为一个,各灌针5按顺序逐一进行灌装。在尾液灌装时,如图4所示,采用后称重工位1(或者前称重工位2)上的第一把称重装置11进行称重,先将G1号灌针5移至第一把称重装置11上方对第一把称重装置11上的瓶体进行边灌边称,将瓶体灌装合格后,如果与G1号灌针5连接的管道6里面还有药液,继续进行下一个瓶体的灌装,一直到灌装装量不合格,通过称重系统反馈信号,与G1号灌针5连接的管道6里面送不出药液,然后进行G2号灌针5的尾液排空灌装,通过系统反馈装量是否合格,确定与G2号灌针5连接的管道6里面是否还有药液,一直到与G2号灌针5连接的管道6排空完成后,再进行G3号灌针5排空灌装,如此,逐一对各灌针5连接的管路系统进行排空,一直到G8号灌针5尾液排空灌装完成,各管道6完成尾液排空。该尾液灌装方法能够减少药液的浪费,最多只有最后一瓶体装量不达标。
本实施例中,如图3所示,尾液灌装在后称重工位1上的各称重装置11上进行,每等份灌针5与后称重工位1上称重装置11的数量相同,各等份的灌针5按顺序循环移至后称重工位1上方,并与各称重装置11一一对应,进行边灌边称,直到各管道6中没有药液为止。在尾液灌装时,先将G1-G4号灌针5移至后称重工位1上进行边灌边称,当装量合格后,再将G5-G8号灌针5移至后称重工位1上进行边灌边称;当装量合格后,进行下一轮灌装,继续将G1-G4号灌针5移至后称重工位1上进行边灌边称;然后将G5-G8号灌针5移至后称重工位1上进行边灌边称;两组(G1-G4为一组,G5-G8为另一组)循环进行灌装,一直到灌装到各管道6中没有液体,才停止进行灌装,完成整个尾液排空灌装。该尾液灌装方法能够提高工作效率,减少时间成本。
本实施例中,如图1至图4所示,储液容器4为水平设置的管状容器,管状容器底部沿长度方向设有多个出液口41,各出液口41与各灌针5分别通过管道6连接。灌装系统还包括供药装置7、进液阀8和缓冲罐9,供药装置7和缓冲罐9通过进液管路连接,进液管路上设有进液阀8,缓冲罐9与储液容器4通过连接管路连接。缓冲罐9能够缓存药液,供药装置7通过进液阀8为缓冲罐9提供药液,缓冲罐9为储液容器4提供药液。
在其他实施例中,如图5所示,储液容器4包括多个挂袋42,各挂袋42与各灌针5分别通过管道6连接。灌装系统还包括配液袋3和称重传感器31,配液袋3挂设于称重传感器31上,各挂袋42与配液袋3通过连接管路连接。
虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭示如上,然而并非用以限定本发明。任何熟悉本领域的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围的情况下,都可利用上述揭示的技术内容对本发明技术方案做出许多可能的变动和修饰,或修改为等同变化的等效实施例。因此,凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明技术实质对以上实施例所做的任何简单修改、等同变化及修饰,均应落在本发明技术方案保护的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种能够提高效率的灌装方法,其特征在于:包括称重工位、储液容器(4)和多个并排布置的灌针(5),所述称重工位沿瓶体的输送方向设有多个称重装置(11),所述灌针(5)通过管道(6)与储液容器(4)连接,各所述管道(6)上均设有灌装泵(61),所述灌针(5)数量与称重装置(11)数量成倍数关系,所述灌装方法包括:
    灌装前的排空:所述灌针(5)等分为至少两等份,包括第一等份、第二等份,每等份灌针(5)与称重装置(11)的数量相同,第一等份的灌针(5)在称重工位上方,与各称重装置(11)一一对应,对称重装置(11)上的瓶体进行排空灌装,并通过边灌边称的方式进行装量控制,第一等份的灌针(5)一次灌装装量达到瓶体装量要求,切换第二等份的灌针(5)排空灌装,并通过边灌边称的方式进行装量控制,第二等份的灌针(5)一次灌装装量达到瓶体装量要求,直到各等份的灌针(5)排空灌装完成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的能够提高效率的灌装方法,其特征在于:所述称重工位为前称重工位(2)或者后称重工位(1)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的能够提高效率的灌装方法,其特征在于:所述灌针(5)设为八个,所述称重装置(11)设为四个。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的能够提高效率的灌装方法,其特征在于:还包括正常灌装:各所述灌针(5)对其下方输送的瓶体同时一次完成定量灌装。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的能够提高效率的灌装方法,其特征在于:还包括尾液灌装:所述灌针(5)按顺序等分,前序等份的灌针(5)移至称重工位对瓶体多次灌装不达标时,由后序等份的灌针(5)进行补灌。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的能够提高效率的灌装方法,其特征在于:所述尾液灌装在任一称重装置(11)上进行,每等份的灌针(5)数量为一个,各所述灌针(5)按顺序逐一进行灌装。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的能够提高效率的灌装方法,其特征在于:所述尾液灌装在各称重装置(11)上进行,每等份灌针(5)与称重装置(11)的数量相同,各等份的灌针(5)按顺序循环移至称重工位上方,并与各称重装置(11)一一对应,进行边灌边称,直到各管道(6)中没有药液为止。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的能够提高效率的灌装方法,其特征在于:所述储液容器(4)为水平设置的管状容器,所述管状容器底部沿长度方向设有多个出液口(41),各所述出液口(41)与各灌针(5)分别通过管道(6)连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的能够提高效率的灌装方法,其特征在于:所述灌装系统还包括供药装置(7)、进液阀(8)和缓冲罐(9),所述供药装置(7)和缓冲罐(9)通过进液管路连接,所述进液管路上设有进液阀(8),所述缓冲罐(9)与储液容器(4)通过连接管路连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的能够提高效率的灌装方法,其特征在于:所述储液容器(4)包括多个挂袋(42),各所述挂袋(42)与各灌针(5)分别通过管道(6)连接,所述灌装系统还包括配液袋(3)和称重传感器(31),所述配液袋(3)挂设于称重传感器(31)上,各所述挂袋(42)与配液袋(3)通过连接管路连接。
